Due to small accident there is a damage on our right side rear doorof new innova crysta ap27bk 0666 and we have asked to replace the rear door and they told it wasn't there in stock and has to be ordered .The order has been told on 18/01.2017 but till today 28/01/2017 there is no responce from your side(ongole showroom radhamadav toyota)

we are using you innova vechiles from past 10 years this our 5th innova vechile.

The service here (ongole showroom)is very bad and there is no proper responce from the management also

please look into our matter seriously and please solve our problem as early as possible

    I'm G.Mathivanan SSI CCIW CID from dharmapuri.I have booked a car (Toyota ETIOS VXD) in your showroom in October. I have payed half the advance of the car. You said that you will deliver the car in November. Again said that you will deliver it in December. Then said you will deliver the new model of the car in the first week of January 2017.Then again said you will deliver the car in 10 days, but you haven't delivered the car.Please deliver the car within a week.Or otherwise please return the amount which I paid, I will get the car in other company.

      I booked a toyota innova crysta 2.8 (8 seater) on 30th December 2016 and made the entire payment through my bank loan and credit card down payment on 31st december 2016 itself.

      I was offered a discount of Rs. 1, 30, 000 /- on the car and as I was with my bank on the 30th december late evening, the bank said they would finance the insurance of the car only if they would be allowed to issue the same. So i called up Madubhan Toyota and their Sales Person Mr. Sagar said since I will take insurance from the Bank, Discount of Rs. 1, 30, 000 / - would be reduced by approx 17, 000/- and will come down to 1, 13, 000 / - on the phone.

      Then I agreed to this as my bank processed the loan and was about to disburse it within one day and was going through with the deal.

      on 31st December after receiving the money from my bank, the cheater brand Toyota dealer called me up and said that the discount offered to you of Rs. 1, 30, 000 / - comprised of insurance and since I am not taking it from them, I will get discount of Rs. 65000/- only.

      I was angry as they said something on the phone and after taking money, they changed their decision. This is a clear cut case of cheating from Toyota.

      Then I asked them to repay the entire money back and which they did not do either and renegotiate the terms and asked me to buy accessories worth Rs. 1, 00, 000/- on which they would give me discount of Rs. 55, 000/- on January 5th 2017.

      Then I made the balance payments and gave Toyota dealer my bank's insurance company (HDFC Ergo) and its person who would issue the policy on 9th January to complete the CRTM of my car so that I can have the delivery by 13th January 2017 or a little around that time.

      Sagar and Sachin from Toyota kept on informing me that they are unable to get the insurance inspite of me giving them all the necessary information of the insurance company and the person issuing the policy.

      When I realised on 12th afternoon that the insurance policy was not issued, I made up my mind that I would like to cancel the vehicle as the level of service from Toyota and HDFC Ergo and the HDFC Bank was very bad and my part should be just to give contact numbers to each of the vendors rather than follow up for each of the things as I am happy with my work profile and do not need to follow up with each of them to get a car as all of these companies didnt give me the desired service for the same.

      Now suddenly inspite of repeated requests, the Toyota company delayed the payment to my bank loan intentionally trying to make making money as it was interest free for them and after complaining to toyota customer care, they initiated action on the payment and kept on informing me false information that they have already paid my bank on the 19th January which was bank was not able to reflect that.

      Over and Above that, they have also charged me cancellation of Rs. 10, 000/- and made around Rs.20, 000/- of interest and thats the way I guess Toyota makes maximum money as if they find 1000 customers like this in a year pan india, they would make around more than Rs. 3 crores which is a brilliant way of cheating customer and making maximum money for Toyota and its dealers.

      They also had another dealer who took booking amount from me and was not able to even allot a car and is also cheating customers as they do not have cars and are taking down payment from customers.

      Toyota has defined a new level in customer service.

      Level ZERO (Setting standard of being worst in customer service).

Contacted the branch couple of time for delivery detail but no proper answer. Kindly do the needful to deliver the vehicle by this week. Otherwise, cancel the order and refund the amount. I will get the vehicle in someother company.

          Poor service given by toyota on last monday as I came for car wash and my job card time is made on 11.45 and given time is 2.00 but they handover my car on 3.30. As I compliant on Toyota as well but there is no response from your side as you guys asked for 3 days and nows its a week complete. Very shameful to see from toyota a big brand giving this kind of service. And this is not my first time everytime has a same problem or any kind of problem from toyota.

            I sent my Innova to the Uttam Toyota Sahibabad branch. They kept the car for three days and said they have changed the AC part and there's a six months warranty for that and I paid 70, 000rs for that. But to my surprise I faced the same problem within two days. When u went back to the service centre they said there's something wrong with some other coil and I would have to pay 10, 000 rs again. I don't understand why they can charge me again when I have already paid a huge amount for the same just one week earlier. According to them there is a problem with the rear coil now.
            So was there a problem in their way team in looking into the exact problem with the car or it's their business to charge their clients unnecessarily. Or maybe they have damaged the part and now they r coming up with varied reasons.
            The most horrible experience with Uttam Toyota.

            I bought Innova Crysta 5 months back & already have two of my Bridgestone Turanza Tyres burst & air pockets developed in it. Thus seems to be a very common issue with the new Innova Crysta. So please resolve this issue and make some provision for us who have already paid for what shouldn't be.

              From the date of purchasing I am facing many problems with my car
              every time I have complaint to my near by service centre which is REWARI HARYANA PIN -123401
              but no satisfactory action taken by them I am very disappointed by the service
              the car issues are same what can I do??

                Our toyota corolla Altis went for repair a number of times in Azadpur Workshopt in mid 2016.To our horror we realised that the GPS chip was missing.We have compalined the same to Head Customer Relation Manager Ms.Malti Sharma about the same but no action has been taken.We are indeed very disspointed and regret our descision to purchase Toyota.
                They are harassing us providing excuses and providing no solution for our problem.All theifs are operating Toyota workshops and in the end the customer has to bear the burnt.

                  On 27/12/2016 at 1.00 PM I reached at Toyota showroom at GT Road Jalandhar for service of my car no PB 22 E 0983.My appointment was at 1.30 PM. Concerned. Staff adviced me that car will be ready at 4.00 PM. I requested him that if possible please service it some time before, because I have to go on long drive. But car was hand over me at 05.20 PM. It was only routine service .So much time they consumed, due to this I face lot of difficulty. They have no value of other person time.

                    On 6 december i sent my car to toyota service gmart subang selangor malaysia to repair my car after overheat. I allready told them my car overheat then they change some part like waterpump, thermostat and others and they charge rm3400. Then they said my car allready ok and can use. After a few day i use my car still got problem water radiator dry. Then for 2nd time i send they do check n they just change radiator cap only then they said my car ok n can use. Few day after i take my car then my car breakdown and the problem still the same water dry n got some serius problem to the engine. NOW what should i do allready send to the expert TOYOTA SERVICE but still got problem.

                      My car did not start this morning and i took it to mgf toyota at dundahera for checking the same. It was inspected before me and the electrician showed me that one cell was burnt out and the battery needed to be replaced. When i showed him the warranty card he told me to go to idc branch of mgf toyota as the battery was purchased from them. I went to the idc workshop at 11.30 a. M and after making me wait till 4.30 p. M i was told the battery is alright. The battery became alright once the dealership came to know that it was under warranty for 20 more days. I would request you to institute a enquiry on this issue.
                      1. If the battery was ok why i was advised to replace it when the dealership did not know it is under warranty.
                      2. Why the battery is not being replaced and the dealer is trying to delay the replacement in order that the battery goes out of warranty.
                      The first inspection was done in my presense and the electrician showed me that the last cell was burnt out. The second inspection was done in my absense.

                        Sir, we are facing major problem regarding battery.. Many time vehicle gets stops on road, and have no nay options.

                        Vehicle No - MH26AK5655, Mob :-[protected], [protected] We have given various time online complaints. But till now problem nor sorted. Dealers are also denying about defect after experiencing itself. Also 1st time Telephonic complaint received, after that Telephonic complaints are not receiving by Toyota. Due to such poor response e customers like us are loosing faith on Toyota.

                            Our vehical no. Mh34-am1020, we have some spare requirement from grace toyota nagpur. We have order the spare at showroom before one month, they have told to pay some advance for spare, we have paid 20000/- rs.. Twenty thousand) date-17/11/2016, reciept - no-304, we call after 15 days to showroom. The receiptionist said that i well confirm to spare par division and call you back. This hapen to time with us no responce from their showroom not call back then we taken the work manager no. [protected]. We call him he did not pick up the phone and he send message i am in meeting call you back but no responce from work manager also. Very poor service from grace toyota nagpur. Sir please resolve our problem as soon as possible.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              Please note that I am facing Noise problem again as my vehicle is making noise. Noise coming from RR side when we crossed speed breaker & vehicle body touch with ground. This is already accepted & approved + repaired by toyota lucknow.
                              Mail already send with attachment for your clear understanding. I am facing same problem again as this is manufacturing defect & got this even after vehicle purchase. At that point of time this is resolved by putting Spacer & committed that this will be replaced free of cost when this problem will come again in future. I visited Grace toyota "39 Milestone, NH8, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Sector 35, Gurgaon, Haryana 122004" & reported same issue during servicing done .They not agreed to repair free of cost & looking for the mail confirmation from you. Can you please confirm the same & advise the service centre in Delhi/Gurgaon where I can get it done on top priority .

                                Sir..i have been a satisfied member of Toyota but i was disappointed by the technical team member Mr Rajinder of Anand Toyota Hamirpur whose careless inspection costs serious damage.my car admitted in anand toyota Hamirpur(HP) after accident for inspection and further action..plz do the needful and iniatiate furtherThe car was inspected carelessly from outerside and i was informed that it has got only bumper damaged and need to be taken to Anand Toyota Mandi but we don't have driver and u can drive as car is in good running condition.after few km water leakage was observed and car is thereafter taken to mandi with the help of RSA where proper inspection reveals that car was not in a condition to drive which was not suggested and cleared to me while inspecting at Hamirpur...The careless inspection costs me as engine got serious damage..i request you to initiate suitable action which won't let the "Toyota" name bring down..

My car number is gj.1. Ks.5558 is named on r. R. Patel i will talk in that place mr. Manish shah so i am not stetisfied with that person and your company. I will service my car on that on infinium motors i will get very bad response with your company bcz in the payment system in that person with tell me you will get your car after the cheque clear. So that reason i will be in very big problem that person was hold somthing 4 to 5 hour in company for the payment. I will be give them the cheaque of my company but they will be not accept my cheaque and insult me. So i will be arrange the cash in argent and reliease my car. So sir please you will be take action about that in short time beacouse if you will work on this type with customer so your company value will be very down of customer view so please take action about that in short time and you will talk with mr.                                     I have been using toyota since many years and i am very pleased to use your cars. But the latest incident that i faced is confusing my mind about the problem. I have a toyota corolla model 2004 with 6 airbags.in 2014 i had a a red airbag signal in front pannel then i headed to sevice (Cavdarli plaza) which is in bursa/turkey. I have been told that the head of airbags is faulty and needs to be changed. I said what is the reason behind this because it is not cheap!! I was told no reason they don't know, is it because of car or is it because of my driving habits?? I can not pay that many and last two years i am using my toyota with red airbag signal (Faulty elctronic head). If something happens i will use all my rights. I believe it is not my fault and it is something related with car. And toyota has recalled many cars around the world because of air bag failures. My car can be one of these cars but i am told to pay the cost. If you help me on this issue i would be appreciated.

                                        I vijay thukral have purchased your innova crysta car from solan toyota showroom and registered its number from chandigarh. I am your loyal customer as i have been using your company cars from past 5-7 years. I am very much satisfied from your company services. I need to tell you that i purchased this car on 26 oct 2016. On 18 december 2016 at 5.30 pm i was driving this car but i found that pollution was coming from its bonnet. I was with my family we quickly moved out from the car. This incident happened at vasant kunj outside dlf emporio mall. On 19 december 2016 i visited toyota's moti nagar showroom to get it checked. They called their technician who just drove the car and said that its all fine and said that in traffic if you put more pressure on clutch then it happens sometimes. But i didnt get satisfied with their behaviour as i never experienced this in my last 10 years. Even i am also using fortuner etios this thing never happened. So its my request to you kindly please help me in this case as i am not satisfied with this decision. I am sending you my number below
