My friend had done one important document via trackon courier to me from gurgaon to jaipur with tracking number[protected] on 11 nov 2017
Now in their online tracking site it shows out for delivery on 13 nov 2017, but i havent recieved till date.
Upon asking they says they have delieved.
No one is taking responsibility for all that after several follow up from my end.
Poor service, unprofessional executive with no time frame in their mind.

I have a courier with trackon couriers with track id [protected], that is stuck in pune center since two weeks and is supposed be delivered to this address (Resham garg 504, venkatesh park apartment sutarwadi pashan link road pashan pune) but is not delivered till date. I tried to mail the customer care even called many times but there is no satisfying response. Also, either they don't pick up the phone or when they do after calling many times the customer care person is very rude and shows an unacceptable behavior.

Please make sure that my courier is delivered safely and also what kind of service are they providing. This is really disappointing.

Courier made on 13 nov from faridabad to bangalore via air... Courier not delivered
After asking u mentioned phone not picked which is truly fake... Rto done on 16th nov still not received at faridabad... Poor service.. Poor follow up... Illiterate staff... All mismanagement... It was a really urgent courier.. Due to ur poor service it hampered my reputation... Who will bear this

I was supposed to receive a courier and the status shows out for delivery since 8 days now.. May be the delivery guy got stuck by lightning. Not even a single number is working, tried all the numbers showing in websites online. There are multiple locations showing with the same address. Not sure how to approach and even get the package i am supposed to receive. Maybe this is a fake company cheating customers.

It's now already 1 month and didn't get my package. Plz do something immediately.My track no is-[protected].
I'm from Guwahati, Assam.
And your courier service in guwahati didn't pick up their phone also.So what can i do now plz suggest.

Consignment under docket number[protected] from noida to hazaribagh through track on courier is yet to be received. It contains very important documents. It was sent on30th october from noida. The customer care is telling me that it has been delivered on 9th november. But the same has not been received till date. We have been asking for the drs receipt but no one is responding. The courier service at hazaribagh is untraceable and all the phones are out of reach. We need urgent help on this.

My company used to send materials frequently and last few was with track on. I am receiving calls from trackon office (Palakkad, kerala) to pick the courier from their office every time and not even a single time they have provided home delivery. Whereas all other courier service providers do home delivery to my address. I have already conveyed not to send any couriers through track on to my head office.

Tracking no [protected] booked in nehru place delhi at 14-11-17 but i have not recieved at now. It happens everytime until i don't complain. Why happens so that the consignment was stuck in patna everytime. Your local person says "don't use my courier service i will take 15 days to 20 days to deliver". I stop using your service but my supplier using. What are your thought.

I have made a courier on 14/11/2017 from karnal (Haryana) to panipat (Haryana) i. E. Just 40 km distance and the courier has been dispatched and delivered at panipat office on 15/11/2017 only but not delivered to the addressee till now 19/11/2017 the delivery is not responding his no. Is [protected] there were very much important and urgent documents in that courier. I will be forced to file a suit in consumer court for deficiency in service against the trackon if it will not be delivered today.

Hi sir,

My currier track number is [protected] booked on 11th nov from shikohabad u. P. To bangalore, they told that it will be delivered on or before 15th nov.
I came to know by tracking site it has reached to whitefield hub on 13th nov but still not yet delivered to me and contact number on their site are not working.

Please help me on the same.

The agent gave me the tracking no as [protected] on 16.11.17. My tracking search say this number does not exist. Please look into the matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Please do the needful.

I have not received the consignment sent from amritsar to delhi on 10 nov 2017. My tracking number is [protected]. The status shown is out for delivery from vasant kunj hub but still i did not received it. Neither have i received any call from your side. Please check else i will take the necessary action.

Dear sir/ madam this is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your track on company. I have sent one parcel through your company to sumitra chakraborty, flat 2d blockb, skyline residency, 476 west mahamayapur road, garia gardn, near b. S. F. Camp. Calcutta 700084 whose tracking no is ([protected]) on 12/10/2017 but it was not delivered yet to my above given address and even not returned back to me. I had contacted many times to surat branch and calcutta branch of your company but i didn't get any satisfactory response. The cost of my parcel is 3500 rs so, i request you to take action on it as soon as u can do. Nd i will be highly obliged u if you will help me nd refund my money. Thank you.

I had bought a product from ebay and the seller sent the product through trackon courier services. Trackon did not deliver the package by the estimated date and when i called them to ask about it they just kept on telling me to call later. I called them several times but each time they were extremely rude and helped in no way whatsoever. Why do they keep up their services open when they have no sense of responsibility and furthermore no sense of how to talk to a consumer who is paying them for a facility. They are just a bunch of highly unprofessional people who don't know how to do their jobs. I'm extremely disappointed with their services.

I have booked a material from Delhi on 07.11.17, today is 14.11.17 but no update us showing against that material in online portal.

Called on customer care of trackon but they are also not helping us.

I have sent courier on 10th november 2017 from pune to mumbai and it was received on 11th nov 2017. Trackon has opened the parcel and stolen few parts from my parcel. I have cctv footage and i have complaint against trackon pune. Trackon is fraud company and they are very much irresponsible and talking with customers. No one has ethics towards work. This people are running company to get benefits from customer by stealing products and parcels.

My complaint is regarding my courier which i have sent on 7/11/2017 from a trackon courier .since 11/11/2017 its showing out for delivery but not delivered at the destination yet.

Package went back and forth. Sent from nashik to mumbai on 25th october, then returned to nashik on 26th october and sent by tracking itself back to mumbai on 27th october. No trace of the package and the package s untraceable though the website clearly shows it is at trackon mumbai hub.

No responsibility being taken by trackon couriers. Local agents claim they are calling the mumbai office but are not getting any response.

The package contained hearing aids to be used by senior citizens and the loss is causing a lot of discomfort an inconvenience.

We wish to lodge a complaint against trackon courier and their agent radha communications to trace the package for us and deliver it to us in 2 days or else compensate the value of the contents of the package along with interest till the date of payment.

आपसे सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं नीरज कुमार वर्मा, जयपुर से दिनांक 25/10/2017 को कृष्णाs कुरियर, जयपुर (Trackon couriers pvt. Limited) से मालदा (West bengal) भेजने केलिए मेडिसीन पैक करवा कर कुरियर भेजा था परन्तुi यह कहते हुए बहुत दु:ख हो रहा है कि वह मेडिसीन कुरियर आज दिनांक 13.11.2017 तक भी कस्टहमर को नहीं मिला है । जो किसी आदमी को मेडिसीन जीवनदान दे सकता है ।
मैंने ट्रेस भी इन्टकरनेट से किया तो पाया गया कि दिनांक 28.10.2017 के बाद अपडेट नहीं किया गया है, एवं ट्रेस के बाद फोन न. [protected], [protected] पर मैंने बात भी की लेकिन कोई भी सही जवाब नहीं दिया ।
इसलिए कृपया कर इस कुरियर को कस्टामर के यहॉ अतिशिध्र पहुचाने की व्यावस्थात करें ।
