I had send rakhee on 3rdaug. To ghaziabad ([protected]) & dehradoon ([protected]) and rudrapur, utterakhand ([protected]) which yet it did not reached as well lucknow it already reached. Pls give the delaying status... Why...?

I havent recieved courier which is being sent from hyderabad on 5 aug'16 & today till date 09 august'16 not recieved in surat.

I had to deliver some important forms in the same city. I had given the forms for courier on 30 April 2016 and the same was supposed to be delivered by 1st. On 1st, I spent almost the entire day trying to get a knack of the status of my forms. After long calling hours, I finally managed to understand that my parcel was at Gurgaon Phase III hub, though the delivery was supposed to be done at Gurgaon Phase II. Phase III people transferred the courier to Phase II people on 2nd Aug day end. Today is 3rd, still no delivery.

The Gurgaon hub told me that positively the delivery will be done by 5pm and till now the same has not been delivered.
How long does it take for delivery to take place withing Gurgaon itself ?????? My courier has been stuck at the Gurgaon center itself since 1st August.

It was really really important form affecting my exams.

Heights of negligence. I have called so many times, mailed so many times but there has been no decency on the company's end to respond to my mails.

Today was the last day for the forms. The forms were supposed to be delivered by the company by 1st and today is 3rd.

This is the most pathetic, unprofessional and ill mannered staff ever encountered. Our parcel was dispatched from mumbai and was suppose to be delivered to pune, withinmaharashtra. But as on 03.08.2016 we have not received the parcel. My tracking number is [protected] and i called their pune office - mr. Arvind [protected] he answer when i possible then i deliver and they spoke rudely and did not provide any information about the parcel. I guess no one should ever use such courier service....

This is the most pathetic, unprofessional and ill mannered staff ever encountered. Our parcel was dispatched from andheri on 27th july and was suppose to be delivered to dahisar, within mumbai. But as on 1st aug we have not received the parcel. My tracking number is [protected] and my wife called their dahisar office they spoke rudely and did not provide any information about the parcel. I guess no one should ever use such courier service.

I had oredered a product through one of my clients and used their service for delivery. i didnot receive the delivery so far when the item was shipped on 13 th july. after successive follow ups i could get the tracking details and on verifying on their website it was said that the product was out for delivery on the 19th itself but unfortunately that product was not delivered till now. how misleading infornation a company is providing on their website. after corresponding with them thru email. they said they are going to arrange the delivery by tomorrow. let's hope for better service next time!!!

Our two packets status are showing at panipat, but still not delivered by courier boy. We are trying to contact your local office but no reply given by them, also not reply by your chandigarh regional office, after writing a mail on 11th july 2016. What about your customer satisfaction promises???

Dear trackon,
I delivered the courier to bina (m. p.) dated july 01, 2016 and i was assured delivery to destination (bina) by july 04, 2016. on making an inquiry on website, the trackon tracking showed delivery status from bhopal on july 05, 2016 (screenshot is attached). but when i inquired bina office, they told that they have not received the courier. on asking bhopal office, your office personnel misbehaved, abused and argued that they will not deliver it to bina. very proudly he mentioned that he won't deliver to bina because of having fewer deliveries to bina. i am surprised to see how misbehaved the trackon personnel and to my surprise they have the power to tamper the information available on website. the information for the docket number [protected] is now not available on trackon tracking.
I demand full information for my courier, when it will be delivered to bina and the action taken by you against this personnel at bhopal office.
This matter will be taken to consumer complaint. please find attached the information of courier and the screenshot proving that the information that was available on website for tracking and now no information is available.

My parcel was delivered absoultely empty but the packing was all good, no one can imagine that it would be empty once you open it.

I had very important stuff in that parcel which costed me 2000rs.
People are trackon are not taking my calls or replying to my email.
I had request for a refund but no response.
Trackon is a fraud company and i want a action against them

This is with reference to the trackon courier no :[protected], date of booking : 10-jun-2016.
Address to deliver was :

With such a clear and well known address, the trackon courier service did not delivered the package at all and they lost the package during in-transit.

Now, even after several calls and email they are not responding. The package contains original documents, which had incurred me a loss of rs. 9, 000/- almost.

Such companies need to be committed on their deliveries or a heavy fine should be imposed in case of their failure and inconvenience to the customer because of the companies mistake.

Please do the needful.

Expected delivery date is delayed and major issue with the branch office and delivery boy. The manner of dealing client query is not upto the mark. They delayed parcel because of not getting home address.

On the parcel, clearly in big letters mention the contact person name and contact number. they even did not try to call it once . if so, check that address in google, you can easily get the address.

parcel is timely reached on udaipur from chandigarh as we can track it online. but they are too lethargic people that did not try to search the address or call to the number mention in parcel.

Atlast, we need to go to their home branch and took parcel.

too bad experience, this can be better if, I parcel it through speed post.

He is fake person totally.. My delaer is also a fraud.. Pardeep nd my dealer both plying game with customer like us.. Yesterday 16th of june he booked parcel.. He gave me slip after 12hours i m checking online my status shows consigment not found my docket no. Is [protected]. Mr. Pradeep gave slip without parcel.

I am very disappointed to share you this that your services are worst, shameless in the world. Material was booked on 26/05/2016 by docket no[protected] after the completion of 15 days still the material is undelivered. I gave my package for courier from faridabad to kolkata on 21st of may 2016, its been 10 days, and my my package has not been delivered at the destination. I called this courier cust care delhi like zillion time, most of the time they dont ans, whenver they does they gave me this stale reply that till today they will b delivering it or will give me information abt it, but they fail to keep ther word evry time. Whenevr i am calling ther kolkatta office, they are replying that they have not recived the package yet.. I am so confused, everybody from trackon courier pvt limited giving me different information. Even their website which is trackoncourier.Com showing that it has reached kolkata... I want make package to be delivered at the destination and if this courier company lost it than i want full refund as per the value which is[protected]rs.

It has been 16 days, my father sent a package from hyderabad, dated 4th of may 2016 with consignment no.:[protected], and not even a single call i have from the company. When i tracked my courier, it shows it has been delivered to gurgaon 4 days from the day of booking. I have to call the company, ask for my courier and need to collect it. But they answer my call and ask to call another person, saying he is in charge of those. I call the office directly, they don't pick the call.Then why the hell on earth you give your unanswered mobile numbers to the customer and in google. I wonder if they are using some ravens to communicate! Or they are in falling in short of mobile balance.

If you don't want to update the customer or do not want to give their courier to them, just stop your business and start a "panipuri" dabba, you neither need to call your customer nor you need to go to them.
