Dear sir,
With reference to the above your company person had not delivered my order till now. I have talked to him in this regard last day but he has not delivered my order till now. He is not attending my phone. If your company can not provide proper service than what is need to recruit this type of employees. Please do action urgently. And also teach your employees to properly deal with customers

It is very shameful act by trackon couriers pvt ltd as they have not delivered some important documents since 13 days. My tracking ID is [protected]. A parcel was sent from Balasore to Noida containing important documents in 31st January 2018. It has been 13 days I have not received the item. The worse part is (according to online tracking) the packet was out for delivery(in Noida) on 9th feb 2018 but still not delivered. And the worst part and most shameful thing by the courier company is the customer care number they have shown in their website is not connecting to customer care despite of several attempt.
The way this courier company is treating the urgency of documents is very shameful, condemn-able and disappointing act. I appeal for strong action against these fraud company promising false hope and playing with customer's emotions. I want compensation for mental agony. Shame on you trackon couriers pvt. ltd.

Trackon couriour service is very worth couriour shipment service around india. I couriered my consignment from mau to gurgaon. But after some time he confirmed that your address is not in our delivery list. Firstly, if you don't want to deliver then why did you receive the consignment. Secondly, i tracked regularly to move it at my address but the costumer service representative not responding and cut the call in mid of talk. I tried to operate it from varanasi location but there is a woman ms. Anamika srivastava, she is not talking, she just used an abusing way in talking. Now, finally i unable to send my consignment at respective address and i don't know exactly where is my consignment. And, nobody intrested to intertain it. This is very worsth experience of my life. I never suggest to anyone to trust in this trackon couriour service.

I am surprised and shocked that the consignment was not delivered till date and followup at your mumbai office (Sanjay) was of no help at all. He says he will call but never calls.
He has given your ho no as 43663000, but no one lifts the phone call.

Sir, I had dispatched a phone via track on courier no [protected] on[protected] from kandaghat to Siwan, bihar. But to whom courier was sent has received a sim instead of mobile phone. Someone has opened the courier discarded the sim from phone and packed the Consignment with only sim left in it. Some one has taken out the phone from Consignment.
Concern person has received the courier on 6-2-2018.
Please check the attachment and do the needful at the earliest.

My self Irshad Malik from Decent Helpline Services, Kanpur,
usually we use your trackon courier services to deliver warranty replacement spares parts to Kent RO systems ltd., Greater noida. In continuation to the above we would like to inform that recently we have booked one carton on dated[protected] for 14.200Kg for Kent RO Systems Ltd. Greater noida which booking receipt ([protected])is enclosed in this email, but when the goods was delivered to the consignee address we got to know that some parts was missed from the carton. Immediately we had asked tracon kanpur office to send us the POD copy in which description mentioned. When we received POD from tracon we found that weight of received box was 12.130 Kg which was about 2.07 kg short as compared to the weight of the carton at the time of booking(copy enclosed). It cause loss for us . So i would like to request you to look into this matter seriously and revert us immediately.

My parcel (Tracking no.[protected]) was sent by mr. Ashok kulshrestha on the 12th of jan'18 from jaipur for mumbai. The booked weight of the parcel was 4kg and he had paid rs.780 for express delivery by air to mumbai by the 13th (Next day).

I checked up trackon to find the parcel was in vasai. On calling the vasai office i was told that there is no delivery scheduled soon an i had to collect the 4kg parcel from the office. Although my no. Was mentioned on the parcel, i was not proactively intimated to receive the parcel.

The box was eaten by rats.

And transparent tape was applied over the hole. I realized it because there was another hole in the corner which was open.

The contents of my package were eaten by rats. The photographs clearly show that the box was eaten by rats midway and cello tape was applied to conceal the damage.

I have all the receipts and photos of the package before and after delivery.

I have repeatedly called and emailed trackon mumbai and delhi office citing my problem and haven't received any positive reply from them.

Kindly compensate for the damages incurred and please take steps to ensure that rodents do not damage any parcels as it is a major health risk.

My vendor had couriered a parcel and was accepted by trackon services from jaipur. After reaching bangalore, i received a call saying that thwy dont have delivery service to the mentioned address.

When i questioned why did u accept the courier when you dont have the delivery service? For that she answered "we dono all that madam and we will not tell" v rudely. After argument she accepted to deliver on alternate address i provided.

But its been 18 days and i have not received till now on my alternate address given. Every day i call they either dont respond or they say we donot know.

Why are you running this service if they you are not aware of the status or cannot answer? Why is it so negligent? Why there is no update? Who would bar the loss of the parcel?

Customer service number is pathetic nobody respond. Why do you have the number when you cannot respond? For name sake? Please shut down your company and stop troubling people like this

It's a common sense that when you submit courier that time only the company should check if the courier can be delivered or not. This is my 3rd time experience with trackon.. They never deliver courier to my address then why they accept the courier at source.
Checked with gmaps and found that n number of zero rating and bad reviews about the courier service center.
Filed complaint on their website still no response.
Worst ever service. Next step will be filing complaint at consumer forum.

This is the 13th day and i am not receiving my courier. This is my worst experience with trackon couriers. Jammu hub is only 7kms from my residence and unfortunately my courier which reached jammu hub on 23rd january is still waiting for its delivery. When contacted their office they always give nod tht the courier will b delivered today but...
Hope they will deliver it soon

Our company situated in himachal pradesh ordered some tools from a vendor situated at delhi. The docket number of courier [protected]. It started from delhi on 22nd january and reached our station on 24th january. The courier was not delivered to us so i checked status of docket online on 27th and founded it had arrived on 24th january. I called and asked local trackon people about delivery and asked about why we were not informed about arrival of courier? The reply was shocking as person replied "courier lena hai toh lo vrna i am sending it back".

My question is i don't know if it was door delivery or not but is it now duty of courier people to inform about arrival of courier?

Trackon team please take action against him and teach him how to behave with customers.

I have dispatch parcel wide no [protected] from ludhiana to jabalpur. But till date it has not reached its destination and nobody picks up the call at jabalpur office. Moreover status is still showing as of date 20.01.2018 no current status it is showing
Highly pathetic customer service, in light of the present competitive scenario ur company situation is worst in the industry.
Kindly deliver my goods as soon as possible

One of my parcels ([protected]) was booked from chenni to guwahati on 9th jan. Till 14th jan, status was available, post that no update till date, later on follow up i found, material had reached guwahati on 17th jan, but was not delivered till date (23rd).
Had lodged complaint (C002643) but no use. Called local office and got silly excuses like no staff etc.
They are intentionally not delivering my parcel and i have to go through loss and harassment.

On 20th when i track the document it was showing that on 19th jan it reached at khajpura and showing the contact number - [protected] and when i call this gentleman, he told me that today (20th jan'18) you will get as the delivery boy already on the way but today is 22nd jan'18 and i have not received it yet and when i again called at this number he told me that call after some time. This type of services are you giving to your customers. If today i will not received the courier then i will move to consumer court against your company.

I didi not got my parcel order no. [protected], in tracking id status it is given that my order is delivered with signature but i did not got my parcel and trackon service man in my city shivpuri is saying that he did not got any parcel of rahul singh order no. [protected], so i kindly request u to find my parcel and deliver it to me because its a paid order and also avail me a drf to track, please track my order and deliver it to me

My courier consignment No. is 7152019, which was booked by my wife’s father on 12 Jan 18 at Orai, Utter Pradesh. The consignment was suppose to be delivered at Pune, Maharashtra with the help of fast prime services as quoted by Pune local official.

We are doubly sure as we have chosen the trackon’s prime services for fast delivery.

We are facing a serious harassment as the local (Pune) Officers are not ready to deliver the same consignment at my place and even not telling us about the present condition and location of consignment however on net it’s showing at Singhgah Office.

The two Officer Ramakant (Phone No. [protected]) and Vishal ( Phone No. [protected]) are just making false promises and giving false information about my consignment.

Me (Anshuman, Phone No [protected]) and my wife (Richa, Phone No [protected]) have made several call to both officer and to local head office (Phone No.[protected] but Result was unsatisfactory. They just promising to us and postponing the delivery date everyday since 16 Jan 18.

Today 19 jan 18, we are forced to report this to you for your information and necessary action if possible by law.

We had given an insurance claim of tata aig to trackon couriers to one ravi of your dadar office on 12th january, 2018 to be delivered. This is a medical insurance claim which was time bound and had to reach the office by the 15th of january, 2018.

When we tracked our claim we were surprised to note that it was delivered on 17th january, 2018.in case our claim is refused due to late delivery we will hold trackon couriers responsible and they will have to pay us our claim which is rupees two lakhs plus.

We contacted your office in dadar for your pod but we were told that it will be sent to us and on questioning him about the late delivery he very impertinently said you can complain about this to the office. We are placing this officially on record and if the need arises we will be compelled to take up the matter with higher authorities.

My parcel docket no. Is [protected]. Today morning it was showing it is out for delivery. But despite of continuous follow ups, the parcel not delivered the whole day. And when called on several numbers, they point out each other's names and give different numbers, very disappointing, important parcel not delivered on time. Please note and revert. Very pathetic.
