Dear sir/madam,

With reference to the above captioned subject i have purchased toyota innova crysta at leelakrishna toyota madhurawada on dec 2016. I have been frequently making service my vehicle ap31 bt 0777 at the said show room, from day one itself i was finding so many fraudulent activities by service team, i have warned the showroom head regarding the same, but they are not all ready to resolve he issue. Recently 1month back i have given my vehicle for service. After two days of service my vehicle's engine used to stop during driving and even i had to push the vehicle to start (There was no such problem before service) i have taken up the issue with service engineer, he told us that battery was damaged, he replaced the same and again after two days of replacement of battery, i have been getting a display message stating that "there is problem with engine kindly contact your dealer". When i take up the issue with service team, they are saying that there is some problem which requires an amount of rs.150000/- and above. When i ask them for who has diagnosed my vehicle, they are showing fingers to some other people, they are not sure who has taken up the issue. I am getting these kind of problems since my vehicles last service (I left my vehicle at show room for around 10 days). During my last service they have replaced my vehicle's parts. I am also using hyundai i20 for the last 7years, i never got such problem with vehicle or vehicle dealer. But just within a span of 2years i am getting so many problems with this toyota showroom, not only me many of my friends also complaining same about leela krishna toyota madhurawada ". Kindly take up the issue seriously and do justice for me.

    I am having innova crysta ap03cd8445. I have given for 40k service at harsha toyota tirupathi. I have charged a bill 18000/- for oil change and spareparts etc. No problem service done well and excellent. But at the time of delivery service advisor mr. Anand rao was not present and some other person given delivery to me. Very next day i found the diver seat side floor mat was not there and navigation chip in the navigator also. Immediatly after noticing the parts i informed to service advisor regarding this matter. He replied i am in leave today, tommorow i will find out and call you. Two days over no reply from showroom. Again on this day i sent my driver to showroom regarding this matter. Navigation chip was handedover to me and regarding floor mats they are balming us like there was only five floor mats at the time of giving vehilcle. My vehicle is innova crysta 2.8z automatic nearly 28lks and i have paid 18000 for service. I am a timber importer since from 40 years and i am the owner of bhargavi atomobiles (Maruthi showroom) building premises. I am not in aposition to claim a single floor rubbermat of cost 500/-. Please enquiry about this. I dont need your mat sir. But i want to know what happening in the prestigious innova showrooms.

      Have a corolla altis 2015 model which i purchased from registered toyota dealer in faridabad going by the name of thirty six toyota. I have a complaint regarding how they befool their customers when their cars are serviced at the workshop of the dealership cum service centre. Of late, i had an issue with engine (Engine check light was flashing), so i visited the thirty six toyota service centre and they asked me to leave the car. I left it and after few hours i was told on phone that its oxygen sensor is not working. I agreed to get it changed from them and they dropped my car back at home by evening. After few days, i noticed engine check light was flashing again, so i immediately called them up and they happened to pick up the car from my home. Now initially, they were saying it's a fault in wiring which they would fix. A day passed and they didn't respond. On the very next day they were like "sir your oxygen sensor is not working", so i told them that they had changed it few days back. That's it, the day passed and they again didn't respond. The whole team was unreachable. I called up the reception of the service centre, she told me wait but in vain. I was asking them to update about the status of my car but no one bothered to call or text me. The next day i was told that my car ecm had a fault in it and needs to be replaced. I asked them to connect me with their service manager who started telling me about the estimate of the ecm and how urgently it must be replaced. Meanwhile, the service advisor checking my car tells me that check engine light, faulty oxygen sensor and faulty ecm are no issues and i can run my car with all faults intact. I told them to clarify the matter but again they disappeared on me leaving me in the lurch. My car is still at the service centre.
      Cutting long short, my compliant is that thirty six toyota faridabad service centre steals body parts of a car and befool their customers to get it changed. And by not picking calls they harass their customers to the hilt.

          As i bought new platinum etios vxd model vehicle from united toyota, padilla, mangalore.. And the fog light bulb (Left side) gone within 3 months of purchase, when i complained to the service advisor he said that you come to service center sir we will take care of it.. But once i visited for the 20k service at that time i informed about the bulb gone within 3months, good but service people even didn't notice it and they were neglected my complaint... And again when i visited for minor repairs i informed regarding that, but they are telling me that you are late sir we can not help you with warranty... It was shocking to hear.. And i want it replaced within warranty as my vehicle is very new but they are responded very badly and i never expected it from toyota, i hope you will resolve the issue... Or else i have to fight for my loss.. Please take necessary action... Thanking you,

              Would like to inform you that i drooped my car fortuner (Up16 - bp 0060) for service and repair work at uttam toyota h-3 - sector -63 - noida.
              They commited 9th august for delivery, however we have not received our car till today i. E. 12 august. Staff is really unprofessional and rude there, they dont know how to talk to a clint, very disappointing. Kindly look in to it.

                I have toyota etios and they are not giving me prper insurance. My car front glass has crack it create prob while driving so they are saying that they will change in next insurance. They are crating problem to me. They even guide me properly. My bumper is damged they are saying that they will give have off insurance of bamer restbu have to pay. So tell me what is the benefit of insurance... I am fed up of your services..

                    We have registered the same in the name of rekha garg with himachal pradesh registering authority nalagrarh bearing rc no. Hp12l3254 as on 6.7.2019.

                    As the authority has not issued us the high security number plate with rc, we are facing the traffic poilce again and again.

                    So we are humbly requested you to please provide us the high security number plate of the registered vehicle immediately.

                      Worst experience in here... I luv toyata but this is not the right branch to purchase a car the reason here for... Sales executive named mr jithesh while delivering the car he was in pleasing me.. After the delivering... When i called him he didn’t even respond me... And after that i went to branch questioned him he shouted at me and answered when i go there he even speak with me... He was in personal for about 45min. He told us to wait but he was busy in his personal cal... He has orgiving nature tooo... So do reject him requesting toyota management...

                        I have given my innova crysta (Ka41 mc 1818) for 15000 km general service on 22nd july at nandi toyota itpl branch and while receiving my vehicle after service i found the left side mirror got damaged. And nobody is bothering on the same and the same time they putting the blame on me by saying it was damaged before itself. I am the only one who use my vehicle and i am dam sure it wasn’t damaged before. On the other hand it was that they should noticed before itself in front of me.                           One of my car having registration no. Hr37d 0025, make - toyota fortuner is lying at ms globe automobiles pvt. Ltd., ambala for major accidental repairs and the job order no. Is bpj19 — 00878.

                          My car both side bodies and roof assy are to be replaced and yesterday i have been informed by the technician that their spot welding machine is not capable of doing that job because it is outdated and it got overheating problem and that is why they are using mig welding machine for all accidental job. I asked the technician that this is agaisnt the standards of toyota but he had no reply and he said sir kindly talk to senior management or toyota. I have conveyed my grievance to globe toyota body shop incharge and operation head on the whatsup group being created by globe automobiles body shop incharge for updation of day to day status to customer but i feel that globe people would not arrange new spot welding machine and will compromise with quality and standard of toyota. Due to lack of equipment my car is delaying day by day and its already more then 15 days it is lying in the body shop. I request you to kindly interfere in the matter and instruct m/s globe toyota ambala to arrange a new spot welding machine having good capacity so that my car work would continue without further delay. I have asked the globe people to hold my car work till the time they will not arrange new spot welding machine. An urgent action and prompt reply from your side will be highly appreciated...

                            tyre burst issue in innova crysta zx

                            I am a loyal customer of toyota innova and had one since 2009
                            I bought a crysta on 30th july 2016 and have had three tyre bursts since then

                            Each time the car went into a pothole the tyre burst happened forcing me to buy a new tyre
                            The fact that the 17 inch tyres have a 10 mm shorter sidewall. Shorter sidewalls means a slightly stiffer ride quality and also the danger of alloy wheels taking an impact when the vehicle...

                            Been driving innova crysta for 3 years and I was not even informed of its faulty wheel and tire! I got to know that it is a manufacturing defect only after I risked my life driving it in a forest and the two tires burst in the middle of the night. This is happening for the fifth time since we bought the vehicle and I almost crashed this time! When I inquired about it I was told it was not Toyota's responsibility to inform me about the manufacturing defect when 2 new tires burst for the first time 2 years ago! So disappointed with Toyota! You do not care even if we die on the road because of your faulty cars!!

                              Our yaris car uk-17j-9989 is standing on trust toyota dehradun from last 18 days for repair and maintenance but till now there is no progress they are saying we didn't have engine chamber of this car and arranging this part from company but after 18 days they are not able to arrange that part very poor service of toyota company. I have two more car of honda and maruti but there services is very good but first time we buy toyota and i am unhappy to see the servicing of toyota.

                                My daughter owns a toyota etios liva. She had an unfortunate accident on 22nd june, 2019. The car is completely smashed from the front. The windshield broke, the drawer in the dashboard fell out. My daughter was wearing a seatbelt which saved her, though she still hurt her jaw that banged into the steering wheel. Her ankle is in plaster and her neck is in constant pain.

                                It is hence clear that the impact was huge, but the issue is that despite all this, the air bags didn't open. Our efforts to reach toyota have only met with lame excuses where their representative keeps parroting "the sensor was not impacted". This is anyways evident, but the question is that despite such a huge shock, why were the sensors not impacted.

                                This is a clear case of defective equipment and directly compromises with our safety.

                                  We gave our above mentioned car for servicing on 20th june at your jahangirpuri service station. Our service advisor is mr. Pradeep m-[protected]
                                  We were informed that the car has been serviced but the ac cannot be repaired as one of its part is not available in india. Our car is still lying at the service station and we always receive a new date for getting our car. When we informed them that we are facing difficulty in our day-to-day commuting, today we have been informed that they can take permission for giving us a etios.
                                  Sir, please look into the matter seriously and deliver our car to us as everyday we are incurring expenses on taxi for our day-to-day commuting, everyday we have to incur around rs. 2500/ — rs. 3000/- per day on taxi, which is going on for more than 15 days now.
