Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I have recieved incomplete courier material from Trackon Couriers. My Docket no-[protected] has 2 packet out of which only one packet is delivered to us Dated on[protected].
After regular followup (at least 20-25 calls on both mobile no) I could not get satisfactory response from the local Trackon service provider.
Their first response was no such docket no exist and there is no courier to the mentioned address.

Even I tried to contact the Patna Central Branch for more than 20 times, but there was no response from their end.

Complaint - not received my shipment in spite of doing multiple followups with different offices and also visited local head office. But to my shock no response and seriousness in resolving complaint. Pathetic customer services and worst complaint management. Awb # [protected]. Shipment to be delivered to my little scholars pre school, 1-8-506/28, prakashnagar, begumpet, hyderabad - 500016. Telangana. Mob# [protected]

My consignment has been booked on 18 june from mumbai with trackon docket no. [protected]. On 20th its showing moved from delhi. After that we dont have any status update. We dont know where is our parcel. Local trackon franchise office is not responding properly.

I didn’t receive my shipment yet. It has reached salem (Tamilnadu) on 17 th itself. Still i didn’t receive the product. Wen i checked in track on website there is no updates after 17 th.
& my tracking number :[protected]. Kindly do the needful.
It’s more than 10 days. Wats d use wen the product doesn’t reach in time?
Poor service by track on couriers.

My assignment no [protected] is not deliver yet. There is no proper info from customer care side 3 times in alternate days and deliver man Mr vivek [protected] from kanpur make a arguments very badly and given other deliverman no mr. Ak gupta [protected] but he also not sure for delivery and trying to give another new no.
After that again customer care executive ms. Pooja repeat this process again. And ask wait for delivery and provide mr. Vivek's no.
Pls give me complete infomation to me.

Dear sir/madam,
I send courier on 20th june to be delivered on 21 by prime trackon for which i paid rs 190 just for documents to be delivered because it was urgent for customs purpose but they had still not delivered till 22. Trackon is saying prime but they are looting in the name of prime and taking extra money from consumers to make more money. This is not acceptable. If a service is not given they why should consumer pay high charges for such courier service.

Hello dr sir or mam i m a one of customer who always adopt a trackon courier service... But the faculty member o[censored]r service is vry illitrate they dont knw how to talk with peopl... Or specialy with ladies nd they dont give ny information about the detail of product... Today i called a person in chandigarh to know about my courier status but he talked to me in vry rude way he rlly dont knw how to talk with ladies nd i was rlly polite with him at last when i said how u r talking thn he cut my phone his contact no is [protected].. I put a parsal from delhi on 19 june from there gurgaon office way bill no [protected], it was having no update till yesterday evening, only this morning check and found still in delhi. How this can happen and no update and not a single present help getting from there team. Also not easy to get there coustmer support. Felling bad and disappointed due to that how can a so care less for this. And it only need to go to ajmer bijainagar from delhi. Very bad services sir need your help to be sort it out asap.

I am recently getting many couriers every month. And among them i had got 2 couriers whuch were sent through trackon couriers. Both the experience was very poor and so irritataed me. The first one was delivered after keeping it about 14 days in their office. And the second one, first i contacted the office shown while tracking and they said that it eill be delivered tomorrow so i waited. And when today i called them they told me that it is in another office so plz contact them. So i contacted them and said that they called me but i didnt respond. When i check it i saw that they had called but only once!!! In my experience all other couriers services other than this will call us minimum 2 times. I got connevted to their office after calling 5 times!!! They were really talking to me with immense anger. I was really ashamed.. What an ashammmed behaviour towards customers. Shame...

My city is ahmedabad i bookex parcel from delhi on 14th june 2018 and today 20th june 2018 still i don't receive the parcel even no one giving propre reply from delhi office authority says jo hota"he ukhad lo" such a cheap language i will never ever trust on this kind of courier company jiske employees ko baat karne ki bhi tameez nahi very very very bed experience

My AWB no. Is [protected]. I have not recieved my consignment even when i was promised that it will reach me by 14th. Today is 20th. I have called trackon several times, most of the time my call was not recieved and even when it was recieved i was promised that they will revert back after providing me the complaint no. But they didn't. In the trackon tracking website whenever i try to track with my AWB no. The last updated status is dispatched from delhi since past 7 days that is 13th june.
Please resolve this issue .. we would not like to notify the consumer helpline.

Dear sir,

A consignment has been booked from chennai on 13.06.2018 for jamshedpur, jharkhand but till 20.06.2018 the consignment has not reached. Their customer care as well as branch staffs are very rude every time i call them they tell me that the consignment has not reached howrah yet you will have to wait we can't do any thing.
This consignment is very urgent to me as my client is chasing rigorously for the material.

I booked a package to be delivered weighing less than.400gm for which they charged me 150 rupees and promised me that the package would be delivered next day or day after tomorrow. The package was booked on 11/06/2018 and was supposed to be delivered on 13/06/2018. However after repeated followup i have no resolution even after contact the vendor and customer care i get absurd answers and promises that i would get revert and followups but in vain my package is still undelivered and there is no revert from the vendor and customer care which most of the time is unreachable it is scam and fraud courier. I tried all means but it seem the company is not even bothered about my package and the response from customer care was the package is still in delhi and they are checking what went wrong where as the vendor confirms the package is at destination city. I was been told on saturday that with 12 hour from date 16.06.2018 same would be delivered with guarantee however same is still pending. I want to file a case against such an irresponsible company and want to make no one else faces same problem there were some medicines in then package which were urgent.
