Tyre get burst in running vehicle. Apollo tyre 16 inches. Replying to complaint this happen for to low air pressure. My observation vehicle tyre quality is not upto the mark.
This issue is very common problem as three users facing same problem in my locality.
Neither apollo nor toyota taken responsibility. Both companies taken this casually.
Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have been cheated with toyota uttam i have purchaised crysta v model a year ago and its sprangily used with a single hand by myself exclusive as a car lover its been used very gentle, last week i have given my vehicle for car servicing on dealer request for 20000 service however its not completed yet and today after my use to 107 kms from my home my rear left tyre got burst and some have we escaped from a major accident, we are surprised not a single punture being faced till today got suddenly burst after paying 9k aprox service payment then we asked puncture boy to put spare tyre and we found 4 pinctures in new tyre which is not being used a single kilometer ??

Then we got 03 rd shock when puncture boy shown all the tyres with loose screws nut bolt ??

Need clear explanation to understand... is toyota or his dealers doing cheating with such high value product ??

Are they using stock and old expired product on new vehicle ?

Or they are changing in servicing ?

Also what motif or quality check they have with loose wheel nuts and bolts ?

i have all the videos and images covering all the above incident.

 Moreover have wasted money and time to uttan toyora sahibabd and spoken to all there staff but they are telling the stories and showing themself helpless putting all on appolo where rajneesh yadav tyre specialist also saving themself that there is no warrantty on tyre if you buying through toyota ..i[censored] buy from showroom then there is warrantty of tyres ??

I am surprised that how and why these people are doing this just to run there job this way these guys will be in hell with such fraud and market .

    I bought toyota innova crysta two years back. I was travelling to saharanpur and on the way to the same my car crossed a small pit hole and both the left tyres of the car got burst and alloy got bend.
    No response from toyota.
    Day before yesterday when i was returning from jaipur, the same thing happen and again both the left tyres got burst and alloy got bend.
    Please forward my complaint to toyota and ask them to replace all my four tyres along with alloy.

      Few months before i have told truth about service on feedback call after that without my permission my contact number was replaced from feedback call list so that i can't give any complaint and secondly last service which was done on[protected] was unsatisfactory, there was no proper dealing not properly cleaned car i am bothered about that whether there was properly service was done or not because owner can't stay nearby while serivece is taking place so it is serious issue please take it properly so we can enjoy toyota service and can ejected the feeling of private service centre (Where main purpose is personal benefit only).

      I have purchased liya petrol but never average & nevar pickup comparison with other petrol 1200cc car. I already submit the complaint in anad Toyota hamirpur HP but not response any my probloum . My car is running is 1800Km & purchased last month. Latest I want to exchanged with any model as liya desil, belang top modi.

        I have Purchased vehicle from Heritage Toyota Ranchi, and at the time of Purchasing Vehicle, i had tried to convey him that i will take vehicle insurance from outside or online with my own choice...But They had denied for this and given me insurance of his own choice...and said that this insurance covers everything of your vehicle for one year...

        They had charged Rs 36792 for this policy...when i quote same policy online... with same feature..than we get it on 5000 to 6000 Rs less than the amount charged by them...So customers are cheated at this point by dealer...

        Surprisely, My vehicle met with an accident one day...and i had given vehicle to Heritage toyota ... They had initiated claim process and some minor work has been done by insurance claim... They had told me that there is some problem in your engine which is to be repaired or replaced and insurance company had rejected your claim against engine work as it is not covered under policy...

          My car got a repair.When we shown it in Nippon toyota showroom Kalamassry, They told me it will take minimum 1.5 lakhs to check the complaint only.So we didnt gave the car to toyota.And gave it to outside Workshop.Head gasket of engine got damaged.Now I need spare part of the car.
          When I contacted them they told me it will cost 440 Rupees for it and we need to come directly to showroom to book for spare parts.
          And when I went there, they told me it will cost around 1626 rupees and will take maximum 7 days.
          I transferred the amount to Nippon toyota account.
          After giving them the reference number of fund transfer, they told me it will take minimum 15 days to reach the spare part.
          I asked for refund, they denied it.And they are saying they will not give spare parts unless we gave car there to repair it.
          Please interfere in this and give us a justice

            We have purchased Innova Crysta 2.8Z Model codeGUN143R-MXTHYX
            Engine no. 1GD-A147651 Customer ID C17037877 on 18.12.2017 from Castle Toyota Jalandhar. The 2nd service of the vehicle was performed by ANR Motors P.Ltd. Jalandhar on 13.3.2019. After servicing we have found that Navigation system is not working and after chasing ANR Motors Jalandhar many time they could not rectify the problem. They said the chip is not working rather asked us to buy new one which we dont think is ethical as the vehicle has done less that 18000 Kms and system in the vehicle are giving up.
            You are requested to instruct the dealer to solve our issue.

              Purchased innova crysta 2.8 on july 2018, now its 19000 kilometres, finished its tyres inner side and visible it’s threads, very bad service. Done all the periodic service at time and done wheel alignments on every 5000 kilometres.
              I am innova in which the back door is full of water.sir i cant understand the design of the vehicle.How is the door full of water.kindly provide immediate assistance.

                  This complaint is regarding RC of our new car Toyota crysta. I have bought our car in march 26th. From Castle Toyota A.N.R Motors Pvt. Ltd. Hoshiarpur. Idid not get RC of the car yet. Its been three months. We did not get from our dealer from where bought this car. Due to not getting an RC of car Toyota crysta I am using a car on rent. Who is going to pay for this. Either toyta company or dealer who deals with the toyota comapny. Give us a response regarding this either i m going took another action against this. This is my last warning to you .

                    My innova crysta vehicle was given to harsha toyota kothaguda, Hyderabad on 12th may for a clutch issue, they said that it would take 1 day to chk initially. Then next day they told that 2-3 parts are damaged and one of the parts ( clutch fork) is not available and would take few days after they order, that went down to 1st june and now its going down to 14th June. Worst service if toyota cannot provide such small services.

                      With reference to above I informed you that, undersigned is one of the valuable customer of Toyota Vehicle since last 4 years. The said vehicle is always maintained by the local dealer M/s. Espriti Toyota, Rourkela at their service center by their experience service persons. But re-grate to informed you that, on the way while driving the vehicle on the national highway NH46 suddenly engine stop on the road at Jashipur, Odisha at 8.30Pm on dated 01.06.2019. On spot, I have informed the above subject to RSA of Toyota as well as the dealer of Rourkela. But sorry to informed you that no body has taken action in this regard. After 4 days the said vehicle was taken to their service station at Rourkela. After inspection, intimated me that regarding the worn out of timing belt which causes the damage of the engine. Please note that, as per the norm, the said belt should be change after running of 150000 KM. Presently the vehicle is running only 138000 KM.

                      This is purely poor maintenance & negligence of the service maintenance department.

                      Hence, I would request your good self to take up the matter on urgent basis & instruction may be passed to the Toyota Dealer to hand over the vehicle to the undersigned in running condition on free of cost.

                      Failing which the undersigned have no alternative to take the shelter of Law.

                          I purchased toyota crysta 2.8z last year, in the month of july 2018. This vehicle has lot of good name in the market
                          But i am very much disappointed with the performance, the problem which i am facing is, the vehicle
                          Fumbles when the speed is just above 100 km. The steering of the vehicle starts shivering and it becomes
                          Very much inconvenient to hold the steering. I showed this to our dealer grace toyota. But even after servicing the performance has not improved. Please let me know where to go.

                            Trust toyota? Really! - they just broke out trust
                            Toyota is widely known for it's reliability and customer support, right?
                            Trust toyota just broke our trust!
                            We bought a toyota innova crysta as our work horse and first car in the family, fully trusting the brand toyota with our hard earned money
                            Taking it's care and getting it serviced at the authorized service center that is based in dehradun, no compromises even though we live in rudraprayag.
                            Service done at 1000kms, 5000kms, and 10000kms as recommended by the brand.
                            After the third service we also got the wheels aligned at the service center by paying additional charges.
                            As we were on our way to tehri, the tyre on the driver side bursts!
                            Surprised, we took a look at what had happened.
                            No signs of damage on the outside, the treads are all good. We got the tyre checked, turns out the tyre was damaged on the inside, due to wrong alignment!
                            This happened at 12995
                            Kms, really?
                            Similarly the other tyres are also damaged from the inside.
                            On 6th may
                            We reached out to toyota support via app, and were soon diverted to trust toyota, dehradun.
                            The contact person declined any support from their end without even checking the case, he says "the tyre is from a third party brand i. E. Bridgestone and toyota holds no responsibility for that, we should reach out to the tyre brand for this matter"?
                            To which i asked, "i bought this car as a complete unit from toyota, the car is under warranty and so is everything that comes along with the car, why should i connect with the tyre brand, it should be the customer support from toyota that should do it's job the right way."
                            The guy from trust toyota declined my request and said that i have to reach out to bridgestone on my own.
                            Furious and left with no choice,
                            As my car is just parked at my home, i can not drive it anywhere.
                            I reached out to bridgestone.
                            Bridgestone clearly states "the situation shows that the tyre was poorly aligned by the service agent and this has nothing to do with the quality of tyre, even if i get a new tyre it'll wear out the same way"
                            This happened on 14th may.
                            Each and every day after that, the person from trust toyota has been delaying the work and asks me to bring my car to their showroom, all i asked was a written consent stating "if the tyre or alloys get damaged on my way to the showroom, trust toyota is responsible for that" the guy from showroom has been ignoring this request and providing me no support for the same.

                            Amazing how perception of a brand can be changed by a dealership,
                            We trusted toyota with our hard earned money and this is what we get,
                            Fraud, poor service, negligence!

                            It's 26th may today and the case is still not taken forward.

                            I'm attaching the photographs and videos along with this post for you to see what actually happened.

                            Through this post i want to reach out to all of you who are going to buy vehicle from your hard earned money,
                            Trust toyota is not to be trusted!
                            Toyota india has lost it's focus on customers,

                              I brought a car(Toyota 2012 G Model) from U -trust near in Banaswai for around 9.8 lacs on May 2019(The orginal rate for 2012 model is around 9.5 lacs). I have been told by U-trust that the car is in perfect condition and they have personally verified for all mechanical parts. I was quite happy to buy the car from a well known brand. I could see so many issues occurring like they changed the tubeless tyres to old tube tyres, the front storage door not getting locked, not cleaned, they had given me the key 2 nos one is working with remote while another without remote, they had given a damaged tool kit,

                              I was going to coimbatore from Bangalore with my family, we were in Coimbatore 350Kms kms far from Bangalore and suddenly I noticed that after 80Kmph speed it started jumping and the tyre got punchered(tube tyre). The tool kit is not working & suffered a lot. Finally some one 10kms away I went by bus took the puncher guy & rectified. I contacted the Nandi trust that the vehicle is not Wheel balanced. I took to their branch banaswadi in the morning & told to wheel balance which they said it was done after 6pm. At 6 pm I visited the place & they said everything is rectified.

                              I then went to the U trust to compliant about the same. I met Nemiraj & told him about the issue of replacing the tyres, tool kit, Keys, repair of front storage door lock etc he said to call him on the next day. But he never answer my Phone. I called the manager Jitash he also don't respond my calls. I think is waste by buying the famed used toyota innova from Nandi toyota trust banaswadi. Can anyone help me in going to consumer court for collecting my money back.

                              I would never ever recommend U-trust to anyone. If you dont want to waste your time and hard earned money, DO NOT GO TO U-TRUST.

                              They should be renamed DON'T-TRUST.

                              Now I wanted refund of my Amount paid as i trusted the Nandi toyota U trust as i paid Amount of Rs 9.8 lacs which is equivalent of new one at that time.

                              or If they want to repair let them give the following.

                              1. Replace all with tubeless tyres with new one (As i paid the full rate of 2012 model.)
                              2. New tool kit which was in damaged condition.
                              3. 2 New keys with original.
                              4. Replace the front storage door
                              5. As per U trust company policy check of 203 points
                              6. Service details
                              7. Perfect working condition with warranty of 1 year.

                                Mh04gu7508 stopped on 12/05. Towed and send to madhuban reay road on 13/05. Told them to check the hsd tank and fuel guage. They did not do it. Made bill of 22, 300/- and returned vehicle. Again it stopped on road on 14/05 night 1 am. Now they tell me fuel gauge was faulty, due to this there was excess pressure on pump and nozzles got damaged. Who will bear this loss of 50, 000/-. Had they checked on time it could have been avoided. Need resolution immediatelt.

                                  I made a purchase of two toyota fortuners both from kanpur showroom but they delievered one vehicle from kanpur showroom and other one from lucknow and they didnt provide me navigation chip from lucknow showroom and mr. Ramakant convinced me to provide that from kanpur showroom.
                                  Having believed them i returned back as they said will deliver navigation on first service. Since then its being 7-8 months and yet i have not recieved the device.
                                  Its very frustrating that your valuable customers have to face problems even on purchasing vehicles of nearly 1 cr.
                                  I expect you will work on complaint as soon as possible.

                                    I got tyre changed from toyota innova (Ka53 mc7779) and was promised wheel alignment. But only after 10 days my tyres started dragging and whobbling.
                                    Nandi toyota is a fraud organisation involved in cheating customer and when contact give submersible answers and blames customer itself. Nandi toyota does not accept mistakes.
                                    Please donot get your service done here, kindly go to other toyota service centres. I repeat, keep away from nandi toyota.

                                      I had given my vehicle number ka 53 ma 9000 for servicing at nandi toyota banaswadi bangalore with complaint no horn working. As attender suggested spiral cable damage we agred to change part as attender suggested. At the time of dropping vehicle for servicing we tild we will need old part while delivery. Vehicle was commited to be delivered at 6pm and so i was here at 6pm sharp for delivery.. After payments made at the time of inspection the replaced part was not found in vehicle. When i demanded replaced part they started searching here and there just wasting time. Its 10:15pm now and i am still here to get replaced part. No proper response by anybody here. They ask me to come tommorow to collect replaced part.. My question is why should i waste my time coming when they made mistake.. Just now i spoke to seniour manager mr. Sharath shetty he was too rude and spoke valgar language.. Is this the way your company treat customers?? I will make sure i go to high level complaint and if neccesary file case.. Worst experience i have even seen staff behaving so worst and irresponsible.

                                      My complaint dated 29/04/19 regarding not surrendering old part replaced is not solved yet. Last night till 10:45pm i was at the service station to collect part and take my car delivery. But the staff there kept me waiting from 6pm by searching part all arounfd the campus. Finally at 10:45pm with conversation on call with senior service manager we agreed to his talk and took vehicle delivery saying he himself will come up to my office with old part and new replaced part box and delivery at my office on 30/04/2019. Its about 6pm now and the issue is not sorted out. As per company policies old replaced part is to be surrendered to customer on demand at time of delivery. But now its 24hrs in excess time also its not solved.

                                      Its clear that all comittments made was fake and clear cheating case. If part is replaced then where is old part and new part box or packing. I shall wait for other 24hrs from now and later i will have to produce notice legally of cheating.

                                      I am using land cruiser Prado. I request to give a invoice copy to me. They did not provide about 1 month daily I mail and call no any update. how Toyota become a international brand.very bad

                                        I have deliver my car to service 8th april after 2000 km of the previous service for the same complain i was having over six month.

                                        Was insisting the car problem was not related rot balance and alignment. Every time they were sending me back saying all are okay. But car was shaking last 6 months.

                                        I beg them to check my car. They really dont want to check my car finally they said i have too pay it. I said i will.

                                        My car tires was dad at 26000 km. And they were okay when my car 24000 km service. Finally they found the problem but their mistake cause for me tires cost now. I still did not get my car. It is like a joke no one calls me if i dont call them. Also managers are not caring the case unbelievably. When managers are also careless you do not know where to go and complain.

                                        I even know that this email is useless. One of the customer service team will call me and will say sorry.

                                        Some one has to realize that because of their careless service i cud have done terrible accident.
