Dear Sir,

I am very dissatisfied with your service.
I am trying to get details of my consignment but none of your Mumbai numbers are working to get in touch.
Nobody picks up the call in Jaipur/Mumbai/Thane.

The tracking system isn't updated as well.

What kind of service do you provide to your customers?
I will never recommend Trackon to anyone in future.

My supplier booked a courier on 25.11.2015, 30.11.2015, 23.12.2015, 16.12.2015 and 5.1.2016 but I received all those couriers on 21.1.2016. The very worst service ever I have seen. So please take relevant action on the concern agent

Oh mahn, this courier company should get award on how to take parcels and not deliver them for 30 days or more... They sleep on duty and take 2 hours lunch break... Wont start the software before 11 and will shut the freaking damn machine by 5.. So hardly 4 hours service and in that also all they say is 'ruuk jao hojaayega'. Status not updated and they call customers to take parcels from the office.

Do not, i repeat do not go for this courier. Take other better services or drop me an email at [protected]@yahoo.Com if you want contact numbers for courier services but not waste your breath and time and money and energy on this courier company. Not worth calling courier company also. I know bcoz sent around 200+ parcels as i am an ecom seller. Trust me its a waste.

I sent a bag dtd 5th jan through Trackon under the docket no.[protected] to ASSAM, but the packet not delivered yet till date and the status online showing out for delivery as on 8th jan. after that no update!! customer care also unable to provide such reasons. pls advise wht to do next

Sir my name is sunendra kumar mishra from lucknow. from the uttrakand university sent the courier with DOC NO.[protected] too me but due to cause haressment trakon company is not providing the said courier whenever more time has lapse .

Dear sir / madam, Please find the below status of my consignment which is just lying in track on branch undelivered from past five days???. I have made not less than 10-15 calls, but it's waste, as the phone no.[protected]Which was received by me from my consignor) in bangalore branch is not responding properly, they say that they will deliver at their wish??? Dear Sir, Docket Number[protected] booked from Chakan to Dhayari was not delivered till today. The document was received by the company on 16th Dec 2015. Now the document is retuned to Chakan office of Trackon courier by saying the Door is always closed while the delivery boy still does not know my location. Client contact number is : [protected]

This is to inform you that i sent a courier through your company for which the reference no. Is[protected] on 28.12.15. It was a brand new first copy of ck belt (Brown colour) worth rs.999 which got replaced by a super old black colour belt when it was delivered to the right person. I am extremely unhappy with the services. I am sending you the images as a proof that the other person received. The assigned person for this delivery was ritik jain and the phone numbers for him as mentioned on the trackon receipt are [protected] and [protected]. I want this to be taken forward and please get me the refund of rs.999 as a resolution for the same.

The worst company in the whole word... I think this company in the name of courier service looting people money and things. They never deliver only if we ask for they say they will do... I don't know company is doing this or delivery boy in ayanavaram name chezhiyan is doing... If any one in and around ayanavaram is getting courier this person would have looted My consignment no[protected] This guy chezhiyan no [protected]

I was awaiting a courier which was sent through track-on on 21st dec-2015, which i was about to receive by 22nd. I got a call from the courier delivery person and he said my area is not under his coverage. So if at all i need the package, i should come and collect it myself. I was in office and said i wont be able to pickup myself. For that he arrogantly replied else get the courier if possible by some other way. I mailed trackon customer care email address & tried calling them on all numbers provided in the internet. The numbers were either switched off or not responding. Now they have sent the package back saying address not clear. The address i gave was my postal address which is in government records. Attached is courier slip and the tracking code for details. Non delivery of the consignment #[protected] My friend heerish from mauritius went to one of the trackon couriers branch in ahmedabad and requested for the courier of the consignment to hyderabad. They charged 250 inr and gave the attached receipt on 15th december. But, till date the courier is not dispatched. Moreover, the consignment tracking status in website is showing as consignment number #[protected] is not found. When i reached out the customer care, none of the given numbers are either non-functional or always busy. And, when i mailed and after sending multiple reminders, they replied that i have to check with the booking branch. 1. I'm in hyderabad and how can i check with the booking branch located in the ahmedabad? 2. Why the said consignment is not dispatched? I'm worrying that there might be some fraud happened at the booking branch itself. 3. Why there is a poor customer care representatives are present for this company. They don't even have an inter-connectivity to check the status of the consignment.

I had handed over an envelope at r tnagar bangalore collection centre of the couriers on 17.12.2015 who accepted it collecting rs.100/=. And i was told that the consignment will be delivered in two to three days time. Till now, the consignment has not been delivered and i was asked to furnish full address, contact number which i furnished. After all this, i am now informed that the address is not coming under service area. In that case, why did they accept the consignment. Due to non-delivery i had lot of mental agony and problem. I had even to cancel my train tickets to goa. The consignee is shri manguesh temple, priol, mardol, mangeshi 403404 in ponda taluk. It is an ancient temple in goa which is more than 400 years old. This is a clear case of negligence and deficiency in service . As per the landmark judgement of honble supreme court of india, " for negligence and deficiency in service, the aggrieved party is entitled to compensation the quantum of which will determined by the court"

This company should shut down.they run because customers pay them money but they have no respect for them. These people are not at all helpful. My consignment did not reach the destination yet . don't be fooled by their fancy ad of helping people. They are just not bothered. They hang up the call ehrne you call them and they pay no attention to your queries or problem. Such a nonsense company. It should be eradicated from the market. My tracking order was[protected]. I make sure people I know doesn't use their service ever.

I used trackon courier service from patna on 18 th of December for sending a courier to Chennai. It was suppose to reach Chennai on 21st of December 2015 but it didn't, moreover when I tried contacting the customer care services they were very rude, didn't entertain the callers and they would hang up the call even before you complete your sentence. I haven't seen so ruthless people as customer care representatives. And i will make sure that none of my friends and relatives use this service ever again, well its the worst one on planet. My friend from dehradun send me my marksheet and degree but they didnot deliver to me nor they called once. they are saying that your document is untraceble. docket no[protected]

I has been send one courier through Trackon Courier company on 12.12.2015. Its courier was very urgent for me for that they opted me for prime courier which will be reach next day as per courier agency for Mumbai. They taken Rs. 250/- for Mumbai for normal envelope aprox weight 50 gm. I ask them rate is very high, as per them for Mumbai you have to pay. They ensure me it will be delivered on Monday (14th dec 15) and given be POD no 4980243 of Prime Courier. When i track on Monday through Internet i surprised Courier already Delivered in Delhi on 01.12.2015. Hows it is possible i has been send courier on 12.12.2015 and delivered on 01.12.2015. They are misusing of Companies POD for 2-3 Customer and send courier through Normal track and made excess money of normal courier. In while time i was out of station and i visit the Courier Agency office on 18.12.2015 again i surprise, as per them courier is not delivered yet they need address confirmation . I has been provided my mobile Number to agency and Address of Deliver is One reputed Company which is very easy traceable hows it possible to packet not delivered. Due to Delay of Courier i has been lost good amount and delay of my payment. Kindly find enclosed Trackon Prime POD and Courier Agency Visting Card ( Indra Enterprises, Trackon COurier Pvt. MY NAME ROHIT JAIN Meri ek courier Pitampura Delhi se 9/12/2015 ko dispatch hui thi aaj 14/12/2015 ki date tak bhi mujhe receive nhi hui mene Meerut k branch manager Mr. Karan ko cll ki mjh koi responce nhi diya mera DOCKET NO.[protected]. Sir this is not just a grievance but more than that.This is a very serious matter. Matter of fraud. A lot of people have been victimized.The courier service called Trackon is big fraud company, they are playing with the customers, they are not providing their service at all.Moreover they don't answer if you call them, so called customer care, they are running their illegal business all over the country and their head office is in New Delhi,...

My courier id is[protected]... yesterday courier reached at banglore but still its not reached at my address...and she say by misplacing your product i cant conform or deliver at right time...
