This is very ridiculous that parcel regularly take only one day to deliver but after five it's not delivered
It is dispatched on 5 th Oct from aurangabad to Ahmednagar and today is 9th still not received
Please solve this as its urgent

My parcel havent been delivered yet n m calling domlur hub since last 3 days dey r too rude in response n not delivering my parcel.. N dey fight internally i dont know what going on when i call dem dey jus disconnect my call and dan dont receive my calls after when i call again... Dey jus give some excuses like due to rain we werent able to deliver it n der z no delivery boy n all.. Jus deliver me my parcel dats it

I already opened a complaint for this, but didn't get resolve till now so i am writing again, my courier package which was sent it on 26sep i didn't receive till now, status it is showing in bangalore from 29sep. I don't know what bad service you provide, kindly request to you please delivered my courier packet as soon as possible.

I have a package delivery. I have been calling them since 3 days no one picked the call. No one called or came for delivery even after i can see that the package was already in bangalore. Now they have returned the item without even a call or try to deliver the parcel.

The service is very bad. And i recommend no one to use the service. Use dtdc or bluedart or any # service but not this.

I send a letter[protected] & today is[protected] is not delver. I trying & talk many person who doing job in your company they harassed me every time and say we don't do anything if i would got this letter today i will go for legal action in your company also i lunch a fir in police station & register compliment in consumer form. My friend send me a courier from agra to bangalore. It was sent on 26 sep.,
Today is 5th oct. I show the status of courier it came to bangalore on 29th sep but i didn't recive till now. I try to contact on your number, it is too bad service that i was not to connect with you.

I have send a courier on 19th sep, 2017 from trackon courier from chandigarh to dhanbad but till date courier not received. Awb no - [protected]. Also customer care team not responding proper since 25th sep, 2017. I talk to customer care people neha, malti, komal and i asked them to transfer the call to the senior but they denied saying that her senior nitin is on leave.
For one courier how much time required to deliver. Someone life or carrier can get spoil due to this like of service.

It is really disappointing that non of your customer service number is working pan india. I find it horrible to take services from trackon couriers.
I have couriered a packet on 26.09.2017 from kishwar naz 302, chokhani square sector 18 noida 201301 to mohammad irfan atos india (Pvt) ltd, gopalan millennium towers, first floor, no.133 kundalahalli, brookfield's whitefield, bangalore -560037. The pod number is [protected].
I have been trying get an information regarding delivery but unable as non of the number given on the website is received nor it is updated on the website tracking.

Our consignment was booked vide track on courier docket no. [protected] dated 20.09.2017 from aurangabad to kharagapur... However, even after 15 days material not yet delivered to us. Today, we have aproached your executive mr rajesh (Mobile [protected]) who is asking to collect material from his office & as per him our plant is located in a no service area... Then why are you accepting /booking consignments for our kgp office then? Other courier agencies are already delivering material to our main gate.

Kindly look into it urgently & arrange delivery of above consignment to our office. Matter extremely urgent.

Consignment has reached to lucknow on 27/09/17 at trackon office but i didn't get delivery till now means today 04/10/17. It shows how much the company is responsible. I call up three times to trackon office. Someone pickedup and committing to deliver today last two days. I expect this is very # courier company and no one should booked on trackon. I give zero number out of five.
I will never attend this company. Service is poor and out of area.

After 6 days it ll not moved from their also further detail mention in attachment. As cont on mob no. [protected] person making us fool and delaying. Such a bad service we got

I was about a courier from delhi to raipur through trackon courier services. The tracking id is [protected] in the website (www.trackoncourier.com) of trackon courier, it is showing that the parcel has reached to raipur office (I. E. Trackon couriers pvt. Limited, house no. 14, near dasara maidan, choubey colony, raipur chhattisgarh) on th date 26/09/2017. I called on 27/09/2017 in this office of which i mentioned the address, the person who received the call said me that we have receive that parcel and they said that they will deliver that parcel on 27/09/2017 evening or maximium 28/09/2017 morning by 10.00 am but they did not deliver, on 28/09/2017 yet i again called 10 times on their same landline no [protected] but they were not receiving the call, then i arranged someone's mobile no ([protected]) from their another office, he received the call and talked with me very irresponsibly and said courier not received, then i told him yesterday only some one told me that courier received and they will send positively,, then he said they are new comers they dont know anything.. I dont know what kind of response is this.. They did not deliver the parcel yet. Please take a action and please help me to deliver my parcel.

I had sent a parcel from 101, Suncity Residency, sector 3, kharghar, Navi Mumbai (410210) to Neha Aggarwal, A-1/31, janakpuri, opposite metro pillar number 625, new delhi (110058) on September 14th, 2017 by trackon courier services having consignment number [protected]. I had paid Rs. 120 ( airway amount) and told him to send it through airway only as my product was too expensive (of INR 3000) and of resin material but these people had sent the product by road resulting in the breakage of my product. Now, I have called up these guys- Kiran Wagh ([protected]) and Atul Wagh ([protected]) numerous times for refund but they are not responding to my calls and whatsapp messages. Please give me solution on this incident. I am attaching the screenshots of my payment to the courier guy through paytm on september 14, 2017 and damaged product pictures. Courier tried to deliver on 20th but i was not available at the location and asked to deliver it on 25th but no call received today. Checked on the trackon portal, its showing delivered.

From this morning we will call to company and company said u call at chennai office and chennai office said this shipment will receive on 12:00 o'clock, after call there is pickup call but just no talk on telephone we will continue call but they no pickup our call. And that chennai person talking so loudly and said no call her your courier no have.

I'm too much harassment for this courier and they are all office person when i was call they laughing.

Please friends no body use this courier if your document of parcel will be urgent this company is not will anything responsable for any thing

Its really harassment for a client to run after courier company for the delivery of the consignment. This was first time i was dealing with trackon couriers as their name suggests i just kept on tracking my consignment and it was never delivered to me. I had words with the local courier office in chandigarh mr. Major singh ([protected]). He told that house was locked, and i didn't received any call from them. Upon asking for the reason for not calling i am getting a reply that its not his duty. All other courier services atleast make 3 attempts. Above all my parents are always available at home. I fail to understand where the delivery was attempted. I had asked them to resend the consignment and now they are asking me to pay them more money for the delivery. Seems like its an effort to grab more money from the client. Hope my issue get resolved soon

Its hereby to inform you that one of my parsal send to me from delhi on the date of 18/9/2017. The docket no is [protected]. When i track my order its shows that my parsal is at firozabad local branch. Then i had word with the owner of this branch on 21/7/2017 and he told me that i dint have any dilivery boy thatswhy you will got your consignment after 2 days. After that i raised a complaint on your customer care by dialing [protected] and i had word miss. Malto over there. I told him the whole thing and she promised me that you will got your consignment tomorrow (21/9/2017). But i did not got my consignment till now. Could you plz tell me that whats the hell is this.

My good are stolen in delivery times many more. It held as much as I send my couriers but I am not getting satisfaction with this courier service my courier servicser i see my whatsup cliping photo which they stolen my goods

The referred document was booked at 13:43 hrs on 13.07.2017 at Jaggayyapeta, Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh. The document was booked for a non-servicing area and not delivered even after 8 days. The online tracking shows that the document is at Trichy AO. When contacted one Mr.Suresh spoke very irresponsibly and arrogantly.
