I booked my courier from katihar to Delhi on 17th of June 2015 having docket no.[protected] & I receive the Box on 23rd June 2015. The Very Poor Service of Trackon Courier & also have misplace or stolen some of the Products from inside the box. & Box was receive in open condition. Its shows what type of character pf people have one who is working with the company. Very Very Characterless People.

i have sent my Gaming Steering Wheel (joystick) to mumbai by trackon courier service on 13th june 2015, it took 9 days to deliver my courier to the person i have sold it, yesterday on 22nd june the courier was delivered & my Gaming Steering Wheel was totally broken & ripped into pieces, the courier charge was 600 & my Gaming Steering Wheel price was 2500, as there is no mistake or fault done by me, i want a total refund of 3100 rupees, , ,

I sent an ITEM by trackon on 13.06.2015.. but no new updates... NO response from courier office (kolkata, mumbai)... I dnt know about this courier ... but this is most 3rd class courier .. NO help, no service .. today is 21.6.1.2015 but no delivery!!! India has just bad services ever... PLZ INDIA change YOUR SYSTEM

computer show material deliver but all person say's talk to other person last 3days i am talk to different-def rent person no response to company person to inform me to which location for material. very very poor service. i don't know why he promise to deliver with in 4or5 day's.

I sent an important and urgent document to my company on 11th June 2015 which need to deliver at destination at right time my tracking number is :[protected] as i need to settle everything with the company. The courier shopkeeper told me that it will be deliver within 3 to 4 days but till now its not reached to destination. I tried to call its customer care but nobody is picking my call. Now its the time to file a FIR against this company as they don't know with whom they messed up. I will force this company to shut down and will take my revenge now. I need immediate deliver within 1 days otherwise their bad time will start as its more than 6 days and the courier didn't deliver.

i send a parcel from delhi to chamba himachal on[protected] docet no[protected] but not received till today online tracking show at pathankot on[protected] but they r not forword this contact no showen on site switched off or wrong no why your dealer make public foolish by given those no which is not in use and where is problem chamba himachal dealer of trackon corier says parcel not comes at pathankot so please tell me who lies online system or pathankot office

I have never seen such an irresponsible staff.If you call at the service center first time it will ring and after that it will be busy forever and they will never receive it. They will sent back your courier without even calling you once if there is something they are not able to understand(Like address).To add on delivery staff shows attitude as if they are the whole sole owners of some MNC and they are doing some favor on you. Please never send your courier with this service!!!

There was some documents shipment made from Jalandhar to Hyderabad on 28th May 2015. Courier Ref No is[protected] . Its now a more than 10 days and still I have not received my courier. Online tracking system is showing the Courier is out for delivery since 5th June 2015 11:06 AM

A courier was sent from Jalandhar to Hyderabad on 28 May 2015. Today it is 9th June 2015 and still I have not received my courier. Docket Id[protected] More Info : 15th June and still no updates. I tried calling there customer care numbers, but no update on those numbers also.

My consignment which was meant to be delivered next day tracking no.[protected] has not been delivered yet. It was send on 23.05.2015. I want an urgent action.I expect a call back from the courier company. What are they doing sat in the office. Can't even answer the calls.

hi, This is to inform you that i couriered artificial jewellery from Trackon courier from Mumabi to Delhi, the total cost of the jewels of the cost was around 30, 000 out that jewellery worth 10, 000 gone missing resulting in a loss for me. The courier person mumbai has washed his hands from the consignment, very disgraceful on the part of trackon courier. Not going to recommend this courier to anyone. Thanks Shama [protected]

Hi, My Courier Tracking number :[protected]Dated: 09/05/2015), unable to track online. It is containing Important Company ID card. When asked at the Miyapur Trackon branch(Manikanta Enterprises), they are saying it is handover to Secunderabad main office. When asked the information at Seunderabad main office, they are not giving any info, The customer care at Office simply saying the accounts department employee is on leave from 1st May 2015, then unable to get the information. My question here is it reached the Secunderabad Main office or not, for this no one is answering. Irresponsible Service from this Courier, Please take the action against it, I will give you full details and information if required.

The Consignment Number:[protected] date: 11-Apr-2015 did not reach the destination. I have called up your call center and there is no proper response. My self vinay jha, i send one document trough trackon courier from indore to mumbai on 25 april 2015. my consinment number is[protected], to the name of Bipin pandey. this document is still not delivered and courier guy saying that document got delivered. but they are not ready to give me any kind of delivery report. that document was very much important for me and i don't know where is document gone. so please register my complain againest TRACKON COURIER and look forward. Dear Trackon Please find enclosed courier receipt of Rs 500 which is paid by us. Dear customer complain zone, I was booked my consignment on 21/04/2015 from jaipur to kancheepuram (Tamilnadu), docket number is[protected].It should be delivered between 3 or 4 days but consignment received at kancheepuram on 30/04/2015 3:00 O'clock means 9 days delayed .It is very delayed serviese. According to the status updated the last deliver was in Burdwan on 26/03/2015 time 17:22. I call the burdwan courier to ask them about my package but they aremaking me confusing and not paying any heed to it. I request you to search my Package as soon as possible and deliver me.Its quite urgent If I don't get my package within 8 days then i will take strict step against ur courier . PLS find out because it is for a Cancer patient and it is a very important medical appliance and needed urgently for patient treatment .

Is it I am the one who is tracking here or these guys should be doing this.

I sent a courier to rewa (M.P.) On 11th February 2015, even after 20 days from the date when I sent the courier the courier didn't reach the destination. When I started tracking then one of the items reached the destination. Just to brief on the details " I sent Artistry skin refinishing lotion from Amway and artistry essentials balancing cleanser from Amway. While giving it for courier, the person at the courier office did the packaging he sealed both the items with tape, which can not be opened up without a sharp thing." When the item was received at the destination package was opened and only one item was received that is the artistry essentials balancing cleanser. I went to the courier office and gave them a written complaint. After Calling them for many days they replied back saying " Some delivery boys will be like that we cant keep on checking who is the delivery boy, our manager says we can only pay you 500 bucks as per the cost of the courier, we don't pay for the item lost we can't help it" I even called up the customer care through the number available on site[protected] they again took the complaint, but no response from them. This is the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. They lost my item and they have a very bad attitude. Please never use this courier service.
