Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

This has not been the first time i am facing this issue for the 3rd time, such pathetic thing is happening again and again. I have got completely torn courier. Moreover i confirmed from company's representatives about the delivery of such courier to particular location (As deliveries of parcels are not possible in that area). They gave affirmation about the same thrice but then also i got a call from this pathetic company that we cant deliver parcel to your location "why the hell you people give such confirmation on phone then".

I have sent a courier through Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd with consignment number [protected] from Mumbai-Goregaon to Mumbai-Kalwa on 25th April 2017 and till date 29th April 2017 it has not been delivered. I am trying to contact them on given numbers but most of the time phone is engaged and other numbers no one pick the call.

They charged for this courier Rs.60 and this is most important courier is for local delivery.

We have booked - 0-900 gms packet at your ludhiana bhadur house branch vide awb. No.[protected] dtd. 14-4-17. Addresed to mr. Dalip mehta, uniworld gardens, tower 8, flat no.304, sohna road, gurgaon. Mob. : [protected].
After repeated calls to ludhiana h/o - delhi office, gurgaon office, nor the packet is delivered nor they are giving proper response to our calls. Your site shows its delivery to sohna road office on 18-4-17, we are your customers fom last 15 years. Moreover we have sent these samples to our customers for big orders. Non reciept of samples will hurt your reputation and great loss to our firm.
You are requested to see in this matter seriously.

I had booked three pieces of leggings vide your docket number [protected] dated 12/04/2017 through your company representative at kachpada malad (W) to be delivered to mrs meena devi at jharkhand,

Only two pieces was received by the addressee at jharkhand, it is clear that your staff has resorted to theft of one item.

Kindly investigate and do the needful.

A packet was send Vide no. [protected], but not received to concern person after a week. Tracing report shows that it delivered on 18/04/17 at 4.51 but actaully not received after alond period from the date of dispatch. This very urgent material and should be delivered within three days. It very harasment to the addressee. Therefore you are requested to take the neceesary step to deliver the product to the concern person.

This shipment is most urgent for us, but till 18-4-17 shipment not delived to us, our shipment online status shows out for delivery dated on 14-4-17. When we are calling to nalagarh trakon office (Contact person mr. Rakesh / ravi mobile [protected]) our phone not received by contact person, dated on 17-4-17 after more than 10-15 tries our phone picked by cont. Person & said courier boy going to deliver your shipment but till 18-4-17 not receved the same now our phone not receive by cotact person. We want to know that how much time take your company to deliver a shipment & what is your further action against related persons. Otherwise our company is ready for leagle action against your compant becouse your company is respinsible for our loss which is occured by your neglegency to delivered our shipment.

Trackon Courier is so unreliable courier, they have lost my consignment worth Rs.25000/-

They picked up from Mumbai by AIR mode on 26th March...
Its 15th April today, and they are unable to trace the consignment, weighing 6 kg, and volumetric wise big box...

If tracon cant find big box, what they wud be doing with small boxex...

This is serious issue... I am suffering as my client is waiting for goods and I don't have answer to this ...

There is no punctuality in delivering couriers... Fake company... I hv dispatched one parcel docket no [protected] to Rajasthan... dated 1st April... Status is showing parcel delivered on 8th april..but not reached to customer yet... Till 11th April... I want to know what you branches are doing... Highly disappointed...

Tracking is is showing the courier got delivered, but we did not receive the courier.
To sort out this I was trying from 2 days calling and mailing them, they are not accepting calls
I have mailed to head office but the same thing happened there also
They are just asking please provide the docket number after that no reply
I just want a reply who received that courier, it has to reach the right person.

The worst service i had ever seen in my life so far i had ordered my medicine from newdelhi it has to reach hyderabad on 21st march i had ordered and it reached hyderabad on 23rd but till 29th almost 1 week over till now they didnt delivered i called them they are saying our boys are not availble wil deliver it once they are back like this they are saying from 1 week i requested them i ordered medicines please deliver as early as possible. But still the same result from them.

Hi,

I had sent a very urgent courier with airway bill no. [protected] from Ambala on 21st march. collecting person promised me that will get delivered next day.
But this has been reached Janakpuri on 23rd however still not received by recipient in Janakpuri only.
Moreover no status updated from last 2 days.

Is this the low standard way of working of such big courier company.
If not delivered tomorrow first half i will have to pay compensation to my client & i will have to sue you people for the same.

Guys, my suggestion is please never ever use this courier services. I had a very pathetic experience. They did not deliver my package for 4 days. I was continuously following up with them but their representative provided false information and made me fool saying "madam aaj ho jayega deliver". I called up multiple times in a day to have the status but every time they made excuse and asked me to call after some time. I was repenting on my decision to choose this carrier. They don't even provide any complaint board or any escalation contact.

Also to inform you that the matterial which ahd arrived in your Gurgaon Hub on 15-03-17 is not yet reached our office, even though your people had contacted over phone and we had guided them to reach our office. earlier we had been getting your courier service with out failure.

Due to delay in your delivery we are facing lot of problems . so please do the needful immediate delivery of parcel against DOCKET NO-[protected].

I was supposed to receive a courier from trackon Services kolkata
Courier ID-[protected]. The courier came to Garia P.O which is near my house and the delivery was supposed to happen. But nothing happened and on calling back a bloody idiot and stupid person Mr Rana M.No-[protected] picked up and gave lame excuses and lied to me that the delivery boy couldnt find the address. The courier packet had my phone no on it and they not even bothered to call me once. The packet was returned to the regional office in kolkata which is far away from my house and I had to personally collect it from there on my own expenses. Leave behind the expenses the trackon regional management office people in kolkata are so dumb and irresponsible that they almost mishandled my packet. I would definitely recommend a big No to trackon couriers and would never ever use their services again.

On 01 st March I have sent a courier(Docket Number-[protected]) for Durgapur.But the courier does not dispatched.I have contacted TRACKON offices many times by different phone numbers;no one give me the details of that courier.The address of that courier mentioned below:

We had booked 6 parcels from trackon courier with tracking id [protected] on saturday 18 feb from ajmer office (Gautam enterprises) who confirmed us that the article will be delivered by 25feb. But he putted the consignment in transit on monday 20feb. Also after 21feb there was no update of the consignment neither on site nor to the trackon agent till 28feb. On 25 feb when we asked them for the parcel they said that it has reached hyderabad and will be delivered same day. Still till monday there was no update of the article & hyderabad agent was saying that articles has not been reached there yet. There was a function at customer's home for which this order was placed & due to this his value among his relatives & our value among our customers has gone down. Then on 27feb we got a new update from gautam enterprises that article has got engaged in sales tax (Parcel was with invoice) & can't say when it will get out (It was simply fraud update to us). Finally on 28feb morning we got update that article has reached hyderabad & delivery attempt was made at around 3pm but now the customer refused to accept the parcel as the purpose for which he ordered the item has failed. All credit goes to trackon. We have recording of all calls we have made to gautam enterprises & to hyderabad head office. I don't know who is lying & even don't want to know. I want my consignment return & the loss to be beared by trackon only. It's about to complete a month and we have not received our item back and they commit the delivery in 7 days.
Now i want consumer forum to get engage in issue & help us as they have cheated us.

On 03/03/2017 In your Vikas puri, nd 110018 branch a Lady named "Neelam Communication Contact no [protected]" talk abusively/rudly using unofficial language while i call on above given no to tracking my courier Tracking no. [protected], that is very urgent for our organizational which is reached in our area range one day before. On 02/02/2017 called for track my courier she told some one passed away so please call me tomorrow. while i called today she start speaking why are u calling me again and again, boy will give himself or you have to pick up from my office to call me. I Request to the concerned department to take action against this branch and it's working lady so that no one next do in future this kind of behave that harm organization by losing trust/revenue of customers

One parcel with track id [protected] is seen as delivered at your kasargod centre in 24.02.17, but didn't deliver at the address till date even after 10days. While booking online purchase through Peachmode I have clearly mentioned the pincode as 671531 and already made payment in full including shipping charges. So if you are accepting the contract of delivery from the company, it is your duty to deliver it at the address given or you shouldn't have to accept the contract.
