Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that, on 2nd Nov 2018, I had given my Car Innova, Registration number HR-35 K 0020 at MGF Toyota 10 IDC Mehrauli Road, Gurugram Haryana 122001 for service purpose as well as due to some problem in horn & then they had changed the Spiral cable under warranty to resolve the horn issue.

Now again I felt the horn problem since four days as well as service was also due then, on 2nd April’19, I had given my car for general service at same place and my service executive was Mr.Avinash Kumar Singh and I told him about the same horn problem, then Mr. Avinash told me that he will check and then he gave me the delivery time at 5.30pm on same day on 02/04/19.

At 9.30am on 3rd April19, he called me and said that we need to replace the spiral cable for horn, and saying that it is under warranty, so no need to pay nothing extra and also said that u can take the car at 5.00pm on 03/04/2019 but he could not deliver at said time.

Now today on 4th April19, he again called me at 1.00pm for car delivery and we reached at same time but still car was not ready, after some time he said u have to pay the cost of spiral cable and existing cable ( which they had changed on 2nd Nov’18) is 2 year old. I was surprised because already these people have changed the same part on 2nd Nov’18.

Present I still have the Extended Warranty and I am paying extra for this extended warranty to save my extra money.

I am very genuine customer of Toyota, I always gave my car in the same place for service etc. I can not pay such unjustified amount, so kindly resolve this issue. The Staff is also very incorporative, they were saying that you can go in court and also abused with rough language. Please take the action against them.

      Guys at uttam toyota said that my diesel filter is faulty and needs to be replaced. I said okay.

      They said your diesel injectors have been damaged due to bad diesel quality and need to be replaced for a cost around rs. 2, 50, 000. (2.5l) other wise the car may face problems in future.

      I said change the filter for now. I'll see about the filter.

      2 weeks later i went to a trusted service guy near my place, he removed the diesel filter and it was an old one. They had replaced my filter with an old filter and they charged me for a new one.

      Then again, i went to a place in gk which fixes diesel injector. The only one in delhi. Even these toyota guys send their injectors to him. I went there, he fixed it for me in 5000 only!

      It took around 5 hours but it saved me 2.45 lakh.

      These people are outright thieves. Only looting people, nothing else.

      In fact i happen to know the son of the owner of this place. Some mr kumar (Can't name him). He himself said and i quote "we dont make money selling cars, the real money is service."

      See this is the reason there are 200000 issues found everytime you go to get your car serviced.

      These guys need to be taugh a lesson.

        Lot of manufacturing defects in past 2.5 yrs after purchase, the frequent ones are tyres and rims failures (6 tyres and 4 rims replaced), lot of vibrations while braking above 70 km/hr speed levels (Repeated after adjustment in every service and even replacement of complete disc sets), failures in ac hoses resulting into total halt of vehicle, and to make matters worse, roadside assistance never responds properly

          Brought a camry put a lot of money down husband did, nt like it to low head hit ceiling took back manager let us get a prius but did, nt give down payment toward prius. Called main manager he said he would call tomorrow no phone call. Very disappointed was down at the dealer once i will make another trip down 1hour 30 mins away. Feb 28, 2019 and march 19, 2019 are the dates i did the deals. They did, nt give enough for the camry so they added it to the prius now i have a $125.00 more a month payment. This dealer manager does not pick up his phone always get his voice mail all the time. The dealer phone number is[protected]. Please help me out with this problem. Thahk you very much!!

            Sir, i have purchased a toyota vechile (Etios liva) at radhakrishna toyota, khammam telangana state. The vechile is 6 months old. Since, i have been suffering from the ground clearance problem in it. I have complained to the service centre that, my car body is touching to ground (Road) by sitting capacity of 4 members.
            But, they are not responding to my complaint they are neglecting my issue. But after that problem is arising simultaneously. After that i installed new rear wheel shocks. Again the same story has repeated (Ground clearance). As you can see that i was only one in car on driving seat, till, no weight has been applied on rear seats. The body is touching to the ground, the rear bumper has cracked. Only i am the one who is suffering from this problem in khammam. So please solve my problem immediately.               I bought Innova Crysta Touring sport Model in March end 2018.
              i have hardly run it 7000 kms and there is issue with Tires.

              it has Bridgestone tire 215/55R17
              3 out of four ground tire has started showing Bulge in side wall.
              there is no hard impact during driving which is evident in the fact that alloy wheels have no dent etc..
              i have heard in various forums that many customers having Innova crysta similar tire are having similar problem.

              i have contacted Toyota dealership for the same and got it surveyed by Tire maker for manufacturing issue, and found no manufacturing defect.

              i think there is some problem with Toyota design due to which such low aspect ration tires are getting damaged due to heavy load.

              i need resolution from Toyota about my issue.

                Hi team,

                I am sunil pipal from haryana (India) and using toyota etios liva gd (Diesel version) since june 2014.
                Where i am facing manufacturing defect where engine oil reached on red mark every time before 10000 km.
                Every time i am raising the concern in every service and getting revert that we have checked our oil parameters and we have not observed any issue. So as per them i have taken extended warranty with cost tentative 18000 indian rupees.

                Almost every 5000 km i am visiting toyota workshop and every time they are saying we have no issue observed in engine. My car is in workshop since 24th feb 2019 and more than 20 days now still i am not getting proper update and what would be the next step.
                Even i have called on toll free number to log my concern under tcm[protected] and no positive revert from their side too.
                Most important thing is i am doing work from home since my car is in workshop.
                So need your help to get this fixed high priority.

                  I have purchased the above car from your showroom & after payment of the full price incl for accessories, have taken the delivery of the car on 17 feb 2019.

                  I had a very positive experience on all aspects – visit to your showroom, demo, explanations, buying the car, delivery of the car etc. & given my feedback for the same.

                  But i have a negative experience on the point that no part of the accessories which i have purchased & also paid, has not been yet delivered to me till date. Unfortunately, there is no update & certainty from you & toyota when the same will be delivered.

                  It’s quite unfair & not the experience a customer need to go through. And it seems having purchased the car, neither you or toyota are at all bothered on how my above grievance is to be addressed at all.

                  I want you take my grievance on record & also inform me the reasons why the lapse has occurred & when & how the same will be addressed by delivery of all the accessories.

                  I bought this car just One and a half month back and it is just 1100 Kms driven and its rear Tyre got burst at 60 kms speed on a Highway. I complained this to the dealer there reply was as usual that it is not covered under warranty and it is normal wear and tear. I suggest not to buy 17" alloys with low profile tyres in such a heavy car.

                    I gave my toyota corolla pb 22j 8600 for service at pioneer toyota bathinda. They broke fuel filter part during service, now they are not replacing it. They are saying our technian has to bear cost of broken part, please pay for this broken part. I have lodged number of complaints with toyota but they are not listening

                      Dear sir,

                      This is to inform you that i have purchased etios liva on having registration details pb 46 u 1339 on 30/09/2015. Since the purchased i have been taking the iffco tokyo insurance from the toyota agency every year even before its due date.
                      On 08/02/2019 at 09:30 am, i visited globe toyota, phase 6, sas nagar, mohali, chandigarh for the claim where i met with the toyota executive mr. Vijay who told me that he will watch through your claim. I asked him that i urgently require my car to be returned to me by the evening of 13/02/19. He assured me that the parts your car required is already present here at the agency so you will get the car by 13/02/2019. I filled the claim with following details:
                      "i was traveling to amritsar on 24 january, my car was on tarn taran toll plaza, where my side mirror got stuck between the metallic polls of the toll plaza. As i was unaware of the condition i tried to get the car reverse, it broke and the bender stuck with that polls. While reversing, car bumper stuck with the bolero's number plate."

                      I got my claim accepted on 08/02/2019 with the following message as "your claim is registered as clm91738868/329483"
                      By time to time i have called mr. Vijay on his mobile number [protected] (Phone recording attached) where he assured me that i will get my car back on 13/02/2019. But when i called him on 13/02/19 he told me that the surveyor surveyed your car on 12/02/2019 so you will not get your car back on 13/02/19. Also he told me that surveyor has accepted only the claim of your bumper and rejected the claim of your side glass and bender.

                      Feeling dejected i got surveyor's sarvjit singh's mobile number ([protected]) and called him where he told me that he only got intimation on 12/02/2019 and regarding my explanation of the claim he told me that generally there are no polls on the left side of toll plaza so your claim will be rejected. I asked him if he had personally verified the tarn taran toll or he is just imagining to which he asked me to click the pictures and send him. I told him that this is not my duty. (Recording attached)

                      I being a police officer stationed at mohali, how come i will go there and click those pictures at this very moment.
                      Feeling hurtful, on 13/02/2019, i went back to the globe toyota, phase 6, sas nagar where i demanded my car back as i urgently required it (As explained above) where they wanted me to withdraw my claim, so i withdrew it in writing and they gave my car back. On receiving my car, i noticed that the car was in very ugly shape as they have parked it in open in very dusty area. (Pictures of the car attached). They haven't even tried to wash it before the handling.

                      I am utterly disappointed in the services offered by the toyota as toyota have been saying that customer satisfaction is the top priority to them and to rub salt on my wound, toyota is messaging me that they hope that you are delighted with our service.

                        I went to grace toyota, nagpur for the servicing of my innova chyrsta. This vehicle belongs to cmi service society and i am the president of the society. I have two complaints to note here:
                        1. Regarding the payment mode the service center was not ready to accept cheque payment. Ours is a society and our auditor is very particular that every payment be made through cheque only. I tried to convince the people in the service station but they are not ready to listen to me. They made to run pillar to post collecting cash to make cash payment. It very strange that cheque payment are not accepted!
                        2. I had to order an indicator light for my car which was damaged. The service station demanded half payment before placing the order which i feel is too ridiculing. Ok i agreed and i made the full payment. It is now eighth days are over, so far no communication in this regard. Today i called the service station and when i inquired about it, they were telling me that i have to see if it has come, then tells me, we will have to see if any vehicle is going to chandrapur where my vehicle is. I think half of the the earnestness the service station showed in getting the money from the customer even before the order is placed should have been shown in giving the service to the customer. This is very appaling and very sad. This is my second bitter experience with toyota.

                          I am having toyota altis. Last week ac in my car was not working properly. During day time the cooling was very poor but in the early morning and in the evening cooling was better. Therefore i have given my car for servicing at lanson toyota at koyambedu, chennai on 12/02/19. The service advisor has informed that there is leakage at cooling fin and problem in fan motor also. He advised to change the following parts:

                          1. Oil compressor
                          2. Motor, cooling fan
                          3. Dryer cooler
                          4. Evaporator sub - assy
                          5. O-ring.
                          6.ac gas charging.
                          Based on his advise i have given a clearance to change the above said parts and cost including labour cost comes to rs.36925/-.

                          The car was taken delivery on 14-02-19. On 15-02-19 when i went to outstation noticed the same problem, the cooling was not proper. Immediately i contact the service advisor and explained the problem, he advised to bring the vehicle to workshop. Today i given the vehicle to check the cooling effect to same advisor. Now the advisor informed that there his problem in compressor cut-off switch and advised to change the compressor since the cut-off switch his integral part of compressor. The cost involved for this is rs.26000/- plus tax.

                          For child parts like cut-off switch we need to change the entire compressor by spending 26000 rs. Plus tax.

                          The cut-off switch cost could be around rs.500 or so.. It will be unnecessarily burned on the customer. I request toyato to change the cut-off switch has a child part.

                          Normally it is the world practices of all oem manufactures to supply child parts for an assembly to reduce the burned on the customer.

                          Hope toyato can understand the logic and find the solution with out burdening the customer to arrest the complaint.

                          A line in reply for the solution is highly appreciate.

                            Dear sir / madam,
                            We have sent our vehicle number mp14cb2172 for servicing and having problem of heating / coolant pot emptying problem to rajendra toyota udaipur.

                            They kept our vehicle for 20 days there. Replaced water body, but after returning home, we found problem was not solved. Then we made complaint immediately, and they suggested to bring back the vehicle to udaipur.

                            They kept the vehicle for whole day, replaced coolant. And told they haven't a parts in stock. They asked us to take vehicle back, and advised to bring it back, when they parts will be in stock. We are regularly contacting them but not repelling properly.

                            We are planning to buy a new toyota vehicle, and not having a hesitation.

                            Plz suggest what to do, if problem increased. Thanks and regards.

                              I had given my innova crysta after an accident for repair in january, 2018 to grand toyota dealership dehradun and in the reparing the chassis was changed and i got the new chassis number updated in my rc but the dealer forgot to emboss the chassis number on the vehicle which i got to know when i gave it for a minor claim (Repair of windshield glass) in february, 2019 to trust toyota dealership in dehradun as grand toyota dehradun is shut. The insurance company refused to pass the claim without chassis number on the vehicle and guided to get it embossed by the dealership as soon as possible.
                              I have lodged my complaint on toyota toll free number last week (Complaint number tcm[protected]) regarding the same but have not got any resolution till date in spite of calling them everyday. I am shocked how can a company dealership repair a vehicle without embossing the chassis number.
                              Please take immediate action and get my vehicle released.

                                My name is ramesh babu. I have a fortuner. Recently, i had sent the vehicle for service to this above centre. I paid a bill of rs. 28, 000 for the service. I just rode 40 kms and the vehicle stopped running. When i went back the supervisor mr. Mallesh told us that the turbo has to be replaced and the cost of it is rs. 1, 22, 000. He also said that they cannot guarantee us how long this will run after replacement. When the vehicle was taken to another known automobile engineer mr. Timothy thomas of automac, he showed us that the air filter, oil filter and diesel filter was not cleaned nor changed, nor the tank filter was cleaned or changed. The turbo was fine only the switch was gone and the total bill was with changed tyres was rs.80, 000. I want to know why did i pay this bill of rs.28, 000? Who is responsible for such lapses in their job? Can that person step in and take charge and answer and resolve this issue? Why are the people cheated like this? My mobile number is [protected]. I have provided all the video and photo, invoices proofs.

                                Despite knowing all these issues the service centre authority hasn't resolved this issue or called me up. I would like the concerned authorities to take up this and do the needful or else i need to find ways to get this whole irresponsible attitude of the service centres to the general public.

                                  We jaya antony and saji joseph mathews made a booking for toyota yaris on dec 24 2018 and we were given the invoice with a december2018 model and took delivery on 01/01/2019. But we got the t p papers only in the night and came to know only after two days that the vehicle was a june model. We wrote to toyota expaining the situation and disappointment
                                  No reply recived from toyota after several mails, only phone calls
                                  The dealer has not called since the complaint was registered

                                  My issue with Toyota is not resolved yet, no reply from Toyota

                                    It is more then a year i am complaining for the defective seat, adding pain on my lower back but toyota is not able to rectify the defect, nor seem interested to work on the complaint - registered against no. Tm[protected] / tcm[protected]/tcm[protected].

                                    I am facing problem only with this vehicle, not with any other vehicle i am driving?

                                    Now even toyota is not attending my request and not responding on my complaint.
                                    Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Insurance was done by the dealership.
                                        Alll details of damages we're communicated in claim form. But no heed was given by the insurance claim executive. For which, i am suffering
