    Cus i'd 69234769 mob.[protected] three months ago i was face this problem customer service representative don't respond call customer support number also fake customer service agent do joke about problem i calling many times but no response all videocon customer face problem take action against this and make company close.

      Dear sir/maam,
      I am facing a problem that without my consent my dth plan is changed. Its not first time, they are doing it again and again. My customer id is [protected]. Every time without my knowledge some they started some dabang hd pack. I dont know why airtel is trying to cheat its costumer. Every time you people assure me but after few days my own plan is changed without my knowledge. I have complained three four times but no redressal. I am frustrated with airtel.

        The cable operator named 'yes digital' are creating their own channel packages and force the customer to take the channel based on their packages. They created packages by adding important channel to high valued plan and cheating the customer. The cable operator do not give power to customers for choosing the channel based on their wish.
        I kindly request you take nessary action immediately for this complaint.

          Hi,

          I have raised a request for mnp for my aiirtel number [protected] to vodafone on date 23 nov 2019.
          Till date the number has not been ported and on speaking with airtel customer care, they are giving some unacceptable answers.
          Could you please help me to get this issue resolved as i am facing lots of issue with airtel network at my work place which is impacting me alot.

            I have been recharge my dish tv yesterday and i am still not receiving services from dish tv and when i called them on their company costumer care no they are not answering properly and ignoring me when i have done my recharge they are telling me to wait more 24hours why should i wait for them they are not leaving me when my recharge is late they take charges for every thing even late payment charges are also

              Hi sir,
              Our cable dealer has cut our cable connection without any warning. Its the second day. They couldn't connect our connection.They cut on 25/11/2019, the full day we were waiting.. We think, there are any repairing work and all. At night we called operator. That time he tell we are cut the connection because of payment issue. He couldn't warned before that. So now we are plan to change cable connection to dishtv.. Only because of his character.. they are hurt us...pls take an action against cable operator.

                I was recharged on 3rd party with successfull transaction id but sundirect not received the amount. Now sundirect saying they are not responsible for this since i was made recharge on 3rd party. My only question is who is given permission to 3rd parties to recharge sundirect. Without sundirect permission they are giving a recharges. I complained trai also but no proper support.

                  Sir, i have currently using non stop offer from jan -2018 to till date. But dishtv continuously change my pack rate & also included ncf charges. At the time, when i take that offer when colour channel in free & zee tv channel rs 10 for every month for 3 years, but they changed my plan, now i payed rs 29 for colour channel & zee tv channel and also pay rs 17 in the form of ncf charges also. During the time of plan taken by me these rules are not available.

                        I am a customer of airtel digital tv from bangalore.
                        My customer id is [protected]. The aforesaid company has resorted to fraudulent activity by adding telugu channel to my digital tv package without my consent. It is a matter of great concern that i have not changed my package and i have not added telgu channel as i dont know telgu
                        Now the company has suspended account despite the fact that the validity of of package is up to 28/11/2019 and availability sufficient balance of rs 39/- (As intimated by the company on 19/11/2019) in my account
                        It is requested that the aforesaid company may be directed to desist from adopting malpractices for boosting revenue by adopting dishonest and fraudulent practices

                              We are facing a lot of problems from last 30 months.
                              Discussed with your vsm support team several times,
                              Send mails approx 20-25 times, your engineers talked with us and false commitment give us several times. Till date your network result is also zero.

                              Owing to your negligence we are suffering and hampered our business loss and also treated as a cheater/ liyer from our customer. Which is destroy our business goodwill also.

                                My Airtel DTH is not working since 16.10.2019, I submitted my complaints three times on their customer care, one time company engineer visited and explained that Setup Box faulty (Property of the Airtel) is faulty and they will be charged Rs.600-. I also admitted these illegal charge. But they yet not started my DTH & adjusted my unused balance on 04.11.2019. Kindly refund my rent for faulty period and replace my setup box without any cost.

                                I want to know that new rules which were supposed to applicable since 15.11.2019 have not been implemented till date. Please look into this and advise progress.
                                I purchased a dish TV connection in November 2018, at the time of purchase it was free for one year .but it was switched off suddenly in June 2019. There is no information on my mobile no or mail. It is totally fraud with me . kindly help me . I already complaint it to customer care, but there is no response from company side.

                                  I had a package of rs 213/- pm till 11th nov 2019 and filed a complaint for some service issue to the provider. On 13th nov my package was updated to rs 2500+ pm. I had to struggle till today to regularize my package. Following free packages are still not coming channel number 617, 624, 637, 638, 639 and 641. I was also given a free fire stick on 12th nov against the replacement of tata sky box. I have just come to know today that tata bingo for rs 279/- pm is activated without my knowledge. I have complaint to the service team they said that their person has not explained us this issue. I have requested them to cancel the same. Now they demand us to return the free fire stick given against the set up box. I have been receiving at least 5 to 10 calls from their number for misguiding us.                                     Sir, my mobile no [protected] deactivated by airtel on 6th nov 2019 for upgradation of sim card. Airtel ratail store ganesh chandra avenue at kolkata issued me a new sim card and told me it will start working after 6 hour but same was rejected due to father name recorded kumar kha inplace of niranjan kumar kha. This mistake done by airtel staff only because during porting from bsnl to airtel they entered wrong data. Aadhar card was submitted which recorded correct information. Please do needful.
                                    Latter airtel conver my pre paid connection to post paid which is more costlier than previous. Due to this conversion i lost one year unlimited talk time which was recharged just two months before. This process was done by airtel with out any consent from me to resolve this issue. They told me with out this conversion from prepaid to post paid, correction of father name is not possible. It is totally unethical business culture of airtel. Please do the needful to avoid huge monetary loss for me.

Even full dnd is activated, i have complaint to jio for this almost 4-5 times but they are not doing anything. I am using trai app but still i get lot of sms. The last action by jio was taken below -

                                        The connection has been paid for in advance, hasn't been working since a week. Registered a complaint thrice, they say we have taken down the complaint, when followed up on it, we were told the engineer cancelled and the complaint was closed by them. We requested them to let us talk to the higher authorities, shamelessly they disconnect. We would be thankful if you would help us here..
