Res sir, i had complaint against not getting of my courier to your office and also on tweeter. The courier booked from puna to parbhani on 10 dec 2018. Till date its status at mumbai hub. Can u explain why my courier is not received to me till date? If i can't get response from your end i will compalint in consumar forum....

I am complaint about the courier lucknow Docket no [protected] not delivered till yet i have deposited the saharanpur branch on 4 Jan-2019.
Now it's 10 Jan2019 but still not delivered plz help me out it's very urgent.

We got courier thourg TRACK ON COURIER, THE Docket no..[protected] .

CUSTOMER send courier on december month itself.

but, as of now we didn't receive the material .

Coimbatore office response is helpless.

In track on customer care no. is also not mentioned to contact....

I am reaching out to raise a concern and also request to return the consignment to sender's address.

The consignment number [protected] was sent from Lucknow to Delhi, however it wasn't delivered to the address. It has been returned to Lucknow again without any intimation.

I had called customer care and was told that the consignment would be returned to sender's address, but it hasn't reach yet.

I have send my courier bearing doc no. [protected] on 07.01.2019 in fast track but still not showing online while track till 6.:30 pm on 08.01.2019. why ? This parcel was booked very urgent in fast track. What does it means ! Pls look into the matter and reply asap....

A trackon courier service centre branch in taraori district karnal pin 132116 and is head namr mr. Lalit kumar this person no manners to speak a customer very very rudely behaviour for delivery time and order booked time he ask (Mai kya kru _abuse word ambala se pucho pocha k nhi thara parcel packet dena ho dedo nhi to ase tesi krwao dusre courier wale pa) all customer abset thats a big problem in this men.. Plz solve this complaint. And...

I booked my courier from chandigarh to delhi in 4th jan 2019, but till date that is 7th jan and for that i called your punjabi bagh branch about it cause azad pur office gave me the num but your guys were dam rude and told me that i will get my delivery on 8th or 9th of jan, you people are soooooo slow to deliver, you people need 5 to 6 days to deliver, its a shame on you people, my docket num is [protected], i have not seen such a lazy courier...

Our couriers booked with docket no [protected] booked from gurgaon to nanded maharashtra with 9 nos of box but we are received only 8 box docket no. 1/9 yet to received your local office at nanded person telling they are received 8 box and deliverer 8 box on 3-1-19 still we are waiting for this box seine last four days kindly check and deliverer box no 1/9 at earliest.

My consignment id is [protected]. It has reached Saltlake hub, Kolkata on 28th Dec and after that there is no further update on the site. I am staying in Saltlake and yet it is not delivered. No point contacting their contact numbers(all out of order). Mail them and they direct you back to calling numbers. Horrible service!!...

My biggest issue is when consignments reaches the destination hub then why does it take so long to reach the end user.
I stay in eluru, my consignment was coming from mumbai.
It reached the eluru hub on 15th of december, 2018 and today its 03rd of jan, 2019.
Does it take so long to reach the end user who is in the same city.
Very poor service. And the phone numbers you provide...

My tracking item is very important
The receiver not accepting the delivery please confirm the same. It is an important documents, ie insurance details
So provide immediate solution.
My claim is pending because of this problem.

It reached the howrah hub on 27th of december, 2018 and today its 1st of jan, 2019.
Does it take so long to reach the end user who is in the same city.

Against booking docket number [protected] courier company rajkot and ahmedabad representative declined to deliver the material when i request for you send me the material on paid basis any available resources.

Is this a behave like a company or all employee working like a unprofessional.

The package has been sent on 22 of december and there is no # clue about the package nor your # employees are interested to do their work nor does the so called tracking system of yours sucks to core... Its showing that the consignment or track number does not exist... God help with sick people if that respective package doesn't arrive at january 5 i'll have to suffer 3lacks if ever that happens i'll spend extra 3 lacks to...

I was sent a parcel on 10th of december with tracking number [protected], up till today i have not received it yet, can't even track it in your site. Up till today, nothing has shown. I tried calling your branch offices, no one seems to be able to care enough to find the whereabouts of my courier. I'm sick and tired of this disappointment. Why can't i be able to track my courier and why hasn't it been sent to me up till now...

I sent my order from jalandhar to surat via trackon on 18th december with consignment number [protected].
My consignment reached to delhi head office on the same day and reached to ahmedabad on 19th december. Since it should reach to gujarat it came back to delhi head office on 21st december. And stilll it is showing that my product is in delhi.

My doc. No -[protected] is out for delivery from 20th december from delhi and the parcel is at mumbai hub from 22nd. What kind of service is that.in my parcel there is eatable items, which are supposed to be expired by today or tomorrow. When i booked my courier that person told me that i will receive my courier by monday evening or tuesday morning but both days are gone. Even i didn't receive a call from you guys, and your customer service...
