We are dispatched 10 kg. Material by trackon courier to deep pharma bhiwandi, thane on dated 28.01.2016, but party’s not receive courier till now,
Tracking show consignment not found.
We sent the material of 51102.00 rupees form trackon courier please go through on this matter as soon as possible, agent of company saying that
We have not any company policy to retain the record after 30 days, the courier witch we sent before this courier all are showing in tracking,
But we are unable to find this courier in tracking.
Please give your valuable response. Details are given below.

Sir, i book two document by trackon courior receipt no[protected],[protected] from agra on date 16/02/16 both. after four or five days complaints to him but not resolve till date. i complaints many time to him. he replies me that your documents lost by him. but my documents was very important. plz reply as soon as possible. sunil goyal agra [protected]

I sent courier throught trackon on 27th Feb 2016 from Bangalore to Punjab, Tracking No.[protected]. Its lost as admitted by the courier guy at Bangalore named Rajkumar.
it contained kids suits that my client ordered worth 3000/-
the courier guy took complete responsibility of the couriers he had sent before. now he is not even answering the calls.
This is highly irresponsible & unacceptable behavior.

They have received my consignment and kept with them and saying that they deliver only on Saturday. What the irritating reply. Very rude guys. really don't care of customers. Worst courier service ever.

My courier with tracking id[protected] from Bangalore was dispatched on 3rd March at the time of booking the courier they said will be delivered within 3days but the courier didn't reach within 6 days also
When complained nobody is taking the responsibility. All the people in the company are useless tried contacting headoffice but they are not capable enough to provide a quality service to customers. No manners of talking to people also, the think they can exists without customers.

My Docket number is[protected] consignment is booked at andheri on 3rd March 2016 and till date that is on 09 march 2016
Upon calling the [protected] number which was displayed against the tracking history tha answer was very rude and said contact to booking office as the delivery centre was unaware of the status.

I have had very bad experience with trackon courier. My order reached to the address but then they returned it to the senders address saying that the entry was not allowed without informing me or giving me a call.
After calling they said that it not our responsibility if they were not allowed and they dont call the person in any case. They behaved very rudely and cut the call in between the coversation.
Its been more than 20 days and there is no updated from them where my order is currently. Very bad service.

My tracking number is[protected].i am the receiver of the courier but its unfortunate to say that the product has still not been delivered even after 1 & half of being dispatched.i several times contacted their office in my locality, Anantnag(192101). I daily check the status about the courier and it shows last updated[protected] product dispatched to my nearest office.I several times contacted the customer care but i am not getting any proper resolution.now i want my parcel as soon as possible.please help me in resolve my issue.

I have sent a courier from Chennai to Amritsar. Its been 15 days still my courier has not reached which is very disappointing.When asked they are not providing genuine information. Whereas on site if I am tracking its showing courier has reached Amritsar .

Lost my parcel tracking number[protected], from muzaffarpur to Pune. Now they are saying that they do not have any information.

We would lodge the present com plaint of AWB No[protected] dated 26/02/2016 where about of which are not known even to the local officer of Track on till the time of writting of this mail.
The consignment of 500kgs through a road transport booked on 26/02/2016 on Bhiwandi has reached Jammu through Surface Transport Company like Amritsar Transport.
It is a matter of shame for Track on which is untraceable.
Please revert back with concrete reply or otherwise convey us your incompetency so that we take up this matter at the Association level.
Unfortunately our principles have booked another consignment under AWB No.[protected] on 29/02/2016. The fate of which will also be uncertain.

My consignment no is[protected] booked as on date 27/02/2016 at delhi office for das market, benipur, darbhanga bihar 847203 and after 4 days when i called compony darbhanga office then they says that we are not providing are service in that area and then i asked why you tell me today why dont you tell me when booked that courier then they says that is not my fault and same word ala said at patna office
so please solve this issue and stop this kind of froud.

My document has not reach to its destination and it was so arget . i had posted 6 days before to kota rajasthan the service was to slow when i went to centre they have no response. It was bad

My name is parul. On 8th february 2016, i had send parcel number[protected] from chandigarh to lt. K. S mahar, junior leader wing, the infantry school, belgaum, karnataka.
On 11th february the online update showed the current destination as bangalore. I called the head office bangalore on 13th february to ask about the whereabouts of my parcel. The girl on line told me it had reached hubli and even provided me with the concerned phone number. I called the guy in hubli, who told me that the courier is not with him. He even me number of bangalore store, who also had no idea about the consignment. After that i called the airport who had no clue about the same.
I even registered a complaint with delhi head office.
Inspite of calling multiple people multiple times for about 10 days, no satisfactory answer was provided.
Then the manager at hubli narender choudhary informed me that he tried delivering the consignment to the address for two times but due to it being a defense area, it was accepted by the security guards at infantry school, belgaum.
I asked him to deliver back my courier to chandigarh.
To which he agreed instantly.
Now today on 26th february 2016, i have been told about by the same person that they have lost the parcel. He told me to complain about him where ever i feel like.
The attitude was highly degraded, disrespectful and very shameful.

This is my humble request to take a strict action against this courier service and to compensate for my loss.
The courier consisted of gifts (Shirt, tie, cards, chocolates and key ring) worth rs. 4000
I need a satisfactory answer as soon as possible.
It caused a lot of mental agony to me.

Courier was dispatched on 22/02/2016 and not delivered yet infact they promised that it would be delivered any how by or before 24/02/2016 and now when i m contacting them they are not responding and my courier is most urgent

A courier was sent through Track on Courier services on 09 Feb, 2016. Their online tracker shows that the parcel was delivered to their Mumbai HO on 10 Feb, 2016.More than 15 days have passed however I have not received my courier. Worse still was my experiences with customer care services.
Please help me

I had booked a courier docket no[protected] for Gorakhpur but after a month ago it is yet not delivered. When I call them they give me complaint no 422354 and assured me that it will delivered after 17/2/16(delay reason is strike in Gorakhpur) but as on date it is still not delivered and when I call today they told me that address is not complete and when I ask about my packet they give me 3 number which are not working at all.

My parcel was not delivered on time... Tracking no. Trackon[protected]. From mumbai to goa. I was taken on 19.2.2016 and till date not delivered as it was the urgent one...In thier website it is showing in mumbai... My friend has send 2 parcels on same date. One is in goa and other is misplaced... I called margao office they said they didn't received... So i said to check wher it is... So he said we don't have pc.. If i don't receive by today evening... I vll be in, 50000 loss... As the times n conditions of my party delivery promise..
