I am not getting the status of my courier-[protected], customer care told me on 3rd that they will open the packet receive fromm delhi today and then they will forward it, and today they are yelling that they have not received till today. it was booked on 29 nov from Indore and today after 7 days no confirmed status Worst service till now

item was arrived on 25.11.16 to trackon courier office, sodepur.i asked for it for 3 times over phone but i didn't receive it till date. retaining of my article without informing me is a criminal offence. i need justice and i would like to file a case against trackon courier company.

Material dispatched from cyber power pvt ltd Bangalore Doc.no: [protected] dtd: 19.10.16 but till now we are not received the material, contact to your Hubli office they told material came on 28.11.16, our service boy supplied that one, but contact that person he told that material some ware missed what can i do like that he will talking & today also several times contact to Hubli office no body not lifting the phone. please ensure that & reimburse the lost material amount .

Package dated 17/11/2016 was couriered from Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar Branch of Trackon. It has been delivered to Sambalpur (destination office) but is not being delivered to the intended location at IIM Sambalpur PIN: 768200.

The customer care executive has told that the location is out of service area. No such information was provided at the time of registering the courier. Full charges have been charged for the courier service. This is a clear case of providing incomplete information to the customer.

Why was it not informed at the time of booking? Kindly, sort this issue out.

Repeat issue .

I have mentioned my contact no on the top of the courier but no one is actually contacting me . its looks like they don’t want to complete the delivery they are mentioning door is locked issue every time .

A courrier bearring no.[protected] was booked for me From Delhi on 1 July 2016 and I received on 20th November 2016 from ANANTNAG but when I check the courrier was already opened and one part is missing. I am trying to find out that part but no buddy respond.

I am really frustrated with the service by the track on courier .On a daily basis i am calling them 10-15 times no response or switch off or false commitment to handover the parcel.
My duck number is [protected].The courier contain my mark sheet which is a very urgent and vital document for me.This is already received by the kolkata track on courier belongs to my Area on 2nd of Nov, 2016.But still they are not providing me the parcel.I have called more than 100 times.So please help me out in this.

Trackon people took the money rs. 780 from the receiver... but i have already paid the whole money at my branch that is in panipat (haryana)
I sent the courier on 3rd november 2016
From panipat.
The receiver by mistake gave the money to the courier service as she did not know that i have already paid.. but the courier service took the money and did not tell her that the payment has already been done... so please look into the matter and return us the money.

My friend booked a courier from Delhi wide tracking no 5983615. At the time of booking they assured that it will be delivered within 2 working days. After 2 days I got a call from courier that your parcel is in my district location ( jhunjhunu, rajasthan) they told me that your location is under non deliverable location so you have to collect.
Worst courier service who making fools, they taken 500 for delivery a item from Delhi to jhunjhunu. But didn't complete their promises. Pls close this courier service who making false promises to their customers.

Trackon Courier Meerut Thaparnagar branch misbehaved with me, abused me, on phonetic conversation on asking about my consignment not delivery from 10 days and he refused to deliver my consignment.
Please get me justice, stop this fraudulent behaviour of courier company.

I have seen the omline tracking. My courier is lying at the ggn hub frm the last 6 days and when i call the delivery guy he respongs ki we will see when can i come to ur house. I mean such services shld b stopped making a fool of the customers.

My courier was sent on 27th oct n today is 2nd nov still no sign of the courier. On calling thr given no on the tracking
Website, thr mn tells to call again. I mean instead f the customer calling them why cnt they call n let the cuatomer know if they are unable to do the job. Such companies as well as the services n the people running them should be instantly fired.

Mr jairam (ph no [protected]), manager based at patna has done the misbehaved when i have asked him about the delay in the consignment. the courier was delivered on 27th oct 2016 from cipla ltd patna office to my residence which is also at patna. the pod number is :[protected], which took 5 days and delivered on 31st oct at 2 pm which i havent received and returned back the courier.

I shipped Rakhi on[protected] with the above mentioned tracking no.
As suggested I send it as Rakhi special courier provided by the company. The package has not been delivered yet. I tried to call 6-7 times but even waiting for 10 mins I could not get a person. Once phone picked up but the person could not track the package and hanged up on me.
My wife is depressed with this even now.

I emailed them and just got the answer that the consignment has been returned back to Origin due to No service area.

I again wrote them that If they can not deliver the item in that area why did they book the item and took the fee.

I did not get any reply after that. I wrote them so many times but they did not get back to me till date. They even did not send the package of Rakhi to my address as on[protected].

I am pissed off with there service and unresponsiveness.

I seek help in this regard.

I had sent a courier from Bangalore through Trackon indiranagar office to Ibhejo office Mumbai. It contained a camera wort 14000k. its been over one and a half month and they have still not delivered the parcel.

Firstly they claimed that the parcel was delivered to ibhejo office and someone named Suresh has signed and received the parcel. Checked with the Ibhejo office and they claim that they have not collected it.

Secondly when asked to produce the acknowledgment receipt they have not submitted it till date.

Now they are telling that the parcel is not delivered and its still in their HQ office in Mumbai but they are not able to locate the parcel.

WORST experience and worst service.

So irresponsible and careless over it all the lies and cooked up stories.

They wanted me to provide the proof of purchase of camera and invoice. WHICH was also misplaced by these people and completely forgotten. No response to calls and by chance they answer only response will be gimme few days time ill call you back.

I had send courier through Trackon on 14th OCT from Jaleswar to Chennai, taking charges Rs-1000/ --

Generally it should take 3 days.

But today after 12 days they didn't deliver it.
When I call to customer care they gives me one mobile number., [protected] & [protected]

I call on [protected] he told me that okay you call on this above number and collect the parcel, otherwise it is return back
Also tell that
1. We are not delivering on this area.
2. you tell to party that to check in courier box.

Still I am awaiting the response.

Im dipika singh . I had sent original birth certificate of my daughter from bokaro steel city to assam.via Trackon Couriers on 13 oct 2016, and I was told that it would be delivered within 3 days of time. (Courier No. 5648469) But it didnt happen.
