I am waiting for a courier from delhi at my address in gurgaon. I have never seen such shameless staff of any courier company, who have been trained to lie and take customers for granted. I feel like going to consumer court for such a mental harassment..

Trying to find our trackon owners and then show them their service standards.. What a waste of time with trackon

My order number is [protected]. I called on the indore trackon service number in indore to enquire... The executive is very rude and did not bother to listen to her customer...

I have been told that the order will reach on friday i. E 4may and now they told it will go on monday directly. Worst experience ever..

Kindly look after the kind of service and executive u hire..

On 02/05/2018 i couriered parcel through trackon Palampur (Himachal Pradesh) to Gurgaon bearing trackon id [protected] and i checked the status of parcel online it was in gurgaon hub on 03/05/2018 but not delivered at destination and even trackon is not replying the mails...

Several times i dialled your franchisee's number karnal-[protected] (Given in online tracking query) but always it is unanswered. Your company is well renowned in courier business but such a irresponsible attitude is not suitable for your company. Karnal is just 125km...

I have courier a parcel from Ahemdabad to hydrabad (A.P) on 21 apr 2018.
As per online tracking update the corurie reached on 25 apr 2018 at hubsiguda hub, and out for delivery (MAN NO.[protected] but the courier not deliver to the main adress.

I had place courier from jaipur to mumbai on 26 apr 10 am & paid rs 210 as urgent charges for delivery within 24 hrs. Whereas courier delivered on 28 apr evening 6 pm.. I[censored] see consignment details on website of trackon courier, commitment was 1 day/24 hrs delivery. If actually delivery timelines were 3 days, then what are premium charges for? Its fraud company with fraud commitment.
It was a urgent...

I am very disappointed with the service. My Docket no is AWB NO: [protected]. which is supposed to me delivered on 25.04.2018. But till date i didn't receive the courier. The customer care no is invalid. No one is picking up the call. I am very harassed with the service.

Even the tracker status is not updated. How to get the feedback ...

A friend couriered me 3 items with below tracking numbers 10 days back from delhi to delhi which should have got delivered in 2 days like always and i didn't get my couriers yet as of 30 apr. No body is entertaining in trackon courier cell.

I have given material for courier to navi mumbai for urgent basis on 25th april 2018 at madhu vihar market, a-27 street but they haven't provided me slip on that time and assured they will give me later on whatsapp or mail. But till now neither they have have provided me mail nor picking phone. They are liars & cheaters.

I recieved parcle with some wood pieces. Amount of my product was 25000/-
Parcle weight at the time of dispatch was 2.800 kg. But at the time of delivery it was 2.300 kg.
I blame on courier boy mr. Sohan. He also do like this from the past years.
So check the same and delivere my product or issue me the product amount.

MY CONSIGNMENT NO - 8277054. I have given courier on 20 APR 18 AT 2 PM . for prime delivery to bangalore ..at prem nagar trackon office. They have charged me RS 177/- and have confirm that they will deliver it by 21 APR. by evening.
But it has been delivered at 23 APR 17. So can u pls tell me wat is the meaning of prime track.....

Its very bad experience for me after taking service from trackon.
I had given once courier on 09 april 2018 till their is no update from your team whether it is reached destination or not. As per commitment it should be deliver till 12 april 2018, but not getting any update from your team
Still in site status is showing not update. I dont have any idea whether the courier is reached or not when i called on...
