Dear sir
I own a toyota prado 2010 model.my car has just done 29000kms.i send my car for service to galaxy toyota moti bagh newdelhi.
There are 4 major problems in the car for which i have send it to galaxy toyota several times but it was of no use.the problems are as following.
1.rattles at high speed
2.boot noise
3.rear seat noise
4.unstable drive.

The galaxy toyota newdelhi service manager told me to get my tyres replace and i did the same but it was also of no use.kindly suggest me what to do and where to go.i am tried of it.

    Sir,
    I bought a Toyota Corolla Altis, top end version (manual transmission) bearing registration No. DL3C BD 5705 on 17.02.2012 from Galaxy Toyota, 137-138, Bhishm Pitamaha, Marg, Kotla Mubarak Pur Road, New Delhi-110003. That the very next day after delivery of my vehicle, I noticed that all the outer metallic body parts of the vehicle were totally rusted. I immediately complained to the dealer and after hectic persuasion, they agreed to replace the metallic parts including the logo et cetera. I insisted on a new vehicle since one day old vehicle could not have such a major rusting problem. However, the officials at the showroom persuaded me to keep the vehicle. Thereafter, after about a month the boot of the vehicle did not open from inside through the lever and had to be opened through the remote after shutting the engine of the car. I may add that I am a practising lawyer in the Supreme Court and at the time of entry to the Supreme court, the boot of the car is checked. On account of the fact that the engine of the car had to be shut off completely in order to open the boot, there is a constant traffic chaos at the time of my vehicle's entry to the Supreme Court, everyday. I complained to the dealer and my car was taken away by the dealer and sent to the workshop for two days. The workshop informed me after two days that they could not do much about the matter and that it was a security feature introduced in the new Corolla Altis. I was aghast at the explanation as there are at least fifty Coralla Altis cars in the Supreme Court. Till date, I have to shut the engine of my car and to open it’s boot through the remote at the time of entry to the Supreme Court. However, due to paucity of time, I have had to compromise. However, my miseries were not to end and I noticed that the rear bumper of my car started looking patchy. It was evident that the rear bumper had been repainted and the patches had started to emerge. Also, to my utter shock and dismay, I noticed that the black paint at the edges of both the side mirrors had started to peel off. The black paint of the side mirrors fall off every time the mirror is opened and closed. The black paint on the side of the mirror appears to have a permanent coat of dust as the paint has completely worn out. Also, the black plastic part attached to the bonnet has lost its colour and has completely become white and discoloured. I approached my dealer, Galaxy Toyota, Kotla and requested them to take care of my concerns. However, I was flatly told that they had sold the car to me and that it was my problem now. I am shocked and amazed at this attitude of the dealer. Imagine if these dealers can cheat a person who knows the law, what would happen to a common man. After my first complaint the officials of Toyota came in my absence and without my permission used chemicals to take off the patches from the rear bumper of my car. In view of the above, I request that urgent steps be taken in the matter. I further reserve my right to initiate appropriate criminal proceedings including cheating and breach of trust apart from other civil remedies.

    I have had severe complaints from Galaxy Toyota and would have costed my life too as the airbag cable was not with them and my car met with an accident in that time and the airbags did not operate.Toyota Altis has a severe problem of brake liner replacement every year as they wear out in 15000Kms. Thrice it has been replaced and twice out of which needed drum replacement too. This is despite every 6 months the vehicle goes for servicing.

      I have a second hand inova car model no.2006 g4 after sometime from the exhaution the black smoke is exhausting than i take my car to millenium toyoto agency they told me to pay 110000only for the reparing of car but after sometime the smoke is continue than hey told me to pay 80000 so its resposiblity to repare the car because its under warrenty so plz take action on this condition of agency

        Sir, i am venugopalarao.palli, i got the letter ' TOYOTA PROMO EVENT AWARD'
        from London united kingdom.Today Dr.Thomas came from London with the parcel
        Delhi airport( my letter i mentioned Mumbai but he couldn`t) and asking me to pay
        rs. 18000/- for customer clearence that i dont have it. if Mumbai means i may think
        and talk to the members of the family. I am in the Mumbai doing the job of distributing
        reliance electricity bills. How much true please inform to me.

          R Sir, i am Pradeep M patil Staff member of Yashoda Hybrid Seeds Pvt Ltd, Hingangaht, 2 month before we are purchased a Toyota Etios car from Grace toyota , Nagpur, but now we are facing serious front & back wheel suspension noise problem. Grace toyota service adviosr said that it not our problem, its a company manufacutreing problem so that we cant solve this problem.

          Kindly guide us we are goes to solve this problem

          It has been reported by many consumers to Toyota dealers including me but their exuse is that it is manucturing fault on head of TKM bangalore reserch is being on and we will inform you when we hear from TKM Bangalore .After the pasage of time there will be more excuse that i.e. has been accidntly damaged, harsh and careless driving. The TKM shall not make any modifaiction in existing or new vehicles until their sales dropped considerably. All the purchasers of Etios and Etios LivA facing front suspension proble but the mind set of Indians are not quality oriented but become compomising without realising that we have spent hard earned money, the only compare we have spend 20 to 50 k less tha other vehicles and brand Toyota. One solution is that all the buyers of Etios should make platform may be on social site from where they can share and get information regarding what to be done and what is being on the progress, and bulk mails should be sent about their problems to toyota Japan

          I too face the same problem in suspension of the Etios car bought in Oct-2012 and reported to Toyota. They in turn asked their dealer Anamalais, Coimbatore dealer to look into this matter. I have sent the vehicle to Anamalais, Coimbatore a couple of days back. They identified the problem in a test drive. They have made some trials but could not solve it. They informed me that they will inform TKM and will get the feedback. The problem is still existing. For my opinion the problem is in the design of the Suspension.
          I have informed some of my friends, who were looking to buy a new car, about this problem and had asked them to wait if Toyota rectifies it or go for some other vehicle.
          Totally, I am disappointed with the suspension problem.
          They are selling their cars in our country only by the brand value by compromising the quality. They will not succeed in long run and will lose a big market until they realise that Indians will not compromise in poor quality.
          I got my suspension replaced by Toyota after repeated calls to them. Now, they don't make annoying noise when passing over speed brakers.

          BAD BAD SERVICE

          Toyota don't follow there complaints .they don't care any more about there customers .complaints no.TCM[protected] .

            Toyota Car — Deficiency in after sale service

            M/s Arpanna Motors Pvt Ltd - Dealer of Toyota Car provided faulty spare parts and deficiency in services

            Toyota Car — Inferior car delivered

            Further to our earlier complain lodge in October 2010

            When the problems became more than we could handled, We tried to contact the Executives of TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND . Not only they refused to talk to us, they asked their Legal advisor to send us the notice that IF WE TRY TO CONTACT ANY STAFF OF THE COMPANY , THEY WOULD TAKE TAKE A STERN ACTION AGAINST US BY TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS FOR VIOLATING THE EXECUTIVE'S PERSONAL RIGHTS.

            They forgot that THEY THEMSELF ARE VIOLATING CONSUMER'S RIGHTS by supplying sub standard vehicle to us.

            Not only that, they had organised a group of people to trail us for reasons known only to them.
            We finally filed a petition at the CONSUMER'S INTEREST COURT and instead of working out the solution, their lawyer said that THE COMPANY HAS ADVISED TO FIGHT THE CASE TO THE END.

            This clearly shows HOW IRRESPONSIBLE TOYOTA MOTORS IS.

            Indian consumers, PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A TOYOTA AS YOU MAY GET THE HEADACHE AS A BONUS WITH THE CAR LIKE WE HAVE GOT IT TWICE.

                  I purchased ETIOS Engine no 2NRV021395, Chasis no MBJB29BT[protected], Registration no ML 05 H 7898, impressed by the Assurance of after sales service.
                  Following assurance was given to me at the time of sale of the car, regarding the Toyota provision of Q service:
                  i) Quick vehicle service
                  ii) Quick vehicle service information
                  iii) Quick Network reach
                  iv) Quick Qualified manpower etc
                  2. My car is in the Toyota workshop, Shillong, Meghalaya since 30th April, 2012 for change of Mobil chamber and change of a engine bearing. Works hardly needed few hours time, but pending for more than a month. Reason given by your service personal that spares are not available and placed order to Bnagalore.
                  3. It appears that no after sales service mechanism is in place in the North Eastern parts of India, but the company has given false assurance regarding Q service, at the time of sale of the car and also declared in the official web page of the company. Spares are also not made available in the market, thereby, monopoly maintained over price by creating artificial demand, as it appears.
                  4. Complaint No TCM [protected] has been unattended till date and wrongly feed information has been updated against the complaint;
                  5 Impressed by the false assurance of Q service, I purchased the vehicle and now feel cheated, as I am suffering immensely for last one month, paying rental car Rs 2500.00 daily and thus, already paid Rs 75000.00 to the rental car. There is no guarantee of quick service in future in this part of the country, as I apprehend
                  . Therefore, I made request to the company to take back the car for failed after sales service and failure to meet commitment of quick quality service and requested to refund the amount paid for the car at the time of purchase including the registration and insurance cost. Further, made demand to compensate Rs 2500 per day of expenditure since 30th Aprl,2012 for rental car till the date of delivery of the car, after repair service.
                  Because of false assurance, I purchased the car and suffered huge financial loss and mental injury .

                      ATTENTION TO INNOVA BUYERS

                      Herewith i have share my experience of INNOVA Buyers. I brought new Innova

                      Euro 3 from trichy Annamali showroom on Feb 2012. Begining onwards i am

                      facing some problem at the door. if i say exactly, when you shut the door

                      will make more noise. the noise like while closing door you will feel like

                      without beeding the door touch with frame. i report this issue from the

                      delivery at the time of each service. but the door noise issue still open.

                      Regarding this i approch Lansen toyota pallikaranai upto 7 to 8 time. but no

                      body respond me from the service end and Customer relationship . finally i

                      planned to raised the complaint ticket regarding this issue. so they come

                      down and give some attension to this issue. After check the vehicle they

                      simply says the all the doors are ok. but the door noise i feel same. but the

                      ticket has been closed without getting the feed back from me. i request

                      callcentre prople and reopen the same ticket update the issue again.

                      from the dealer end they request me to leave the vehicle one day for checking

                      all the door issue completly. again said door's are ok. but finally i notice

                      that the beeding is the issue. if you compare the Euro 4 model vehicle its

                      doors beeding are good. but the issue in euro3 beeding.

                      please can any one give me the idea what to do in this case. Towhome i want

                        Sir myself Mr.Nand Kishore Khanna, I purchased a new innova car from Toyota Galaxy, Moti Nagar,delhi on 20th dec.,2009.
                        All was going well but after my last car service which was done on drive of 30,000 - 35,000 kms.. I m not comfortable with my car drive as I m facing that...... My car is going on left side, Even in last car sevice Alingment and Wheel balancing was done and on pressing the break ,the car is bubbling.I have already done complaint in service center and still the problem is not solved... I m having an appointment for next car service on 27th may, 2012........... so, I wan u to take action on the above said problem.... And please reply me for the same.......

                          I got an e-mail from toyota company about the lottery winning prize * a brand new car and gbp of 50000 . I got it on 13 may on my mail . I want to know whether it is lligal or illigal , if it is false then please take up action against these type of people . From my side please register the case against them.

AGAIN TODAY I RECEIVED ONE MAIL REQUESTING ME TO DEPOSIT A SUM OF RUPEES THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND EIGHT HUNDRED ONLY IN MY ACCOUNT FOR THE REGISTRATION AND AS SOON AS I DO THE SAME THEN THEY SHALL DISBURSE THE PRIZE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT.                               I recently purchased a Toyota Innova from Harsha Toyota, Chennai and here is my tale of woe.

                              - The vehicle was not delivered on date promised. There were 100 followups for the payment but none to check if all the documents were in place for the registration.

                              The sales person Maslimamani and his team lead Dinesh kept promising that it will go for registration on a particular day but never bothered to verify if...

                              Respected Sir,

                              This is to bring in to your kind notice that I had booked a Fortuner A/t with Grace Toyota, Gurgaon, on 18 January 2012, in the name of Jatinder Pal Singh. While booking of the vehicle sales executive has promised to deliver the car in the first week of April. The delivery date has been also mentioned in the booking form as April 2012 only. But in-spite of all my efforts I have not received the car till date.

                              No information was given to me regarding the delay of the vehicle and no body at the dealership or at Toyota Company has bothered to show any concern for this delay.

                              I have complained several times (in written via mail as well as through phone), to Toyota, but nothing concrete has been done so far. No body at the dealership or at Toyota Company has shown any initiative to resolve the issue. The people at customer care center of Toyota has given several assurances of giving the delivery of vehicle in the first week of May 2012, but so far neither Toyota company nor the dealership has come up with any answer. They are not even ready to give any written commitment for the month of May, even. I am already very frustrated with the excuses given by sales persons at the dealer ship. I have waited for 5 long months (till now, more to count), for this vehicle, but my patience is now over. I request you to help me in this regard, so that I can have the delivery of my car as soon as possible.

                                HAD MADE A BOOKING FOR TOYOTA FORTUNER WITH M/S ASPIRIT TOYOTA MATHURA ROAD ON 23/1/2012 VIDE RECEIPT NO REC[protected] AND WAS PROVIDED THE DELIEVERY TIME IN THE 1ST WEEK OF MARCH. WHEN CONTACTED IN THE 1ST WEEK OF MARCH WERE GIVEN FALSE COMMITMENTS FOR DELIEVERY AGAIN AND AGAIN.THEN MADE A COMPLAINT WITH THE TOYOTA CUSTOMER CARE VIDE COMPLAINT NO DCM[protected] WHEREBY WAS GIVEN THE INFORMATION THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE DESPATCHED FROM THEIR COMPANY ON 30TH APRIL 2012 AND WILL BE DELIEVERED TO US ON 6TH MAY 2012. BUT TILL DATE NO VEHICLE HAS BEEN DELIEVERED TO US AND NO CONFORMATION OF DATE IS ALSO PROVIDED BY THE TOTYOTA COMPANY.

                                  This is Nikki Nichani & i have a car loan from SBI/Malleshwaram Branch for a purchase of Toyota Etios in Dec 2011.....my car loan no [protected].

                                  I had opted for an ECS mandate on EMI from Citi bank where i have a salary/savings ac.However this did not happen over the last 5 months.
                                  I have been repeatedly chasing for the ECS facility to be functional but there has been no action taken.
                                  I checked with my bank but they informed that they have not received any request from SBI to initiate this facility, even though it has all been approved from their end.

                                  As per last conversation with SBI i heard that ECS should be functional from the same month but yet not happened.....i have handed over a lump some amount to SBI for the previous EMIs to clear part of the loan.......PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!!

                                  It is your fault, You should hand over the ECS form duly signed by your self to Citi Bank.
                                  SBI Issue this form once you get DD in your hand. SBI is not responsible for ECS.

                                    Dear sir

                                    I was using toyato etios with two air bags. And it is expected that air bags will blow in case of accident.

                                    My cousin was driving the car on 19th March and met with an accident on road, the car went under total loss. But the most unfortunate thing is despite the car having two air bags the air bags didn't blow (open) and has severely injured the driver and caused death of the person sitting beside him (both had fasten there seat-belt as per the law). This is absolutely not done and there is no exchange for the loss of once life.

                                    Since toyato is reputed company with its reputed cars in the market, such incidence or negligence is not expected by this company. I would request the owner of the company to personally look into the matter and give full justice.

                                      With due respect i want to say that i am disappointed from your service. My car was serviced on 28 april 2012. But unfortunately its breaks remained unchecked. I went to a trip to badrinath with my 6 friends and the breaks were failed on mountains.The break pipe was damaged. 'That was the moment when we saw the death so close to us.'
                                      I hope you will pay attention to my complaint.
