Non delivery of documents

I sent a courier which contains property documents from Jaipur to Rudrapur Uttarakhand on dated 11 Feb. When I track this courier on 16 feb I seen that it was sent on Feb 16 in The morning but in actual it was not sent to 2nd party. Since 16 feb I am so disturb due to this. customer care do not give any suitable answer to me. they cuts our call. the no. Are[protected] consignment no.[protected] So please take the required...

sir, my courier was sent to me on 19th jan and it has not been reached to me, i am really frustrated by your service, , , your local number does not respond the call or do not talk in a good manner.he also does not give any information, according to your track software, , my parcel is sent back without informing me, , , please i want my courier back to pune, its a very important document.     I send my courier through trackon from Saket Delhi to Noida Sector 63 on 29th January, 2015. But my courier is not delivered till the date i.e. 09 February, 2015. Even they have no any answer that where is my courier. I called so many time to their Noida office but each time they said that call back to us after 10 minuts. But till the time I did not recd. any reply from their side.

Manager MR. VIKAS DIXIT / MR. MOHINDER Mobile [protected] Phone [protected], 4007170 Fax Email [protected]@TRACKONCOURIER.COM, [protected]@YAHOO.COM State HARYANA The parcel was to be delivered at doorstep, however, the courier receptionist told that the area was not under their jurisdiction without even knowing where the location is. She told that the parcel can't be delivered at the address, individual has to collect. When I reached to collect the parcel, the response was quite unprofessional and non-supportive. I asked the gentleman there, seemed to be manager, whether 'Mall Rd' & 'Staff Rd' in Cantonment is under their jurisdiction, he told yes. But then why you could not deliver my parcel, I asked. He simply refused to answer. I would like to know why such irresponsible and unprofessional people are given this courier service. Trackon Couriers is responsible to deliver the parcel at doorstep for which they are paid. Pls take action against these individual by cancelling their license. Regards, Manoj, [protected]

        Don't know why people open business when not able to do. Feeling looted. i parceled from Bilaspur to Delhi 10 days before on urgent basis still not delivered, not able to trace either. Went to the courier shop three times no relevant response. Charged high and don't know where the parcel is. Advise to all Never ever use Trackon courier service they are not able to deliver. Please shut down the service if you are not capable of, people will not get fooled.
        Looks like you got fooled. There are many others like you. That is enough for trackoncouriers to survive. The question is why did you even send in trackon when there were couriers like Bluedart, DTDC?
        A man learns from mistakes. And I got lesson to learn. I prefer using DTDC now.

          I have recently vacated Mumbai and shifted to Bangalore. Consignment number[protected] was sent by me from Mumbai to Bangalore on 19.01.2015. It was received in Yashwanthpur Hub on 27.01.2015 (as shown in your website). I had called Yashwanthpur office on 27.01.2015. But, the phone call was not at all audible.I was not at all able to hear anything. If you don't believe me, call [protected] and try to understand what they speak. Next day, I got a call from Mumbai office saying that the parcel is returned. When asked for reason, they are saying that the person has shifted from this address and went to some other address. Next time when I called them, they said that my address is wrong and my mobile number is wrong. I am staying here in the same address since 21.01.2015. And I was in home for the whole day on 28.01.2015. I don't know to which address they went and enquired. Nobody called to my mobile number also. Further, the response and the customer handling of the company reps here was non-supportive and harsh. Till now, my parcel has not been delivered. I would like to submit the following for consideration.1. Once the consignment had been accepted, does it not become the company's obligation to deal with it responsibly and atleast call up / inform the addressee or the sender before returning the parcel.2. Can you please inform me as to what steps / actions I can take against the Company.

            Booking done on 13th January from bangalore to Gurgaon No response from courier company for non delivery since 4 DAYs Docket[protected] Repeated calls and complaints to head office yeild no response. Docket status not updated and delivery proof also not available. At the last courier staff asked for more time to check status.

              NON DELIVERY OF DOCKET NUMBER[protected] This is really disheartened to see no attempt made by the said service provider for the delivery of the courier number[protected], since last 15 days and now the status is shown as address not found RTO on your site is really pathetic.The said courier contain very imp documents to present in some organisation on urgent basis.I AM CALLING THE SAID NUMBER OF THE LOCAL PROVIDER BUT NO ANSWER IS THERE FROM THEM AND MOREOVER THE MOBILE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN IS SWITCH OFF MODE.HOW DO WE CONVEY THE MESSAGE.[protected] AND [protected] DESPITE OF NUMEROUS MAILS AND CALLS THE PACKET HAS BEEN RETURNED TO BRANCH.EVEN AFTER INTOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE MR YASH AND VANDANA MEHTA CONFIRMED ME FOR EARLY DELIVERY OF THE DOCUMENT STILL NOW THEY ARE NOT EVEN TALKING ON HELPLINE NUMBERS AND EXPRESSING THE VIEW THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BACK WHAT CAN WE DO NOW.                     Hi, I have sent a consignment from trackon courier[protected]. From Delhi to Bhubaneswar. This contains some clothes.After courier has been received, we have seen someone stolen few pieces of clothes from inside the pack, and then packed properly. I have been chasing the courier guys in Delhi and Orissa, but they did not take any actions till now. Orissa guys saying this is fault of sender, and vice-versa. Please help.

                      I had sent one parcel from dehradun to Bilaspur Himachal AWB No.[protected] dated 27th Dec.2014 but till date it is not delivered neither its status is updated on tracking site, i think it is lost, i talked to customer care and emailed them but they are not responding to the mail also now want my cost of the products which they have lost as soon as possible

                      Now the customer care of Delhi are saying that they have not received the parcel at all and i should talk to the booking office track on services at Dehradun if they have not received it then why it is showing update on 27th Dec.2014 that is received at delhi, and they are saying that it should have been booked under prime track as they were the garments then whyit was sent through trackon

                        Most of cases material delivered without Form-50A, But in every cases supplier hand over the material along with Form-50A. At the time of delivery people of trackon courier told that either misplaced or not to given them which is surprising to us. How dare to tell this lie. Any time in any check post of West Bengal Sales Tax Officer's can check the material along with Form-50A, if not found spot penalty can be imposed or material can be release from Tribunal which is very much painful for dealer (Outside West Bengal) Therefore all people of Trackno Courier are requested to take the drastic action those person who are done false step and avoiding West Bengal Vat Act

                          I had couriered Moto G mobile phone of worth Rs. 6999/- from Pune(Maharashtra) to Bhagalpur(Bihar), on 07/11/2014. But, when the delivery was done, the mobile phone was missing. The courier was opened infront of the deliver boy and my mother refused to received the delivery. The courier was returned to Pune and TrackOn Pune office assured me that I will be getting the money back equivalent to mobile price.After chasing them for 2--3 months, no action has been taken yet.                             Dear Sir/Madam, My brother sent one parcel from Nangal to Mumbai vide consignmentno.[protected] on 22nd Dec, 2014. It reached mumbai (Vile Parle office) on 26th Dec14 at 9.49 am. They have neitherdelivered the courier on 26th nor on 27th Dec to my Vile Parle residence. When I enquired on 29th Dec (28th being sunday) they said itwill be delievered today itself. When courier didnt reached me by 6pm I called them again to check why ithas not been delivered and shocked to hear their answer that it has beenreturned to Marol office due to address not found. It is pertinent to note thatVile Parle Subhash road is prime location and eventhey did not bother to call me to check the address or ask me to collect theparcel from their office. On 30th when I called Vile Parle office[protected] and had the word with Akansha their customercare executive who informed me that courier has been returned to their delhioffice from Marol (Mumbai) office. She instead of helping me out suggested thatI should call their delhi office at[protected] to askthem to return the courier to mumbai. I called their delhi office Anu (customer careexecutive) picked the called and I requested her to return the courier to mumbai. She refused to note down the request on the pretextcourier has not reached delhi office and suggested me to callthem tomorrow ie 31st Dec. I told her to atleast note itsomewhere so that it should not happen that courier goes back to Nangal by mistake and again she refused to note down therequest. This is totally unprofessional on the part of trackon to mess up the things like this and not providingthe resolution. Further the parcel contains the perishable and I am afraid thatproduct quality might have affected because of this negligence. I have gone through and still going through the mental agony andstress due to irresponsible, unprofessional and unjustified act on the part of trackon courier. Requests you to help in addressing thisissue and give them strong message by way of penalty or other actions as perlaw to protect the interest of consumer.                                 I have to sent some important document to My HR dept from Delhi to Hyderabad on 20/12/2014 and promise to deliver it by 23/12/2014 but till date nothing has happened.I also try to contact with customer service of trackon but they have given 1 complaint no on 26/12/2014 and again commit to deliver it by 1 or 2 day but till date nothing has happened. Please take some action against it.

                                      I have a courier which was sent from Delhi to Durgapur in West Bengal. It was sent on 26 th November and it is 3 th December. I called the courier service in Durgapur but they are telling that they had return back the product as they didn't find me. They have not even call me a single time. The worst courier service ever. Now when I am telling to get the product they telling "when the product will again return back I will call you back" . My track id is[protected]. I called many person but nobody can tell me where the product is. My contact number is [protected].
