Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Docket No. :[protected] Please refer below written tracking status of courier booked from Mathura on 6th August. I am afraid that same as not delivered till today, more than 7 days has been passed. Same is showing that reached Chakan on 8th. Kindly arrange to deliver the same today itself as it is having urgent documents.

I had couriered a letter on 27th July, from belapur for panvel, Sukhapur area. Courier boy accepted the courier from my office (maxval technologies) & gave me the receipt having docket no[protected]. this courier was delivered to mahape by there mistake on 30th july. since then it is with mahape branch. i am calling them from last 2 days, many times phone is busy &if the phone gets connected, then it is standard reply, we will check & call you back. Till date it is not been delivered, it has imp document in it.

This is to inform you that, I have send courier from Kalka on dated 22nd, July 2015 and destination is Gandhinagar, Gurarat. After a gap of 8 days my courier is back from where I have couriered as per online track record on Trackon Courier. When I contacted at[protected] one of the customer executive given another no. to talk i.e. [protected] and told me that due No. Service it is returned. I called on no. provided but not getting any satisfactory reply. This shows improper management. Plz help

20 days back I sent parcel to Surat. Docket no- Tracking no[protected]. But still not reached the destination. When asked about parcel I was informed that it was seized in airport, now they are telling me that it is misplaced. Who is responsible for this misplacement. I want either my parcel back which contains my customers dress or I want the dress money of 1600/- the cost of dress. This is heights of irresponsibility and rudeness.

Dear Sir / Madam, My father has sent a parcel to me on 12/07/2015 Gorakhpur (UP) to Gurgaon (Haryana) (AWB No[protected] but yet this parcel has not been delivered to me. I tried calling centers of Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Gurgaon and Delhi and out of hundreds of attempts I could talk to them only for 5-6 times. They don't have any answers why this has not been delivered as yet. My father has paid around 700 rupees and was assured by Trackon guys that they are going to deliver this parcel within 3 days. On tracking the parcel online on Trackon portal, it says Status of AWB No[protected] Not Updated. This is the same status for last 8 days. Please respond on priority. Dear Sir, I have sent harmless medicines against our Bill No. KHH-2015-16/030 DATED 06.07.2015 to our customer Green Pharma thiruthani branch through Trackon Courier bearing docket no.[protected] on dated 06.07.2015, after long time our customer received a call from courier peoples that material reached to kachipuram then our customer has gone to kanchipuram from Thiruthani and received the Goods, when he reached to his office and open the box then he found inside Solar Charge Controller instead of Medicines. Its the same box and address label which has sent by us but they changed the Packing, Tap. on address label we have put the Clear Tap but In Transit they have changed the tap, instead clear tap they have put brown tap. But In Trackon Courier some body has open the Box and they have change the things. Its very bad, now nobody is responding from Trackon Courier. Kindly take the legal action against them.

Today I called your trackon service provider at RAMNAGAR-[protected] uttrakhand ..and more than 15 times I called the same number but nobody is response my call .. After lots of serves someone pick my call .. I asked him about my courier. He told me that today I send the person to deliver, . Than I said that today 8th days has left why are you not delivered it on time. Suddenly he replied me .. jaa tu pehle consumer court main jaa tab uske bad dunga,
Bol tu kiya karega ..maine 3 din se apne frizer main rakhha hai ande de raha hai and paise de raha
Tuje jo krna hai kar le ..
Dubara phone mat dio .. wrna dekh lio..
Maine bola na tuje nai dunga tera courier .. tu jo ukhadna hai ukhadh le …
And also used abused languages, I can’t wrote this

Dear Sir, is this types you have provide us a courier facility, I really very shocked, when I listen this type of words a repotted courier company service person..
Now I request you to please take the legal action against with him otherwise we have no position for believe the trackon courier services..

Dear sir, the item with track number[protected] was despatched on 08/07/2015. I did not received the item so far. The track details also not having clear information. Kindly check the item from your end and dispatch the item at the earliest. Item is booked on 08/07/15, there are 2 weeks are passed.

Docket no.[protected] dated 11 july 2015 from stable healthcare panchkula chandigarh to narain drug agency moh santpur dwijesh marg near telephone colony basti u.p. 272002 mob.[protected] till now not received. However while tacking it is reached to basti on 13 july.pl.deliver it as early as possible.

I have sent a corier from bareilly to delhi on 7th july 2015(docket no[protected] but it has not yet reached the destination.The delhi address to where the courier was sent is crl diagnostics pvt.Ltd, c/o trackon courier, rajendra palace, new delhi-11008.The bareilly person is saying it has reached the headquarter of delhi but the person at delhi is saying it has not yet reached delhi.Kindly help me to trace my courier as it is urgent.

a parcel was booked on 8.7.15 still not recieved on 16.7.15 from panipat ( haryana ) to gondia ( maharastra ) which is missing from the day its booked. i.e cant traced on internet service provide by courier company... the doket no. is[protected].. there is no response from courier company... thanks n regards raminder singh [protected]

Parcel not yet deleverd We have send 1 parcel from Hajipur to kolkatq on 7.7.15 vide docket no[protected] but till this time the same is not delivered. Yesterday morning i have talk to one of responsible employ of Trackon courier whose mob no is [protected] & requested to please inquire the status & confirm, he informed over phone that the parcel is in BELGHORIA & by evening the same will be delevered but i m very sorroy to say that employ is very complacent & irresponsible employ who has given wrong information to me. Now once again we called to him to know the status & he is telling that my parcel is in BELGHORIA now he is telling that today surley parcel is dilevered by evening. Hello!! POD NO :[protected] Have couriered up the stuffs from coimbatore to kadappa on 23.06 2015 But still now customer not received the stuff. In tracking status same is in anantapur Hyderabad, but if we call up the person he is saying stuffs is not in his hand... I have send my urgent document from Delhi to Dehradun. I have called the customer care they filed a complain but till date no courier is received at place. My courier number is[protected] and it was send from Delhi to Dehradun Address. It has been more than 5 days the courier is not yet received. I request to take strict action against this Courier Service and suggestion to other people never use their service you may end up using your valuable things or urgent documents

My parcel with AWB number [protected] has reached bangalore on 27th June via trackon courier. But it has not been delivered to me, I have tried calling trackon bangalore office all the numbers mentioned in their website but either the number is always busy or no picks up the call. I emailed them 3 times, then I got I response it will be delivered. Till now noone has contacted me its been 8 days my courier has reached the city and lying in their office.

sirr i send a courier with trackoncoueier kaithal, haryana to amazon seller services pvt ltd A43, ground floor, mohan cooprative industrial estate, Main mathura road, south delhi new delhi-110044 awb no.[protected] samsung galaxy s4, rs. 18000 somedays courier is back on courier branch i collect my courier and i go home & i open the box i am shocked my mobile phone is not present in the box only charger & bettery & instruction papers the mobile is not in box i contect on booking branch in kaithal he tell us i[censored] have send any mobile phone in courier a mobile insurance is compalsary & don, t any help in this case and i go home i contect the head office on trackon courier same response on head office ...please resolv me complaint

I have send a courier through trackon on[protected] from Delhi to Mumbai ( having doc no[protected] but i don't know why it is not delivered last 11 days . When i tried to contect his delhi office customer service many time he not response proper . not pick call his call centre no[protected], not response properly Please respond on priority as this courier contain some important . It was my bad luck that I choose world's worst courier service TrackOn Courier. I made the courier on 19th June 2015. As per their website tracking it reached to Mumbai Hub on 20th June 2015. till 23 I was keep checking on daily basis and no update in tracking also non of their Mumbai number mentioned on their website was reachable. I sent email also but no reply till date. By chance on 24th June, I got connected with their Pune number after 7-8 attempts and the lady said it will be delivered by next day. i.e. 25th June. When I call on 25th June morning she said it has already delivered and gave me mobile number of delivery boy, but she actually lied. Today when I call to delivery boy... he said it will be delivered in 2-3 hours. What a joke they are... crap service and customer support. I am very disappointed, Please please do not ever use world's worst courier service, wish everyone there get a big slap on their ugly face.
