Hello sir my mytracking no. Is [protected] on name naveen kumar, its supose to be deleiver in patti, but amritsar staff say i have to go and picup, its almost 50 km from me, my pin code is 143416 availabe online and eligible to deleiver by trackon then why your staff dowant to deleiver to my place if not availaible then why your staff book at kharar. Its really make trouble for me. Now they held my parcel at amritsar

Team, This is really unacceptable. My tracking number is[protected] . I sent it on 6th September 2016. I was told it will be reached by 2days. Today is 13 the September. Still it has not reached. I need action on priority

I have not revived my courier, As per track my shipment was last sent from Delhi on 10-Sep-2016 to Bhubaneshwer but still i have not revived.

Local bhubaneshwer Tracon courier person is not picking the phone[protected].

Request for your intervention to resolve my problem, In this shipment having key and railway receipt of my bike. I'm paying 400/- per day charges to railway for delay of key and railway receipt.

I am booked a urgent parcel for bengluru dated 30.8.16 from MP pithampur branch.
From pithampur to Indore it takes 5 days and Indore to Mumbai it takes 3days. Can any responsible person of tracon tell me please why it is happend. Still now parcel is not delivered. Really disappointed. I never used in future tracon service. Compny take strict action.

Their services are very poor, stolen my clothes and food items which were sent by my parents and how could even they open their customers parcel.. RIDICULOUS.
first worst experience. DONT USE THIS SITE FOR YOU COURIER.
i request u to look after this problem for the sake of their customers.
if you describe in your ploicies that you are loyal to your customers then make it true otherwise dont write it. very disappointed !!!

My dealer booked material on[protected] from calicut to udupi Karnataka but till today[protected] not received material, they now telling that its a technical problem, this not first time i faced similar problem, from Delhi also I faced same problem many times, at the time of booking they inform us it will reach with in 3-4 working days, by air service also i faced similar,

Trackon Courier, It was clearly informed, that it is very urgent for courier to reach the destination..
However even after several followup the courier has not reached.. and no proper response from the office..

Had sent courier to massoorie through Kharar's track on franchisee in april. Paid Rs. 360 for fast service however even after continous follow up courier was not delivered on time & to whom I had delivered left from India. Till date I have not received my courier back & now after 4 plus months they are asking me to take 500 rs. & close the matter. When I said I am not happy with the resolution & i will come to his office tk collect complete amount that i have lost, he tried to threaten me by telling me about the staff he has kept includes men only & lady like me should not come.

I had sent a courier vide [protected] to Delhi address on[protected]. Despite several phone calls and reminders with complaint no 423895 I have been repeatedly assured that parcel would be delivered by 30/08/16 but all these assurances have fallen flat.
I have explained the urgency of the courier being delivered since it contains documents for a court hearing on Wednesday.
I am given a different no to contact for the courier being stuck at kotla Mubarakpur and hasn't moved since yesterday morning

I shall request if the courier be delivered ASAP due to urgency.
I wonder why it's taking so long for the parcel to be stuck at a Delhi branch.

They do not provide us delivery at our place. Every time they ask us to collect courier from their place. This time they have misplaced our one parcel docket no. [protected] and for asking about this they are not giving any satisfactory response.

Kindly look into the matter on priority.

This is Yogesh my father booked a Courier from Kota to Bangalore on 19/08/16. But I still waiting for that and I tracked this courier to website(www.trackoncourier.com) it was showing courier was delivered. But I was not getting Courier and not getting any call from delivery boy and no one came from given address and my father mentioned 2 phone numbers in courier envelopes.

Its complaint against courier company trackon courier pvt limited. We had courier rakhi from our hometown bhawanigarh distt sangrur, punjab. But courier company not delivered that rakhi at bangalore and they said address was not exist there, but actually address was correct and mobile number was also correct. And they return rakhi after rakhi festival at our home at punjab. Its totally cheating by courier company.in online they are showing that they return rakhi from bangalore to punjab. But actually they didnt. I want there should strict action againt this courier company.

Package was expected to be delivered to Mysore from Bangalore in a day. It has been 4 days now and when I call the number asking him the reason, he hung up on me. Now, he's not picking up the phone when I call him.
His name is Manjunath from the Trackon office Bangalore.
Disgusting attitude!

The tracking status on their website says that the package has reached 2 days ago to Mysore.

Please do not do business with this company.

I have sent a parcel on the date of 08/08/2016 from mohali, to raipur through trackon courier services, to raipur. the tracking id is [protected].in the website (www.trackoncourier.com) of trackon courier, it is showing that the parcel has reached to raipur office (i. e. trackon couriers pvt. limited, house no. 14, near dasara maidan, choubey colony, raipur chhattisgarh) on th date 10/08/2016. i called on 16/08/2016 in this office of which i mentioned the address, the person who received the call said me that we have receive that parcel and they said that they will deliver that parcel on 16/08/2016. but they did not deliver, on 17/08/2016 i again called 5 times but they were not receiving the call, they received the call when i called 6th time and they again said that they will delivery the parcel on 17/082016, but the did not deliver, after that i called in the customer care no of this company but they only written my complain nothing action has been taken by them. today is 19/08/2016, but they did not deliver the parcel yet. please take a action and please help me to deliver my parcel on the right address.

Trackon couriers is the worst service in the country, don't fall in their trap, they can book shipment for almost any where and then at the time of delivery they will send it back without even visiting the delivery place or even a call.

Don't pay them and just ignore them.
Example is the latest shipment awb [protected]
No one called no one visited, just sent back with a lame excuse.

Worst service by trackon courier

Courier Number(POD Number)-"[protected] " which was sent by me from to Chandigarh has not been delivered to my brother in Mumbai. The website of the Courier company "Trackon Courier services" is showing the status of the courier as "Delivered"but the same has not been delivered yet. After my repeated emails and calls to the courier company, there has been no response from them. Please help me find my courier. I suspect that the same has been stolen by some member of the Courier Company.

I was expecting a courier to be delivered by trackon 4 days back and since yesterday it's status on the portal is out for delivery. Whatever number is shared on the portals, not even a single number is getting answered. My Track# is [protected].

Sir i sent courier at 04/08/2016 track no is [protected] and courier reached 04/08/2016 around 12.10 but that center not provide my itam i try phone number most of time deoria but not give any answers of my call and not providing my box to location. Its very important and life saving box. Very bad service of that center which not provide smooth service to customer...

Courier for rakhi was sent from varanasi on 8th august 2016 and still it has not got delivered to my place. (Kolkata)

This is such a pathetic service i have ever encountered with, someone please check this what's going on with this courier.

Its been 9 days since the courier has been dispatched.
