I hv booked a courier pkt at model town delhi branchon 19/

Ajit jagga with tracking [protected], courier was booked on 20/07/2017 and was booked from ludhiana to ghaziabad, it shows delivered on 24/07/2017 whereas mr. Ajit jagga was on leaves from 20 jul to 26 jul and no one recieved the courier at the place, now upon request trackon has sent a sheet where it shows delivered on 22/07/2017 with fake signatures and sheet shows...

I have a courier which been showing fir past 5 days came on the destination city. Been calling here and there to get the courier. Most of the time they don't pick the call. If they do.. Their behavior is so horrible you will feel not to call again. Even their head office has same kind of response.
I even ask my freinds and work associates every company and person has this kind of bad response.
I don't understand if they don't...

I have sent rakhi from pune to bilaspur(chhattisgarh) on 31st july which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd august but not yet delivered. I have been trying the bilaspur branch number but it's either invalid or switched off. I have written mails to customer care but no response. Extremely bad service.
