Mera ek courier panipat ke liye kaithal dhand se book kiya gya but panipat office walon ne mujhe time pe deliver nahi kiya aur jab main khud lene gya to wahan par bhut hi galat tarike se bat ki gayi, gali di gayi, misbehave kiya gya. Panipat me trackon courier ka branch office sh no.71, tau devi lal complex me hai ye 9 march 2019 ko approx. 5.40 baje ki bat hai, wahan par jo sardar ji hai unhone hi trackon ki franchise le rakhi hai. Ek to ye log courier time pe deliver nahi karte upar se customer ke sath mis-behave karte hai. Main chahta hun ki ishke khila[censored]chit karwai kari jaye. Uske bad maine sath hi me jo inka head office hai wahan ish bat ko btaya to unhone bhi us sardar ko kafi samjhane ki koshish ki par unhone head office walon ki bhi nahi suni. Courier bhi hume phata hua mila jabki usme mere jaruri papers the. Sardar ne mujhe majbor bhi kiya ki courier me kya hai ye main usko bataun, mera naam puneet hai, [protected] my mob no.

I am trying to track it but im having worst response from their staff...I dont know what to do and the customer is on my head this time...Either you have to do something or I will complaint in the police station by tomorrow...

My curior tracking no is [protected] is arrived in patna in 6 march, and i have already complain in courier and my coplain number is T496176. But courier couldn't be delivered in my address and no any member can be received in my call at office time.
Kindly short my problem as soon as possible..

I had couriered a packet using your services on 20th february, 2019, from new delhi to hathras. The docket number is [protected].

I had been tracking the package ever since and it hasn't moved beyond aligarh till date. I am clueless upon the status of the consignment thereupon. It was an important parcel that was sent by one of my raw-material suppliers to one of my facilities.

I need an update on my package. It is urgent and the consignment was important. Such delays are highly unprofessional.

One electronic touch screen of Color Sortex machine was booked from Coimbatore to Raipur on 27th Feb. Your tracking system shows that it reached in Mumbai on 1st March & today your customer care office at Delhi informed that it reached Raipur on 5th March. But the said article is not yet delivered

I have a package containing pan card which was supposed to be delivered by 25th feb is still not delivered and no one turned up for any call or a message from courier. I tried all the possible ways to reach them but there are no numbers which can connect you to the service.
Even the complaint form on website will not allow you to submit a complaint. Pan is a critical documents and that is very much unsafe in these cheaters hand, i am not sure what to do.

My courier booked from vapi on 7-2-2019. Today 3-3-2019, not received yet. I complained many times on customer care. But no action. My courier no [protected]. The trackon courier service is very poor. If courier comes in 2 to 3 days. I am waiting for 27 days. But still i have not received it. And i called every office of trackon. No one helping me to locate my courier.

Cn [protected] booked on 21/2 at nashik reached ghatkopar on 22/2 but it was not delivered on 22 or 23rd. It was given to chowdhury by gita at[protected] on 23rd feb to chowdhury cell [protected] on saturday and
Directed him to deliver it mahesh bhat at 12 kamadhenu pklot 26 peston sagar chembur mumbai 89 but till 11 am tody 25/2 it is not delivered. Chowdhury
Cell number is not reachable for more than one hour. I have lodged complaint
T475604 at 10 45 am today. This docket is booked on 21/2 and today it is 25/2 and still we have to follow up for delivery with your office. Earlier also the

The docket within 24 hours in mumbai. This guy chowdhury must be sacked for not delivering the docket on saturday as promised by gita at 25001372.

The worst service ever experienced amongst all the couriers. My courier was dispatched on 16th from mumbai and it reached the nearest courier office in noida sector 49 barola on 19th and they didn't deliver it to the doorstep. Later on tried to browse the customer care number the worst customer service as well never got connected. After too much struggle finally got the number of the nearby courier office. The person lied i can't deliver it i'm out of town. Don't have office number whenever you have time go and collect it from the office itself. And then the irony is when reached the office a person was busy in his phone when the person informed they are not having any office contact number.. The worst worst and the worst courier service. Never ever use this extremely unprofessional courier.

My pan card, with airway bill no.[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 15th of february 2019.
It is still not delivered, when i track the status, it is showing that address not found.
They didn't even tried to call me for the delivery.
The address is proper, because i get delivery from other courier service providers with the same address.

I have yet not received my package which was dispatched on 11th of february but yet not received. The track number is [protected]. Please verify me as soon as possible. The package was dispatched from panipat nd to be delivered in patna. Please confirm its important material. Please confirm the status and i want my package to be sent at address as soon as possible. Please don't late.

Parcel booked on 1th Feb and reached destination courier office on 16th Feb, but still today on 22th Feb it is not delivered.

Reason is receivers address is too long for them and they delivering that area once in week. If receiver need urgently then he should come and collect from there office.

I was supposed to recieve my parcel yesterday but there is no updation of the status of parcel since last 3 days and is stuck there for last three days. I contacted cuatomer care they told me it will be delivered today but again niether there is any change in status nor product is delivered. Status shows the parcel departed from delhi on 19 of feb 5:20 am
And after 60 hours it still didnt reach the destination bangalore

I have a delivered a courier to anandpur sahib of ropar district of the state punjab... It has been delivered 10-15 days before but they hvnt received it... It was an urgent parcel... There is no response from the trackon couriers.. It has been so long and they havent delivered it yet.. I dont knw where is my parcel... Plz.. Plz.. Deliver it within 2 days... We couriered a most important and urgent document from jhunjhunu, rajasthan to kolkata, west bengal on feb 14, 2019, with your trackon prime service as per 3rd-day delivery commitment at address.
But an unexpected delay this consignment not delivered till the time & date 1 pm of feb 18, 2019, and we lost the $1000.00 due to this delay.

We tried many times approx 20-25 for concern with trackon counter but no one replied to us and responded us properly against this delay.

Now we are going to submit a case in consumer court against harassment and our lose due to your service.

[protected] ko mene trackon courier se jaipur to delhi parcel lgaya tha. but mere clint ko parcel nhi mila trackon couriers wale mere clint ko gumraah kr rhe the ki parcel aaj aayga kal aaygaa but parcel nhi phucha rhe the or bol rhe the ki hume clint ka address nhi mil rha .fir mene parcel wapas jaipur mangwa liya thn humne parcel cheak nhi kiya kuki parcel same packing mai tha but humne jab aaj parcel open kiya tab usme humare item nhi the really its a fake courier company chor hai trackon wale

Hell wit diz service chi, I made so many calls not even one person was responding properly, and I didn’t get my courier ### service chi.people r saying all false, not even contacting and gvng proper response, waste services.waste of money and time, never experienced this bad.worste services I have ever seen
