On 11th february the online update showed the current destination as bangalore. I called the head office bangalore on 13th february to ask about the whereabouts of my parcel. The girl on line told me it had reached hubli and even provided me with the concerned...

A courier was sent through Track on Courier services on 09 Feb, 2016. Their online tracker shows that the parcel was delivered to their Mumbai HO on 10 Feb, 2016.More than 15 days have passed however I have not received my courier. Worse still was my experiences with customer care services.
Please help me...

I had booked a courier docket no[protected] for Gorakhpur but after a month ago it is yet not delivered. When I call them they give me complaint no 422354 and assured me that it will delivered after 17/2/16(delay reason is strike in Gorakhpur) but as on date it is still not delivered and when I call today they told me that address is not complete and when I ask about my packet they give me 3 number which are not working at all.

I was taken on 19.2.2016 and till date not delivered as it was the urgent one...In thier website it is showing in mumbai... My friend has send 2 parcels on same date. One is in goa and other is misplaced... I called margao office they said they didn't received... So i said to check wher it is... So he said we don't have pc.. If i don't receive by today...

So, My friend couriers me some important documents on a 'one day delivery' basis. He sent me this on monday, 18th of January and it was expected to be received on 19th and if you consider the Indian standards, lets say 19th January. A courier was sent from Trackon courier on 2nd Nov' 15 from Ludhiana to Dehradun but the same has not ben deliverd yet and when we tried to follow up with the local agency they just keep on telling that we have raised the issue but aciton is still not done and we are asked to wait again and again. If we sent a courier then it is definitely an important consignment desired to be delivered to destination. Further, if the delivery is not happening...

The parcel was containing two Cosco Badminton and a shuttle box worth Rs. 850. I request consumerComplaint Forum to mark a claim request as the packaging was done so flawlessly that there was no chance of breakage possible but still the product...

My supplier booked a courier on 25.11.2015, 30.11.2015, 23.12.2015, 16.12.2015 and 5.1.2016 but I received all those couriers on 21.1.2016. The very worst service ever I have seen. So please take relevant action on the concern agent...
