I had booked a consignment ([protected]) from b-1 community center, janakpuri, new delhi -110058 office on 17.01.19 for bagpat road, meerut, pin 250501. The trackon guy, took rs.70. But the packet is not delivered till today.
I raised several complaints via customer care no. [protected], (Complaint no: t-410806) but no steps taken. Today, i called at the meerut hub office and to my surprise, they said, they do not serve at that destination, bearing the pin 250501. If trackon doesn't provide service at that location, then why the janakpuri office booked my consignment??? They should have refused it at that moment itself.
I am surprised by your customer care executive, who asked me to talk to the booking office. Your booking office ([protected]) - asked me to call the destination office.
Your destination office (Meerut hub) said, the booking office is concern about their money. They book consignment without checking.
Is this the way, you serve your customers? You people have no commitment value, no ethics.
