I have couriered a return package to an online seller in november 2016. Trackon had neither delivered the item nor returned that to me. It has been 6 months. I have tried contacting them through the number which was given in tracking details section of their website. But no proper response from their end. Then suddenly one day the tracking details of my package were gone from their website. Very worst service and they are not at all concerned about the safety of the parcel we send.

Consignment no.[protected] was handed over at Delhi on 8th May 2017 for delivery at Gurgaon. The consignment has been delivered at wrong address with fake signatures. Irony is that cell number written on the envelope has been copied on the delivery sheet. The consignment contained important papers.
Written & telephonic complaints to customer care have gone astray.
Please do not use this courier if you want your documents to be safe.

Worst service ever!!! Had couriered a package on 12/5/17. After 10 days when i was trying to track it on their site since the package was not delivered, it said no person found. The package was collected from malleshwaram and had to be delivered to koramangala. On calling up the koramangala branch, we were told that the package was sent back to malleshwaram. I have been trying to call them but some manjunath person who has been answering the call, has been very rude and not giving me a proper detail about the same. My number has been blocked and unable to find out what really happened and where exactly is the package.

I had purchased a product from an online store in mumbai to be delivered in Jamshedpur. They despatched the goods via Trackon Couriers and sent me the tracking ID. The tracking id was activated after 2 days and when checked it was showing that the goods were forwarded from kolkata to Jamshedpur. I contacted the local office and they told that the package was to be received on that day and they would try to deliver by evening or next day morning. The next day when I called, they told that it would be delivered by afternoon. Around 4 pm when I called them, they told that it was not possible to deliver at my premises rather I could collect it from a nearby area where they would send it. I reached that place at 8 in the night and they sent the wrong package without even checking it. I called up and asked them to send it to a place near their depot from where it could reach me next morning as the person living there comes to my place every morning at 10. They assured that it would be done and again they failed. I started calling them from 10 in the morning till 12.30 around 10-15 time but they did not even pick up the call. Lastly I was forced to go to their place around 8 kms from my place in a hot and humid temperature and they were like throwing away all the parcels here and there to locate mine. Never use Trackon Couriers as they do not even care whether your goods are remaining intact or not.

My courier was booked on 16th may 2017. It was to be delivered by 19th may 2017. (Aws no: [protected])

On 19th may when i called the bangalore office they provided me a number of mr. Vishnu ([protected]). I contacted him and he gave me another number of domlur branch mr. Vijay ([protected]). I contacted vijay and he told my courier will get delivered on 22nd may 2017 without fail.

Today while checking the status of my courier it was showing whitefield again so i called mr. Vishnu. He asked me about the courier details and disconnected my call without intimating anything. I called him second time he handed over the call to a lady she told me that courier will be delivered today before 6 pm. When i asked to provide courier boy mobile number she said that it is not available with them.

In evening when i again called this guy at 5 pm since there was no info till now about my parcel he asked my details and disconnected again and then i again called him and he is not picking up the call. This is the worst customer service i have seen in my life.

Today 23rd may i havent received my courier according to tracking it was out for delivery on 22nd may.

I want my refund

It is more than 10 days now and still consignment with consignment no [protected] is not yet delivered and neither there is any proper update on trackon website. This shipment was shipped from Dhanbad on 13th May to Bangalore (Pin code 560037) but there is no update at all. Even the customer care on call is not responding to our calls at all. Please check and do let us know where is the consignment stuck so that we can get an idea and try to get it delivered as soon as possible

It is been more than 15 days, package is not delivered.
All the numbers provided for their bangalore branch are incorrect/no service.
whilst heading to the customer care numerous time, they are faking around.
Such a fake company i have ever seen.

They have no higher managment who takes care of the serious complaints.

I have sent one document on 9 May 2016 (Via franchisee - Crown couriers, Aerodram circle, Kota) thru track-on courier (Docket no. [protected])

It was told to me that it will be delivered to Ankleshwar on 11 may 2017.

Today is 18 may 2017, already 9 days are passed, still I am not getting any satisfactory answer from any of your branch which is either kota or delhi / Surat / Ankleshwar for when it will be delivered or as of now where it is.

I haven't received my shipment yet.. But i got a confirmation mail that my product has been delivered.. How it is possible? I have talked to trackon customer care people they are also repeating the same dialogue yesterday this shipment has been delivered, i was in my home the whole day at least i haven't received any call also from the delivery person, without am accepting the product how they can give confirmation?

This is in regards to an email sent to the company on the 6th & 7th of April regarding a damaged package delivered in Pune. Ref no. [protected]
I have not got any response to the repeated complaints for the claim we gave in writing to the Panchkula office of the company.
Our parcel was delivered with a rat hole. Which contained 4 Indian suits.. Out of which one suit costing around 12 thousand got totally damaged by a rat bite on the front.
This was a very unfortunate event that has caused me loss & the company is doing nothing to make good of the loss suffered.
We have emailed & called the company but there is no response from them.

I realized that trackon is not giving properly service some times. Even some big fraud is happen in trackon services.

I had booked package (Gondia to gopalganj (Bihar) with consigned number [protected] on 27/4/2017 paid 70rs amount for small packege.

But they didn't sent that package to destination, for conformation my client has visited 8 times to gopalganj trackon office regarding for that package.

I had tracked above consigned number many time but i got invalid tracking number. That means your gondia's office didn't update that number on your official sites. Thats mean its clearly indicate that fraud is happening.

After all i have visited many times in source office about that package but they didn't give me proper response. I got very rough language from your employee "mere bap ko bhi nhi pta ki courier kha hai to aap ko kaise pta chalenga, vapas aane wala hai kal mil jayenga.. Baki aap ko jo ukhadna h ukhad lo". As per my knowledge its very rough language.

I had catch from some person that they are take money from costumer and after they return to them by giving invalid reason such as short address, costumer didn't response, etc. Mean they didn't book package only for illegal source of money. They are earn illegal amount about 700 to 1000 daily from different consumer.

So lastly i'm requesting u to please send my pending courier to destination or otherwise i'm ready to take my submitted amount and please take strictly action about your gondia's trackon office. Otherwise i will submit complain on local police station as well as consumer form.

This is just inform to you that your company trackon pick up person hardeep in ludhiana punjab city person. His office in in near mall road or bus stand charge over payment as per mention track on receipt mention.in my create issue he said you did not send your parcel because he have issue because he want excess money as per mention slip over.

My company last 10 years all documents & parcel send your courier service. This kind of person down your brand image.

Please talk with him and warn them no charge excess amt as per mention in slip.

I haven't yet received the item on time till now yet the track on website reflects it as delivered on

I am highly dissatisfied. This company should shut down. Non supportive customer support staff and irresponsible people. The signature on receipt and phone number is invalid and fake. No one is responding even after dollow ups.

How many days it take to delivered???

This has not been the first time i am facing this issue for the 3rd time, such pathetic thing is happening again and again. I have got completely torn courier. Moreover i confirmed from company's representatives about the delivery of such courier to particular location (As deliveries of parcels are not possible in that area). They gave affirmation about the same thrice but then also i got a call from this pathetic company that we cant deliver parcel to your location "why the hell you people give such confirmation on phone then".

I have sent a courier through Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd with consignment number [protected] from Mumbai-Goregaon to Mumbai-Kalwa on 25th April 2017 and till date 29th April 2017 it has not been delivered. I am trying to contact them on given numbers but most of the time phone is engaged and other numbers no one pick the call.

They charged for this courier Rs.60 and this is most important courier is for local delivery.

We have booked - 0-900 gms packet at your ludhiana bhadur house branch vide awb. No.[protected] dtd. 14-4-17. Addresed to mr. Dalip mehta, uniworld gardens, tower 8, flat no.304, sohna road, gurgaon. Mob. : [protected].
After repeated calls to ludhiana h/o - delhi office, gurgaon office, nor the packet is delivered nor they are giving proper response to our calls. Your site shows its delivery to sohna road office on 18-4-17, we are your customers fom last 15 years. Moreover we have sent these samples to our customers for big orders. Non reciept of samples will hurt your reputation and great loss to our firm.
You are requested to see in this matter seriously.

Only two pieces was received by the addressee at jharkhand, it is clear that your staff has resorted to theft of one item.

Kindly investigate and do the needful.
