I have received a fraud courier receipt and the customer care in delhi of trackon courier answers that they are not responsible and check it with your booking branch and disconnects the as if they are doing any favour to us .

The worst experience with track on

My consignment no is [protected] and i send this on 26 june 17. But till now the consingment has not delievered to its destination and ur customer care representative is not receiving my phone.
What i do???

This is to inform you that we have courier parcel docket no: [protected] dated 7.7.17 and [protected] dated 11.7.17 delivery address nagpur maharashtra
While contacting to your office located near sai mandir, wardha road nagpur, lady replies: person is on leave and our service is on weekly basis and do not know when we will deliver the parcel to you. If you need then come to our office and pick the parcel.
Till date we have not received parcel.
Some lady was there and the attitude was very bad.
We are doing business trackon since last 4-5 years in our group.
This parcel is very very urgent.
Do hope you will do some favour and listen the our complaint request.

One of worst courier service in india, i regret to not have read the reviews before sending my parcel as almost everyone has had the same experience. I opt this courier on 7th july they told they will deliver in 3 business day and tracking number is [protected].

Today is the 12th day and my parcel of medicine from patna to chennai hasn't reached to chennai.in website, they are showing (Where we can track our courier) that courier is out for delivery. And now 5 days after we haven't received it. Worst worst worst courier service please go for speed post or si mple post than trackon.

My consignment no.[protected]. Booked in eluru and booked to hydernagar in hyderabad. Booked date is 11/7/17. Till now it is not delivered. And no one of your staff is giving information regarding this. They even won't reply properly. I want deliver my good immediately. I phoned to hyderabad service number they didn't have any nformation. Like that all the staff in your company is not answering

My courier no. Is [protected]. On tracking the product was received by the allahabad centre on 7th july but has not been delivered to me until 13th july. It contains books which is required urgently and on calling they are only giving the no. Of some other person who has to deliver.

They have the courier for a week now but are saying we haven't got the courier yet.
Stop making a fool o[censored]s.

Its been 4days since they call me from a landline number [protected] and as per google their office is within 10mins from my address, since than I am calling them everyday asking for my parcel and they reply me that I'll get it today. I have complaint to office via email [protected]@trackoncourier.com & [protected]@trackoncourier.com well their response is the ultimate one, from Prajyoti Tandel, she is saying that shipment not found so confirmed booking branch. Whereas I have shared phone number of their concern branch to take care of the issue and they want me to keep following up with the branch. I mean how pathetic is the service, this is very important parcel that I should receive on time. I mean why this kind of service providers are not band immediately.

On 29/06/17 my people sent the courier today is 4thjuly 17 i didn't receive my courier when I called to the trackon people they were rude my Num [protected] vtz-Hyd courier no [protected]

I have sent product to my customer and he needed it urgently though delivery is urgent trackon sent it by surface but i strictly instructed to send it by air now customer asked me for refund.

M ankur and i placed my material from bhatinda punjab to haridwar uttarakhand. But sone open my couriear box and remove my mobile phone after that he packed the couriear box as it is. When m open box. There is no mobile box was empty. Pls take action soon and give m leaser scane copy and box weight detail. M lost my 10000 mobile take action soon. I have box and bill copy of my couriear box. Pls help m for find my mobile

I booked a consignment with Trackon - PRIME TRACK - through Rajguru Nagar frenchise (Ludhiana) vide consignment note number 6336555 dt. 28/06/2017 at 11.30 AM, with the promise to get consignment delivered next day at Perundurai (TN) ; and paid three times more the cost comparing to normal courier.
But its not even delivered as on 01.07.2017

My counter-part is claiming me to be Cheater, as if I sent courier through normal Trackon to claim more from my customer unethically.

Even sent mail to Customer care, but no response.

It's been four days and i am still waiting for my courier to be delivered in gwalior which was submitted in delhi on 28th june.
I went to trackon office gwalior and their behaviour is unprofessional and not replying properly where the courier is and when will be delivered.

I am updating my complain from here,
I received my parcel after 4 days and 3 times visiting their office on 1st july 7pm in the evening.
I have attached the parcel receipt and delivery receipts copy here.
This is very unprofessional, they are taking such a long time to deliver a small parcel and those documents were required in 2 days and after discussing with their agent, i booked it because delhi to gwalior is 4hours time only. And it should have been delivered next day. But these guys kept on saying me that parcel is in transit and will reach today and after 4 days i got it after so much trouble and pain i have to take going their offices again and again. I am surely fed up from these guys and want to complain for there unprofessional behavior and not up to the mark delivery system.

I have posted important documents such as my expenses to my company in gurgaon on 25june mentioning the proper address each and every thing from chandigarh ...and till today i.e 29 june when i m tracking my courier it is showing me that my courier is in mumbai ..how came my courier can reach mumbai when clearly on the envolpe it is mentioned as mumbai ..i have tried calling ur customer care number to writing mails till today i have not receive any revert back ...this is highly unprofessional from ur end..how can u guys b so irresponsible ..u are not even answering to calls or emails ..i have no idea where my courier is and it has important documents in it...either none o[censored]r representative is giving a proper reply ..i mvlooking to sue this company then i remember im in india ...please that documents means a lot to me..please be little professional and help me find that courier .

my father sent me a courier on 22nd June from Patna, Bihar
They told that my courier will be reached by 25th June
but it doesn't reached till date
Track on courier of Bansal tower and ashiana Galaxy of patna are saying that we are not giving guraante of delivery to destination by train or transport
They charge high price
They don't give the direct phone number of destination
or if they gave most of them are not receiving the call or most of them are invalid

This is regarding our courier from mumbai to ahmedabad. The courier was posted on 26th june. Today is 28th june and courier is not received yet. Besides the delay in courier, i want to address the extremely rude behaviour of your company.

We called up this no. [protected] to inquire, the lady picked up (Refused to tell us her name) started yelling on the phone and almost abusing. We asked her about the delay very politely and she was yelling that she was just a franchisee and we cannot ask her such stupid questions and talk to her.

It is very disturbing to see a reputed company such as yours is actually as ridiculous as this.

You have hired terrible people. It is a huge disgrace on your reputation and not going to be tolerated by us.

My urgent parcel is lying at noida hub since 18june. I needed it on 21st june. Spoke to your people on [protected].
He said in any case will be delivered on 22nd. I postponed my work to 23rd.
After three confirmatiins also i font have my parcel in hand. Have to leave tomorrow ar 1130am. What should i do??

Dear sir, i have sent some document through track on courier, whose consignment no. Is - [protected]. From daltonganj to muzaffarpur on 8th jun 17 but till now not delivered at destination. I'm trying to contact muzaffarpur office but not response. Now 14 days over but not delivered wht happened. I'm trying to query at both office but till now not got satisfied result what i do plz help me

Since 19 june 2017, while tracking on website, its showing that the parcel is out for delivery but it has not been delivered yet and on complaining...

Such a worst service provider. Firstly i had booked my parcel ([protected]) ludhiana to delhi on 7-6-17 which contain some urgent documents, they assured that it will reach to the destination by 2-3 days. After a week parcel returned to me and reason they said that the person didn't meet at his house and the house was closed but its not true and no courier person has contacted us. Then they again booked my parcel ([protected]) on 13-6-17 and again assured about their service this time. Now 19-6-17 and still it not delivered. If you cannot do your work on time then why my parcel were accepted for delivery. The documents in the packet is very urgent.

I have booked trackon courier to deliver my package from faridabad to deoghar (Jharkhand) 15 days has been passed and package yet not delivered, worst ever courier service company. No body from trackon courier company is responding on call. They are replying on mail only that package is yet not reached in patna. If they can't send a package from delhi to patna in 15 days then why are they running this fraud company.
