I didn't receive my envelope yet ... & when I did Inquiry about it I face very rude behavior ...& no answer for it ...When I track courier on web site its shows me that Its been received by ahmedabad office @5:57 @ 20-03-15 & still I ddnt got my envelope ...its really pathetic ... Consignment number[protected] This consignment wwas book from indore to mumabai On 14th march 2015. Their system shows it has been delivered on 18th march 2015 But we haven't rereceived it, upon calling them they said we are unable to track your parcel. Their was no satisfactory answer for our question. Yet there has been no answer from them. I had booked consignment number[protected] with Trackon Couriers on 23rd February.

This parcel was sent from Pune to Koraput Orissa on 23rd February 2015 by Air Courier. Trackon charged me Rs. 400/- for this parcel.

Before sending the parcel, Trackon Representative Mr. Rajpurohit (Mobile Number [protected]) opened the company handbook and showed me that delivery is being done to Koraput.

Parcel was addressed to Mr. Simadri Panigrahy and was sent by Mr. Melvin Lobo from Pune

On 27th February, the representative of Trackon told me that their company no longer delivers in Koraput since their service center has closed down.

Bhubaneshwar sent the parcel back to Kolkata on 27th Feb.

After innumerable calls / e-mails to Kolkata office they sent the parcel back to Pune on 6th March i.e. 9 days after they got the parcel from Bhubhaneshwar. They have sent this by road and not by Air.

I am not getting any response from Trackon as to when I will get this parcel back. I fear for the safety of the contents of the parcel.

There are no replies to my e-mails or phone calls except that the company representative Mr. Rajpurohit (Mobile Number [protected]) only asks me wait endlessly and is not in a position to give me a satisfactory reply.

I would request your office to kindly look into this matter and penalize Trackon for this high-handed behavior and being insensitive to a customer after I have paid them money causing me immense mental harassment.

Sir, one parcel has been booked on 28 Feb 15 from Soro, Odisha, to deliver at pudupakkam, Tamil Nadu. The Representative of Trackon Courier has assured it will deliver in time .The parcel has been received by Trackon Courier at Chennai hub on 03 Mar 15. Respected Sir Greetings of the momnets This is to bring in your kind attention tha the people of your branch here at Amb Mr. Umesh is not giving the services as required. I Mrs. Anju Bhardwaj working for a pharmaceutical company from Ludhiana Garry Pharma do get samples from the office through your courier services, but Mr. Umesh owner of your branch here- opp. telephone exchange, mubarak pur road Amb, Himachal Pradesh Mobile No. [protected] doesn't give us the services. he straight away refuses for it and says its not his job to deliver the courier and we have to travel all the way from my home town near Bharwain to collect the stuff. It is requested to you please look into the matter personally &seriously so that we get the best of your services.

I have booked consigment on[protected] on 20.02.2015 Till now that is 24.02.2015 morning 10 it is not delivered i am not able to track the consgiment online show one day old record and the no.shows doesnot connect and when connect not picked bad service by trackon please do the needful asap

This is with reference to our eBay order detailed below: Courier name: Trackon Courier Airway Bill Details:[protected] We were expecting the courier from eBay and today morning I have got a call from the trackon courier, pulleppadi, Cochin. They were complaining that the address is wrong and called me to my mobile.. In spite of me telling the correct address, there were threatening me that they will return the item back.they are not interested for eBay orders and they used to send the items back usually it seems. If you are interested to do the delivery properly I don't understand why you people are taking bookings.. We are paying even for the express charges.. As a customer we are not satisfied with the services.. And as we are ordering items internationally, I feel I should inform eBay also not to send through the Tranckon couriers. The response I got from your Cochin office is like they are not interested to do the business. How irresponsible your people are???? I have to send a person to your office to take the delivery where I had already paid for door delivery. I am going to give the complaint to consumer court also.

I sent a courier which contains property documents from Jaipur to Rudrapur Uttarakhand on dated 11 Feb. When I track this courier on 16 feb I seen that it was sent on Feb 16 in The morning but in actual it was not sent to 2nd party. Since 16 feb I am so disturb due to this. customer care do not give any suitable answer to me. they cuts our call. the no. sir, my courier was sent to me on 19th jan and it has not been reached to me, i am really frustrated by your service, , , your local number does not respond the call or do not talk in a good manner.he also does not give any information, according to your track software, , my parcel is sent back without informing me, , , please i want my courier back to pune, its a very important document. I send my courier through trackon from Saket Delhi to Noida Sector 63 on 29th January, 2015. But my courier is not delivered till the date i.e. 09 February, 2015. Even they have no any answer that where is my courier. I called so many time to their Noida office but each time they said that call back to us after 10 minuts. But till the time I did not recd. any reply from their side.

She told that the parcel can't be delivered at the address, individual has to collect. When I reached to collect the parcel, the response was quite unprofessional and non-supportive. I asked the gentleman there, seemed to be manager, whether 'Mall Rd' & 'Staff Rd' in Cantonment is under their jurisdiction, he told yes. But then why you could not deliver my parcel, I asked. He simply refused to answer. I would like to know why such irresponsible and unprofessional people are given this courier service. Don't know why people open business when not able to do. Feeling looted. i parceled from Bilaspur to Delhi 10 days before on urgent basis still not delivered, not able to trace either. Went to the courier shop three times no relevant response. Charged high and don't know where the parcel is. Advise to all Never ever use Trackon courier service they are not able to deliver. Please shut down the service if you are not capable of, people will not get fooled.

I have recently vacated Mumbai and shifted to Bangalore. Consignment number[protected] was sent by me from Mumbai to Bangalore on 19.01.2015. It was received in Yashwanthpur Hub on 27.01.2015 (as shown in your website). I had called Yashwanthpur office on 27.01.2015. But, the phone call was not at all audible.I was not at all able to hear anything. If you don't believe me, call [protected] and try to understand what they speak. Next day, I got a call from Mumbai office saying that the parcel is returned. When asked for reason, they are saying that the person has shifted from this address and went to some other address. Next time when I called them, they said that my address is wrong and my mobile number is wrong. I am staying here in the same address since 21.01.2015. And I was in home for the whole day on 28.01.2015. I don't know to which address they went and enquired. Nobody called to my mobile number also. Further, the response and the customer handling of the company reps here was non-supportive and harsh. Till now, my parcel has not been delivered. I would like to submit the following for consideration.1. Once the consignment had been accepted, does it not become the company's obligation to deal with it responsibly and atleast call up / inform the addressee or the sender before returning the parcel.2. Can you please inform me as to what steps / actions I can take against the Company.

Booking done on 13th January from bangalore to Gurgaon No response from courier company for non delivery since 4 DAYs Docket[protected] Repeated calls and complaints to head office yeild no response. Docket status not updated and delivery proof also not available. At the last courier staff asked for more time to check status.

trackon courier is a fake company its just service and her employees are so irritated i have send couurier from belapur to baroda but in courier some mobile thief and weight also not proper that time i call up trackon courier so they fellow said i dont have idea weight is low or thief

Hello Sir, I have sent a courier through Trackon Courier Services with consignment number[protected] from Panipat to Bangalore on 12 January 2015 But till the date 19 January 2015 it has not delivered. On contacting with the given address and phone number there was no proper response. I would request you to please take a strict action on them. Note: The enclosed item in courier is my B.Tech degree. Hi, I have sent a consignment from trackon courier[protected]. From Delhi to Bhubaneswar. This contains some clothes.After courier has been received, we have seen someone stolen few pieces of clothes from inside the pack, and then packed properly. I have been chasing the courier guys in Delhi and Orissa, but they did not take any actions till now. Orissa guys saying this is fault of sender, and vice-versa. Please help.
