Till now 30/10/2017 document not delivered
On there tracking site they shows its delivered on 28/10/2017
But that document not delivered yet.
I request you to do needful to deliver my parcel as soon as possible

I booked my consifnment on 22/10/2017 which is dispactched i suppose on 23rd..
The destination is jamshedpur & still there is no update of the consignment.
Clarify me the reason & update me when my shipment will be delivered.

This consignment needs to be urgently delivered by 27th that is why i booked it on 22nd only, but i dnt knew this that services from your side will be like this.

I had booked 2 parcels for delivery from trackon couriers, brindaban society, thane (West) on 16th october 2017 in the morning 11 am to be delivered to two places ie., one in chembur and the other in santacruz.

The first parcel was delivered on 24th october late evening at chembur (Mr. N r shekhar)

The second parcel has still been delivered (Mr. Subhash)

In both the parcels i had given the contact numbers of the parties.

I am an lic agent and because of these late deliveries i have lost out on three of my policies which has resulted in a personal loss of more than rs. 25, 000/-.

First of all, i want to understand why this of delay and secondly how will you compensate this loss.. I am a lady who is solely dependant on lic policies for my livelihood.

An early reply will be appreciated.

I have booked my parcel on 17.10.2017 for Kerala AWN No. [protected]. The service is disgusting. This is my experience since last month. Highly not recommended as we spoil our reputation because of track on. All parcels are badly handled.

Hi, i had sent a parcel from gurgaon to faridabad on 18-oct-2017 with trackon courier article no: [protected].

But till date it has not been delivered and today when i called the faridabad trackon service guy, he said they have return the packet saying there was no one at home. I had given mine mobile number and contact person mobile number but they didn't call even single time and returned the parcel.

I had booked a courier with trackon couriers pvt ltd with consignment no. [protected] dated[protected] from vasant kunj, new delhi. The courier is yet to reach its recipient rebecca shruti soren, room no.302, hostel no.3, sikkim manipal institute of technology, majithar, rangpo, sikkim-737132. The courier is yet to reach the recipient. I have already contacted the company over mail on 2 occasions but my issue has not been resolved so far.

Hdfc securities, mumbai sent me an urgent letter with a track no:[protected]. As per your tracking details, the letter has arrived on[protected] @ chennai. But even after four days, it has not been delivered and also no further update has been posted on your website. No one has attended the telephone. Please let me know the latest update on my letter.

I telephoned to the chennai office address; they have got five phone numbers. I phoned to all the five numbers but no one has responded.

I browsed the web for kumbakonam address and got the address and phone number. Contacted the phone number several times but no one has responded. Went to the address but there was no such courier service.

Telephoned to the mumbai office address, they provided thiruchi office contact numbers which i contacted, but they say told me that letter was dispatched to kumbakonam address.

Again contacted mumbai address, they provided another address and contact number. I tried the contact number and the person says that he stopped delivering trackon couriers six months ago.

Again contacted the mumbai office, they give another address, and i personally went to the address, where the house was locked and enquired about the courier office, the nearby people told me that they have shifted.

This is the worst possible experience and worst is the letter that i should have received by this time is the important and urgent letter.

Why you are providing very pathetic service?

Sir parcel not delivered and tracking was showing out for delivery so sir plezzz help me

Poor service by trackon. Have never seen such a worst courier company. Urgrnt parcel but dobt know where the parcel is now. My consignment no [protected]. Courier registered at delhi h. O and still not recahed chennai and also no update in portal. No one picking the call in chennai and delhi branch. And no response for an email. Very important parcel and expected to be delivered last week and don't know where the parcel now. Poor service by trackon.

I have dispatched my consignment from mulund east through tackon booking office b. K. Enterprises shop n.11 shreenath plaza, l. T. Road mulund east mumbai 400081 contact n..[protected] on dated 13/10/2017, receipt/docket no.[protected] to pune, hadpasar, tupe patil road & the same consignment reached at trackon courier fatlma nagar pune on dated 14/10/2017 at 12.21. Man no bn 7801. The consinment was very important & was to carry to u. S.. A. Through my relative on sunday 22/10/2017. Till monday 23/10/2017 that consignment will not going to delivered that is what pune staff mr satish told when i contacted over mobile no.[protected] 2.43 p. M..
Who is accountable for not reaching my consignment to destination in time.
Now i claim compensation for all materials. Efforts. Charges of courier rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) from trackon courier. Please take this matter as seriously, do not neglect.

Dear sir,

I am very sad to say that your services are very poor and i recommend every one not to use your services.
Today is my nephew birthday and with lots of love i purchased a gift for her on 10-oct-2017 and couriered the same from your jaipur bhankrota office for guwhati, but now no one even bothered even to pick our call not your bhankrota office mob no. [protected] and your guwhati office (Mob no. [protected]).
They told us that your courier will be definitely delivered by 17-oct-2017 for that trust i had book the courier with you but till date there is no response from your side.
I also like to tell you that i am also employee (Head of legal department) of your corporate customer for that trust i use your services.
You have done mental harassment to me and if my couriered did not delivered today i have no option left and i will take the appropriate legal action against you.

My shipment has highly delayed.

I'm from aurangabad maharashtra. I booked my parcel on 9/10/17. They charged me 700rs for air but have sent through fedex road service. They are not responding to my continuous follow ups over phone. Every time they have a new excuse. I have their receipt as proof. Hoping that consumer complaint service will be serious and look into the matter fast. My parcel has not reached yet. I will not bare the loss of delayed delivery. Trackon either delivers my parcel or refunds me the money. Im going to take it to press also.

I have send material by track on courier docket no-[protected] on dtd 6/10/2017, location - ms pan food panipat (Haryana)-132103. But it has not reached exact location on time. Sir our party pressurise of me & said that did not give payment. Your courier is always so late. Please solve this problem & confirm me why material did not reached on that exact time.

Plz check our parcel tracking no [protected] ...when we contact vth office...we surprised that a virkam[protected] is not delivered our parcel. So I m requesting u...my clients r suffering great trouble.. Plz...give delivering as soon as possible my contact no is [protected]

My Parcel came in jaipur on 5th October, not yet delivered today’s date 13th October, what a poor Courrier service it it, when I call on toll free number of jaipur they never received the call, kindly look into this matter please, tacking number -[protected]

We are a regular customer of Trackon Couriers but it is sad to inform you that your updating system often creates a problem due to irregular update.

We have tried to contact the customer care at Siliguri several times but we did not get any response from your end. We want immediate feedback.
