I am tracking the consignment since 21-May-2018, but no one is responding against the tracking no. [protected] booked on 17-May-2018. I was informed that same would be delivered by 19-May-2018.

I really find issue in Trackon courier, if no one is responsible to atleast update the status.

I had couriered a cd package from indore to bhilai.
But the receiver did not get that package.
I sent the courier from trackon indore on 12th may, 2018. It reached raipur at about 15th may, 2018 but has not been delivered...
I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter seriously as it was the case done previously also.
The receiver lives in 144 jawahar nagar, bhilai.

This is anil harchandani i am a owner of a pharma company and as per my knowledge in the market many more courier services are available in india but i have done a big mistake when i send one of my important and urgent documents by trackon courier from bhopal to jaipur and when i check online my courier reached at jaipur branch but when my relative contact to courier boy (Where i send my documents) so he says i am unable to deliverd your courier and if you want so you can collect me.
After that i call the courier boy and i told him i will complaint in the branch so he told me do what you want i don't care.
So from now i will never choose "trackon courier" and also not suggest to anyone

ek ko call karo tho bolta hai mumbai hub aagaye hai or mumbai hub call karo tho wo log bolte hai ki abitak aaya hi nhi...
chutiye log ko 10 baar call karo tho ek baar uthate hai
nai 5 star chutiya log ko dena chata hu
ye 5 star gand mai daal dena apne trackon courier service...

Courier number [protected] dated 26 april 2018 not delivered in mumbai palihill bandra from prabhadevi mumbai till date.
After continuously following not providing proper information, initially they said its delivered but my client did not received any parcel.
When i asked to trackon courier services that please provide details whom they have delivered the parcel? They failed to provide me the detailed information.
They are now not even returning back my courier giving me reason that they are searching the parcel in their various offices.

Dear team,

I had received a call 3-4 days earlier from phone:[protected]Address: idbi bank, derabassi - barwala rd, dera bassi, punjab 140507, india near, dera bassi, punjab) that your courier is received here.

I have confirmed our office address to him and asked him to deliver it on priority as it's urgent. But he does not care about and till now same is being not delivered.

Even after its receipt at courier office 3-4 days before, but still its not delivered at our office. I have talked and requested him many times.

Request to pls look into this and direct him to avoid such laziness and attitude to avoid such instances so that people can't suffer.

My courier tracking number is [protected]. It was courier on 16/05/18 from janakpuri. It should be delivered to me on 17/05/18. However, it is not delivered till now because of bad courier service. I called to vasant kunj on contact num [protected]. And she respond me in rude tone and said to me that it will be delivered by today. I asked, why it was not delivered on 17th may. Then she said that there was some problem. What problem? It’s our mistake that we choosed trackon service for courier. Bad service. I will never suggest trackon to anyone for courier.

I am complaining regarding the parcel which has been dispatched from Mumbai on 7th of May to Ludhiana at Model Town address. Till now the status is showing that it is lying the Ludhiana office and the staff is saying my parcel is delivered. When I am asking them Proof of Delivery they are shrinking away from the real issue.

I had a consignment for delivery to bangalore which was promised to be delivered next day, but even after 5 days the consignment has not reached. It had important medicines which were required urgently. When i called customer care they told me it is stuck in delhi and reason is not known to them.

I would not recommend them to anyone, very poor service and unprofessional behaviour.

Hello, I have ever never seen before such a rude, pathetic courier service in my life, instead of reaching said address they asking collection at office, , kindly do something solid

Trackon is one of the pathetic courier services in india. They are fraud and scam people. They are unable to deliver the courier on time. The employees, even the manager is so rude. One of the mnagers is arunima, they do not have manners to talk to the customer. They give the wrong information and they did not have evidence to track the courier. It is a worst service.
