Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I have submitted courier to one of the store of Trackon also i requested them to deliver it within 7 days they assured me to deliver it within 5 days now as they didnt delivered it on time i asked them to send my courier back .its already been more than 24 days and no one is helping me.Customer care says daily that we dont know where the courier is. These guys have lost my courier and now i am helpless as it contain my original marksheet.Please help also check the attach screenshot which shows how badly they update the status in website. awb number[protected]

We got a courier from Abohar, Punjab sender, Neeru Gandhi ph. [protected] sent to Mamta Sachdeva, Address, Sai nagar thane: Tracking No[protected] packed in pink colour plastic bag. The bag contained books and one Arrow Brand Shirt. the original weight was 2 kg 400 gm, but when we received it, it has only 1 kg 900 gm weight. The shirt inside is missing the pack was open as well. The delivery address was mentioned properly and I still have the bag with me. Usually we sign when they hand over the pack and we check latter on, the same we did. the cost of the price is 2400, . I talked to the cutomer care of trackon but they are not ready to listen anything.

Hi, we are from FINE LEATHER IMPEX, we regularly use your service in all our near branch, and from few months we use to despatch shoes regularly to all over india from CHENNAI PERIMAET, 600 003 branch office, last Saturday on[protected] we courier shoes to Mumbai clients and your person Mr. Vinoth kumar picked up the parcel and 1500 Rupees from me as every time he used to send me the consignment number. but for our last parcel to Mumbai he took 3 leather shoes from us and 1500 Rupees too., till now we don't no where is the shoes and we don't have consignment number too. i called your person 100 times he dint picked up the call and also lady in your office saying some useless reason, and now from 4 days your branch is closed. your person contact no is [protected] (vinoth kumar). please take some serious action. we have been facing a lots of problem from our clients and all our shoes are lying in our factory. Dear Sir, I have booked a consignment on 17th September 2015 from darbhanga bihar. the consignment no is[protected]. when i checked to website it shows that this is booked on 23rd september 2015.The proof is attached for your persual. After 15days this consignment is reached in dombivali ie 01st october 2015. Today i received call from mr. savant [protected] at 6 pm to collect this consignment from MIDC. He is not able to deliver to my postal address. My first question is if you are not deliver to doorstep why you are booking any shipment. Second question is you are receiving money to deliver to doorstep, so why i collect from your office. third you are a courrier company then why it take more than 15days to reached to destination within India.

I sent my documents and a key from this company from Kurukshetra to Pune Even after 40 days parcel had not arrived. I called the company 30 times at last they told me they have lost it. Saying "complaint wherever you want" Parcel no. Was[protected] Those were very confidential and important documents and key was of my locker. Please I want compensation for my lost Documents which were very important to my job. Also I changed the locker which costed me even more Kindly help me

Hi, We are online seller and send parcels to buyers through courier services. We had sent some of couriers through Trackon Couriers Ltd. I had given 7 parcels on differnt dates for August month for which tracking was not there at their website. Trackon is also not able to trace those parcels as they told me. Trackon claim to make it deliver in 2-3 days but now monre than 1 month has been passed but no result. Now I need to have those parcels back with shipping charges and loss due to undelivery of goods. It is creditibility through which any seller work. Now they are not able to trace those parcels then I need cost of that product also. Its really disgusting and unreliable courier service i have ever seen they don't even respond properly. most of the time their nos. are busy if someone picks up they will repeatedely ask the docket number, after saying they will tell we will be sending today but till date i have not received my parcel. the parcel was sent on 21st of september 2015 and today it is 30th but no delivery and they don't even care to speak. my earnest request that only complaining does'nt solve this problems there should be some governing body so that strict action can be taken against them.

Hi, i have send a courier to naigaon through trackon courier service on 10 th september 2015 vide POD no:[protected], which was not delivered to the recipient & when i ask the couries services he said that the same is delivered to the recipient & he is having the acknowledgment of DHFL Bank seal, which i asked him to mail me or give me the hard copy, but today on 23rd september 2015, he is saying that it is not delivered due to no service area & he is asking me to collect the document. This is something which is very unprofessional & Because of which i have suffered both money loss & mental harassment.. I Request you to kindly cancel their license.

My courier no is[protected] and was sent on 24/8/15 from delhi to mumbai only 1 parcel was delivered and the other parcel is missing .Inspite of numerous complaints to 10 different people all i have been told is that its not traceable.Most pathetic service..if no resolution or call back is not given in a days time i will file a case against the company.PL LOOK INTO IT AND REVERT BACK ON THIS ISSUE ASAP.

My brother mailed me some important documents concerned with my college formalities by trackon on sept 02. According to track status it arrived in goa on 04 sept. My college is near Vasco, BITS pilani goa campus. But the courier has not been delivered to me. They are not responding to my mail and none of give mobile numbers in track page are working.

Respected Sir given consignment is booked on 28/82015 on Solan H.P branch Whose status is not Update after 30/8/2015. Consignment no[protected], Sir regularly I had mail or call for the same but no any confirm status had given by you, this parcel value is approximate 4650 rs plz do the needful action for the same

Doc. No.[protected] has not been delivered till now while the status is showing the parcel already reached to Jahangirpuri( TRACKON LOCAL HUB) on 8 Sep on 10:29AM while local distance less than 2 Km for delivery point. When I called to JAHANGIRPURI-[protected] he was did misbehave/loose talking with us. I want to complaint for him he is not good person for this profession. Please do the needful. Hi Team, I sent a Courier#[protected] on 17th August 2015, however it has not been delivered yet. I mentioned the address clearly on envelope, however they are saying that "ADDRESS NOT FOUND". I had sent various courier at the same address in the past as well, but it has never happened, so I don't know why they have not delivered the courier this time. Docket No.[protected] from VNS to Delhi. Status is showing is is at Okhla Hub on 13th Aug. 2015. But till date it is not delivered. Sir, I am in big loss and finally writing to you. you are the last hope. please help me if you are not a part of that system and if a good listener. Please help me to get this issue resolved and take necessary action on them because there are thousands of complaints against them.

My friend had sent an important consignment to me from Ludhiana (Punjab) to Bangalore. The courier was sent on[protected]. Today is[protected], and I have still not received my courier and there is no update on my tracking status. AWB No. is[protected]. I tried calling all customer care numbers and directly contacted the Delhi office but no one is taking responsibility and is just hanging up the call. My contact number is [protected]. I am going to file both a consumer complaint and a police case against the company.

The Parcel was shipped from Ludhiana on 19th august 2015 buy surface route and had reached to Mumbai in one week approx. Today is 1st Sept 2015 and still no replies instead of making calls and sending them emails they even dont reply to emails and when i called them they say shipment still not reached mumbai. its 18 days till today and they are giving lame excuses that it will tomorow how much shall i wait? This is to report to you my very poor experience with the trackon courier service. I recently couriered a package from Delhi for Manipal vide number[protected]. Not only was my package not delivered by when I called the staff at Uddipi where the package had reached the next day, they had the gumption to rudely tell me that someone best come and pick up the package as they couldnt be bothered to deliver it. I have sworn to never Use this horrid service anymore. Terrible service and ridiculously rude staff.

I had send a parcel to lucknow through trackon from south delhi malviya nagar, , the parcel contains rakhis and chocolates for my brothers, i had send it on 18th august 2015 and now it's 28th august 2015 it is not delivered yet and today when i checked status online i came to know that my parcel has damaged on the way.. I cried a lot after hearing this and i am very disappointed with it.. Because it's my first year when i am not at home with my family members and my rakhi is also not there with them.. I just want to know that do you people don't have any responsibility regarding our valuablr items, we sends our emotions and trust with our items .. I booked my consignment no.[protected]. The consignment consisted of Railway Parcel Challan. The Franchisee took my consignment on 3:30 PM at 21st of august and promised that he will make it deliver by 22nd. The franchisee asked me for Rs. 185 as the courier charge. Since I was in need, I gave him Rs. 185 for that 10 gm consignment. On 22nd of august I tried to track the consignment and found that the courier was not even booked. Further, I called the franchisee office located in Hajipur where they instructed me to contact their regional office located in Patna. After calling patna office, I got to know that the consignment has not been booked yet and will be delivered by monday evening. Fade up with the service, I asked them to return my consignment. The franchisee returned me the document at 4 PM on 22nd of august, but refused to return the courier charge. It is due to this pathetic service of Trackon, I am incurring 500 bucks of daily penalty from the railway parcel service. pathetic service, churned franchisee. They charged me 185 rupees for delivering one page document from patna to ranchi and that also in 5 days. I am enclosing the picture of the receipt given by them. All cheats and liers.
