I booked a parcel with trackon couriers put ltd bearing awb #[protected] on 12th jan 2018 which was to be delivered from vasai to santacruz.
The courier promises 1-2 days delivery for local parcels. The delivery wasn't done on 13th jan, when i wanted to track, the website was down. I called the tracking courier office, the guy said that he isn't able to track now and the delivery wouldn't be possible on that day because saturday is a half working day. Fair enough, i was expecting delivery on monday but it wasn't done.
I had been calling the tracking office throughout the day but no one answered the calls. I called the place from where i booked, the guy didn't even bother to listen to me and hung up not once, not twice but thrice.
My customer had to face a lot of problems because the delivery wasn't made on time.
I went to the office, no one had any clue about my parcel. I yelled at them but still they didn't even care.
On tuesday (16th jan) i spoke to the guy who had booked my parcel, he said he will look into it personally. I had been calling the mumbai head office since the morning, no one answered.
I went to the office and after a lot of verbal exchange, i was able to get information about the parcel and the courier guy promised to deliver it personally by noon.
After all this, i want to know who will bear my losses? My valued customer lost trust in my service. My business was affected by all the time i had to waste running behind them. I made nearly 100 calls which were unanswered.
Why do these people have to even operate when they cannot do basic things right.
