Very important documents were sent vide docket no.[protected] to gurgaon on 03.01.2018 which was delivered at gurgaon hub on 05.01.2018 but was not delivered at destination till dt. Regularly contacting the trackon hub & customer care offices they are putting of the matter as well as don't pick up phones. I request through you to get my documents delivered.

I have never seen worst customer service by trackon ever seen. My documents was couriered from jaipur on 10th jan' 2018 but till date i have not received it and not receive any confirmation about delay.

I was trying to contact trackon gurgaon office from past 4 days but nobody is picking the calls and...

I booked a parcel with trackon couriers put ltd bearing awb #[protected] on 12th jan 2018 which was to be delivered from vasai to santacruz.
The courier promises 1-2 days delivery for local parcels. The delivery wasn't done on 13th jan, when i wanted to track, the website was down. I called the tracking courier office, the guy said that he isn't able to track now and the delivery wouldn't be possible on that day because saturday is a half working day. Fair enough, i was expecting delivery on monday but it wasn't done.
I had been calling the tracking office throughout the day but no one answered the calls. I called the place from where i booked, the guy didn't even bother to listen to me and hung up not once, not twice but thrice.
My customer had to face a lot of problems because the delivery wasn't made on time.
I went to the office, no one had any clue about my parcel. I yelled at them but still they didn't even care.
On tuesday (16th jan) i spoke to the guy who had booked my parcel, he said he will look into it personally. I had been calling the mumbai head office since the morning, no one answered.
I went to the office and after a lot of verbal exchange, i was able to get information about the parcel and the courier guy promised to deliver it personally by noon.

After all this, i want to know who will bear my losses? My valued customer lost trust in my service. My business was affected by all the time i had to waste running behind them. I made nearly 100 calls which were unanswered.
Why do these people have to even operate when they cannot do basic things right.

My courier is at najafgarh from 11th jan 2018 and i have not received it yet.in that courier my important documents are there, that i have to post in epf department before 15th jan 2018. When i called to customer care, they dropped my call, and trackon's najafgarh office landline no is switched off.

A courier/parcel ([protected]) was sent before ten days but not delivered yet,
When made a call to the concerned person at [protected] / [protected] (Choube colony, raipur, h. O.), then got answer that can't deliver today coz have not a guy to deliver d same, called next day then got same answer, call on 3rd day to follow-up then not responding at all, should the client follow-up for the courier every time or this is the responsibility of the courier company to deliver d same with itself when it arrived at the destination place or should they deliver as soon as possible, the trackon courier company doesn't understand its responsibility to do the same n their feedback is also very worst.

Dear Sir,

We booked a consignment via Trackon courier by there prime track service on 3rd of January 2018 from their franchisee at Greater Kailash II New Delhi (Bharti Express) with consignment Number 7778144.

The consignment was having 2 bags weighted 2kg 800gm at the booking point.
It was delivered to Pune, but on 5th the online status was updated that the area is out of delivery, then i contacted the booking point & customer care of Trackon they promised me that the packet will be deliver tomorrow.
And in actual the packet was delivered on 6th January but one bag was missing and the weight of consignment was approx. 1kg.

Again i contacted the customer care & booking point and wrote them, they told me the they will investigate and find the problem.
But after two days when i contacted them they verbally told me that the packet was delivered as it was booked & now they are not ready to listen anything, even they do not feel the need to contact or reply on the complaint booked by customer.

Please look into the matter as that is my last hope.

One cartoon having approx. 5kg booked in Faridabad to be delivered at Hyderabad (Air booking) vide AWB [protected]. It was tracked and had reached at Hyderabad on 4th Jan. Today it is 9th Jan and yet not delivered even making nos of calls at its Faridabad office and Hyderabad office.

Tracking id [protected], this parcel is booked on 29th dec 2017 from pune to chennai, more than 8 days till now i haven't received my parcel, everyday they are simply answering today u ll receive, delivery boy - [protected], talking very rude, telling so many reasons, and telling we cannot promise when we will receive the parcel and asking us to come and collect if it is urgent, last three parcels also got the same delay took nearly 12 to 15 days and i went to their office and collected it.

Delivery boys are simply collecting the parcels from their office and they go home, then they are telling door closed and many lies like this, if you need your parcel then you have to go directly to their office and have to collect.

I saw there were more than 750 complaints against trackon courier, in that only 7 resolved, better we should avoid using trackon courier, this is really crazy, i really dont know what there customer support people are doing

I am expecting a parcel from jodhpur from aggarwal packers. It was already returned once stating no such person exist. It was sent again on 28/12/2017 with docket no. [protected]. Till date, i have not received the parcel and rather customer service agent is saying that it was again returned to jodhpur stating same reason. I did not get a single call from delivery boy and yet the parcel was returned. A person on no. [protected] once picked the call stating i will check and will revert you back, since then he is not picking call. I have already made complaints twice with complaint nos. T001410 and 1902451 but nothing has helped yet.

Consignment no. [protected] of dated 29.12.2017 & [protected] of dated 30.12.2017 not reached till date 05.01.2018 . This courier is urgent . Presently, my Company get loss of 10 thousand rupees per day due to delay of my both couriers.

I have sent courier on 28/12/2017, evening from Gurgaon to Meerut. But still undelivered till 1/1/2018. When asked them they said courier has been delivered and if it was wrongly done even then they cannot get it recover. I have sent my mother's medicine. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Booked a parcel on 19.12.17 from ludhiana. Document no. [protected]. Parcel not received yet. A number of dalhousie hub (I, e 54 ganesh chandra avenue) ([protected]) have been provided. But it seems that the person is very reluctant to talk. Even after 25 - 30 calls he is not responding. I have often found him talking while i am making a call, but he is not calling back. Parcel is also not received yet

I have sent the courier on saturday from mumbai to pune on 16 dec 2017 but still not delivered the courier.. But in status its showing it has been reached at pune office & when i called pune office on 19 dec 2017, the guy received the call & asked the details. After asking the details he told the courier is there in the office & he will deliver it tommorow. Today is 20th dec 2017, still the courier is not delivered.. Fake services

My party sandeep opticals delhi has booked courier from delhi docket no.[protected] on 12/07 /2017 to me jain opticals durg.today 20/12/2017 till that i havent recived the parcel. i tried to calling Durg - Bhilai office but no reply. PLZ no one use this courier survice . Very very bad survice...thankyou

Isent an important document through ur services which bears consignment no [protected] on 11 12 2017 from Faridabad to Chief Treasury officer Lucknow.I have been tracking the same but its whereabouts after 13 12 2017 are not known.I want to know whether the consignment has been delivered or not, and if not, why so much of delay

My courier ([protected]) has been sent from delhi to bangalore on 2/12/2017 and still not received it. It hardly takes 3-4 days at maximum to deliver the courier. And also the executive is giving various wierd excuses and also i am not able to track the courier at first. And it has reached whitefield hub, bangalore on 8/12/2017 and the updates on website i was only able to see on 11/12/2017 and still not delivered till 12/12/2017. I want a refund for the same for rs 280 + the value of food inside and it will be all waste now and turned foul. Its very irritating and annoying.

Sent the package with full insurance on the Product.
It took TrackOn to return the package 14days and that too after 10 visits.

They did not even returned the money. Service is totally [censored], Name is trackon and they cannot track a single package delivery.

This company is not Legit as after spending 14days package at their warehouse, they could not even communicate to me when they are about to return the package. This is the result of poor management and highly unprofessional service.

Hi team,

I got a call from courier boy about my address confirmation 2 days back saying he will deliver today, since then he is not picking the call neither delivering. Customer care of this courier service is so unprofessional that they don't take the calls. I have medicine in that and need it urgently, so trying to contact them again and again, yet no reponse.

Please help in this matter.

My parcel was dispatched from mumbai for mohali on 28th and i was told that it would reach by 1st or 2nd. Today is 4th and i haven't received the parcel yet. I have been writing mails but only response i get is to wait. I needed the products max by 3rd and due to their non delivery i had to suffer loss. Trackon mohali usually delays the products delivery but this time i had suffered a loss

[protected] is the consignment number of my materials. I visited thrice for the same courier but they told me that it got lost. How can it be possible for such a highly reputed courier company. The employee even don't respond properly.it was a pH measure instrument sent to me by the company. Now company will not send another piece.
