Veh No. KL-23-K-6100 done service of 25000 KMS at Nippon Toyota Kayamkulam n found that there is a leak in left rear wheel shock absorber n informed by them was no issues. but this time service for 40000KM done at Kottiyam, kollam n they have advised to be replace. this is for hiding n after warranty they want to replace with cost .
Veh No KL-23-K-6100 done 30000Km service at Nippon Toyota Kayamkulam n replaced breakpads.previous one is not given back n after replaced feeling vibration in the break pedals. again taken for rechecking n driven 80KMs n agreed by them the prblm. again done something. but still hvng the same prblm sometimes. so replace the disk with free of cost

    I own Etios-GD, MH-16 BC-1063, the breakdown car was brought by dealers toeing van to center keeping it for 3 days but they didn't found the problem after this car was started by second key but during these three days they had made changes due to which car engine setting was changed they told us to change filter, after changing filter problem persists so they recommend to change injector. Due to unavailability of injector they order it from company after one month it was made available it was installed on 30 th march17. Again problem was not resolved, now at this stage they says fuel has problem up to this day they never say this .We don't have idea what they have done with car and the fuel collected was unbelievable, because these issues arises under their custody.During the period car was in their custody, so now they says that u have to change all injectors at your own cost. If car under warranty one injector will get replaced and another injectors are not covered under warranty how is the warranty policy, which covers half part of engine. So please do needful and resolve the issue.

      The car Toyota Etios Liva(CH 01AN 4748) was purchased from Globe Toyota, Karnal in May 2012.All the services whether first three free or paid till date had been carried out at Globe Toyota, Mohali.My family owns other two cars as well, one is Renault Duster and second is Hyundai I 20.The satisfaction we used to get earlier, after servicing, was even shared with pride with Renault and Hyundai.But this time the quality of service which was done on 17/03/17 has deteriorated to a very low level.The issues experienced were as follows;
      --Discrepancy in service timings---A day before the service date a phone call was received and time fixed was 3:00pm, but on next day(due service day)a short message was received which conveyed 2:00pm.I called up that number and after discussion time was fixed for 2:00pm(for which I had to make changes in my schedule).This was a normal paid service but the lady on the other side said it was a normal health check up, which was again clarified.
      --Delayed attendance--On reaching the service center on time, the guard took me inside the reception area, but I had to call somebody to attend.He did the first initial formalities but neither gave me the expense estimate nor the time estimate for delivery of the vehicle.Then another person comes who gave me both the estimates but delivery time was 5:30 pm.On this I argued that approximate time conveyed on phone was two hours, which was rescheduled to 4:30 pm delivery time.
      --Accessories not properly fixed--On reaching home I noticed that one of the wheel caps was not properly fixed & could have fallen off on high speed or during jerk on any of the speed breakers.Another thing I found missing was the wiper blade(rubber part), which otherwise was conveyed to me by service staff for replacement but I had refused.
      Toyota is a big name in automobile industry but such irritants shall mar the brand name in the market.I hope such matters are looked into & proper actions are taken after root cause analysis.

          Greetings of the day!

          I have strong belief that toyota is most reliable brand in diesel vehicles and very prompt in services (60 minutes) so i bought a new toyota etios liva gd car in dec 2014.
          I bought the vehicle from delhi and transferred to jodhpur (raj.) in march 2015. i sent here my car no. dl-3ccc 5731 twice against accident claim. i have zero depreciation car insurance but both times i did not get complete readdress or solution to repair of the car even it created danger to life of me and my family also. kindly go through the incidents of last repair of my car-

          1) after accident in jodhpur, i called toyota showroom (rishi toyotaa jodhpur) to pick the car and i was told by them that rishi toyota jodhpur don't provide pick and drop facility and customer need to send the car though i was told by the dealer (grace toyota saket delhi) that toyota provides pick and drop facility all over the country. it was a great set back to me that a customer in traumatic condition need to send the car to service station himself.

          2) any how i sent the car was sent to show room (19 km away) on 09/12/2016 and i was told i need to register claim to the insurance company despite the fact the dealer (, who sold me car) assured me that all things will be done at showroom after submitting the documents. i told all the problems of the car including blinking of abs signal time to time with problem of braking. i registered insurance claim by mobile phone.

          3) on 16/12/17 i called to rishi toyota jodhpur to ask the status of the repair than i was told to follow up the insurance company as rishi toyota has no tie up with the company with whom i have cashless insurance... and i was waiting the reply 'your car is the repaired'

          4) i called the service station on 26/12/2017 to ask the status of my car and i was assured that i will be intimated by return call in 30 minutes... which i never got.

          5) i send my colleague to the service station residing near to that area to inquire the matter as i had hired a taxi and paying on need basis. he visited and told me car is full of dust and full of rodent feces and stinking badly.

          6) i called rishi toyota on 27/12/17 at 3.30 pm again and i was dodged that ' ho to gaya ha par hamaare computer me delivery ke liye nahi aya ha' when i stressed to tell actual status the the lady assured a call back in 30 minutes which i got at 6.40 pm that car is ready and i have to pay the amount as rishi toyota jodhpur has no tie up with tata aig insurance... i. e. cash less too... and she told to confirm tomorrow on 28/12/17 for delivery.

          7) on 28/12/17 i got a call for delivery at 11.37 am and i was told the car is ready. i reminded the person about blinking of abs indicator, smell and feces of rodents. i was informed to take car on 30.12.17.

          8) i reached to take the car on 30/12/17 at 12.30 pm (approx) and i found car stinking badly and 69 extra kilometers on odometer as per snap shot of dash board taken in mobile camera (approx. 3.5 l of diesel)... i asked the person on duty... he insisted me that rodent smell is not responsibility of the service station and forced me the service of car at 19000 km only which was due later.in between lunch announced... after lunch the car was back to the bay at 3.40 pm. as the service mechanic touched the dash board feces of rodents spilled there. i insisted to open dashboard... omg... i found most of the electric and antenna cables damaged badly... all white insulation pads torn and damaged by the rodents. i asked the mechanic to correct all the things. i was told that all it will be chargeable... i insisted that i handed over the car without smell than why to pay?... but i was left with no options and keeping my promise to my family in my mind that we will go outside by our own car on the eve of new year... i agreed upon all the conditions and all the charges to pay and literally begged them to repair my car. for 2.00 hours siting idle at 6.00 pm i was told that computer is showing the articles (cables, insulation pads and a lattice to fix in to stop entry of rodents) in stock and they are searching in the store. i the peak of my impatience i reached to the manager mr. rathore and requested him to do needful for my car. he called 2-3 persons... asked them... scolded them and finally i got only a key ring and a visiting card from him with an assurance to fix all the problems within 5 days after procuring all the items needed. mr. rathore also assured me free pick n drop facility to fix these problems as it was not my fault at all.
          I asked him about abs and brakes to be fixed at least. the mechanic in front of mr. rathore told that abs indicator some time loose and gives unnecessary signal to dash board and he has a lot of car daily like this which need no maintenance for faulty indicators. i again warned all of them that it is a matter of safety leading to death as i am going to jaipur in next few days. i was assured about abs without fixing the problem. i believed all those. i paid bill of of service again including charges for fumigation and related articles. i left the showroom at 6. 45 pm approx... with a car stinking badly... car charger not working... and lot of depression in my mind.

          9) during my drive to jaipur the abs was not blinking... i entered in city area of jaipur and abs started blinking but i ignored as advised by rishi toyota... a old car tata indica was ahead me... that applied brakes on speed-breaker... i also applied brakes but brakes did not worked and my car rammed into indica car and its bumper fell down...5 goon like persons got down the car grabbed me from collar in front of my family... and forced me to pay rs. 2500/-... i payed. i returned from jaipur to jodhpur spending a whole day with a speed exceeding not more than 40 kmph.
          10) after that i called several times to rishi toyota jodhpur many a times... many picked my phones and transferred my calls to some ms. mamta... mr. simon... mr. ashish... and many others... even to mr rathore... but still waiting since last 3 months nearly to pick my car and fix all problems

          You are humbly requested to get my car repaired and fix all the problems or kindly take it back with no price... my humble donation.

            We purchase crysta innova on 25 dec 2016 but not yet get registration.
            Globe toyta panipat manager not responding us and told us not to call for any thing
            He also asking for under table bribe
            For giving registration certificate
            They people behaving very rude
            When we ask accountant mr pawan for papers he behave very badly
            So please do something of these people otherwise i complaint to police.

              Your product innova crysta is having some basic defect that three times the tyre was cut and bursted twice at same point and once even the alloy wheel cracked. But this time bursted on a round about causing imbalance of the car and landing in a crash. Myself suffered minor injuries but despite of my repeated complaints and request to change the alloy wheel no one is bothered. At least four or five vehicles are facing same problem in sirsa district but still no action. Is your company brand like toyota least responsible. I will be visiting the local dealer today and will see till when i get the response.

                I had given my Toyota Etios for servicing at Madhuban Toyota Kurla West Mumbai india. When I received back the vehicle it was making 2 kind of noises to which the advisor agreed and sorted out one noise but other noise is still there. In spite of repeatedly informing them they are least bothered. Has the toyota service levels gone to such a low that the problems aren't getting rectified. I need a reply within 3 working days .

                  I had purchased Innova crystal Automatic transmission Z variant on 28/10/20016.
                  After 4000 kms run I had a tyre burst at a very low speed of 20 kmpl., which I got it changed at my own expense. Luckily no mishaps as it was at a low speed.
                  Again after a run of 5200 kms on 13/03/2017, on my way from Mumbai to Shirdi I got an alert from the vehicle that engine needs to be stopped immediately which I did and contacted Toyota helpline. They towed the vehicle to Wasan showroom in Nashik.
                  Next day I was informed that the pipe which carries oil to the gearbox had been damaged and gear oil had leaked.
                  Now they ask me to bear all the charges for the replacement of the pipe and gear oil
                  I have also been informed that it will not be covered by insurance.
                  Also I fail to understand how can the pipe burst spontaneously on its own.
                  Does Toyota really check the quality of its parts and if the answer is yes how come this leak has happened.
                  I am can sure it has happened due yo faulty pipe.
                  This can also mean that due to gear oil leak there might have been damage to the gear box.
                  I refuse to pay for the faulty pipe and all the further repairs and expect Toyota to do the necessary repairs and replacement at the earliest.
                  I will consider fighting in the appropriate and judicial manner if need be.

                      I have toyota period ht29ah7275 car.2-3 days after service(in toyota authorized service station).car start giving white smoke.i informed to Toyota service centre then they checked that engine oil is coming from Silencer and engine does not have engine oil.There is no alarm displayed in car instrument cluster regarding any issue.i think after service service engineer forgot to put engine oil in engine resulting problem in engine.
                      Please provide any further email id for compliant and arrange to change engine.

                        A person with his innova car was continuously blowing horn even though when he saw traffic jam .. I told him to wait by using my hand. He just got down the car by that time the traffic was being cleared.I just started going.. After sometime i noticed that he was following me and i just took a turn to a street where there is no traffic jam and he just started driving at a speed of 85 chasing me i too increased the speed.He just stopped me and beat me and my elder brother of age 13 years.he slapped him.many of them started beating him he just sat in his car and drove back..His car no.is AP9BQ7128..he just abused my mom with the ad words..

                          I had left my innova crysta vehicle bearing reg. No. Ka04mr7942 for repair at ravindu toyota body shop on 18th feb 2017. After taking the delivery of the vehicle on 7th march 2017, i found the navigation memory card is missing from my vehicle. When enquired about it with toyota service supervisor, he says it had been returned at the time of taking the vehicle into their possession for repair which i dont agree with. I it was so, the same thing should have been mentioned in the walk - around check sheet which clearly has not been done.
                          We also found that there is no provision to mention of this very important part of the vehicle any where in the check sheet. Hence we did not realize about the memory card being left in the car before handing over the vehicle.
                          Please help us in solving this issue of the missing memory card.

                            Myself owner of Toyota Innova Crysta is repenting of buying Crysta a product of Toyota company. Toyota and the Insurance company Cholamangalam are totally full of irregularities no customer satisfaction, no services, no decency, no listeners, only you have to wait. the employees are only good at talks and will say give us another 48 hours to review after waiting for weeks and still they will tell you the status they wont get the things done. and same is with the insurance company surveyor. I didn't expected this from Toyota. I am ashamed now to be the customer of Toyota top model crysta. and further they diont have air pressue checking and air pressure machine at there workshop.

                            Myself Dr Jagdeeep Aggarwal is repenting for being a owner of TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA Z MODEL which is product of international brand Toyota and there associate insurance company Chola, who are unable to satisfy customers abd not able feel there customer comfortable at the time of harassment and they are irresponsible keep you waiting when comlaint will just and say u to wait for another 48 hrs where customer has already waited for weeks for that small work. I am ashamed to say that I am customer of Toyota and who never approaches customers only customers have to reach the company for reviews or progress of the repairs or complaints.

                                  इस केलिये मै ने toyota castamr केअर को शिकायत भी की तब esprit ने मुझे से कहा की हम आप को पूरी warnty देगे लेकिन जब मेरी कार में बड़ी मेकेनिकल खराबी आई तो esprit ने के पास पिछले 3, 4 महीनो से चाकर काट रहा हु और esprit के कर्मचारी मेरी कार का सही काम नहीं कर रहे कभी 20 दिन कभी 10दिन कभी 6 दिन रोकते है और सही काम नहीं करते जिससे मेरा बहुत नुकसान हुआ है कार में कमी कुछ और है और काम कुछ और ही करते है और पैसा भी लेते है car no hr55t3436 है कुप्य आप मेरी मदत करे धन्यवाद

                                    Even after the repair of my car, central locking is not working properly and even his front door keys is not working.

                                    Is this the way of such a reputed brand { toyota } to look after the customers problems and issues with the local channels??

                                    This is regarding my clam issue 16th feb 2017. Registered complaint number tcm[protected]

                                    Detail summary :-

                                    With a very deep heart i am writing this mail that i had given my car for insurance clam to one of your authorize dealer om toyota jaipur on 8th feb-2017 and it was promised by the car adviser mr. Hanuman singh to deliver the car on 16th feb-2107, but when i had called on 16th to mr hanuman he talked with me very annoyingly and said now it will be delivered again after 10 days for which i had lounged a complaint on 16th feb-2017 (Registered complaint number tcm[protected]).

                                    Issues :-

                                    1) after complaining with toyota no body had contacted me from dealer side and the only remark updated is "tried customer but he is not reachable" i again call toyota and requested for help but nothing was done by toyota and his dealer om toyota.

                                    2) when i visited on the given time by mr. Hamuman on 25th feb-2017 my car is not ready and suddenly it having starting issues which was not at the time of leaving a car and the same was admitted by the adviser and some new vertix was places in my car for rs. 2300 which was intentionally done after laughing a complaint on toyota.

                                    3) even due to this a miss happening was happen with me as in insurance my real gate was replaced and after checking i insisted mr hanuman that it is not ok but denied and it is really not ok and it is not closing by central looking due to which some one had open my car and take away my necessary car accessories.

                                    Final submission :-

                                    I am a customer of toyota from last 12 years and i urge with toyota to please look into this matter where your dealers are intentionally doing these activities with your customers and by which customers like me which is having 7 cars of toyota and associated witth the company from last 12 years loosing their faith on toyota.

                                    Hoping the reply on this mail with the resulation and strick action against such egoistic advisors.

                                      This is my second mail about my complain for your dealer in Sikar, rajasthan he took our booking amount of 1 lac in December and still not giving car.

                                      Last time you guys promised to sort it in a week time but now it's almost 20 days and still no result.

                                      Sikar agent is like you can go ahead and do as many complaints we won't help you either tell me if anything gonna happen or I'll take this matter in court.

                                        I have purchase a toyota innova crysta 2.4 V in second week of jan 17, and i had sent my vehicle for 2nd free service on 2;4 th of march and was done in a hours time and my concern was not at all attended . I came to know this only when my driver brought the vehicle to Gokak. When i called the company person who attended the vehicle he said sir the concern has been noted and it will be attended next time . I want to know why next time, is it because if it will he attended now it will be free of cost and next time chargeable .After this i received a feed back call from the company asking about the service experience, i told the detailed concern and ask to register a complain and give me the complain number she told she will call back and give the complain number and never called back.. Is this the service provided to the people buying expensive cars, ? Before buying you give many attractive offers and once it is bought you never care .I have seen a same complaint on this site by mr arunkumar on 2 mar17 and he says he is complaining since 5000 kms and till now ot is not rectified . If you cant solve the problem please take back the vehicle and return us the amount paid.
