Trai — airtel landline/broadband repair

Our's is an educational institute at Mysuru. Telephone no. is[protected] Our complaint no. is 89911724/07.11.2017. We are continuously contacting the service person but they are not responding. Because of this our all online works are held up. We have 4 connections in our campus. Kindly solve our problem. We are lodging complaints 3-4 times in a month. Always they are telling cable problem. Every time they are replying they are solving the problems. but they don't take any interest in solving the problems immediately. All our school works depends upon network . Always Government asking us to upload the students details in online. but we are facing the same problem. Govt. is not ready to listen our complaints.

Services of reliance come not in service wef from[protected] without declaration of particular date nd not given time to port on other services. My number was [protected], now I want to port this number other service provider bot not got portable registered number required to port it.
