No delivery Have send courier from ahmedabad, mumbai on 30.10.2015 and today is 05.11.2015 still the courier is not delivered, since yesterday i am calling ahmedabad office no proper response they said person has left for deliver yesterday at 3.00 and still they have not reached the destinatin, even if a person crwls and come they should have reached by this time. System shows out for deliver on 05.11.2015, it take 2 days for the courier to come from mumbai to ahmedabad and from they are taking three days to deliver, Worst service. Tracking no :[protected]

The docket no[protected] was sent from my Pune office to my Bangalore address on the 30th of November 2015 and I still have not received the same.. They landline numbers that they have provided there is no response from that at all.. It just keep saying that its busy... They don't have the courtesy to respond and they are the worst courier company. We need to do something to stop this type of irresponsibility to the consumer's

My father has sent me some documents from city-gaya through trackon couriers company on 20 august. Its tracking number is[protected]. Is has to be delivered in dehradun. It is showing that shipment has reached dehradun on 28 august.. But till now i did not received my courier. No any contact no. Is working which is given in courier website. So please take some strict action towards this. It contains some important documents.

I have ordered bed set vide order id:[protected] having bedsheet, pillow covers and ac comforter for rs.2299. Oo and also i paid rs.99.07 for shipping and delivery charges. The courier did not give the packet in the address and telephoned to me to collect from their office at sahidnagar. I went and spent rs.540.00 for taxi fare.

It is not expected from reputed amazon. Please blacklist courier and compensate my extra charges.

This is with reference to the above subject and i record with deep regret that on my enquiry with the recipient it was given to inform that the said document have not been delivered by you. It is surprising that the recipient is located at and was couriered from your branch from mumbai but although 3 months have passed you have not bothered to inform me nor you have taken any step to deliver the document.

To take care of all customer requirement and applied accordingly.) the document was to be delivered on urgent basis on datead 07/10/2015 to umar ali r/o old chana pora lona mohalla sirnagar, kashmir but it is not being yet received you have thus put me into great financial loss which i hold you responsible.

I hereby claim upon you to compensate the losses suffered and mental agony i have suffered within 8 days from the date hereof, failing which i shall take up the matter with the consumer forum for ventilating my grievance and seeking relief which please note on the grounds of deficiency in service.

Please find attached the receipt of the courier done from Aligarh on 19th of October. This courier has still not reached the mentioned address at D3/3405, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. When I try to track it online, it shows me a date in year 2019 and when I try calling Delhi customer care no one picks the call. My uncle submitted the courier at samastipur, bihar with curior no[protected]. and today is 21/10/2015 ...3 days i have an emergency for that parcel .and parcel cant be tracked.it means it do not reached to patna, bihar.i want that curior at ankleshwar, gujarat(393010).i thought it will reach within 3 days and i think parcel is now also in bihar.how can it reach to me within time it make ma a great loss.i dont know what to do know. hoping positive responce Aman Kumar Thakur [protected]

This is regarding a complaint of my missing certificate which i was suppose to get via paid service of Trackon. Consignment number is[protected]. It would have been better to get this by Post instead of courier from Trackon. Got to know that one of my educational certificate is missing when i checked the status online which says it has been delivered. Called the Rajouri Garden office and when someone picked up the phone named Bablu. He told me that it has been delivered and i signed it while receiving. After some time that delivery boy came to my place sayig he received a call fron office it was his mistake when he did throw the envelope on ground floor assuming someone will pick it. No one is there on ground floor during those days. When i called the office again - i was told by Bablu that he cannot do anything and he was least bothered. He can send the delivery boy again to search at your place and disconnected the call. Is this what a courier service i should be getting where delivery boy is not delivering the parcel and signing on receiver's behalf which is a crime. Also post paying for delivery - not getting the product. Disgusting..

I have submitted courier to one of the store of Trackon also i requested them to deliver it within 7 days they assured me to deliver it within 5 days now as they didnt delivered it on time i asked them to send my courier back .its already been more than 24 days and no one is helping me.Customer care says daily that we dont know where the courier is. These guys have lost my courier and now i am helpless as it contain my original marksheet.Please help also check the attach screenshot which shows how badly they update the status in website. awb number[protected]

We got a courier from Abohar, Punjab sender, Neeru Gandhi ph. [protected] sent to Mamta Sachdeva, Address, Sai nagar thane: Tracking No[protected] packed in pink colour plastic bag. The bag contained books and one Arrow Brand Shirt. the original weight was 2 kg 400 gm, but when we received it, it has only 1 kg 900 gm weight. The shirt inside is missing the pack was open as well. The delivery address was mentioned properly and I still have the bag with me. Usually we sign when they hand over the pack and we check latter on, the same we did. the cost of the price is 2400, . I talked to the cutomer care of trackon but they are not ready to listen anything.

Dear Sir, I have booked a consignment on 17th September 2015 from darbhanga bihar. the consignment no is[protected]. when i checked to website it shows that this is booked on 23rd september 2015.The proof is attached for your persual. After 15days this consignment is reached in dombivali ie 01st october 2015. Today i received call from mr. savant [protected] at 6 pm to collect this consignment from MIDC. He is not able to deliver to my postal address. My first question is if you are not deliver to doorstep why you are booking any shipment. Second question is you are receiving money to deliver to doorstep, so why i collect from your office. third you are a courrier company then why it take more than 15days to reached to destination within India.

I sent my documents and a key from this company from Kurukshetra to Pune Even after 40 days parcel had not arrived. I called the company 30 times at last they told me they have lost it. Saying "complaint wherever you want" Parcel no. Was[protected] Those were very confidential and important documents and key was of my locker. Hi, We are online seller and send parcels to buyers through courier services. We had sent some of couriers through Trackon Couriers Ltd. I had given 7 parcels on differnt dates for August month for which tracking was not there at their website. Trackon is also not able to trace those parcels as they told me. Trackon claim to make it deliver in 2-3 days but now monre than 1 month has been passed but no result. Now I need to have those parcels back with shipping charges and loss due to undelivery of goods. It is creditibility through which any seller work. Now they are not able to trace those parcels then I need cost of that product also. Its really disgusting and unreliable courier service i have ever seen they don't even respond properly. most of the time their nos. are busy if someone picks up they will repeatedely ask the docket number, after saying they will tell we will be sending today but till date i have not received my parcel. the parcel was sent on 21st of september 2015 and today it is 30th but no delivery and they don't even care to speak. my earnest request that only complaining does'nt solve this problems there should be some governing body so that strict action can be taken against them.

Hi, i have send a courier to naigaon through trackon courier service on 10 th september 2015 vide POD no:[protected], which was not delivered to the recipient & when i ask the couries services he said that the same is delivered to the recipient & he is having the acknowledgment of DHFL Bank seal, which i asked him to mail me or give me the hard copy, but today on 23rd september 2015, he is saying that it is not delivered due to no service area & he is asking me to collect the document. This is something which is very unprofessional & Because of which i have suffered both money loss & mental harassment.. I Request you to kindly cancel their license.

My courier no is[protected] and was sent on 24/8/15 from delhi to mumbai only 1 parcel was delivered and the other parcel is missing .Inspite of numerous complaints to 10 different people all i have been told is that its not traceable.Most pathetic service..if no resolution or call back is not given in a days time i will file a case against the company.PL LOOK INTO IT AND REVERT BACK ON THIS ISSUE ASAP.

My brother mailed me some important documents concerned with my college formalities by trackon on sept 02. According to track status it arrived in goa on 04 sept. My college is near Vasco, BITS pilani goa campus. But the courier has not been delivered to me. They are not responding to my mail and none of give mobile numbers in track page are working.

Respected Sir given consignment is booked on 28/82015 on Solan H.P branch Whose status is not Update after 30/8/2015. Consignment no[protected], Sir regularly I had mail or call for the same but no any confirm status had given by you, this parcel value is approximate 4650 rs plz do the needful action for the same
