Hi, My Courier Tracking number :[protected]Dated: 09/05/2015), unable to track online. It is containing Important Company ID card. When asked at the Miyapur Trackon branch(Manikanta Enterprises), they are saying it is handover to Secunderabad main office. When asked the information at Seunderabad main office, they are not giving any info, The customer care at Office simply saying the accounts department employee is on leave from 1st May 2015, then unable to get the information. My question here is it reached the Secunderabad Main office or not, for this no one is answering. Irresponsible Service from this Courier, Please take the action against it, I will give you full details and information if required.

      My self vinay jha, i send one document trough trackon courier from indore to mumbai on 25 april 2015. my consinment number is[protected], to the name of Bipin pandey. this document is still not delivered and courier guy saying that document got delivered. but they are not ready to give me any kind of delivery report. that document was very much important for me and i don't know where is document gone. so please register my complain againest TRACKON COURIER and look forward.           Dear customer complain zone, I was booked my consignment on 21/04/2015 from jaipur to kancheepuram (Tamilnadu), docket number is[protected].It should be delivered between 3 or 4 days but consignment received at kancheepuram on 30/04/2015 3:00 O'clock means 9 days delayed .It is very delayed serviese.             Dear sir, My Trackon courier package number[protected] has not been delivered in my address"R.K. Das, Dept. Of Odia Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, pin731235". According to the status updated the last deliver was in Burdwan on 26/03/2015 time 17:22. I call the burdwan courier to ask them about my package but they aremaking me confusing and not paying any heed to it. I request you to search my Package as soon as possible and deliver me.Its quite urgent If I don't get my package within 8 days then i will take strict step against ur courier . PLS find out because it is for a Cancer patient and it is a very important medical appliance and needed urgently for patient treatment .

A101 & A102, 1st and 2nd Floor, Cyberpark, Electronic City Phase I, Begur Hobli. Bangalore Karnataka 560100 Date Of Booking: 14/04/2015 It's been almost a week since this item has been booked and I have not yet received it. It was specifically told that package contains medicine which will get bad and therefore, need to delivered ASAP. But it seems like there is no much concern about it. I called at Domlur branch number [protected] they asked me to call madiwala branch[protected]. After calling madiwala branch they gave me one more number [protected] to call. Is it I am the one who is tracking here or these guys should be doing this.

                  I sent a courier to rewa (M.P.) On 11th February 2015, even after 20 days from the date when I sent the courier the courier didn't reach the destination. When I started tracking then one of the items reached the destination. Just to brief on the details " I sent Artistry skin refinishing lotion from Amway and artistry essentials balancing cleanser from Amway. While giving it for courier, the person at the courier office did the packaging he sealed both the items with tape, which can not be opened up without a sharp thing." When the item was received at the destination package was opened and only one item was received that is the artistry essentials balancing cleanser. I went to the courier office and gave them a written complaint. After Calling them for many days they replied back saying " Some delivery boys will be like that we cant keep on checking who is the delivery boy, our manager says we can only pay you 500 bucks as per the cost of the courier, we don't pay for the item lost we can't help it" I even called up the customer care through the number available on site[protected] they again took the complaint, but no response from them. This is the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. They lost my item and they have a very bad attitude. Please never use this courier service.

                          We are Lot More Pained using Your Service, Track on Number[protected], We have sent parcel on 20th April, from Bangalore to Mumbai with All the Documents With E Sugam for the same, We waited seven days later our Mumbai Person Contacted Your People they are telling Not Having Valid Document and so they are not Delivered, 1. How come with out Valid document Parcel taken from us 2. How come the same is sent to Mumbai with out valid document, 3. Keeping Our Parcel with out informing, 4.                           As discussed with you a little while ago, this is to bring into your
                          notice the pathetic service from Bangalore location.

                          I have called all offices - Mumbai, Bangalore and Bangalore Madiwala
                          offices, no one is picking up any phones. Even I called Mobile No.
                          [protected] and Mr. Ramu Mobile No. [protected] but they are talking in
                          a very bad manner. I am getting replies that we do not have time to
                          deliver this material at Pine Code 560083, when we have time we will
                          deliver the same at your your location. I am getting reply from Mobile
                          No. [protected] that we do not service this area in Bangalore and the
                          shipment will be send back to Mumbai. You can go and complaint to whom
                          so ever you want to complaint at Track On. We are not responsible for
                          delivering every shipment."

                          I need this material to be delivered today itself as it has been lying
                          at your Madiwala Bangalore office for the last two days and what I am
                          getting is pathetic replies and excuses. There is no mistake in the
                          address and I receive all my letters, courior etc., on the same
                          address.

                            My supplier sent the parcel on 25.03.2015. As per tracking, parcel received on 27.03.2015 at Tirupur. But they are taking out for delivery on 01.04.2015 today. Is it the way of working system in trackon courier.? Now a days for foreign despatch also it takes only 3 to 5 working days to dispatch the material. But is it required 8 days to deliver the parcel inside India? I called the person Trackon courier he told me that " this courier like this only, wanna if you book otherwise don't book". Completely woworking system not sasatisfied. Due to delay in delivery, I loose my business. I need immediate answer for this.

And your executive sitting there confirmed it, but even after three days it was not dispatched from your office to my given address.                                 My Courier for Envelop Docket no.[protected] I have Track on Your web.site is Delivered to Kota Rajasthan on 27 march 2015 I made contact to Kota Office they refused to Deliver the post today told rudely that we do not have Regular Service to your Address My Address is KAMA;L PHARMA SHRI MOHAN KUNJ RANG PUR ROAD KOTA JN.( RAJASTHAN) Even from Kota Jn. they Daily collect the Post from there Junction Dealer and this area is not outer area I use to send the post regularly through Trackon Courier to Chandigarh as already post after delivered to Kota Office on 27 march 2015 is three days delayed and I am getting negative behaviour.

                                    Sir, On 19.3.2015 I delivered an envelope containing very important documents to be urgently delivered to the addressee Kavita Lalchandani, Principal, G.J. Advani Law College, Bandra, Mumbai to your agent Manoj, Laxmi Stationers, Agarwal Farm, Mansarovar, Jaipur. At the time of the delivery of the envelope to your said agent Manoj, I was told that Rs. 25/- will be charged and the envelope will be delivered within three days and in case I want to seek urgent and assured delivery on the next day, the charges would be Rs. 50/-. I paid him Rs. 50/- and told your agent in very clear terms that the envelope contains important original documents to be urgently delivered to the addressee next day and in no case, the documents be allowed to be lost, which he accepted. It is very surprising that the said envelope has not been delivered to the addressee till date. I made a complaint to the said agent on 25.3.2015 but he is also not cooperating and avoiding his responsibility. I tried to contact your Jaipur and Delhi office on mobile yesterday i.e. on 26.3.2015, but no one attended even. Addressee Kavita Lalchandani also contacted your Mumbai office several times on 26.3.2015 but did not get any positive response. Please look into the matter urgently and ensure the delivery of the envelope to the addressee without any further delay, else I will have no other choice but to take all legal actions, including civil and criminal prosecution, against the agent Manoj and your company, for which you people will be responsible.                                       Hi, one of my relative sent an important (Medical) document through Trackon Courier for in Home Delivery but I did not receive call for many days even it was received by Sarita Vihar new delhi branch on 18 march, so I called on 20th March at 3 o clock so they said they will deliver by the late evening, so I requested that I leave for the office by 3 pm, so send it either before 3 pm or any time on sunday, so they did not agree and send kindly come and receive from the branch, I agreed as I needed that document so I asked to keep that document for 5 days and i will come and pick it up. I called back again on 25th March 2015, but no but Mr Mukesh Kumar Phone Number ([protected]) who was handling this did not receive the phone I called back again on 26th march at 12.30 pm, So Mr Mukesh Kumar answered and said he is not at the branch and will reach in 30 minutes and will inform if he still has that courier or has returned it back, I informed that I am ready to come to Branch before 3 pm so kindly take it as priority as i will leave for the office then, and I waited for 1 hour and called back again, around 1.30 pm but Mr Mukesh said still on the way and will reach in 15 Min and he will call me back once he reaches, , I waited his call till 3 but he did not call back so I had left for the office but I called again Mr Mukesh said he is in the office and I can come to receive, so I asked that I have left for the office and for last two days I have been waiting to pick up my courier and now I am busy from tomorrow so kindly deliver it at home, Mr Mukesh refused and said He does not have innuf staffing and he can not deliver it at home I will have to go their and need to pick it up, So I said that you have been paid for InHome delivery, so Mr Mukesh said you promise to come and if you don't come I am sending it back, So my complaint is that I paid for In home Service but I was refused, Mr Mukesh was very unprofessional and rude and troubled me, Wasted my lots of time, I expect an action against Mr Mukesh and expect My document to be delivered at my home soon which I paid for. or I deserve a compunsation.                                         I have not got the check which couriered by my company, its very imported check for my company because its PT tax check of all employees. i couldn't got from 16.02.2015 to till date 22.03.2015. My docate No. of courier is[protected]
