Above mentioned package has not been delivered since over 5 days. The delivery should not take more than 2 days. Please confirm status of delivery and location of package for immediate delivery/ pickup. No attempt for delivery has been conducted. Agency is not able to provide status of delivery. Not cooperating on phone office number [protected]. We have not received any contact from the courier agency for the delivery.

    We have ordered track suits from dehradun to mount abu, rajasthan on 24/11/17. Courier id: [protected], a total of 39 track suits each costing 1250/- was parceled; however we have received only 37 with the bag torn open from centre. The same is conveyed to both originating and receiving courier delivery. A total of 2500/- be refunded immediately to us as this is a government organisations transaction and i am legally bound to approach court and get it resolved amicably. Hence find out th correct procedures to go this problem i am sure the middleman of courier party is involved in petty theft here in this case. Need to resolve as a early as possible.

      I was suppose to receive a courier from trackon posted on 28-nov-2017. I was tracking the courier and saw that it has reached bangalore on 29-nov-2017 but still not delivered to my address. I called up customer care on 30-nov and was told that it will be delivered by evening. Still it is not delivered.
      Today is 1-dec and status from 30-dec is out for delivery and still not delivered. I highly recommend not to use trackon services.

        My pod status is showing courier is delivered with the signature although it is still not delivered, it was supposed to delivered by 23 of november and today i. E 29 of nov still i have not received my courier, it is kept with the delivery boy and status over the site is updated as delivered to the address.

        As well as your staff is also not at all supportive as frequently i am droping mail to miss prajyoti (Mumbai) and miss varsha thakur (Bhopal) but no one is giving proper response.. This is what your services are and your staff... Very disappointing.

              It has been 2 weeks that the courier has not been delivered giving nuisance excuses, please look into the matter And take strict action against this service. Because of such unreliable service someone might lose their year if the exam form is not submitted.they have even taken a charge of 350 rs but no result yet .

                My friend had done one important document via trackon courier to me from gurgaon to jaipur with tracking number[protected] on 11 nov 2017
                Now in their online tracking site it shows out for delivery on 13 nov 2017, but i havent recieved till date.
                Upon asking they says they have delieved.
                No one is taking responsibility for all that after several follow up from my end.
                Poor service, unprofessional executive with no time frame in their mind.

                  Hi,

                  I have a courier with trackon couriers with track id [protected], that is stuck in pune center since two weeks and is supposed be delivered to this address (Resham garg 504, venkatesh park apartment sutarwadi pashan link road pashan pune) but is not delivered till date. I tried to mail the customer care even called many times but there is no satisfying response. Also, either they don't pick up the phone or when they do after calling many times the customer care person is very rude and shows an unacceptable behavior.

                  Please make sure that my courier is delivered safely and also what kind of service are they providing. This is really disappointing.

                    Courier made on 13 nov from faridabad to bangalore via air... Courier not delivered
                    After asking u mentioned phone not picked which is truly fake... Rto done on 16th nov still not received at faridabad... Poor service.. Poor follow up... Illiterate staff... All mismanagement... It was a really urgent courier.. Due to ur poor service it hampered my reputation... Who will bear this

                      I was supposed to receive a courier and the status shows out for delivery since 8 days now.. May be the delivery guy got stuck by lightning. Not even a single number is working, tried all the numbers showing in websites online. There are multiple locations showing with the same address. Not sure how to approach and even get the package i am supposed to receive. Maybe this is a fake company cheating customers.

                          Consignment under docket number[protected] from noida to hazaribagh through track on courier is yet to be received. It contains very important documents. It was sent on30th october from noida. The customer care is telling me that it has been delivered on 9th november. But the same has not been received till date. We have been asking for the drs receipt but no one is responding. The courier service at hazaribagh is untraceable and all the phones are out of reach. We need urgent help on this.

                            My company used to send materials frequently and last few was with track on. I am receiving calls from trackon office (Palakkad, kerala) to pick the courier from their office every time and not even a single time they have provided home delivery. Whereas all other courier service providers do home delivery to my address. I have already conveyed not to send any couriers through track on to my head office.

                            & also for some courier services as they are very distant with receiver location, therefore they don't get it deliver & ask to collect it from their Branch..

                              Tracking no [protected] booked in nehru place delhi at 14-11-17 but i have not recieved at now. It happens everytime until i don't complain. Why happens so that the consignment was stuck in patna everytime. Your local person says "don't use my courier service i will take 15 days to 20 days to deliver". I stop using your service but my supplier using. What are your thought.

                                I have made a courier on 14/11/2017 from karnal (Haryana) to panipat (Haryana) i. E. Just 40 km distance and the courier has been dispatched and delivered at panipat office on 15/11/2017 only but not delivered to the addressee till now 19/11/2017 the delivery is not responding his no.                                   My currier track number is [protected] booked on 11th nov from shikohabad u. P. To bangalore, they told that it will be delivered on or before 15th nov.

I have sent one parcel through your company to sumitra chakraborty, flat 2d blockb, skyline residency, 476 west mahamayapur road, garia gardn, near b. S. F. Camp.
