Trust toyota? Really! - they just broke out trust
Toyota is widely known for it's reliability and customer support, right?
Trust toyota just broke our trust!
We bought a toyota innova crysta as our work horse and first car in the family, fully trusting the brand toyota with our hard earned money
Taking it's care and getting it serviced at the authorized service center that is based in dehradun, no compromises even though we live in rudraprayag.
Service done at 1000kms, 5000kms, and 10000kms as recommended by the brand.
After the third service we also got the wheels aligned at the service center by paying additional charges.
As we were on our way to tehri, the tyre on the driver side bursts!
Surprised, we took a look at what had happened.
No signs of damage on the outside, the treads are all good. We got the tyre checked, turns out the tyre was damaged on the inside, due to wrong alignment!
This happened at 12995
Kms, really?
Similarly the other tyres are also damaged from the inside.
On 6th may
We reached out to toyota support via app, and were soon diverted to trust toyota, dehradun.
The contact person declined any support from their end without even checking the case, he says "the tyre is from a third party brand i. E. Bridgestone and toyota holds no responsibility for that, we should reach out to the tyre brand for this matter"?
To which i asked, "i bought this car as a complete unit from toyota, the car is under warranty and so is everything that comes along with the car, why should i connect with the tyre brand, it should be the customer support from toyota that should do it's job the right way."
The guy from trust toyota declined my request and said that i have to reach out to bridgestone on my own.
Furious and left with no choice,
As my car is just parked at my home, i can not drive it anywhere.
I reached out to bridgestone.
Bridgestone clearly states "the situation shows that the tyre was poorly aligned by the service agent and this has nothing to do with the quality of tyre, even if i get a new tyre it'll wear out the same way"
This happened on 14th may.
Each and every day after that, the person from trust toyota has been delaying the work and asks me to bring my car to their showroom, all i asked was a written consent stating "if the tyre or alloys get damaged on my way to the showroom, trust toyota is responsible for that" the guy from showroom has been ignoring this request and providing me no support for the same.
Amazing how perception of a brand can be changed by a dealership,
We trusted toyota with our hard earned money and this is what we get,
Fraud, poor service, negligence!
It's 26th may today and the case is still not taken forward.

Through this post i want to reach out to all of you who are going to buy vehicle from your hard earned money,
Trust toyota is not to be trusted!

I have been cheated with toyota uttam i have purchaised crysta v model a year ago and its sprangily used with a single hand by myself exclusive as a car lover its been used very gentle, last week i have given my vehicle for car servicing on dealer request for 20000 service however its not completed yet and today after my use to 107 kms from my home my rear left tyre got burst and some have we escaped from a major accident, we are surprised not a single punture being faced till today got suddenly burst after paying 9k aprox service payment then we asked puncture boy to put spare tyre and we found 4 pinctures in new tyre which is not being used a single kilometer ??
Then we got 03 rd shock when puncture boy shown all the tyres with loose screws nut bolt ??
Need clear explanation to understand... is toyota or his dealers doing cheating with such high value product ??
Are they using stock and old expired product on new vehicle ?
Or they are changing in servicing ?
Also what motif or quality check they have with loose wheel nuts and bolts ?
i have all the videos and images covering all the above incident.
Moreover have wasted money and time to uttan toyora sahibabd and spoken to all there staff but they are telling the stories and showing themself helpless putting all on appolo where rajneesh yadav tyre specialist also saving themself that there is no warrantty on tyre if you buying through toyota ..i[censored] buy from showroom then there is warrantty of tyres ??
I am surprised that how and why these people are doing this just to run there job this way these guys will be in hell with such fraud and market .
