Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Courier tried to deliver on 20th but i was not available at the location and asked to deliver it on 25th but no call received today. Checked on the trackon portal, its showing delivered.

From this morning we will call to company and company said u call at chennai office and chennai office said this shipment will receive on 12:00 o'clock, after call there is pickup call but just no talk on telephone we will continue call but they no pickup our call. And that chennai person talking so loudly and said no call her your courier no have.

I'm too much harassment for this courier and they are all office person when i was call they laughing.

Please friends no body use this courier if your document of parcel will be urgent this company is not will anything responsable for any thing

Its really harassment for a client to run after courier company for the delivery of the consignment. This was first time i was dealing with trackon couriers as their name suggests i just kept on tracking my consignment and it was never delivered to me. I had words with the local courier office in chandigarh mr. Major singh ([protected]). He told that house was locked, and i didn't received any call from them. Upon asking for the reason for not calling i am getting a reply that its not his duty. All other courier services atleast make 3 attempts. Above all my parents are always available at home. I fail to understand where the delivery was attempted. I had asked them to resend the consignment and now they are asking me to pay them more money for the delivery. Seems like its an effort to grab more money from the client. Hope my issue get resolved soon

Its hereby to inform you that one of my parsal send to me from delhi on the date of 18/9/2017. The docket no is [protected]. When i track my order its shows that my parsal is at firozabad local branch. Then i had word with the owner of this branch on 21/7/2017 and he told me that i dint have any dilivery boy thatswhy you will got your consignment after 2 days. After that i raised a complaint on your customer care by dialing [protected] and i had word miss. Malto over there. I told him the whole thing and she promised me that you will got your consignment tomorrow (21/9/2017). But i did not got my consignment till now. Could you plz tell me that whats the hell is this.

My good are stolen in delivery times many more. It held as much as I send my couriers but I am not getting satisfaction with this courier service my courier servicser i see my whatsup cliping photo which they stolen my goods

The referred document was booked at 13:43 hrs on 13.07.2017 at Jaggayyapeta, Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh. The document was booked for a non-servicing area and not delivered even after 8 days. The online tracking shows that the document is at Trichy AO. When contacted one Mr.Suresh spoke very irresponsibly and arrogantly.

I have sent a parcel from hybd (Rtc x roads hyderabad) to rourkela (Imtiaz allam, b/26, koel bank, khariabahal, panposh road, sundergarh, rourkela, odisha, 769004) on 16the sep 2017 by trackon prime having consignment no 7592021.
Your courier person was saying it will reach by 18/19 th sep 2016. While i am tracking it it is mentioned that it is already forwarded to rourkela on 18th 3pm. Today is 20th still we have not get that. The reciever whom i sent that parcel had gone to trackon courier today 20th and yesterday 19th for enquire because your agent have not recieving his call. Your office in rourkela is 8km away from his home. Today he has gone 2 times.in the evening the agent in rourkela said it might hv stock in kolkata because he already recieved the parcel of 17th and 19th. But my parcel is missing. Whwn i am trying to call the no of rtc x roads-hyderabad, that man is saying he has no details, he has no contact of kolkata agent.

I have tried from my side by collecting the no. From just dial, but they are either not recieving or not rechable.

I have some valuable things there which is important, that is why i have booked in prime given 200rs for that.
It is enough now. It is your responsibility to give detalis why it is delayed. Your branches have no lnk with each other even theyhave not their contact no.

I am requesting you to deliver on tomorrow 21th,. It is very important to me.

Otherwise i will face big problem. I am suffering now also. The reciever is also suffering in rourkela.

Its a pathetic service your guwahati udayanchal path, opp.- christen basti trackon office is providing... A document was suppose to deliver in the office address of profitmart securities pvt. Ltd i. E in vishal megamart, ganeshguri 5th flr, room no.- 501 which was intentionally delivered to wrong address i. E in vishal megamart a. T road, room no.-501 to the receptionist by the courier boy named dipak of guwahati trackon.. I have called up dipak several times and requested him to meet me but he showed no interest and even now not responding to my phone calls from last week. I have visited several times to the trackon office but the office manager is not showing any interest.
So now i am requesting you to take some serious action for my documents vide pod no.- [protected] or else i have to go through legal action.

This is to register a complaint against the trackon courier. The people are thieves and take out the content of the parcel.
My mother had sent a courier with household items in it. It contained some dry fruit packets and other eatables which were placed in a religious ceremony and have to be consumed by her children.
This is not the first time i received a parcel that has been cut open and contents are missing. The last time too i had received the parcel late and it was open. My mother had sent me small idol of god that was hardly worth rs 800 but still had been taken out. There were other things that were removed from the parcel.

I had asked the delivery person and he had said he is just the delivery man and has brought the courier as it is given to him. I took the number from him and called the courier office in maharashtra. The person said he is not responsible and if i wish i should complain somewhere.

I am visiting bangalore this time. This time again the courier is open and lot of content has been taken out. Now where should i complain about the thieves who are being paid to perform their duty and instead are looting the public? From where do i get a refund and get my things back?

I have send a Courier under courier no-[protected], on sep4 and the courier is not delivered till the 16th of sep 2017, who will be resposible for it.Companiy had told to me that courier will be delivered in 5 days but now about more than 15 days have been passed and courier has been not delivered.who will be responsible..?what will i do.?there is too much important documents in the courier..;What will i do..??

It's an important school document to be signed by principal was sent from kharghar - 410210 to kathmandu, nepal.in kharghar here are saying have reached kathmandu office but in nepal they're saying it's still in delhi. It's really important and original school document. Please find it or deliver it asap.

It is such a harassment to me since monday as i can't track my courier which was out from udaipur for delhi since friday. On the top of it, no one picks up phone either on customer care no. Nor in azadpur office. The last status showing in out for delivery since yesterday from azadpur. Has someone eaten that courier of mine? Track no.[protected]. Kindly revert... The courier was on urgent basis. I must say such a pathetic service o[censored]r company. Will never refer it to anyone in future. The man no.[protected] is out since yesterday morning to give my courier in shalimar bagh. Either that man is missing or my courier.

I am from ujjain. My order no is [protected]. Previous 6 days my order stuck in indore office and customer care didn't pick my call. Worst service ever bad experience with tracking. M y parcel take so much long time. I order 5 se and it dispatched 6 sep but currently it's not arrived. It's so heartened and bad your service and customer care department is worst then others courier company

I booked a parcel delhi to dibrugarah assam, first they have received and provided me tracking details too but after 3-4 days then when i tracked it ws showing consignment numbwr is incorrect. Then again i called up trackon representative, afte the conversation next day it ws showing parvel is on the way, yday i got shocked bcz tht consignment ws showing out for delivery not in dibrugarah assam but in patna.
These stupid people negligent staff of trackon said parvel os with us bcz there are no services in dibrugarah assam. I had words wd dese useless people 3-4 times in btwn bt thy never said it s wd us,
Now who ll be answerable wht thy wr doing wd my parcel?

Shameless people of trackon

The consignment has reached the ambattur hub on 6th of september and its already 2 days now and they still are not delivering the courier. I called the ambatur office and the way the lady spoke to me has unethical and even the manager of ambattur hub is unethical and rude. They can't even intimate the conserned person that the area is not covered for delivery. And when asked about this with the manager he replied, "we don't call the customer its not our business". Highly disappointed. Please take proper action.

A courier (# 6550) of very emotional attachment was send to my sister, on account of raksha bandhan, on 31-july-2017 from trackon courier, mulund (East) branch to madhya pradesh.

The courier manager very confidently said that the courier will be delivered within 7-8 days. He even called up the destination courier branch and confirmed the day of delivery.

Here i am after 37 days (Yes, you read it right, 37 days) i'm still awaiting for any concrete response from the trackon courier about the status of my courier. Mind you, i've visited the mulund (East) branch about 10 times and they have different reasons everytime (Address not found, unable to contact the destination person, in transit, will be delivered this week, next week and what not...) and finally it was said that my courier has been delivered. I was relieved that finally my courier was delivered after 25 days. I cross checked with my sister, she said it is not received.

Dejected and frustrated, i once again went to courier branch and asked where is the proof of delivery. He again started giving excuses (I've asked for the proof, proof in transit, mumbai rains and what not...)

I think they have lost my courier and are making up excuses to just ensure i get frustrated and stop asking them about my courier and its acknowledgement. I had really an emotional attachment with the courier and have send rakhi to my sister who just got married last year.

I've never seen such unprofessional attitude towards customer and their service is not something i would like to avail again. It is a waste of time and energy and more importantly carelessness towards ensuring delivery of items for which they have opened the courier agency.

Pretty bad experience in dealing with trackon courier.

My friend send a courier on 31-aug-17 from delhi on the same day courier received on chennai airport and dispatched to trackon courier office, guindy, chennai-32.
But today 06-sep-17 still i am not received my courier. I never had such a bad service from courier. Even ordinary postal also delivered within 3days to any part of india.
Friends, don't go trackon courier in future.

Trackon couriers have miserably failed to deliver my parcel in time, which was sent from kandivali east mumbai, to andheri east, mumbai. The courier contained highly important documents that weren't delivered on the said time as committed by them. Their negligence and lack of commitment has led to extreme loss of money, time and energy for me. They said courier was sent on the 28th of august 2017 and was expected to be delivered by 30th august 2017 at the max (Committed by tracking). Even after crossing the timeline of delivery no one from their team cared to inform that the courier couldn't be delivered. After chasing them from 31st august till 4th september, finally they broke the news that the courier was undelivered as the address of the recipient had changed. This excuse was an absolute lie since it wasn't the case at all. The recipients are permanent residences and not tenants hence there was no possibility of change in address. After several calls being made to executives and managers of trackon mumbai's kandivali east and andheri east branches, an employee named mangesh with phone no.[protected] said the docket is in trackon's andheri midc office. When i enquired from their executive at andheri office, he said the courier never reached there! Being informed the same to mangesh, he wasn't ready to accept the fact and challenged me to complain to any legal authority rather then help resolve the issue. They kept playing blame game that its at andheri office or kandivali office. Also on being provided phone no. Of branch manager by mangesh as he said he cannot do anything about courier, i made repeated calls and no one had the courtesy to call back also! Trackon works in this way where customers always have complains and they can't really do anything about it. After a heated argument, he finally committed to deliver the courier on the 6th of sept as per his convenience and he did so. Unfortunately, the documents in the courier were of no use by this time and it was a total waste of money, time and energy for me and probably some more people who suffer due to their absolute lies and manipulations by taking money from customers and failing to deliver the consignment in the committed timeline. I demand strict action against this company which functions in such an ill manner. I also need a compensation for loss of time and energy i had to bear with due to them. They are big time scammers! Attached is the receipt of courier details. For a distance of 10-15kms delivery time cannot be 10 days.

My parcel sent from sudev fashions surat to coimbatore. On 3rd august. Till september i didn't received anything. So they sent parcel again through this trackon. Courier on 2nd september. I just want to know at least this time will i get my parcel and when it will reach me. My tracking number [protected]
