Trackon Couriers — Courier not delivered[protected]

One of my known send me a courier on 19th april. But i did not received it. On 28th i track it on trackon.Com and they showed it delivered. On asking delivery proof they did not present any proof and they said it was by mistake they mark status as delivered. I tried to call them several times and they put me on hold for 15 to 20 min each time. I heard their conversation that they had lost it and when i asked them for refund they just laugh and take it lightly. I mail them 4-5 times ("tarika (Head office)",
"richa (Head office)",
"naveen jha (Head office)",
Ggn_csd,
Aoneconnection sharad). But i did not get any satisfactory reply from any of them.

No one knows whether the courier is, customer care are not picking up calls.

Trackon Couriers — Courier not delivered and Even employees not picking calls.

Hi Still after 6 days my courier is not delivered.Today got a call from Mr.Manish in Hyderabad that the same will be delivered today.Still it is pending. Also Manish is not picking call. Pathetic service and pathetic employees.
