Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir, I am Pharma Distributor from Bangalore, Karnataka. I keep ordering Medicines from different states. But whenever the medicines are dispatched from manufacturer through Trackon Courier - it will not be delivered even after ONE WEEK even on continuous tracking, their website will not be updated, their phones will not be answered (either continuous busy or ringing but not answered - How to TRACK "Trackon Couriers" i really don't know.

Sir, trackon courier had lost my parcel which submitted from Gaya (bihar) to new Delhi to send on below address.

But it doesn't received there.and when I called to customer care they told me that it is lost.

I booked a packet from jodhpur on 03 July 2018 under prime track No.8628539 for delivery to my daughter Vishakha Joshi studying at Indus business acedamy Banglore Pin code 560062.
It has not yet delivered and lying at your chamrajpet office from 05/07/2018.
A call from that office phone [protected] was made to my daughter to collect packet from the office.
My daughter is student and can not go outside campus leaving her study.
Therefore I called that office where Pramila talked in a very rude way.

I have booked parcel for delivery to given address which is clearly made in written to your courier service, If that place is not in your service area why you booked and taken money from me.Now not delivery of packed to the stated place of delivery is breach of your service and is covered under consumer protection act where you have to bear a heavy penalty.
On 6th july when I contacted to delhi office Mr.punit, who is very cooperative and immediately called banglore office but Banglore office persons are not hearing anything.
Today on 07 july Pramila called my daughter over phone and threatened her that either my daughter pick the packet from office or the trackon Banglore will return it.
I would like to inform you that we have aalready bear great loss due to delay in delivery, because the packet contains a pendrive having project metirial which my daughter had to submit in time and she couldn't for this your courier service is liable.
I have not hidden the address of delivery,
You have accepted it and charges also paid by me for Prime Track as it was very urgent. If it was not in your service area why you booked and how your computer accepted it, now it is your responsibility to deliver at the destination.
Pl. Take strict action against Chamrajpet office, Pramila at that office behaved very rudely and told me to call to office head Chandrashekhar [protected], or region office [protected] or region head Ranjan [protected]. Today almost full day I called hundreds of times these No. But no one responded either their phone was busy or no replied to ringing.
Pl.convey me status of delivery of my consignment.

I had booked a consignment with HP Logistics Dhyan Singh Complex Ludhiana to be delivered to Mayank Kalhan at Lonavala under reference no.8663260 which is lying on hold since 04072018 at Pune with the remark out of delivery area I had sent a consignment earlier under reference no.[protected] on 28052018 to the same address which was delivered on 4062018.The entry appears on your tracking site
It is not understandable how Lonavala has gone out of delivery area this time.
Please arrange delivery of the consignment at Lonavala as the consignment was accepted with that address by the booking authority

My vehicle insurance policy hard copy was sent my Bajaj allinez via TRACKON I was tracking the consignment online. It did reach Kolkata RO. But no one contacted me.I did try to contact from my end but the number given was never available.
Now I am surprised and fail to understand how the status is shown as "Consignee Refused" after holding it in Kolkata for a few days.it brings bad reputation to Trackon.
Kindly ensure the consignment is delivered to me at the earliest.

Booked in Prime Track from Jodhpur for Bangluru pin 560062 on 03/07/2018 at Arjun Stationers Sardarpura who assured us about it will reach on 04/07/2018 and latest by 05/07/2018.
today is 06/07/2018 and consignment has not yet delivered, a call is made to consignee to collect consignment from courier office, as destination is out of service area.
why we will collect, isn't it responsibility of service provider to deliver it. If not covered in service area then why you booked it and why not told at the time of booking where complete address was provided.
we have given more than double of the normal charges for choosing PRIME Track.

I sent my things packed in bags from Bengaluru to New Delhi and when the consignment was received, many items were missing from the bags and the lock that i put in the bag was broken. Consignment number is [protected]. I called up every customer care number given in trackon courier website but no one is answering the call. This courier service is a scam and I would like to know what actually happened to my things.

I have booked 4 no. of parcel from Delhi to Koraput Odisha. The parcel is now hold in Bhubaneswar. I have called several times to Bhubaneswar tracking office but there is no proper respons. Please find details of consignment

Hello I'm from Srinagar, Kashmir.. I have a parcel to send almost Every second day..but they never deliver on time.. It takes 15-20 days for the parcel to be delivered.. The people at the tracking office are too lazy to do anything.. Plz look into the matter or else I'm forced to change my courier partner

I have not received my courier as expecting it to arrive two days before. We have important documents that required to be submitted for my daughter's school admission.

It has reached from my home town to Chennai in less than 48 hrs but within Chennai delivery status is not updated for last 2 days. It shows it was out for delivery 2 days back but has not reached us

There are 5 phone numbers available on the site but none are reachable. Bell keeps ringing but nobody picks ups. As advertised on the site to contact them through email, there is no email id also provided.

However basis the past complaints here on this site, I don't see much measures taken by the company to improve the quality of service

Need them to be more proactive and deliver customer belongings on time. Hoping the team will take an action and understand customer plight and will not let down the trust customer has showcased in availing their services. Awaiting quick response.

Hi Team,

I am seeing my trackon courier ([protected] ) is deviating from my delivery location. It has reached nearest HUB which is Madiwala and then again moving back to Bangalore RO. Why it taking a lot of time to deliver and getting routed back to RO again. It has been more than a week now.
Please escalate this and look into this issue urgently.

Trackon Courier is not received although it has been reached to Sultanpaur, new delhi, office. But its not delivered today.This courier is pending friom last couple of days. As this courier was very critical from the patient point of view since it contains the necessary medicines.

It would be great if you take immediate action as soon as possible. The below are the courier number,

Though i tried calling on the number ([protected]) mentioned on the portal under tracking section, a lady picked up the call, i told her its very critical. She is not at all ready to hear me. She was continuously saying that we don't deliver to Chattarpur area New Delhi-110074. If you can take some action on her that would be great so that people like me can no more suffer from these things.

My courier is moving inside Hyderabad one office to next which I can see in tracking but no one is coming to diver the courier. I tried all the numbers available in website no one picking up the call, I also tried to call main customer care number there also no one picking up the call. Worst experience can any one let me know how to proceed further on this, as I am seeing many comeliness on this courier company in different complaints platforms.

Any suggestion/help will be appreciated.

Above goods has bought by air bcs of medicine n urgency n reached rtc x rds br. Hyderabad on 30th june by 1pm but even after repeated reminders he has not delivered the goods. It shows an utmost negligency towars the customers.
A sms n wats up massege has been sent as below still he has not responded..

This goods contains medicine need to keep in cooler within 72 hrs.. Otherwise medicine will get damaged n cannot b used.

And i have proof of fake delivery report. Your person not delivered me. Your service is worst worst and worst 😡.
So i will complaint against your service. My documents is lost because of your worst service. 😡.

I booked a parcel on 26th june, 2018 from primetrack, trackon courier pvt. Ltd., shop no 334, shopping centre, near vallabh nagar circle, kota, rajasthan 324007, phone[protected]. And today on 30/06/2018, ifound thar via tracking no. That my parcel has reached at delhi airport and this parcel has to be reach at mumbai within 24 hrs. Please take a proper action against because this is happen with me 3rd time.

I am very much fade up of TRACKON COURIER service.My urgent courier has been sent on 18/06/2018 from patna to destination(kahikuchi) guwahati . consigner name is Ashirvad packers and movers, Consignee name-shambhu kumar, Tracking ID-[protected].I tried to contact TRACKON representative in guwahati many times the company mob no--[protected] and [protected] but they did not picked up my call.They are non responsive to full fill the sevice.

I am priyanka from neeri nagpur. My brother mohd. Sahil sent me a parcel weight 2.5 kg on 13 june 2018 from sadulpur, district churu, rajasthan (331023). Everyday i was checking my tracking status using no.[protected]. On 21st june itself tracking status showing that my parcel had reached nagpur. But till now 28 june2018 i didnt get my delivery. So i called on this no. [protected] and i talked with ms. Sneha, gyangana, 24 pragati colony, opp sai mandir, wardha road, nagpur. She told me that their delivery boy forget to deliver my parcel and they will scold him and its our courier mistake only. Sometimes we forget to deliver old parcel and she will send him to give my delivery but till now i didnot get any call from delivery boy so i called that lady again she talked very rudely did rough behaviour and stated that she is not going to send and said do whatever you want. And now she is not reciveng my call. I am continously calling her to ask about my courier when it will reach my place. Is it the way your people are talking with coustmers. I am not asking about her personal things i just want to get delivery of my courier.
There was some important stuffs in my parcel and my parents expecting that will reach soon but around 15 days over still i am waiting. If track on courier not intererested to give parcel on proper destination so please tell directly. If it will be continously i am going to give complaint to higher authority

I had booked a courier from bangalore on 20.06.2018 and it was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. But still now it has not been delivered. The website shows that the delivery has been put on hold from 23.06.2018. I contacted one mr. Rama das (His name was listed on trackon website as point of contact for garia area) and he simply told me that the area of delivery was out of their jurisdiction and not sure when it will be delivered. And on asking why is that so he very arrogantly told me to ask the agent who picked up my courier in bangalore. And when asked for his superior's contact he responded with more arrogance that i should try and find it out the way i found his number.

Inspite of repeated followup the parcel has not yet been delivered. It has some very important documents.
