Within 3 month of toyota innova crysta break and vibration problem starts, given to the infinium toyota s g road ahmedabad, took car for 2 days and says complain resolved. After next day same complains started, keep for another 2 days than said there is bubbles in your tyre and no replacement. Served legal notice to them, but are shrud. So be careful and check the before purchasing.

    Promise to sarve my all doc to next 7 day but further todays as of now i am not recved any doc.
    Withaout resitration no runing my car i pay traffic charges approx 23700
    I alredy complain in your call center tcm[protected] my complaint no
    My only concern in if you are not able to do ragitration process so cheat the customer my time and my money also my reputation is spoiled in your only toyeta company

    I also pay in favor of rajpal toyeta bhopal my all payment and another for 5050 for choice of car nos
    I wnat the car registration is 214 last or before the nos are available in the time of purchase but today this is not available.

      I have ordered a liva dual tone car in kerala thrichur district, under nippon toyota. I have booked the car on previous month(April 15). The sales person mentioned that the car wil be shiped from bangalore dipo, so it will take 1 Months for the delivery date, Abd he promised That he can deliver the car on or before 15 May. Later on May 9th the sales person called me and told that the allotement is granted for my booking and you can transfer the money to the account. So i contacted the bank manager, bank manager asked me to make sure that the car is reached in the same showroom, so i confirmed with the sales person again and he ensured me and convinced to make the payment. So i told the manager to transfer the fund. So he transfered complete amount to the showroon company bank account, sales person also forwarded me the bill for the payment. Now when i contacted the sales person on may 13th, he told me that the car is not arrived and i have to wait for 31 May. Now i suspect they will not deliver me the car even on may 31. What is the next action i should take if i didnt receive the car on may 31. Also please let me know how long should a customer wait after completing the full payment. I dont want to cancel the car order. I luv toyota. Please advice me. I have 50000 Booking bill, and a forwarded copy of full payment bill through whatsapp

        My car bg no. Ap31cp8628 etios sedan was taken to service center at marikavalada visakhapatnam after an accident more than 10 days back. Insurance surveyor fron ins.co. Examuned the vehicle and tendered his work order. To my misfortune the work is very slow. Ni progress is shon. The reason i could understand is that there is insufficiencey of mechanics to meet the requirement. I am a senior advocate with absolute necessaity of my vehicle. I am put in dilemna as to how many days more is needed to get the repairs done. Every day every hour every minute delay is so precious to me and the inconvenience and hardship that is being sustained by me due to incapable insufficient service is undesirable. Hope my vehicle is repaired fully n skillfully at the earliest possible time...

          I, A.Thangavelu, own a Toyota Innova Crysta bearing registration TN 66 S 3690.

          I have been facing Headlight focusing issues in my Innova Crysta ever since delivery of my vehicle, I have made countless number of complaints with Anaamalais Toyota regarding this issue but they have not resolved it yet. I have taken Anamalais Toyota Service Advisers and Technical persons with me on trial runs in which they failed to focus the alignment of the headlight beam and acknowledged the problem in the headlight focusing. I have recorded evidence to prove Toyota Service Adviser accepting the fact that the alignment of the headlight is wrong. But each time after discussion at the service center they get back to me saying that this is the normal focusing of headlight in all Innova Crysta.

          I have tested my car at an ISO certified testing center with a Beam setter device and have a report proving that the headlight focusing is not correct as per ARAI standards. I have countless number of photos to show the wrong alignment of the headlight. The right side high beam is focused towards the left of the vehicle in such a way that the road ahead on the right half of the vehicle stays unilluminated. To operate the vehicle at such a condition poses a huge safety concern for all the occupants of the vehicle. I have consulted various Automotive associations, Automobile Engineers and gone through all standards to get my facts right.

          I have complained about this issue on six occasions to Anamalais Toyota (Coimbatore) They are very negligent about it. The only test they do is compare my car with another demo vehicle, apply the settings on the demo vehicle to mine and test the height of the low beam against a wall. The diagnostic method they use does not completely reflect the real-world performance of the vehicle.

          I have all the necessary evidences and documents to prove my claim that the headlight focusing on my Innova Crysta is totally absurd. I kindly request Toyota to take a look in to this issue and sort it out at the earliest. I have lost trust in Anamalais Toyota (Coimbatore) so it would be of immense help if some person with technical expertise from Toyota India takes a look at this issue. I will be able to do further trial runs and demonstrate the issue in detail if required.

          I hope this reaches out to the concerned authorities and gets sorted out soon, failing which I consider approaching various Automobile magazines to post articles related to the issues I am facing and commencing legal proceedings.

          Non availabilty of bumper at Dealers. Dealers are asking to order the item first which will took around 3 to 4 days to arrive and 1 day to fix the item. I am Travel Agent having a taxi Innova. If my taxi will stand idle of 5 days, howch much loss will I have????

            My Innova Vehicle is having a problem where the engine malfunction indicator starts glowing when I travel on long distance, this vehicle is a 2011 model and this problem has been there since I have purchased the vehicle, this fault has been brought to the notice of the service center on a number of occasions, once it was said that the fuel tank has to be cleaned, even after the same the indicator again started to glow, on this occasion the service center got the manifold serviced and stated that the issue has been sorted out. I wish to state that when I was returning to Bangalore on 10th May 2017, the engine malfunction indicator again started to glow, when the said indicator starts to glow the pickup of the vehicle drastically comes down and It becomes very unsafe to drive the vehicle as the speed comes down and this has happened late night on the highway, I was travelling with my family and this has problem has really put a lot of doubt in my mind as to whether the personnel at service center are technically qualified, as they have not been able to rectify the problem, I feel that they are only trying to satisfy the customers by giving false assurance that the problem has been solved, to mention further I was told on the last occasion when the manifold was serviced that they have done a work costing Rs.10, 0000/- free of cost, I think the said statement was not called for, as I am not for any charity from your end, I fail to understand as to how the people can talk like that, they have failed to understand that they have put the lives of the customer at risk by not rectifying the issue. This repeated problem has put a doubt in my mind to dive the said vehicle as I fear that whenever I am travelling there would be a breakdown; I feel that this not a customer of Toyota should go through. I have been totally let down by the company. I have now left the said vehicle at the above mentioned service center and I have my doubts if the issue will be resolved this time also.

              Sir,

              I have bought innova crysta, top end model - desiel automatic, for a whopping price of aprox rs.25 lakhs, just because i am a innova fan and have 3-4 innova's in our company.

              But i am very disappointed while riding the innova crysta, it is so bumpy that you feel like travelling in a tempo. this is been brought to notice of your service managers also when sent for servicing but no action has been taken or any comment has been received.

              I have stopped using the car because of the same reason of very uncomfortable ride. i would like to know whether the bad suspension is a manufacturing defect in the model or it can be rectified if there is something wrong in the suspension, i can send the car to your service station if any responsible person is going to attend.

              There was also a gps problem, the gps chip was not installed in my car and was kept in the plastic box in the dash board and when i sent the vehicle to get it installed they 1st said that this gps chip is changed by other chip by someone in your company and they will look into it, after sending the car 2-3 times for installation of gps chip now they say that i have to pay rs. 12, 000.00 as the old one supplied to me as a corrupt chip.


              If toyota motors and grace motors do justify this malpractice i would be more than pleased to pay rs. 12, 000.00 and hence fore will never dream of, nor recommend anyone buying toyota products.

              More than my concern about the gps chip is the awful suspension of the car which is evident that i have purchased the car 9 months back and the car has hardly done 6000 kms up till now, whereas this car was bought by me for travelling outside nagpur to my sites, after the suspension problem, i have stopped using the car and started travelling in my old innova for all my outstation work, hope to get an explanation for the same.

                I would like to complaint against unknown personal working in Toyota showroom as mentioned below, i had given my car in hoshiarpur based Toyota showroom to claim my accidental damage for which i provided my personal contact number to the personals which is being mentioned on the Job card, unfortunately i got a call from a guy from bathinda threatning me due to our personal disputes as he got my personal contact number from the Job Card updated on Toyota servers which is being leaked/disclosed by someone working in Toyota showroom.

                Vehicle tyre just covered 36000 km but lot of wobbling problem and not safety for driving. Made many report to the dealer anamalai toyota in tirupur but technical team not giving satisfactory service and action to rectify the same.
                Even mobile charger not working gear shifting problem is there
                aircondition is not up to the mark.
                I have send my innova at om toyota ajmer rajasthan for service REG no. Rj09 ua9991 and paid rs24710 of service but my car has been break down today and no proper response from dealer and service manager PRAVEEN is misbehaIving. And my car was given back after 7 days from service. And problem is same. So please look forward this problem

                    So sad Toyota person in charge informed me that my claim has been rejected on the front seat back and only allowed me to claim the seat cover. i just wonder my car still under warranty claim why my claim was rejected. However i had take care and polish it well but it still crack. This is no my problem toyota should complaint to supplier why the seat back is not lasting. I have other car Optra Chevrolex already 10 years + the leather car seat still in good condition and do not have such problem.

                    Appreciate Toyota can allow me to claim. Thank you.

                      I have innova crysta 2.8 automatic run 15000 kms. I was experiencing vibration in car while braking. It was diagnosed as brake pad damage and disc issue. I went to mgf toyota gurgaon they kept it for three days rubbed the disc and changed brake pads but after driving 4000 kms i am experiencing same issue. I even called call centre regarding this but no action was taken please solve my issue.

                        Iam guruprasad, kodbail house, uppala post 671322, kasaragod district purchased innova crysta in june 2016. After 2 month front tyre blast in running. At february 2017 acid leakage in battery and some parts and chasis damaged due to acid leakage from battery. But dealers not find this problem in service. After my complaint dealer remove the engine and other parts they paint the leakage area including chasis. But when remove the engine and repaint the chasis they not inform me. When i visit the showroom i saw that they remove the engine and refix the engine. Iam not satisfy this because i dont want the repainted car. I want replace the car. Iam already used maruti suzuki, renault duster but iam not satisfied on that brand so i purchased toyoto. Iam suggested innova crysta 2 cars to my neighbour and my friend also. But i think toyoto is not good brand. I give 24 lakh to this car but no value to money in toyota. I want replace this car by toyoto. Iam already complaint about this but no responce. When purchased new car toyota dealers says our brand is good but when complaint started they not responce for that. This is cheating for customer.

                          Please note i had submitted the request to replace the back tyre behind the driving area of my vehicle, toyota fortuner 3.0l 4wd at with regn. No. Dl 8c ac 5600, color : super white registered on 17/10/2016 due to cut marks on the tyre which was not done during the drive.

                          However your personal inspected the vehicle at galaxy toyota, motinagar, new delhi and take the photographs also. But the problem is not resolved yet.

                            My etios cross jh01br7029 was repaired under insurance claim. After repairing, the company charged a part of repairing cost by saying that insurance company has disapproved the claim. But before repairing i had requested verbally to repair only within insurance claim. And only those parts were changed which were approved in front of me jointly by top link toyota agency, ranchi & insurance agency after photography of vehicle. L requested the agency that why i was not informed about repairing cost which has to pay by me prior to repairing. The agency is behaving very badly & threatening that he will not release my vehicle & i am free to complain any where. L request that repairing charges should not be taken from me as it was neither requested by me nor informed me before repairing.

                              I am a resident of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. I drive a Toyota Altis (2008 model). Over period of time, minor issues have always been there, but nothing major as such. I have made sure that the car is in good shape / duly serviced at your Authorised Service Centre, whenever required and / or informed by representatives of Toyota Espirit, Noida Centre.

                              The purpose of sending this mail is to inform you that I met with an accident on 25.04.2017 around 10.15 p.m. at Jangpura, New Delhi. I was driving at a speed of 40 kms/hr and was wearing my seat belt. My co-passanger was also wearing the seat belt. The front right hand side of the car hit a road block (divider). There is major damage to the right hand side of the car. My chest has been bruised as it hit the steering wheel of the car. I was even hospitalised. My co-passanger also hit the dash board of the car. To my shock and surprise, neither the seat belt was able to stop me or the co-passenger’s body from hitting the steering wheel / dash board nor the front air bags opened even after such impact.

                              I request you to kindly to send a surveyor to investigate as to why the seat belt and the airbags did not work at the time of the accident. Car is standing at R.R. Motor, Malik Dharam Kanta, Next to Batra Auto Spares, Khasra No. 68, Ashram Chowk, New Delhi.

                              Please send the Surveyor as soon as you get this mail. I am a Lawyer by profession; each day delay is at your risk and cost.

                                I, Mahesh Deshmukh, using Innova VXI since two years. Unfortunately my vehicle found in an accident and vehicle submitted to Service Center @ Bavdhan. They took their time of one month (which is very minor I think) whereas committed that vehicle will be ready in next 8 days only.
                                Again, the new issue found, as per commitment vehicle should get 100% reimbursement but some parts not covered in insurance by you guys. I think SBI insurance is having tie up with Toyota.
                                As per suggestion by Toyota dealer, I had taken Insurance from you only. But now the situation is reverse and Toyota guys are not supporting.
                                Kindly help me out the situation immediately.

                                  Its been less then a year, I purchased new Innova Crysta top variant with a fact of having the old legacy of carrying comfort and stability in Innova. But to my knowledge, i was shocked and surprised after driving Crysta. After continuous complaints at Globe Toyota Mohali but to no satisfaction that i am writing this complaint. We have old Innova aswell but the ride and comfort in Crysta is very poor and hard. The suspension is so hard that even small patches of cracks on roads hits back to your head. It bounces or hits back so hard on even little bad roads that the whole car including passengers gets shaken with a very stiff effect. Very very very poor comfort with hard seats. I feel my 21 lakhs have gone in trash. Kindly take serious action as its my hard earned money and I can't let it go so easily.

                                    This is Naveen S J, my car Toyota etios, car no. KA 18 B 8486. I purchased this car almost one and half year back in mangalore showroom - UNITED CARS (p) LTD, N.H.75, NEAR PADIL JUNCTION PADIL, MANGALORE - 575007.

                                    My car got accident last month march 31st. then i droped that car for repair, to mangalore showroom, that car fully damaged, i applied insurance also, after car repair that insurance company will claim all that amount directly go to car showroom, but now car showroom people asking 2.5 lack rupees for advance, i don't have that much amount, i am working as a driver, in one and half year back in loan i purchased a car, my car is yellow board, i am not able to give that much amount, please give me suggestions and take series action about car showroom. Because all are not rich, almost all are living in work only like me, driving is my field, any one have this type of problem how they will pay, money having people can pay easily, like my kind of people is very difficult to pay, and we have to wait 2 - 3 months it will take for repair and delivery, in that time i have to pay my loan amount also, without work and car how i can to pay that loan amount and that loan interest also, in this middle i have to give that advance 2 to 2.5 lack amount how we can give, please take series action about this, it will help all other people also.

                                      We puchased fortuner 4x4 automatic on 01.01.2017. After using the vehicle we came to knew about the problem and registered the complaint to toyota 36 faridabad on 10.01.2017 that while closing the dickey it does not go back if anything interpution is there in between, but we are not getting any feedback or action from them. That may lead to casualty. Sensor of dicky is very poor.
                                      Even you can compare the quality with endeavour.
