My name is parul. On 8th february 2016, i had send parcel number[protected] from chandigarh to lt. K. S mahar, junior leader wing, the infantry school, belgaum, karnataka.
On 11th february the online update showed the current destination as bangalore. I called the head office bangalore on 13th february to ask about the whereabouts of my parcel. The girl on line told me it had reached hubli and even provided me with the concerned phone number. I called the guy in hubli, who told me that the courier is not with him. He even me number of bangalore store, who also had no idea about the consignment. After that i called the airport who had no clue about the same.
I even registered a complaint with delhi head office.
Inspite of calling multiple people multiple times for about 10 days, no satisfactory answer was provided.
Then the manager at hubli narender choudhary informed me that he tried delivering the consignment to the address for two times but due to it being a defense area, it was accepted by the security guards at infantry school, belgaum.
I asked him to deliver back my courier to chandigarh.
To which he agreed instantly.
Now today on 26th february 2016, i have been told about by the same person that they have lost the parcel. He told me to complain about him where ever i feel like.
The attitude was highly degraded, disrespectful and very shameful.
This is my humble request to take a strict action against this courier service and to compensate for my loss.
The courier consisted of gifts (Shirt, tie, cards, chocolates and key ring) worth rs. 4000
I need a satisfactory answer as soon as possible.
It caused a lot of mental agony to me.
