    I have bought new toyota innova from Rajpal toyota Indore dealer .at the tym of puchase they had taken all the taxes, till date registration is pending since last two yrs i m not able to drive my car any where .
    Plzzz do the needful as dealer is not doing anything after taking all taxes, otherwise i have to move to consumer forum & take some strict action against the dealer .

      I brought a new innova crysta manual transmission. There is problem from my car when it completed 5000km. When we apply break after crossing 100km car steering vibrates a lot. Regarding this complaint they changed the router in front wheel.         Sir i have purchased innova crysta june 2016 car number KL 14S 9675 from toyoto. After 2 month tyre blast when driving but toyoto give only 50% discount in new tyre . Now battery leakage in car & ful chase and other parts damaged due to acid leakage . Toyoto agreed to paint the chase and change the battery . But my new cars originality gone . They fully repair the car it now like old repaired car . Every parts engine also removed and refixed. I gave 24 laks to car but within 8 month its like fully repaired car . No one purchase this car if i sold because dute fully repainted and repaired . If i sold i lost above 5 lakh rupees due repaint and repaired . I have fully mentally upset due seeing my new cars condition. Toyoto company is responsibilty for this. Why should they manfacture like this dublicate cars with 24 lakh high cost ? . Please help me for this condition . I don't want this fully repainted and repaired car . I have fifteen lakh loan for this car around 25000 monthly instanlment but i lost my cars originality in 8 months after i purchased who is responsibilty for this ?

Who toyoto manfacture like this dublicate cars and sale for high rate twenty four lakh ? I want my car in same condition when purchased . Don't want repaired and repainted car .

          Toyota u trust are liars and we got cheated buying a Honda city car. The personnel confirmed us saying all the service and work on the car has been done.. sadly not even a single work was done and it was pure cheating. If they commit and say it is done and turns out a lie it is purely misleading laymen like us..God knows how many people have got cheated like this. This manager spoke as cherry blossom polish. We spent extra 7000 on the extra repair works from our pocket after paying so much for the car by taking loans. One Indian cheats the other. Had he told it will not be done by company and it has to be done from our end. We would have believed and done ourselves.why false talks. Very disappointed and they have to refund our expenses at any cost.

              I own a Toyota Innova Cresta 2.8z version for a six months now and I get it serviced timely. Usually the car is used for long journeys and its been 16000kms till date and I got the brake-pads changed on 9000kms and Now again I got them changed on 16000kms.
              I am writing this to drag your sight towards this matter and to take this into consideration whether there is any manufacturing fault/defect in the brake-pads because of which they have to be changed in such small run again and again.

                Complaint regarding car accident claim process Against your body shop advisor Mr Pankaj

                Respected Sir,
                I am Aakib Jawed Khan and I am writting this mail to bring to your kind notice that I have been cheated by your body shop advisor mr Pankaj with collusion of IFFCO Tokoi car insurance company . I have a Toyota Innova Car and it has been insured by iffco-tokio .I have been paying for zero depression.
                Last month It was accident and I put it on your company grace Toyota workshop in Gurgaon.
                The surveyor visited in your company grace Toyota and inspected my car and permitted all the damage work. But till date I m not received my car when I asked to body shop advisor Mr Pankaj regarding that he said that U need to pay around Rs/30000/- to Us .
                Therefore I asked him why I paid such huge amount to you because I have already purchased zero depression policy from IFFCO tokio then he replied me that it's necessary to pay because it's mutual agreement between grace Toyota and IFFCO tokio car insurance company . I asked your advisor why you behave like IFFCO tokio advisor after this he misbehaved with me.
                Further, I asked him why you started maintenance work in my car without getting approval of the insurance company and without my concern after that he said I have approval order from IFFCO tokio to do work in your car that's why we did all repair work in your car as per approval work .
                Sir, From last 20 days (approx) I did not receive any call from your side regarding my car he did not update me regarding the insurance matter. And he behave like agent of IFFCO tokio why?
                I am very disappointed from your side.

                Now, I am requesting to you please resolve the matter as soon as possible if you did not resolve the matter please return my car in accidental position I will do my all accidental damage somewhere else.

                I am your valuable customer since long back in my family we have more than 20 cars of your company .And I got very bad experience from your side this time If you want to future business relationship with me please resolve this matter.

                  Then i took delivery of my new car & came home very next day i went to my shop there in day time i saw that car all parts are repainted and color is totally fred all over the plastic parts so i called up deler & asked him for these the reply from deler was the car got accident which we deliverd you & know you have to keep these car & we will not do anything

                    I have bought Innova model crysta about 15 days back I gave it for service for first time n wen I went for taking my car d front mirror of my car was broken n dy nvr informed me abt Dat it was me who myself saw it n complained dy nvr accepted dre fault first n wn I said for police n all dy said dy wil change d mirror changing d mirror has lower down its value n dy have taken even my new car for test drive n changed the parts of my new Innova wit duplicates parts n dy nvr even called for taking our car we ourself went to take our car n stil dy nvr informed abt broken mirror .we trusted such big brand in Amritsar but dse guys of Amritsar agency r looting ppl but putting duplicate parts n sellling it at higher price

                      I bought etios registration no UP 16 AV 9539 from espirit toyota sector 11 noida sometime in sep 2014. Till date i have driven around one lac kilometer. Everytime i go for servicing i have complaint that i get lot of noise in my car. i have to adjust my stereo volume as per speed of the car. If speed increases i have to increase volume and if speed decreases i have to reduce volume. When i tell them that i do not get so much noise in any other car they reply that we can not compare other cars with toyota. i can not buy more than one toyota to compare. Anyone will compare with other cars only. this time i insisted that they should forward the complaint to backend to get a solution. i do not know if they did that. Please help me resolve this noise issue inside car.

                            Lodged one complaint at toyota, 2 months back for repair of my innova. It is more than 4 months passed but no one (Toyota or oriental insurance) bother to get the repair. I am harrassed by all parties (Dealer - pioneer, toyota customer care, and oriental insurance) to an extent of extream. These are worst oem/vendors to deal with. I request everyone to spread their realities about uncompetitiveness, arrogance, non-professional behavior.

                              Which is given for service on 07th Jan.2017, work completed and you charged Rs.7409/- (seven thousand four hundred and nine only) . Again 25th.Jan 2017. given my vehicle to your company only for insurance claim purpose and took back 27th January 2017, between these days 26th Jan. 2017 was Republic holiday.
                              When I was given second time in your company, I don’ t say to do any work in my vehicle, I given for insurance claim purpose only not for a service, But again you have charged and given the bill for Rs.6259/-(Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Nine Rupees Only) Dated 27th Jan. 2017.
                              This is unexpected and also unnecessary, said Inv. No.TAX17—01560, Dated 27th Jan.2017
                              amount and work fully un known to my knowledge and belief, also giving a pain to me.. please check and verifie the bills and arrange to refund my amount .

                              So, here I have enclosed my previous two bill copies to your reference …

                                Please be informed that i regret to write this email after lot of frustration and dissatisfaction about the service center. I given my Etios vehicle PY01BX 8080 for service due to a small accident. I asked the service center to inspect the issues and report to me in order to approach the insurance company Bajaj Alliance. Tje vehicle been given for service on January 22nd 2017 and not yet ready. Every alternate day coming with new issues, eg. Started with front bumber change to AC condensor leak so that AC contensor to be replaced, AC compressor to be changed today suddenly new complaint that Battery to be replaced. I am sorry what is the problem of examining the vehicle throughly before telling the budget inorder to arrange the resources either through Insurance or by own. This is not the first time they are doing this. Last six months i am struggling with the non performance of sound horn even 3 times they attended from Ambattur workshop.

                                I did not expect this type of feedback to be given for a world renowned brand car from my favorite Toyota. I am driving a Land cruiser Prado in Middle east for years but i never had these type of issues.

                                This issues well known to Mr Ramesh, Mr Karthik and Mr Cheenu from Lanson Toyota Koyambedu, Chennai.

                                I am very sorry but need a fruitful solution on this matter immediately.

                                  The vehicle has run for 80000km and the vehicle was given for service on 23/01/2017. I was asked by service adviser to leave the vehicle for1day.After service vehicle was delivered on the 3rd day Dated 25/01/2017 that is with 2 days of delay.
                                  Problem # 1 (Remote not functioning)

                                  When I received the vehicle evening at 8 pm found remote was not working'though it was working before service. then I have called the service adviser over phone he said he will look in to it next day.But there was no response.
                                  Problem #2 (AC not functioning)
                                  Next day I was traveling to office, AC started blowing only hot air. Previously before service AC cooling was O K, The problem in AC has occured only after service.
                                  .Problm #3 (time management)
                                  I had complained to customer care of Nandi Toyota kudlu gate branch on 27/01/2017 regarding problems 1 & 2.They assured to look in to it but there was no response even after repeated calls from my side.Hence I have sent the vehicle to the service center on 31/01/2017.After my persistent communication they informed me on 2/2/2017 that one small spare for AC unit is required and they are waiting for its arrival. They have informed me on 3/2/2017 that comp unit is to be replaced and cost will be Rs.38000/.(Approx)
                                  I have taken aback and surprised as to how this can happen when the AC was working before giving the vehicle to service center.This may Please be looked into and vehicle may be delivered after rectifying AC unit without extra cost as I have allready paid for servicing Rs.33500/.and AC was working before giving the vehicle for service.
                                  I was put to lot of inconvenience because of long time taken which still going on and I am forced to engage ola taxi for my day to day works.
                                  Your Intervention will be highly appreciated.

                                  Regarding my comp lent no action taken by service center.They told me pay the damaged parts charges and take the vehicle .Pl follow and reply me what I have to do next.

                                    Could not ever imagine that my corolla altis all wheels magwheels is bend and sperwhile crack
                                    And because we could have accident. but we have safe.
                                    So, I am sure this problem is company material or any company fault. because my car also drive only on highway road, and also sit only 2 to 3 man sit in my car. and I service my car in the showroom for 5 to 6 days before it was give. but service manager giving return answer 5 to 6 days after but We are not satisfied with this answer. And the problem is that it is a demand that will be improved(repair) and And so are the demands we not be completed so i do the Legal (FIR) Proceedings. And we'll complain in consumer protection. . So, I would request Toyota to take this matter very very seriously as this is something which can cost lives
                                    And recently jumper from the car into service before that. And my car was still in the showroom

                                      I purchased etios liva on Oct 2015, It had defect in staring...it made noise ...i then gave Car for repairs but they in turn has removed tape recorder and said it is because of tape recorder defect has occurred but in actual I had crossed 1000km with same tape inducted...
                                      Request to kindly intervene
