Mr.Brijesh my vehicle no-HR26BP4569 this is complaint
Front Suspension Large Noise on Speedbreaker/LONG SELF START
1. Front-suspension giving loud noise at the speed of 25-35. Imagine while driving in traffic and suddenly on speed breaker such huge ugly noise is coming out from the Etios Liva Vehicle.
2. Long Self Start
3. 26/09/2012 workshop N.H8 Narsinghpur gurgaon is service center repair my vehicle 27.09.2012 this ok.
4. Right from day-1 with their commitment no problem this suspension Etios Liva CAR because same problem this day.
Somehow I made up my mind and accepted. But right from day-15/10/2012 that service center As mentioned above the of problems.
5.No revert this worker no feedback 15/10/2012 service center because today are not delivered.

    We have purchase a TOYOTA INNOVA CAR at M/s.Coimbatore Anaamalais Agencies Private Limited, Mettupalayam road, Coimbatore. They give a receipt for Registration and Delivery Charges as Rs.6750/-. But, now at Registration office asked again registration fees Rs.6750/-. What is the actual registration fees? M/s. Coimbatore Anaamalais Agencies Private Limited cheating us.

      I have been a victim of Fraud from a number of people claiming to be from the TOYOTA COMPANY, they made me believe that I won a prize and that I have to pay for a Legal Clearance and the inssurance then I will get my fund released. I made my self endebted to the bank for the sake of paying those fees, then when I wanted to send someone to talk with them they just disappeared. Those people are really dangerous they are fraudsters robbing people and they are speaking with the Name of her magisty's and other directors like Anita Frew of the Lloyd Bank.
      Their phone numbers are still in service which means that they are still frauding other innocents, I need your help to sue against those people, their numbers are: +[protected]: this is number of the claiming Director of TOYOTA Kareem Imuani,
      and this one is the number of the Bank director Anita Frew:[protected].
      Those people ruined my life and that of my family, and now I'm looking for any way to sue against them, I want to see them punished and hurt in the same way they hurt me, I pray GOD to put take away from them the most precious thing in their lives.
      I will be waiting for any response from you all, if you can help me please do not hesitate. I'm really in need of your help.

          I have attached the estimation of the repair & spare replacement for my fortunate which hit a median stone in a service lane in Chennai mount route.... Am surprise to know just because my SUV hit a median stone at a very medium speed ( on a service lane ) am cornered to this cost in the list.... When the technical crew in lanson Toyota inspected my vehicle ( Mr . Mathi , Mr . srini & Mr . Sathish ) they were explaining the vulnerability of the damage caused but not able to answer my simple questions .... My question were ....

          - Does it cost some much ( Around 1,4 lacs ) just because my vehicle hit an median stone ?
          - Is the vehicle design or the axle soo feeble that it cant even handle an very week impact ?
          - So if i travel in an highway ( lets says 120 kmpl ) is my vehicle not safe to drive ? as it cost my axle , suspension , nickel etc....
          - has the vehicle design is not design to meet the safety of the passenger or withstand the weight of the vehicle ?

          Finally there was no reply on these question ... I said give me an inspection report of the vehicle that i can raise the same with toyota and information them on the vehicle inconsistency ... There was a pin drop silence from these managers & crew....

          Am totally disregarded towards Toyota products.. Now i have lost the satisfaction on the quality.... now i feel its just an other car... I want somebody from your place to call me @ [protected] that i can explain things in a better way ...

          The Customer relation manager Mr. Srini even raise a complaint with Toyota before 2 weeks for which there was no reply , nor any further communication ...... i can provide the complaint no on request...

          This has to be address shortly before i take this to the reviewers team ....

          Point to be note : There was not even an single scratch or dent in the bumper , inside the type , axle , or any rods inside the type ... not even an single scratch to be mentioned....

            Sir,
            I have purchased Toyota Corolla Altis 1.8GL Diesel on 08/09/2010. Almost after 1 year due to the level decrease in oil level it has undergone an engine work. As the car was under the warranty they replaced major parts which cost approximately fifty to sixty thousand and I was told that they have done a favor to me as they have not charged anything. Now again after 6 months the same complaint started. Now the company decided to replace the block assembly fully (means I hope the engine as a whole) They requested me to send the car on 24/08/2012 as all the parts which has to be replaced is ready. Till as on date (10/09/2012) they have not delivered the vehicle. I was told that they don't have any mechanic who knows the major work. So I fear that again after 6 months if the car met with the same complaint what shall I do?. So I had requested them to replace the car.

            TOYOTA — engine breakdown

            sir i am mr pradip agarwal purchased innova car frome topsell toyota about 1.5 years before. sir when my car is go for serviceing they told my pump set has been lost and they have demand rs about 1.75 lac. sir frome the child hood we all have a dream to purchase a toyato co car, but sir topsell toyota dealer thinks that they are the car maker. sir we are the common man. i think sir you will listen our complain and take necessary step. sir we belive in the buddha mythology where he said death is the ultimath true for every liveing being, and you are also the part of this liveing being. sir i have paid 1.5 lac. but sir please make sure that others should not effected.

                we have purchased toyota etios car from grace toyota nagpur i.e my car no mh 32 c 7110 .from last 3 month we facing serious front wheel suspension problem .in this regard we have contacted to grace toyota nagpur . they called my car at grac toyota service centre nagpur,and solved my complaint temporarily.after within 2 days my problem is again started.after comliting 10000 km reading again i sent car to grace toyota nagpur this is a paid servicing which i did,but my problem not solved upto to this date.when i contacted to service department of grace toyota nagpur they cant give me satisfactory answer about my problem.so please tell me what can i do in this regards.

                      Dear Sir,

                      My name is Pradeep kumar Pandya residing in jaipur, i had purchased innova REG NO RJ 14 UA 8289, D.O.D 31/05/2007. the total kms run till date is just 59342 kms, the car suddenly stopped working and so i had sent the car to the service center of om toyota -the authorized dealer service center for toyota innova in jaipur. later i was informed that the problem was of supply pump failure. My question to the company is that how can the early failure of fuel pump can take place inspite of the fact that the car has run only 60,000 kms approx and my past records can be taken from the dealer that always timely services has been undergone only in omtoyata an authorized dealer for toyota. my question to the company toyota is that is that possible that a car of such a brand name "toyota" who has been a great competitor to the german and american cars in the world, toyota has been popular for its cars , so can such a fuel break down can take place at this early phase when the car has just run 60000 kms and i have to pay for it. or there has been the manufacturing defect with my particular car or the authorized dealer has changed the pump during the time of service.Request you to revert as soon as possible and resolve my problem. why should i pay the fuel pump charges asked by the dealer and if yes then please give it in writing, i dont have any issue with the dealer, he has changed the fuel pump with my permission but i have an issue with the brand image of the company THAT HEART OF THE CAR IS FUEL PUMP CAN BE DAMAGED IN INDIAN CONDITIONS ONLY WHEN THE CAR HAS JUST RUN 60000 KMS. THAT MEANS IF YOUR VELICLE RUNS 60,000 KMS IN 6 MONTHS ONE HAS TO CHANGE THE FUEL PUMP BY PAYING MONEY. SO HOW CAN YOU EXPECT THIS TYPE OF BIG BRAND IMAGE CARRYING WITH YOU.

                      I was recently told the same and my Toyota Innova is just 45000 kms. They said the cranking start is due to the supply pump and this needs to be changed. This is ridiculous because of the fact the supply pump costs Rs.95000. Very strange and painful that such a defective product is being sold all over India by Toyota company.

                        Beware… of Millennium Toyota… They charge extra payment in name of Taxes paid to the government. Ask of every minor details before booking your car... However I would suggest to not buy from them...
                        I purchased a car in July 2012.. Toyota Etios (Diesal) Car Value RS 6,66,842/-
                        Below are the charges they collected/Asked from me in name of Taxes.

                        1. Registration & Road Tax Rs 78,971/-
                        At time of provide the reveipts they provided only worth Rs.73,703/- on asking about the balance amt manager provided a Debit note.. I asked him to provide me with details of the excess charges which was not informed or stated anywhere in their price list or documents we signed.. Below is the break up. Service charges were not inform and came to me as surprise.. if it would had been informed in advance I would opted to do the registration personally or externally.. And save all or some of this amt..
                        Invoice Value of the vehicle 666842
                        The Registration Charges include the following Costs:-
                        Tax Component Tax - 11% on Invoice Value 73353
                        RTO Receipt 350
                        Total Tax Component (A) 73703
                        Service Charges
                        Vehicle Transportation - Include. Driver, Toll etc. 750
                        RTO Agent Charges 2700
                        Petrol for Transportation 800
                        Number Plate Charges 500
                        Miscellaneous Expense 20
                        Rounding Off 6
                        Gross Service Charges 4776
                        Service tax - 10.30% 492
                        Total Service Charges (B) 5268
                        Total Registration Charges ( A + B) 78971

                        2. CRTM Charged :
                        They charged me Rs 1,750/- against Temporary registration with RTO before actual Registration... CRTM charges.. when I asked for receipts they were reluctant to give so and agreed to Refund me that amount after arguing and escalating that matter.

                        3. Local Body Tax..
                        Rs. 24000/- . This is Local Tax if you register your in Mira Bhyandar .. however as per Municipal Corporation Tax is 3% of your commodity price which is 3% of Car Invoice Rs 666842/- Rs 20005/- but they are charging against the total price.. Car Price + Tax + Insurance.. + 1000 service charge for the same.. I was lucky to argue and opt out/refuse to pay to the dealer and paid on my own.. save me Rs 4000/- I suggest all to do that.. or you will be fooled.

                        4. Tax on Accessories..
                        Millennium is charring 17% tax on any accessories purchased in Mira Road which is incorrect.. it should be around 16%.. (12.5 % VAT + 3% LBT + edu cess). 1 % extra fraud in Tax her again.
                        I wrote a email to their Sales Manager on 25th July when I recived all the papers and Bills.. on tallying the payments made and actual billes I paid extra.. I continuously followed with him almost everyday and he did not bother to reply.. Then I escalated the matter to Toyota Kirloskar, there after their Head Customer Relation intervene however I am still fighting for my excess payments which were not known to me. I asked for the refund amt Rs 7268/- which I paid extra off which they replied multiple solutions however still not giving what they collected from me by cheating me.. they agreed to pay me rs 5030/ only out of rs 7268 that is paid. As good will gestures… I will be sending a legal notice for cheating me by collecting extra payments in name of service charge against Taxes to be paid to government..

                        Those who are reading this article.. Make sure you ask every detailed on prices and refuse to pay extra.. they are other dealers who do not charge anything extra and are loyal towards customer and government.

                            Dear Sirs,


                            In continuation to our last reminder cum notice dated 13/06/2012, we would like to finally remind you that your Service Commitment by charging huge amount to brining the non-Cooling effect in my Toyota Innova Car is yet to be fulfilled, despite repeated efforts. Recently & additionally invested about Rs.50,000/- as illustrated above but no concrete progress is received so far.

                            You are, therefore, one again and finally requested to arrange an immediate rectification from all respect within a period of extended 15days of issue of this final notice letter, otherwise we have no other option except to move through Consumer forum/legally.

                            This final request is written without any prejudice but anticipating an immediate amicable action of settlement, as we have already faced and suffered a lot of inconvenience and features apart from investing the above huge amount and leaving the vehicle a number of days and time at your workshop and so added with fuel consumption for trial and workshop uses.

                                Refer to my discussion regarding the troubles being faced in Delivery of my vehicle(Recently spoken to Mr. Nadeem at your Customer care center No.),Pls find below the mail trail n brief story about my problem:-

                                1. I booked One fortuner automatic 4X2 FD on 17th may,2012, and the dealership (Satyam Autoserve pvt. ltd.,Rohtak,Haryana) MD/Owner Mr. Daven chachra n GM Mr. Negi personally assured me that they will deliver the vehicle within 15 days .

                                2. even after so many follow-ups and many many Un-Answered calls to the dealership G.M. Mr Bhupesh Negi, and even after intervention of your toll free support guys,Mr. Negi assured me to deliver the vehicle on or before 30th june,2012 but failed to honour this commitment as well.

                                3.Now ,on 13th july 2012, i got the Clarity that the vehicle is ready for Delivery and when i visited the dealership, mr. negi said that they had put on the compulsory accessories worth Rs. 53179 where as on physically inspecting the vehicle, No accesory was installed on it and i refused to take the accessories and clearly informed the Dealership verbally as well as on the trailed mail.

                                4. Now, when i had made the balance payments thru HDFC bank Finance and myself (Receipts enclosed),On the time of Delivery,today,Mr. negi said that the accessories are compulsory and they had already installed the side cladding and Silencer Cover and other foot mats etc.(all Worth Rs. 53179) on the vehicle and said that they will delivery the vehicle only after payment of these accessories.On arguing ,that how could they install the accessories on my Booked vehicle without my permission, mr. negi said that "delhi mai to kam se kam 1 lac ki accesories compulsory lagate hai,hum to 50000 ki hi laga rahe hai".

                                I am unable to understand,and am very much surprised to see that how could a dealership of such a Big n reputated company like toyota can give this type of statements and then Mr. negi said" Aapko leni hai gaadi to le lo nahi to hamare paas to log premium par gaadi lene ke liye tayaar bethe hai".

                                I request you to pls see into this matter as i have never experienced this kind of ill behavior in any of my personal or Business dealing and am really really depressed to see the rude behaviour of your dealership people.

                                Pls Suggest me what to do in this case as the dealership had straight away refused to provide any solution and rudely said "ki leni hai to le lo nahi to aur wait kar lo".


                                Looking for the immidiate action on this concern.

                                  I have purchased Toyota ETIOS (Petrol) vide invoice no. B[protected], dated 13.04.2011 from EAST AFRICA TOYOTA, Vadodara.
                                  For free servicing (10000 KM or one year whichever is less),when I had tried to contact the concern dealer, no one attend the phone. In the mean time it is already over by one month. I came to know that Tyota has canceled the delearship of East Africa Toyota, Vadodara.

                                  Then I cantacted newly opened showroom of Tyota Car (NARMDA TOYOTA) on phone gut they refused to do free service stating that since one year period is over we can not give the same and you may try with the dealer from where you have purchased the car.
                                  On 12th June I have received a phone call from (NARMDA TOYOTA) asking me to get my car serviced but the same will be paid service and total expenditure will be around Rs.2500/ including labour charges. Because of no fault from my side, why I should bear this expenses?
                                  Please help me out so that I can avail free service for my ETIOS.

                                  Toyota Etios Car — Dealer refuse to give free service

                                  I have purchased a Toyota ETIOS (Petrol) vide invoice no. B[protected], dated 13.04.2011 (registration No. GJ6-ED-7849) from EAST AFRICA TOYOTA, Vadodara, Gujrat, India
                                  For availing the free servicing (10000 KM or one year whichever is less), I had tried to contact the concern dealer i.e. East Africa Toyota from where I have purchase the car, but no one attended the phone. In the mean time it is already over by one month.                                   what they do for free service is not available anywhere on toyota website, whether they simply wash and handover to customer or they really do some tuning up engine or anything useful.They even do not polished plastic part.they simply told that polishing is been discontinued.Toyoto must mention that these are the routine checkups they perform at service station eg. 1--washing and policing the car...2, tuning up engine...3cleaning air filters...4 etc so that customer can check whether all functions are carried out or not to his satisfaction.

                                    i bought a brans new toyota corolla 2012 model from toyota showroom two monts back and after two months while getting it inspected from another toyota showroom it was revealed that the car wass accidented earlier and was repainted and sold to me as brandnew by toyota show room. i launched complaint but after 2 months now toyota is still not responding or replying on my complain and keeps on saying wait your case is under process.

                                      I feel Toyota is good in their product offerings but very weak and bad in their services extending from their Dealer Network. I have very bad experience from MGF Toyota, Gurgaon. First time, when I experienced their incompetent and unprofessional treatment, I relaised that my chice for Toyota product is wrong. I spoke to couple of my contacts only to cement my belief that my experience was ont one of case. 2nd time I went to their body shop after a year and found that MGF Toyota is very much consistent in maintaining their unprofessional and un competent standard. Besides, you cannot rely on them if you have missed to leave your keyring with keys. I was handed over my car full of dust, poor washing and rear bumper protector in damaged condition. I really wonder, how Toyota, the trusted name for Quality, can afford to have such Service arms.

                                        I own a toyota prado 2010 model.my car has just done 29000kms.i send my car for service to galaxy toyota moti bagh newdelhi.
                                        There are 4 major problems in the car for which i have send it to galaxy toyota several times but it was of no use.the problems are as following.
                                        1.rattles at high speed
                                        2.boot noise
                                        3.rear seat noise
                                        4.unstable drive.

                                        The galaxy toyota newdelhi service manager told me to get my tyres replace and i did the same but it was also of no use.kindly suggest me what to do and where to go.i am tried of it.
