We are Lot More Pained using Your Service, Track on Number[protected], We have sent parcel on 20th April, from Bangalore to Mumbai with All the Documents With E Sugam for the same, We waited seven days later our Mumbai Person Contacted Your People they are telling Not Having Valid Document and so they are not Delivered,
1. How come with out Valid document Parcel taken from us
2. How come the same is sent to Mumbai with out valid document,
3. Keeping Our Parcel with out informing,
4. No response from any one on what is going on, Every time some other person will pick up the phone and ask for trackon number jiust say no valid document, this is there in your web site also,
5. why cant we take legal action for the error in service and negligence
6. we have lost big business because of the delay and still we are waiting for the delivery
We have sent E sugam for the Document as well as Delivery chellan But No use, We lost Big Businesss

We are facing Tremendous Problem Due to Inefficient System of Courier and Very Bad Attitude of Mr. Sasikath, and there Customer Care, No Respect for Customer from entire Team, I believe Wasting my time addressing my problem to wrong people thats why I escalating to the Levels, Mr. Sasikanth is Talking with unparliamentary Words and also he is not ready to take any step to clear my problem we have given the parcel on 20th of march with all valid Documents Like DC 001 With E- Sugam which Commercial Tax Department Tex Compliance Form, This is a Job Work DC and same is mentioned in E Sugam, But Mr. sasikanth is Telling what ever you want You Do it, But I am a Business man not Criminal or not having job to fight with that man I Have All the Legal Documents with us, Kindly Go through our Trailing Mail for Further Understanding, We are Losing Big business by trusting your courier and also pained by way of answer from Mr. Sasikanth, Who is Not fit for the Level, I believe its Not the Company to blame, Please God Sake Take action for Inefficient People who are feeling great and customer is slave bound to wait, I personally Pained for the way he spoken with me, He even saying unparliamentary words that I spoken with Customer care, Why Should I Speak to them, Its not there Problem, All asked is give your boss number, but they denied giving, after 30 calls they given the call to Mr. Shashi Kanth, This is not healthy for Business, I am not here to fight with this kind of people my problem need to addressed and solved
