Hi,

This is to inform you that i have not received my urgent parcel bearing track i. D. : [protected] due with courier man shiva prakash in chennai.
Status is showing as out for delivery on 1st of august and it is 5th august now. I tried to contact the courier man (Mobile: [protected]) multiple times and he is giving lame excuses and postponing the delivery date.
Kindly look forward to my problem and help in the delivery of the parcel by tomorrow.

I have booked one parcel vide consignment no.[protected] dt.01.08.17 from Jaipur to Bangalore which has not yet been delivered till 9.00p.m of 04.08.17. Please inform me when it will be delivered. It is very surprised that even after 7 days have passed after the booking of the above parcel it has not delivered. Is this is a service center provided by a Courier company like you. You are therefore requested to inform the status otherwise I will Lodge a complaint in consumer court for necessary companions for delay.

Dear sir/madam,
Its too disappointing when you are not getting your rakhis on time, this letter was booked on 26th july 2017 but not yet delivered even after regular follow up with concern person, please help me to get these rakhis by tomorrow 5th august. I will be greatful life long... If i will not get this tomorrow then i will never ever use this service even will not allow my near and dear once to use trackon courier services.
Hope i will be getting these rakhis by tomorrow its more than 10days after booking...

I had to received my marraige album which was send through trackon courier from ludiana. When i track the status from tracer id i found that my parcel reached at dhanbad on 24/07/2016 but till date i did not received my parcel. And within these 10days no one from courier office tried to contact me. Even i had given my full address with contact number.

Yesterday i called on their land line number they told that i will get my parcel today. But today also i did not get my parcel. Today also i called them so many times but ph not responded, not even mobile ph.in that case what should i do?.

If i will not received my parcel tomorrow i will go to consumer forum for bad service of trackon courier company. I am very upset from their service. They do not even tried to contact me within 10 days. I get the tracer id from the sender then i came to know about my parcel. If i did not contact my sender then i did not informed from the courier company. I had invest lost of money in makin of that album. And if i did not get my parcel in good position tomorrow then i will sure go to consumer forum for such a bad service.

Yashin person from your okhla office comes at 3.10 and rings a bell and again rings a bell at 3.10 and 5 seconds. Don't they have patience and decency to talk and wait. Are we there servants who should be standing at the gate in anticipation that they will come.

I am certain you won't take any action and if not action is taken this complaint will go on social media as courier companies have made it a habit of being unruly and uncouth

My package is in muzaffarpur from the last two three days and they have been misleading me that it will be delivered the next day and the next day. Yesterday when i called the muzaffarpur office, they told that it will be delivered today and today when i called them, they said they wont deliver it today also and if i need the parcel i have to come and get it. The manager is a very rude person who is abusive in nature and after a heated up conversation, the guy told me ' tumko jo karna hai kar lo, tumara parcel hum nai dege ab, jo kar sakte ho kar lo. '
Is this the kind of behaviour expected from the personnel of a service providing company!!
Now i am calling him to ask for the address to go and collect the package but the guy is not receiving the call.

Mane trackon couriers ki shop no. 20b, nema complex, raisen road, indrapuri, bhopal - 462021landmark: opposite jubilee gate wale agency se ek original marksheet 30/07/17 ko urgent courier kari thi allahabad (Up) ke address per, muje kaha gaya tha ki 2-august ko 100% mil jayegi but abhi tak nahi mili, docket no. Ko check karvane pe pata chala ki wo docket no. Ka parcel mumbai mai receive karva diya hai, again puchne pe bataya ki urgent ka docket number dusara hai jo abhi tak nahi diya ab phone phi nahi pic kar rahe hai, orignal marksheet yadi galat hatho mai chali jayegi to muje bhot bada loss ho sakta hai please help me.

I have sent some medicines which was really urgent on 25th july from delhi office to jotwara jaipur and it's been more than a week now and you people don't know where the packet is. You people are so careless that you can't even track the package. Today i will make assure to lodge fir against you and to put it on social media as well. I want it to be delivered by today otherwise i will take all the possible legal actions against you.

This is the detail for my courier docket no.[protected]. No one give me information about the courier. The documents which were delivered is very important for me, that's why courier from trackon.

But this is very shameful that still i didn't get my courier

Please resolve my issue asap, and hope i would get it soon

The said consignment was booked at delhi to chennai in my name g. Abirami and the same was reached chennai on 28.07.2017 to chennai, till now i didn't received my consginment. I have contacted mr. Venkat who is the incharge of trackon courier delivery in his mobile no.[protected] but there is no response. Kindly take necessary action against trackon.

I M send u 5 kg weight parcle and my client received only 4.6kg only

Hello sir my courier was coming to aligarh from delhi bearing consignment no.[protected] . On your website it shown it reached aligarh on 30st july but it is sunday when i called your courier service on monday they said our courier boy has taken your courier for delivery but he did not gave courier boy contact no. And at the end of the day courier boy not delivered my courier. Same is happened on tuesday but its urgent for me so at the end of the i went there to collect my courier..

Its is your service? U didn't delivered courier at home?

What is the benefit to me for doing such a expensive courier..

Totally waste service when it came aligarh within 15 hours then why it is taking time to reach within city more then 3 days..

They said we have lot of courier to delivered i am asking to u if they did not have capacity to delivered your trust to us why you gaye franchise to them.

I am very disappointed from such a careless service...my courier has reached their office two days before and they are not delivering yet...and it is a very urgent courier...u guys provide a disgusting service..i will never ever use ur service for sending anything...it was the most disgusting service...u guys have no value of time

I have made a consignment of rakhis from trackon courier services from their registered outlet at rajapark on 5th july, 2017 to be delivered to mr. Kailash chad gupta at mathura, u. P. The packet was delivered on 30th july, 2017. But it was come to my notice that 2 best rakhis was missing from the packet.
I didn’t understand how this happened as i have properly sealed packed the packet with adhesive and cello tape. But at the time of handed over the packet at mathura the packet had some other paper paste on it.
It was very embracing for us that our relative (Brother) made a complain to us that the packet does not have the required numbers of rakhis, and then after we understand that the 2 rakhis was stolen out from the packet.
It is a serious matter for concern.

It has been one month since the parcel is despatched. I have not received my parcel yet. No reply from trackon. I tried contacting despatching area office and delivery office area also. I have also mailed them the same. But the problem is not yet solved. I need the parcel. It is urgent.

The parcel was despatched from gujarat to erode, tamilnadu.

Hello i am an exporter from nagpur. I had an export order of handicraft from an international client. To fulfill that i bought the product from delhi and the supplier shipped that product via trackon courier on 22/07/17 awb no. [protected] reached nagpur 0n 23rd. But they did not deliver me till now (I. E., 28). Stating that there is no service available (Location is 440022 i. E., in service area) and sometimes no one is there to deliver this. I got harased of this and lost my export order worth 4000. Also when i forced them to
Deliver they said do whatever you want we will not do now it's owr choice when to deliver.

My docket number is [protected] I have courier on Monday but my parcel not deliver till day. I have called your office but response was very poor.

I called the courier person, he gave me the contact no of the person who will deliver me the parcel, when contacted that person he was very rude, he disconnected my call twice and said he is out once he reaches office will update me. I asked him how much time he will need to reach office he didn't respond. Very bad experience from this courier service.

Consignmnt number [protected] was made from haridwar on 18 july 2017 to be delivered in iim indore campus. As on 24 july, it standa undelivered and as told by you, it's near the indore airport.

1. Highly negligient service as the courier cannot be tracked online.

2. Totally rude and selfish behaviour as the telephonic conversations ask me to use some other courier service.

3. On visiting the courier despactch place, they tell me that the parcel is at the airport. And cannot be delivered.

4. The parcel had exam notes, thr exam paper is on 25 july.
Can u tell me the utility of sending a courier and spending money on it if it cannot be delivered in time.

Non cooperative and misbehaving service

My consignment #[protected] has not been delivered yet.

It was dispatched on 12th July from East Delhi Hub.

The online status says it is at Deoband, but I've not received it yet

It was To Deoband (Distt Saharapur), booked from East Delhi.

Followed up with all the hubs and Delhi office but no resolution. Instead they are updating that customer has mentioned short address and not picking the phone.I've provided the alternate contacts as well but haven't received any update so far.
