सर मेरे पास etios है जो की मै ने 17/1/2014 में ख़रीदा था esprit toyota mathura road new delhi से जिसकी warnty 17/1/2017 होनी चाहिये
लेकिंग मेरी कार की warenty 30/9/2016 को ही खत्म हो गई क्यो की esprit ने मुझे पुराणी car बेचीं है
इस केलिये मै ने toyota castamr केअर को शिकायत भी की तब esprit ने मुझे से कहा की हम आप को पूरी warnty देगे लेकिन जब मेरी कार में बड़ी मेकेनिकल खराबी आई तो esprit ने के पास पिछले 3, 4 महीनो से चाकर काट रहा हु और esprit के कर्मचारी मेरी कार का सही काम नहीं कर रहे कभी 20 दिन कभी 10दिन कभी 6 दिन रोकते है और सही काम नहीं करते जिससे मेरा बहुत नुकसान हुआ है कार में कमी कुछ और है और काम कुछ और ही करते है और पैसा भी लेते है car no hr55t3436 है कुप्य आप मेरी मदत करे धन्यवाद

    This is reminder 1 in respect of the below mention mail as still no one had approached me for the resulation of my problem and issue mention below.

    Even after the repair of my car, central locking is not working properly and even his front door keys is not working.

    Is this the way of such a reputed brand { toyota } to look after the customers problems and issues with the local channels??

    Respected authorities,

    This is regarding my clam issue 16th feb 2017. Registered complaint number tcm[protected]

    Detail summary :-

    With a very deep heart i am writing this mail that i had given my car for insurance clam to one of your authorize dealer om toyota jaipur on 8th feb-2017 and it was promised by the car adviser mr. Hanuman singh to deliver the car on 16th feb-2107, but when i had called on 16th to mr hanuman he talked with me very annoyingly and said now it will be delivered again after 10 days for which i had lounged a complaint on 16th feb-2017 (Registered complaint number tcm[protected]).

    Issues :-

    1) after complaining with toyota no body had contacted me from dealer side and the only remark updated is "tried customer but he is not reachable" i again call toyota and requested for help but nothing was done by toyota and his dealer om toyota.

    2) when i visited on the given time by mr. Hamuman on 25th feb-2017 my car is not ready and suddenly it having starting issues which was not at the time of leaving a car and the same was admitted by the adviser and some new vertix was places in my car for rs. 2300 which was intentionally done after laughing a complaint on toyota.

    3) even due to this a miss happening was happen with me as in insurance my real gate was replaced and after checking i insisted mr hanuman that it is not ok but denied and it is really not ok and it is not closing by central looking due to which some one had open my car and take away my necessary car accessories.

    Final submission :-

    I am a customer of toyota from last 12 years and i urge with toyota to please look into this matter where your dealers are intentionally doing these activities with your customers and by which customers like me which is having 7 cars of toyota and associated witth the company from last 12 years loosing their faith on toyota.

    Hoping the reply on this mail with the resulation and strick action against such egoistic advisors.

      This is my second mail about my complain for your dealer in Sikar, rajasthan he took our booking amount of 1 lac in December and still not giving car.

      Last time you guys promised to sort it in a week time but now it's almost 20 days and still no result.

      Sikar agent is like you can go ahead and do as many complaints we won't help you either tell me if anything gonna happen or I'll take this matter in court.

        I have purchase a toyota innova crysta 2.4 V in second week of jan 17, and i had sent my vehicle for 2nd free service on 2;4 th of march and was done in a hours time and my concern was not at all attended . I came to know this only when my driver brought the vehicle to Gokak. When i called the company person who attended the vehicle he said sir the concern has been noted and it will be attended next time . I want to know why next time, is it because if it will he attended now it will be free of cost and next time chargeable .After this i received a feed back call from the company asking about the service experience, i told the detailed concern and ask to register a complain and give me the complain number she told she will call back and give the complain number and never called back.. Is this the service provided to the people buying expensive cars, ? Before buying you give many attractive offers and once it is bought you never care .I have seen a same complaint on this site by mr arunkumar on 2 mar17 and he says he is complaining since 5000 kms and till now ot is not rectified . If you cant solve the problem please take back the vehicle and return us the amount paid.

            I have bought new toyota innova from Rajpal toyota Indore dealer .at the tym of puchase they had taken all the taxes, till date registration is pending since last two yrs i m not able to drive my car any where .
            Plzzz do the needful as dealer is not doing anything after taking all taxes, otherwise i have to move to consumer forum & take some strict action against the dealer .

              Dear sir
              I brought a new innova crysta manual transmission. There is problem from my car when it completed 5000km. When we apply break after crossing 100km car steering vibrates a lot. Regarding this complaint they changed the router in front wheel. After car completed 20000km again problem started, i am keep on complaining regarding this to ravindu toyota opp iskon temple bangalore.
              Because of this problem my car tyres are gone for 30000km. Now i need to change all the 4 tyre's. This is a serious issue, i personally went to show room they said we have complained this to tkm, they have said they provide some spare parts, but so far nothing has happened. The senior manager in showroom mr rateesh said this. Now tell me i have paid 24 lakhs for my car, and u people couldnt solve this problem then why should u people give us an faulty car to a customer like us and fool us.
              Only giving advertisement as toyota quality service is not enough.
              Now i will place a complaint in consumer court shortly i[censored] people dont solve my problem.

              i am facing the same problem in the speed of 60+ steering starts vibration only while breaking and i have already replaced the Rottors and Pads several times and the problem comes back with in 1000km of replacing the Disk rottors and pads, i have also replaced the caliper sliding pin and bolts.                 I bought new crysta 25 november 2016 .i have complent reguraly for wheel noise from 9 december 2016 in espirit toyota agency greater noida and toyota customer care but my problem dont solve.4 times i go agency for problem and then change many parts but not solve my problem. after then again i comlant but no solution

                  Sir i have purchased innova crysta june 2016 car number KL 14S 9675 from toyoto. After 2 month tyre blast when driving but toyoto give only 50% discount in new tyre . Now battery leakage in car & ful chase and other parts damaged due to acid leakage . Toyoto agreed to paint the chase and change the battery . But my new cars originality gone . They fully repair the car it now like old repaired car . Every parts engine also removed and refixed. I gave 24 laks to car but within 8 month its like fully repaired car . No one purchase this car if i sold because dute fully repainted and repaired . If i sold i lost above 5 lakh rupees due repaint and repaired . I have fully mentally upset due seeing my new cars condition. Toyoto company is responsibilty for this. Why should they manfacture like this dublicate cars with 24 lakh high cost ? . Please help me for this condition . I don't want this fully repainted and repaired car . I have fifteen lakh loan for this car around 25000 monthly instanlment but i lost my cars originality in 8 months after i purchased who is responsibilty for this ?

Who toyoto manfacture like this dublicate cars and sale for high rate twenty four lakh ? I want my car in same condition when purchased . Don't want repaired and repainted car .

                    Toyota u trust are liars and we got cheated buying a Honda city car. The personnel confirmed us saying all the service and work on the car has been done.. sadly not even a single work was done and it was pure cheating. If they commit and say it is done and turns out a lie it is purely misleading laymen like us..God knows how many people have got cheated like this. This manager spoke as cherry blossom polish. We spent extra 7000 on the extra repair works from our pocket after paying so much for the car by taking loans. One Indian cheats the other. Had he told it will not be done by company and it has to be done from our end. We would have believed and done ourselves.why false talks. Very disappointed and they have to refund our expenses at any cost.

                      I have purchased Toyota Etios Platinum Vx from Cosmic Motors INDIA PVT.LTD. Gurgaon on 15/02/17 though, I had paid the full amount on 13/02/17, but they are not providing me the registration papers for registration as well as the outstanding amount which was lying on their side.
                      Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem so that, I get my car registered before due date. Your early response is highly appreciable.

                        I own a Toyota Innova Cresta 2.8z version for a six months now and I get it serviced timely. Usually the car is used for long journeys and its been 16000kms till date and I got the brake-pads changed on 9000kms and Now again I got them changed on 16000kms.
                        I am writing this to drag your sight towards this matter and to take this into consideration whether there is any manufacturing fault/defect in the brake-pads because of which they have to be changed in such small run again and again.

                        I own a innova crysta top hand model automatic ... within two months i have changed the disc pad twice in 9000 km and 16000 km . so i kindly request u to look after the disc pad quality

                          I am Aakib Jawed Khan and I am writting this mail to bring to your kind notice that I have been cheated by your body shop advisor mr Pankaj with collusion of IFFCO Tokoi car insurance company . I have a Toyota Innova Car and it has been insured by iffco-tokio .I have been paying for zero depression.
                          Last month It was accident and I put it on your company grace Toyota workshop in Gurgaon.
                          The surveyor visited in your company grace Toyota and inspected my car and permitted all the damage work. But till date I m not received my car when I asked to body shop advisor Mr Pankaj regarding that he said that U need to pay around Rs/30000/- to Us .
                          Therefore I asked him why I paid such huge amount to you because I have already purchased zero depression policy from IFFCO tokio then he replied me that it's necessary to pay because it's mutual agreement between grace Toyota and IFFCO tokio car insurance company . I asked your advisor why you behave like IFFCO tokio advisor after this he misbehaved with me.
                          Further, I asked him why you started maintenance work in my car without getting approval of the insurance company and without my concern after that he said I have approval order from IFFCO tokio to do work in your car that's why we did all repair work in your car as per approval work .
                          Sir, From last 20 days (approx) I did not receive any call from your side regarding my car he did not update me regarding the insurance matter. And he behave like agent of IFFCO tokio why?
                          I am very disappointed from your side.

                          Now, I am requesting to you please resolve the matter as soon as possible if you did not resolve the matter please return my car in accidental position I will do my all accidental damage somewhere else.

                          I am your valuable customer since long back in my family we have more than 20 cars of your company .And I got very bad experience from your side this time If you want to future business relationship with me please resolve this matter.

                            We had purchase new iinova crysta car from infinuam toyota as own date 08/02/2017 from gujarat rajkot & delar deliverd me car at 9 :15 p. m. at night
                            Then i took delivery of my new car & came home very next day i went to my shop there in day time i saw that car all parts are repainted and color is totally fred all over the plastic parts so i called up deler & asked him for these the reply from deler was the car got accident which we deliverd you & know you have to keep these car & we will not do anything
                            O know i am doing legal case about these & giving it to all media

                              I have bought Innova model crysta about 15 days back I gave it for service for first time n wen I went for taking my car d front mirror of my car was broken n dy nvr informed me abt Dat it was me who myself saw it n complained dy nvr accepted dre fault first n wn I said for police n all dy said dy wil change d mirror changing d mirror has lower down its value n dy have taken even my new car for test drive n changed the parts of my new Innova wit duplicates parts n dy nvr even called for taking our car we ourself went to take our car n stil dy nvr informed abt broken mirror .we trusted such big brand in Amritsar but dse guys of Amritsar agency r looting ppl but putting duplicate parts n sellling it at higher price
                              So sir I want compensation from dm n u pls suppport n help us
                              I would b really glad i[censored] do it soon

                                I bought etios registration no UP 16 AV 9539 from espirit toyota sector 11 noida sometime in sep 2014. Till date i have driven around one lac kilometer. Everytime i go for servicing i have complaint that i get lot of noise in my car. i have to adjust my stereo volume as per speed of the car. If speed increases i have to increase volume and if speed decreases i have to reduce volume. When i tell them that i do not get so much noise in any other car they reply that we can not compare other cars with toyota. i can not buy more than one toyota to compare. Anyone will compare with other cars only. this time i insisted that they should forward the complaint to backend to get a solution. i do not know if they did that. Please help me resolve this noise issue inside car.

Before buying I had a full faith on the company.But what happened next to me was shameful.The dealer was making excuses while the refund from last 4 years and finally they refuse now to refund the excise duty.                                     Sir my car has been damaged from three sides but your compny is not giving me full claim of 3 sides they are saying ypu only two sides i am really unsatisfied with your workers and ypur co staff its like a harassment to me i am having full insurance of my vehicle bumper to bumper than also they are not coperating and i want strict action against them and i want my vehicle to be fully repaired as i hv paid extra value special for bumper to bumper

                                      Lodged one complaint at toyota, 2 months back for repair of my innova. It is more than 4 months passed but no one (Toyota or oriental insurance) bother to get the repair. I am harrassed by all parties (Dealer - pioneer, toyota customer care, and oriental insurance) to an extent of extream. These are worst oem/vendors to deal with. I request everyone to spread their realities about uncompetitiveness, arrogance, non-professional behavior.

                                        When I was given second time in your company, I don’ t say to do any work in my vehicle, I given for insurance claim purpose only not for a service, But again you have charged and given the bill for Rs.6259/-(Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Nine Rupees Only) Dated 27th Jan. 2017.
