Thank you so much for your forum. I have almost lost my hopes getting back my consignment.
Thanks a ton once again. Because of your forum at least I received below email from call and email from Trackon Couriers after more than 3 months.

Once I receive back my courier on my delivery address, I will mark as resolved and close this call.

Courier number [protected] dated 26 april 2018 not delivered in mumbai Palihill Bandra from Prabhadevi Mumbai till date. After continuously following not providing proper information, initially they said its delivered but my client did not received any parcel. When I asked to Trackon courier (Siddhi courier)services that please provide details whom they have delivered the parcel? they failed to provide me the detailed information. They are now not even returning back my courier giving me reason that they are searching the parcel in their various offices. Kindly do the needful and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Awaited ur positive feedback
