Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I ordered one product n my dealer send it from your "trackon" couriers on 16th March, 2018. My consignment no is [protected]. Today is 21st March, 2018 but still my courier is pending. I want tracking for this & also please take fast action for this.

Dear trackon courier am a customer of trackon courier, from telangana state, karimnagar, trackon courier - [protected], 16/03/2018, dispatched to karimnagar courier, but many times i called but not lifting the cal & i gone to office yesterday 3clock but the courier office was closed, i want my parcel arjnt.. Karimnagar trackon courier was not responsible, plz go through action to u r office employees, service...

Almost 25 days over, still I didn't receive ma courier. Called the respective office n enquire (Guindy) but they irresponsibly replied that they delivered to me (Velachery). Still I didn't receive anything. Then asked them for the signed copy they said that Will send me n 30 min. Almost 2 days gone still no response.

The courier has delivered by team member to whom i am unable to understand. I am calling to your office from last 3days but they have denied to track my courier. They always say that system is not working or slow.
I am unable to understand why you are providing services, neither your staff have neither spence...

Dear sir, . My package is booked from Delhi kk electrical. And delivery to m/s a2b services Chandigarh but your executive call me and give instructions to collect your parcel from office we are not provided door step delivery .If this type of services you have than why you provided courier services if it's truth than Indian post is much better than there services and way of executive talking sense. This is your executive s feedback to me .But I think your services are very good but some people make it wrost so kindly take the nessessory action against this type people which are playing with reputation of the company. I had ordered a pair of pillows from a vendor and it was supposed to be delivered via trackon couriers. Their 1st attempt failed as there was no one to receive at my end. Next day i spoke with them and arranged the delivery and after that i never received a call, no update on their website, customer number always busy and whenever they call they are saying they attempted calling me several times which never happened. On top of that the lady representative at the noida hub does not have the manners on how to talk. When i was trying to make her understand that calls never came to me she is not accepting it and put my package for return. This is a highly frustrating experience.

My brother has booked mobile through courier service trackon prime track with no.[protected]Dated 10/03/2018) with clearly mentioning the name and no. Of recipient as sumit shrivastava.
Still courier shown delivered to my company address with too much irresponsibility.
I had wasted my 500 rs. Over the same and still lost my mobile due to poor service from trackon courier.

Maharashtra. India. On 28 feb 2018 having awb no. [protected], the shipment didn't reach to the address mentioned on the parcel till date. I tried calling customer care no of mumbai and jaipur, they are not picking the call and there is no status update on online portal as well.

I need my parcel urgently. Before 3 p. M. Today. I have been requesting the chennai guindy office to deliver it to me since yesterday. It was a prime order and rather that guy is being rude to me and telling me that there is no delivery boy and cut my phone and not taking my calls now. I will file a consumer complaint against your office today if i don't recieve it before 3:00 p. M. Very rude staff.

My tracon number is [protected]. It was dispatched from my hisar on 26 th of feb 2018. The docos was not received at their ivangel sale office kolkata by 3merch 2018.. Today is 8th mar 2018. Still its not been delivered to ivangel office. When i contacted delivery parson he was not pic the phone & mob no [protected]

I was placed an order from amritsar to jalandhar but is still not delivered.
It is almost 15 days over. I am facing so many problem. Please close this matter asap

My docket number is [protected]. It was dispatched from my gurgaon ho on 26 th of feb 2018. The same was received at their banaglore office by 28th feb 2018.. Today is 5th mar 2018. Still its not been delivered to me.. When i contacted courier ho i have been told that their bangalore office was closed for 3 days on account of holi. Because of their negligence i am in to loss of rs 50000..

I have couriered 6 products but my client received only 3 products.in have couriered from goregoan west branch and they staff is very rude dey are saying u can go to police v vil not help u. Crm care is also not replying to my mail i hv done twice. I m not happy with trackon please help me. When i went for courier dere we're six goods i. E kurtis nd leggings and the lady staff liked the kurti she opened and checked so i had a doubt on her so i thought she might hv taken and d madam felt bad dat i blamed her so she is telling she vil not help me i can go to police also if i want she vil not help me. Now i m helpless where vil i go for my goods.

This is my second time kerala thalassery branch [protected] staff being very rude to me without any reason. Does not know how to deal with customers. Behaving like i am his slave. He is not doing the work for free. We are paying for you guys and you guys are not well in cusromer relationship. Hope you do the need full or else i need to go for legal formalities

Your agency trackon from ludhina punjab have booked a [censored]e parcel on[protected] and given to party it is very disgusting for your organization how they provide receipt with all details to the consignor and finally was send to the party. After 3 days the same is not showing any trackng details and when we contacted to the trackon courier ludhiana they told we had not any consignment of this number when we have all details and copy of receipt. Are you cheating public like this it is very unfortunate,

The courier from mumbai to delhi has been delayed by 13 days and despite several emails and calls no resolution has been provided. The customer service is going on asking for details of recipient every single day! The parcel seems to have been lost but they are neither admitting it nor offering refund of the value of parcel. The most pathetic service and customerr care team ever!

I booked a parcel having consignment no.- 7000258 from patna on 21st Feb 2018, which was booked for urgent delivery and was expected to be deliver within 24hrs but didn't received yet 26th Feb 2018.

Customer care is not giving any satisfactory response.

Worst courier service.

Consignment was booked at jaipur for zawar (313901) via tracking no: [protected] dated 12th feb 2018. As per your tracking system, it has been reached at udaipur on 14th feb 2018. Still i have not received this consignment even i have not received any call also.

Today i got no o[censored]daipur service, i called but he behave rudely and no response was made and disconnect the call.

I am feeling like deceiving by courier service as this consignment was very urgent to me.

Sir here by I inform you that a consignment which is coming from ludhiana with no. [protected]. There are 2no.of sports shoe was shipped at ludhiana but yesterday the courier delivered in evening. When I unpack the courier box I was found only one set of shoe. The packet looks like something disturbed .
So please look after and help to find my another shoe.

Have courier booked from delhi dated 6th feb 2018. And it received today 13th feb 2018. I have been regularly tracking the shipment on web. On 9th feb it has reached whitefield hub hoskote.

I waited for 3 days and then called back the number as available on web (On 12th feb). And when enquired about the courier the person turns out to be rude and started misbehaving. His comments were “your courier is with me and i will see when i have to deliver.. I will deliver as per my wish.. Do not call me.. Call the person whom you have handed over the parcel in delhi”.

13th i went online to log a complaint on web and found that it says the courier is delivered 9th feb 2018 only.

However, i have all proofs that the courier is delivered dated 13th feb only.

Have screenshots dtd 12th feb & 13th feb from trackon website. Also, i have enclosed the gate pass entry card for the person who has come to deliver product on 13th feb.

Best is when i called the respective contact number available on web on 12th feb and asked for the concern person name this is what i hear "my name is shivanna you need my aadhar card, pan number tell me i will tell you who am i"

I am seriously surprised by this service from trackon. And more over feeding wrong information on web and misbehaving with the customer. I would need the complete details on this shipment to register a legal complaint.
