Dear sir, i courier some office documents from jammu to srinagar on 25th of January, now they are not delivering my documents and neither they thell me whereabout of my courier. I request yoy please help me in this, they are making me suffer every day. Thank you very much. Please contact on this number [protected] regarding information

I have delivered sweets and wedding card through trackon. They said they will deliver within 3 days.
On november 24th, 2018 I believe. I was continuously tracking my order. It got stuck at delhi transit first and then raipur transit.
When i called at raipur customer care. They first didn’t respond.
Then, i called next day. So without informing me they transferred my order back to delhi. They gave an excuse that there company don’t deliver in that area.
So i agreed and was waiting for my order.
Then after couple of week i called at Yamuna transit, they said they will deliver at my address.
So it’s been a month haven’t received my order yet.
Worst company ever.
Should bann this company.

I haven't received my order number [protected] yet .I am unable to view the status update as well on the site. I tried to contact the customer care but it says invalid number.

Please check on priority and update me asap.

Hi i have sent a parcel from trackonn couriers mumbai andheri east on 25th on jan which is till date not delivered to banglore on every follow up i am given a new date with new reason of delayed it was a very important parcel for which i followed up with them after 5th day of dispatch we have sent a sample to our client which because of couriers negligence got delayed for which we are facing loss today we are being told it is no service area on there official website this pincode is serviceable please help us regarding this issue 🙏

I had sent a courier on 8th january, 2019, but the courier has still not reached the destination. I have been asking for this to the courier company, where the last location of the courier is updated, i. E. Mansarover garden,. But they are denying that they have not received the parcel. No body is giving clear information about my parcel. My consignment no is - [protected]

Unprofessionalism by trackon parcel was send from sanpada on 25 jan yet it has not reached me. When complained to head office i received a call ‭+[protected]‬ from this number that i will get the package today followed by kalyan branch lady called and stated at any cost they will deliver. Yet no delivery boy has showed up.
Insided mumbai it takes 7 days to reach. Do we pay you to get fooled. Mumbai head office and kalyan staff which is truly pathetic just is fooling around by calling me twice saying today you will receive the parcel but again they failed to deliver. I suggest never to you tackon courier services.

The order with id :[protected] was supposed to delivered within 3 days as it was shipped by airlines. The order was dispatched/sent on 23rd jan 19 and was shipped to domlur center of banglore on 25th jan. It should be delivered by 26th or by max next working monday i. E. 28th of jan. But the status of order is still "out for delivery" and i haven't received it yet. I tried contacting the domlur center but its not reachable and the center of banglore does not respond.

On 23rd of Jan2019 a parcel was send for me in zirakpur, punjab from Kolkata. On 25th it was received by the zirakpur branch but next day being Republic Day and then a Sunday followed. After 2 days that is on Monday 28th Jan After lot of searching they found it and in the afternoon it was delivered to me. After the delivery man left I opened the parcel and I found a big rat bitten hole in it which they had covered with a piece of paper. My son's toy box had been chewed and few other items. I called the courier and informed them but their answer was we will look into the matter. This courier has the worst personnel in this Branch.its service is pathetic and irresponsible. As for me no more of your services are required.

The sender has sent the courier from shimla to delhi on 21st january.
I have'nt received any calls or delivery messages on the mentioned number regarding the courier. the courier company without even informing me has sent back the courier back to shimla. While speaking with the customer care service I'm receiving the blunt replies and they are mentioning that they can not help me in any way possible. Please investigate why i did not receive any phone calls or actual delivery professional delivering courier at the mentioned address. moreover please mention the further steps to get the courier.

I booked a consignment on 17.01.19 from perinthalmanna to cochin awb no. [protected]. But still not delivered. Status of this dockit shows that its delivered to customer. But customer has not received consignments. Someone has signed by mistakely in the delivery signe page. Now status
Neither delivered nor no response. I had contacted multiple times to your cochin office at [protected]. They always given me a false information about particular consignment. It is regret to write that all the numbers displayed on the website are not working or wrong or not updated. No complaint link is provided. No email id is provided. Booking agent assured to deliver it on 24th positively. Yesterday agent informed in evening at 4.30 pm that it will be delivered in 1 hour but still not delivered and nobody is responding. Hope you will take a suitable action to deliver the cosigment at the earliest possible.

I am sending my courier from ludhiana to kolkata. Trackon services are not good... Specialy in kolkata they not pick customer phone.. They wasting time of customers... I am not satisfy with their service... There is wasting of time... My courier also return from kolkata.. After wasting time.. They return back my courier... Kolkata staff are not good with customers.

But i got the message it has been delivered a day before. When i contacted on [protected] but they also confirmed that it was delivered on 23/01/19. When i asked to whom it was delivered they said they will inform me with the challan copy. How can a package which has a pan card be delivered to some other place.

Secondly i got a message on 21/01/19 that my package is on its way to you from janakpuri and 3 days have passed i don't know when it will be delivered. I have also told my alternative contact number and complete address with landmark to the concerned person do that the delivery person not face any difficulty to reach out to me. But...???

I sent a courier via Trackon from Bangalore (Whitefield) to Delhi (East of Kailash) and it's status now shows as "DELIVERED 23 JAN 2019 - COMPANY STAMP" but it's not really delivered and it was sent to a home address and not company address. I can't even contact anyone and am super annoyed now. It was supposed to reach by 24 Jan anyway but it's been missing. Don't know where they delivered this :/ infact last location in status shows as Bangalore only which is even more surprising. It never even reached Delhi and status changed to "OUT FOR DELIVERY" in Bangalore itself. Please help me out!

I had booked a consignment ([protected]) from b-1 community center, janakpuri, new delhi -110058 office on 17.01.19 for bagpat road, meerut, pin 250501. The trackon guy, took rs.70. But the packet is not delivered till today.

I raised several complaints via customer care no. [protected], (Complaint no: t-410806) but no steps taken. Today, i called at the meerut hub office and to my surprise, they said, they do not serve at that destination, bearing the pin 250501. If trackon doesn't provide service at that location, then why the janakpuri office booked my consignment??? They should have refused it at that moment itself.
I am surprised by your customer care executive, who asked me to talk to the booking office. Your booking office ([protected]) - asked me to call the destination office.
Your destination office (Meerut hub) said, the booking office is concern about their money. They book consignment without checking.

Is this the way, you serve your customers? You people have no commitment value, no ethics.

On 8th Jan 2019 i have booked an item with AWB no [protected] in trackon couriers. It should be delivered on or before 14th jan but till date (21st jan ) it was not delivered. I have tried customer care numbers they are not lifting calls. Its truly a fraud company. Please take necessary action against this kind of cheaters

I am amit bhutta. I got my courier on 18 january 2019 at jamnagar, gujarat. It was delievered from chandigarh on 11 january 2019. My complaint is that in this parcel i got my earphones missing. As when it was delivered from the source i. E. Chandigarh, earphones was packed in the parcel but when i recieved my parcel and i open it in jamnagar, the earphones are missing in the courier. As a prima facia of the case it is totally cleared that it is totally the fault of the carrier agency. I. E. Trackon company. The pod no. Of the parcel is [protected]. So i want an immediate reply and suitable actions to my complaint. Its really embarrassing for me to recieve this parcel empty. Immediate action is required at your end. Else i may take up this case to further levels.

I ordered a car diffuser from delhi.
My sender packed properly and send it to me via air. He paid 480rs for safe delivery. But i got my parcel broken into many pieces. Trackon is very irresponsible. Might be they have putted very heavy weight onto my parcel 2kg weight my parcel weight. Really disappointed. Poor service not even want to give 1 star. Never ever i will suggest anyone to send parcel with trackon.

Trackon shipment no.[protected] dispatched date 12.01.2019 for dmw patiala 147003 through dda logistic c-12 puru nanak pura near om hotel laxmi nagar new delhi-110092 till date shipment is not received when we call your executive mobile no.[protected] he used abuse word send said your packet will we return this is not mature behavior on hi side kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
