Date 05.06.2018 I booked two parcels from Jammu to Bangalore on Trackon Couriers and paid for air shipment. The parcels reached in 9 days instead of 4 days as committed by the Jammu people. On my inquiring after 5 days, I was told by another staff member that my parcels were sent by surface transport. And to top it all, when the parcels were opened, 3 items were damaged inside. 1. Induction cooking plate (which came with its original packing as it was brand new). 2. Electric Griller, which was also brand new in original packing. 3. Pressure cooker, again brand new in original packing. Just goes to show how badly the parcels were mishandled.
Firstly, I'm demanding a refund for the charges which I paid for air shipment as my parcels were sent by surface transport. I want a full refund of Rs: 3105 as this amounts to downright cheating.
Secondly, I'm asking for a refund for my damaged items which amount to nearly Rs: 9000.
Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Harivansh Lakra Still no response from Trackon. Their costumer satisfaction rating should be minus 99. So much for the @#%$#@ Courier service.
we have followup your customer care executive but we have not received proper response.
Please update the courier Status on Urgent Basis.
