I got an e-mail from toyota company about the lottery winning prize * a brand new car and gbp of 50000 . I got it on 13 may on my mail . I want to know whether it is lligal or illigal , if it is false then please take up action against these type of people . From my side please register the case against them.

I recently purchased a Toyota Innova from Harsha Toyota, Chennai and here is my tale of woe.

- The vehicle was not delivered on date promised. There were 100 followups for the payment but none to check if all the documents were in place for the registration.

The sales person Maslimamani and his team lead Dinesh kept promising that it will go for registration on a particular day but never bothered to verify if...

This is to bring in to your kind notice that I had booked a Fortuner A/t with Grace Toyota, Gurgaon, on 18 January 2012, in the name of Jatinder Pal Singh. While booking of the vehicle sales executive has promised to deliver the car in the first week of April. The delivery date has been also mentioned in the booking form as April 2012 only. But in-spite of all my efforts I have not received the car till date....

This is Nikki Nichani & i have a car loan from SBI/Malleshwaram Branch for a purchase of Toyota Etios in Dec 2011.....my car loan no [protected].

I had opted for an ECS mandate on EMI from Citi bank where i have a salary/savings ac.However this did not happen over the last 5 months.
I have been repeatedly chasing for the ECS facility to be functional but there has been no action taken.
I checked with my bank...

Dear sir

I was using toyato etios with two air bags. And it is expected that air bags will blow in case of accident.

My cousin was driving the car on 19th March and met with an accident on road, the car went under total loss. But the most unfortunate thing is despite the car having two air bags the air bags didn't blow (open) and has severely injured the driver and caused death of the person sitting beside...

With due respect i want to say that i am disappointed from your service. My car was serviced on 28 april 2012. But unfortunately its breaks remained unchecked. I went to a trip to badrinath with my 6 friends and the breaks were failed on mountains.The break pipe was damaged. 'That was the moment when we saw the death so close to us.'
I hope you will pay attention to my complaint.

I have a Fortuner purchased on 4/2/2012 In the Name of Pardeep Singh Waraich from Castle Toyota. The Vehicle has done approx 10500 km and the power steering is not working. The vehicle was given to Globe Toyota Mohali on the 28/4/2012 ( Job Order no GSJ[protected] and they are saying that it will take at least 15 to 20 days to replace the Power pump as it is not available in India and has to be ordered from Oversees. I booked Innova on 28th Feb 2012 from Castle Toyota , GT road ,Jalandhar , at that time the price of the vehicle was Rs.11.04 lakhs , it increased after the budget by Rs. 34000 . I never had any hitch on the hike as its not anybody's fault however I was expecting the dealer to inform me before the billing ,which did not happen . I was called to do the billing and I deposited the half of the down payment while moving...

My Car, Innova MH -04-EF 3445 was sent for 20,000km Paid service, When I inspected after its return to my residence late evening I was totally disheartened.

Looks like the car was sent outside for service, Bottom mats soiled, under carriage not cleaned on the ramp, No Vacuum cleaning.

Not Pleasant at all and not accepted

we book toyota car on 25.02,2012 at time dealer told that thay are giving rupees 30,000 offer on 2011 engin we booked silver colour and we paid 25000 advance and loan amount was send on 5th march after that we went 2 take delivery,now the dealer telling that we r not having silver colour car,still now they not delivery what shod we do...
