आपसे सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं नीरज कुमार वर्मा, जयपुर से दिनांक 25/10/2017 को कृष्णाs कुरियर, जयपुर (Trackon couriers pvt. Limited) से मालदा (West bengal) भेजने केलिए मेडिसीन पैक करवा कर कुरियर भेजा था परन्तुi यह कहते हुए बहुत दु:ख हो रहा है कि वह मेडिसीन कुरियर आज दिनांक 13.11.2017 तक भी कस्टहमर को नहीं मिला है । जो किसी आदमी को मेडिसीन जीवनदान दे सकता है ।
मैंने ट्रेस भी इन्टकरनेट से किया तो पाया गया कि दिनांक 28.10.2017 के बाद अपडेट नहीं किया गया है, एवं ट्रेस के बाद फोन न. [protected], [protected] पर मैंने बात भी की लेकिन कोई भी सही जवाब नहीं दिया ।
इसलिए कृपया कर इस कुरियर को कस्टामर के यहॉ अतिशिध्र पहुचाने की व्यावस्थात करें ।

Not delivering the product. Stating that if he will get few more courier for the same location will deliver else not. Took product woth 1400 and delivery charges 60 rs. For same area and location but not delivering.

Dear sir/ madam
This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your track on company. I had sent one parcel through your company to mr. Law kr. Singh (Address - bairiya daltonganj, jharkhand, pin code - 822101, contact no - [protected]) whose tracking no is: - [protected], on 13/10/2017 but it was not delivered yet to my above given address and even not returned back to me. I had contacted many times to bihar branch and farrukhabad branch of your company but i didn’t get any satisfactory response. The cost of my parcel is 6000 rs only.
So, i request you to have some inquiry on your fault and pay my money back which is lost due to your company’s irresponsibility, otherwise i have to take some action and unfortunately have to take some help from court.

I had booked prime trackon courier (Consignment no: 7082252) for iim indore from ambala. The packet contained very important documents (B. Tech degree) of my son which he needs urgently for his interview on saturday. The expensive prime service was chosen to deliver the documents early. This the people who had booked had told us otherwise we would have never chosen this service. Now today my son got call from indore office that the packet has arrived on 6th in indore but lying undelivered. He was asked to take the parcel from the office. Now if he had to come to pick the parcel, then why i would have booked the documents by prime service? Its really strange that your company is not at all aware of the importance of the documents. Please deliver the documents urgently by tomorrow.

The courier was tampered and the envelope was received in torn condition as if it was opened and repacked.

The consignment is booked vide docket number [protected], dt:-29/10/17.
Consignee is m/s canpack india pvt. Ltd, aurangabad.
The consignment is supposed to delivered on 03/11/2017.
So far, the consignment is not delivered, the material is presently available at bombay. The consignment required by consignee immediately.
Due to unavailability of this consignment, the consignee is going to get heavy
Loss.
Hence, i request that, dispatch the consignment immediately to consignee.

Horrible service they have. Neither they respond nor they keep you updated. It's more than 15 days that my parcel is dispatched but i haven't recieved it yet. Also there is no information updated when i tracked it online. They cut the phone even after connecting and most of the times they don't recieve. Their landline no. Is not working. I regret using this service. It's simply horrible

I am complaining about SHIPMENT OF Order Number 21986 Dated 28/10/2017 of SILIGURI TRACKON COURIER SERVICE OFFICE AT ASHRAMPARA, SILIGURI.After repeated visit of myself to this office the staffs could not cooperate and deliver myorder tilldate.WRITTOM DAS CUSTOMER

The parcel no. [protected] dispatched from faizabad on 26.10.17 is still not delivered to my address dehat kotwali police line bahraich. And on tacking it shows out for delivery on 31oct. But nobody come for delivery and neither he called us. When i called to customer service bahraich she told me no courier dispatched from and talking very rude. And again and again she say mam call me after one hour.. Today is sunday 5.11.17 but no response yet.. Help me trackon.

My dad couriered me some important documents on high priority on 31st oct, 2017 (Tracking id : [protected]). They still haven't been delivered yet. They are not picking up any calls. Whichever number i call, it is either switched off or they are not picking up the call. I need it urgently by monday. I expected some delay and that is the reason why i kept a gap of one week for receiving the documents. Worst service ever. I need it to be delivered by today. As i need it as soon as possible

I have courier a document on 24th oct 2017 from patna to mumbai but still it is not delivered and also no one is responding kindly look into the matter do the needful.

This courier is so irresponsible, as i had ordered a purse and its been despatch 10 to 12 days befr but there is no sight of my parrcel still and when we call on the numbers given of offices they say its not received here
But on tracking status its shown and the people responsible are not at all supporting us

The parcel awb no. [protected] dispatched from firozpur (Punjab) on 18/10/17 is still not delivered to my address north bopal in ahmedabad. And on tacking it shows out for delivery on 26 oct. But nobody come for delivery and neither he called us. When i called to customer care she told me this is our out of delivery area then why you accept courier from the customer.

The parcel no. [protected] dispatched from delhi has not reached me to my address and status is showing that it has reached on 20th october 2017and some forged signature is coming with my number which was already mentioned on parcel. When i tried contacting chennai office on the numbers given site, no call was answered. I want my parcel to my address. Kindly check on the issue

On there tracking site they shows its delivered on 28/10/2017
But that document not delivered yet.

I booked my consifnment on 22/10/2017 which is dispactched i suppose on 23rd..
The destination is jamshedpur & still there is no update of the consignment.
Clarify me the reason & update me when my shipment will be delivered.

This consignment needs to be urgently delivered by 27th that is why i booked it on 22nd only, but i dnt knew this that services from your side will be like this.

I had booked 2 parcels for delivery from trackon couriers, brindaban society, thane (West) on 16th october 2017 in the morning 11 am to be delivered to two places ie., one in chembur and the other in santacruz.

The first parcel was delivered on 24th october late evening at chembur (Mr. N r shekhar)

The second parcel has still been delivered (Mr. Subhash)

In both the parcels i had given the contact numbers of the parties.

I am an lic agent and because of these late deliveries i have lost out on three of my policies which has resulted in a personal loss of more than rs. 25, 000/-.

First of all, i want to understand why this of delay and secondly how will you compensate this loss.. I am a lady who is solely dependant on lic policies for my livelihood.

An early reply will be appreciated.

I have booked my parcel on 17.10.2017 for Kerala AWN No. [protected]. The service is disgusting. This is my experience since last month. Highly not recommended as we spoil our reputation because of track on. All parcels are badly handled.

Hi, i had sent a parcel from gurgaon to faridabad on 18-oct-2017 with trackon courier article no: [protected].

But till date it has not been delivered and today when i called the faridabad trackon service guy, he said they have return the packet saying there was no one at home. I had given mine mobile number and contact person mobile number but they didn't call even single time and returned the parcel.
