Dear sir, i have sent some document through track on courier, whose consignment no. Is - [protected]. From daltonganj to muzaffarpur on 8th jun 17 but till now not delivered at destination. I'm trying to contact muzaffarpur office but not response. Now 14 days over but not delivered wht happened. I'm trying to query at both office but till now not got satisfied result what i do plz help me...

Since 19 june 2017, while tracking on website, its showing that the parcel is out for delivery but it has not been delivered yet and on complaining...

Such a worst service provider. Firstly i had booked my parcel ([protected]) ludhiana to delhi on 7-6-17 which contain some urgent documents, they assured that it will reach to the destination by 2-3 days. After a week parcel returned to me and reason they said that the person didn't meet at his house and the house was closed but its not true and no courier person has contacted us. I have booked trackon courier to deliver my package from faridabad to deoghar (Jharkhand) 15 days has been passed and package yet not delivered, worst ever courier service company. No body from trackon courier company is responding on call. They are replying on mail only that package is yet not reached in patna. If they can't send a package from delhi to patna in 15 days then why are they running this fraud company....

Worst courier company in india besides none. Even registered post and parcel service are better than this. Atleast they are better late than never and can never steal from the parcel or whole of it. My courier with awb no-[protected] is not delivered since 15 days and each time i enquire of it they don't reply it showing me the reciept with a sign beside my name that does not even look like my sign. And they don't give a damn that i am the...

My document no [protected], i m trying contact last two week but i m not getting single respons from compnay side, i try to many time to call customer care but also thay people cut phon imdaitly without think document imoprtance for us....

I have couriered a return package to an online seller in november 2016. Trackon had neither delivered the item nor returned that to me. It has been 6 months. I have tried contacting them through the number which was given in tracking details section of their website. But no proper response from their end. Then suddenly one day the tracking details of my package were gone from their website. Very worst service and they are not at all concerned...

Consignment no.[protected] was handed over at Delhi on 8th May 2017 for delivery at Gurgaon. The consignment has been delivered at wrong address with fake signatures. Irony is that cell number written on the envelope has been copied on the delivery sheet. The consignment contained important papers.
Written & telephonic complaints to customer care have gone astray.

Worst service ever!!! Had couriered a package on 12/5/17. After 10 days when i was trying to track it on their site since the package was not delivered, it said no person found. The package was collected from malleshwaram and had to be delivered to koramangala. On calling up the koramangala branch, we were told that the package was sent back to malleshwaram. I have been trying to call them but some manjunath person who has been answering...

I had purchased a product from an online store in mumbai to be delivered in Jamshedpur. They despatched the goods via Trackon Couriers and sent me the tracking ID. The tracking id was activated after 2 days and when checked it was showing that the goods were forwarded from kolkata to Jamshedpur. I contacted the local office and they told that the package was to be received on that day and they would try to deliver by evening or next day morning....

My courier was booked on 16th may 2017. It was to be delivered by 19th may 2017. (Aws no: [protected])

On 19th may when i called the bangalore office they provided me a number of mr. Vishnu ([protected]). I contacted him and he gave me another number of domlur branch mr. Vijay ([protected]). I contacted vijay and he told my courier will get delivered on 22nd may 2017 without fail.

Today while checking the status...

It is more than 10 days now and still consignment with consignment no [protected] is not yet delivered and neither there is any proper update on trackon website. This shipment was shipped from Dhanbad on 13th May to Bangalore (Pin code 560037) but there is no update at all. Even the customer care on call is not responding to our calls at all. Please check and do let us know where is the consignment stuck so that we can get an idea and try...

It is been more than 15 days, package is not delivered.
All the numbers provided for their bangalore branch are incorrect/no service.
whilst heading to the customer care numerous time, they are faking around.
Such a fake company i have ever seen.

They have no higher managment who takes care of the serious complaints.

I have sent one document on 9 May 2016 (Via franchisee - Crown couriers, Aerodram circle, Kota) thru track-on courier (Docket no. [protected])

It was told to me that it will be delivered to Ankleshwar on 11 may 2017.

Today is 18 may 2017, already 9 days are passed, still I am not getting any satisfactory answer from any of your branch which is either kota or delhi / Surat / Ankleshwar...

I haven't received my shipment yet.. But i got a confirmation mail that my product has been delivered.. How it is possible? I have talked to trackon customer care people they are also repeating the same dialogue yesterday this shipment has been delivered, i was in my home the whole day at least i haven't received any call also from the delivery person, without am accepting the product how they can give...

This is in regards to an email sent to the company on the 6th & 7th of April regarding a damaged package delivered in Pune. Ref no. [protected]
I have not got any response to the repeated complaints for the claim we gave in writing to the Panchkula office of the company.
Our parcel was delivered with a rat hole. Which contained 4 Indian suits.. Out of which one suit costing around 12 thousand got totally damaged by a rat bite...

I realized that trackon is not giving properly service some times. Even some big fraud is happen in trackon services.

I had booked package (Gondia to gopalganj (Bihar) with consigned number [protected] on 27/4/2017 paid 70rs amount for small packege.

But they didn't sent that package to destination, for conformation my client has visited 8 times to gopalganj trackon office regarding for that package.
