So, My friend couriers me some important documents on a 'one day delivery' basis. He sent me this on monday, 18th of January and it was expected to be received on 19th and if you consider the Indian standards, lets say 19th January. I had no news of it till 23rd-24th, the customer care executives took their own sweet time to locate it .On 27th, I am asked to collect it by myself as the COURIER'S person's delivery boy fractured his leg .This was in Govind Nagar, Kanpur ( contact no. I went to collect the courier and he took his own time to locate it delirately, leering at me . He was so insolent and answered " Hum to apni marzi se hi kaam karte hai..1 day 2 day delivery kuch ni hota hamare lie" when I asked him, it was a 1 day delivery and least he could do was inform me atleast that my package has arrived .
He deliberately toyed with my Id saying, the lady in the driver's licence picture doesnt look like you ...when all the credentials were intact there. He deliberately tried to stall me refusing to give my package asking pointless questions.
I am really dissappointed to see TrackOn hires such mannerless people to deal with the customers.I wonder how do you guys manage to crack Corporate clients when this is your deliverable!Anyhow, I am never using the service again...I warn all of you out there not to use it!
