Is courier ko[protected] tk lab mai pahuchana apki jimmedari bnti h bt ye courier[protected] ko pahuchi or mere dwara bheje hwe sare blood sample kharb ho gye jisme mujhe 5000 ka loss apki wajah se hwa h. Mujhe iska compantation chaiye or mujhe wajah b janni h k aisa kyu hwa. N nxt tym b aisa kbhi ho skta h ya nhi.

Dear team,
Its very bad experience for me after taking service from trackon.
I had given once courier on 09 april 2018 till their is no update from your team whether it is reached destination or not. As per commitment it should be deliver till 12 april 2018, but not getting any update from your team
Still in site status is showing not update. I dont have any idea whether the courier is reached or not when i called on give number ([protected]) the person who is attending call he is very rude, not giving proper answer.
Its helpful form me if i get delivery status of my package.

As i am an corporate client of your co. Services but i am feeling more harmful because of courier services... I sent one parcel within city in 3rd of april and still your courier man delivered it to other address without any prior confirmation to client... My consinee is waiting for the parcel but he didn't get the same your courier mam mr mohan [protected] told me it is delivered but can't able to pain solution it's harassment of my client... On 16th yesterday mr mohan collect that parcel from wrong address and he committed to dileverd by yesterday any how but again no seriousness behind this he fail to delivered so today in morning he went for delivering but my client mr abhimanyu ji denied to accept and he go higher grievance at national level he is in an advocate at jodhpur high court.

And the my client refuse to accept i required immediately action against courier mam... Otherwise i go for social media level...in attachment pls find pod no. Of mr abhimanyu

Dear service provider,

The mentioned parcel (# [protected]) has been denied by the delivery person calling me half kilometre down on the main road saying that his tata-207 (Pick van) can not come anywhere near to the house.

Upon reaching a mid way point, despite my one leg fracture, he made a mockery of me that i wasted his time. Upon telling him to raise complaint against trackon, the delivery person (Bijender sharma) told me that he is not afraid of anybody and do whatever i like.

Such a humiliation to your customers who pays you in advance for home delivery.

Pl note that courier was booked on 9th and received on maid road (500 mtr) away from house on 13th of april.

Look forward to receive reply from the service provider.

One of the worst service provider they have only deliver shipment to 5 km area as decided by them as they told me if some one send you a courier your will become no service zone and without informing you they will return the courier so dont save 10, 20 rs by selecting cheeper courier service you might never grt the courier and service provider in indore if you do a inquery they can use harsh language on you i will suggest dont use trackon rest is upto you this is just to update my feelings about trackon they didnt deliver my aoointment letter and returned back to office without calling me. Worst worst worst courier.

I am very hrash for my parcel.Because my husband choose a trackon courrier.Trackon courrier boy not to call me for telling about exact address because he is near my home to post the parcel because i'm on the road waiting for my parcel when he is not found me then he is going back to office.i'm call to boy then he is insulting me. when I'm reached his office then again misbehave with me and of the part m pick my parcel nd come back to home.Please do the action for this application immediately. My father sent a cover to me on 6th of April on that time they said 24 hrs service for Ravulapalem to hyderabad, but till now I don't get the cover, i[censored] people don't have guts to service on-time then why are u wasting customer time.very worst service,

I have booked an important and urgent courier to my 75 year old father from amritsar (Punjab) - to pathankot (Punjab) on 31.03.2018. The doc number of courier is [protected] the track on agency owner assured me to deliver courier with in two days. But till date no courier is delivered. I am wondering here and there but no satisfactory reply are given bye any of agency owner.

At this age me and my 75 year old father is wondering for courier but all in vain.

Sir I m sent 49shirts from trackon courier by Pune hadpsar to belgaum but it's will be reached after 7days they told it's going by airoplane and taken money from me and in that 16ahirts are missing and that office by was not responding he shouting on me only please enquire soon it's will be branded shirts my client was dissoppointed please take action on him his name Ashok mane[protected]

I booked 27 cards on 27 march 2018 from Aligarh to different locations out of which 3 cards are coming back due to No Service (why do you book when you have no service. Its waste of our money). 1 card is lying at particular location since 29 march and another one since 28 march. Called many times at those locations but no response. Please update .. attaching both the screenshots.

Because of mistake the same item held in kottakkal trackon, and they willing to send the same to malappuram trackon by bus, but trackon malappuram replied they are busy to receive the same. So we highly dissatisfied with this service

I ordered a consignment from varanasi to pune on 29th march, 18.
I was told that it shall reach pune by 2nd of april.
But no update was made regarding the status of the consignment for next 2 days.
However recieved update the next day. Then waited again for 2 days for the next update to come!
Somehow, the location showed pune by 3rd april. On 4th april it showed that the consignment is out for delivery.
But, my friend no call from any delivery person.
On checking again with the status, it now shows that consignment is on hold as the adress is out of delivery area and no update has been made since then!
This has been so frustrating. I regret using this courier service. It was the first time i went for them and will definitely be the last time. Never ever in my life again.
I hope my parcel gets delivered by today.

We are dispatching the courier on dated 21/03/2018 to navi mumbai but till date this courier is not received by navi mumbai as well as this courier is not received back to our branch.

Undelivered and returned, when i enquired multiple times they one previous questions said they didnt get my address and now they are saying they came to the address couple of times nobody opened the door. Seems they called me 10 times??!!! They lady who recieved my call really needed some communication classes. I spoke to her politely and insisted that i am spoken rightly on that she hung up on me

Delivery boy whose contact number is [protected] has misbehaved with me and my wife. He was earlier asking my wife to come at a location to collect the parcel, when I called him back he disconnected the call stating " Mujhe Tum keh kar baat mat karo, mujhe aap keh kar baat karo"

It has been 2 days since the parcel is with him. He is simply trying to delay the logistics.

If i will go and check on the biggest regret of my life, i will consider the courier which i have to receive from trackon on the top most. Let me explain how does this company works:

1. My relative places an important courier for me on 15th march and the same was in hyderabad on 19th which is ok. The guy came to our house but unfortunately me and wife were not at our home so that the guy went back which seems to be ok.

2. Now, since i wanted that courier on priority, i called them. The numbers provided on internet are either switched off or not reachable. So i decided to go there myself and bring the courier home because of the urgent requirement.

3. When searched on net i got the location for miyapur hub (Which was the current location of my courier) and went to the location (On miyapur gachibowli road). The trackon representative told me that this is not the correct location and its some where near miyapur bus stand.
I again searched on net and saw that there is some office of trackon near miyapur bus stand (Which is not miyapur hub) so i went there. After reaching to that location i searched every where but there was no office and i came to know from the locals there that office shifted way back.

4. I called again and again for half an hour and was finally able to connect. They told me that the office shifted (Not updated on google maps) and its somewhere else. I reached out and the office was closed. When tried again and again on call, they told me that no one is at office and to wait for one hour. The staff is extremely dumb and incompetent. They don't understand the problem and were not able and willing to listen.

5. I requested them to deliver that at my location but they told me that is not possible for the day (23rd). I requested them to deliver on 24th march and they told me that they will try (As if they are doing some favour to me). I told them that i might not be at home and either to provide me a sure time when i can collect the courier myself on 24th or deliver it to my society guard. They told me that i can collect the courier on 24th 10:30 sharp from their office.

6. On 24th march, exactly at 10:30 i was there outside the office but it is closed. I called them again and they picked my call only after 10-15 calls. I asked them the status and they told and confirmed that the office will open in 5-10 mins so i decided to sit n wait. After 30 mins when i started loosing my patience, i called them again to update me on the status. The first thing i heard from them whispering to each other is that "ye jeene nai dega and jeena haram kar diya hai" and told me that they are going to take the delivery guy on conference and the delivery guy told me that he might take one more hour and asked me to wait.

7. I just wanted to tell him to go and screw yourself but i can't because i don't want myself to be like them. I told him to come and deliver it to my society when ever they can and drop it to my guard.

This is still wip and i hope that i will find that courier in this life span.

I have already sent my product on 19 march 2018. When i check the tracking id it is saying status of awb no [protected] not updated. I have tried to contact them, but have got no reply from kindly check and let me know. It says the item is dispatched. But the status is not updated.
