Dear sir/madam
I am writing to you regarding my airtel account that was charged for international roaming. I had bought two roaming packs. One did not work half the time and the other one is showing up additional data usage charges without any indication of crossing of the limits.
The airtel team mentions that they sent me an email during my travel but i didn't receive any sms or email saying that i have crossed my allocated data.
After a lot of discussion their executive agreed to waive off the ir pack charges for the first one. I agreed to make the payment once these charges are waived off.
I request you to please help me because i am receiving calls everyday with them asking me to make the payment without resolving the issue.

Sir, I request to you .please add more drama channels, as star bharat &TV and more channels so that I can enjoy best of life. In the present time channels on free dth, [censored]ing channels, it disturb our mind. And increase to me to show porn sites on mobile. I am tired with musterbation. Because no channels on free dth for fun.

    I have complain against videocon d2h. Videocon d2h service engineer was came at home and he received 200 Rs as service charge and after that day videocon d2h has cutting 200 Rs from main account balance... This is not fare. And I m complained 6 to 7 times in videocon but no one responded to me. They are not provide good service to customers.. I will request to you Please do any action against videocon d2h... Do needful.       I don't like the trai rules.

      I am facing because trai rules.

      On 19-august-2019 i activated new sim card (Ported from airtel to idea)
      I am unable to use idea internet and calls.
      No network at all. Now i am thinking to change network
      But the customer service people are saying you will not change
      The network till 90 days

      What kind of rules are this? I am going to loose money in these 90 days and communication from my contacts

      What is the solution for this

        I want information about all the mobile numbers linked on to my aadhaar number. Recently i wanted to use mobile portability service on my permanent mobile number which i am using since more than 7-8 years. The new service provider rejected the application saying too many mobile numbers (Around 8) are linked to my aadhaar card. This is something beyond my knowledge. So i request you to kindly provide me with the details, so that i can to the further needful actions.

          I have been a customer of videocon d2h for 7 years in a row, i got my set top box changed since then the problem had started but the company is not ready to rectify the problem nor refund my amount they hired local tech people they close the tickets without intimation and without resolving the problem with their own product they charging us service charges without intimation they close the tickets and say the technician closed the ticket and their executives dont connect the call to supervisor we have to hold the call for hours but they dont resolve the issue everytime we call the technician we have to pay them but they dont resolve such a worst company we nvr expected them behave such filthy manner, even if slight air passes it says signal problem.             Sir i have a videocon d2h connection this is my d2h i'd is[protected] i have service problem i was call d2h costemer care they send service boy and told give him rs 200 and recharge with that amount i was give rs 200 after i was recharge with rs 200 again on 12th august but they deduct my amount immidetly i call for care reason they told we will refund your amount in working 8 hours but they are refund my amount i was called so many times they told same thing from 8 days please solve my problem thank you sir

              Dear trai,

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 19/08/2019, i am facing of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes deactivation of paid channels which error shows e-16-4, my balancein account is rs.275.00

              Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 300 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deactivated my account in 3 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their call center and promised me get start all paid channels in 10 min, but to which they are unable to explain error e16-4. Simply one lady executive told me technical problem and to get register complaint to visit technician will coast me rs.200.00 visit charges and parts will be charged separately (Which is understood. Above that they don't even give trai toll free no. Directly they told to me they cant provide to me. These kind of issues happened with me & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has remain same

              As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for long duration and telling us if call get cut due to network error we are not responsible (So that they can disconnect our call purposely. Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back.

              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                  My name is sneha thakur and i am a resident of pune city. I have been receiving phone calls regarding trading from various companies from past roughly 3 months. I am not sure why and who has provided my number to the trading companies but this is really bothering and affecting me as i get calls at any time on any day - weekends also.
                  My concern is, if it is a dnd number then ideally this should be reflected in the calling registries and so the callers should take due cognizance of the same.

                  I have also registered this compliant with vodafone today.

                    I m living in ahmedabad sabarmati.
                    In our area, operator is charging extra service charges for the packages.
                    And he is not providing proper details also.
                    Even he is taking 100rs reconnection charges which is not taken by anyone.
                    Due to that we have to pay more charges then earlier.
                    I vist to gtpl headoffice also and they are saying that they cant do anything it this. And they were not able to solve my problem. As per them, in our area cable is operated by operator so they can take take extra charges.
                    So, i request you to solve my problem.

                      Sir, in my fhd tv the picture quality in sd channels is very poor. You are taking rs.153/- (Compulsory) which is very high for middle & lower class family. According to that clarity in sd channels in compared to hd channels is very very miserable.                         I have already loged complaint about the complete slowdown of jio network in my residential area (Address : siddhi city, near radha krushna temple, badlapur east, mumbai 421503). I didn't get satisfactory ans from your executive.
                        The main issue is why this is happening now, up till now all was fine with jio but from 17th of august there is complete slowdown of jio network in this area. Kindly do needful as all jio customers facing hugs problem as they don't have another operator's sim card to call and lodge complaints..

                          I am using videocon d2h set top box. Today i have recharged for rs.250/- vide amazon pay ref no.[protected] dtd. 18.08.19, but they have still not started my set top box service. I am continuously trying to call on [protected], but since last 5 hours phone getting disconnected automatically. Also i have called on their toll free no. [protected], but same issue with this no. Too.

                          Whenever i called on their customercare no., but not getting connected. This is permanent issue with their service.

                          Request you to kindly solve this issue at the earliest.

                            I have opted for annual infinity HD plan last year, this year also renewed the same plan, (5781), now they are giving me only SD channels, now when I am asking for HD channels they are saying to cancel the current plan and opt for HD plan(7800), and what ever the refund, (may be 0 also), I need to pay the left over amount more than my recent package amount.. How come they can refund me any amount, I just recharged a day ago only... They should cut the amount for a day only...

                              My customer id is [protected]. My cable connection is disconnected from last 24 hours and i am getting a message to recharge my tv but i am having rs 102.00 account balance as on 1st august i did a monthly recharge. Regarding this i called the airtel relationship center where i was told that they have received a request from our end for splitting of account. And i told them that i had not made any such request. So i was assured from there end that i will receive a call within half an hour from there senior executive but i did not receive any call. After waiting for an hour i again called them and again i was told the same story. But no solution provided. So today i again called them twice but they were not able to help me.
                              Listing to there vague reply i argued with them and demanded for immediate solution. Then they arranged the call from there senior but he was also not in the position to help me. And now i am told to wait for further 24 hours for activation of my tv.
                              What should i do.

                                I recharged for star sports select 1hd and star sports select 2hd five days ago in which select 2hd still shows an error signal. Even after calling the asianet customer care number and following their instructions of resetting the set top box and the tv, i still wouldn't get the channel. Since i got no assistance after that, i called the customer care again and posted another complaint three days ago when i was guaranteed 24 hour service and solution. After 48 hours and still no help, i called their customer care yet again and they just lightly told me that they'll re-register the complaint and that it will take another 24 hours. I had a match on saturday evening and it is extremely disappointing to not have the channel even after subscribing to it 5 days in advance and paying for a channel i still don't have yet. I called the customer care again and it's been over a week now and i still don't have the channel nor did they respond to my complaints while my account is still getting deducted for the channel. I sent all their service managers a mail regarding this and informing them that i'll have to post a formal complaint with the government of india with no response from them even after two days.

                                  I am the user of airtel dth since march, last year. My airtel account number is [protected]. Whenever i approached to know about charges and packages offered by them, customer care executives always misled me and mis-behaved with me. They always suggested me the wrong channel packages and influenced me to buy that pack only where they can meet their targets and earn incentives..."there is no transparancy regarding charges..."

                                  Today, my airtel dth account gets suspended due to low balances... When i enquired to customer care executives, they told me that your account has been suspended due to low balance and rs.15/- is the penalty to activate your account. When i asked them, "how can you deduct penalty without giving information" & "why didn't you provide receipt for that penalty"... Their answer was "aise hi hota hai"... Sabhi clients ka deduct hota hai... Aap kyu puch rahe hai... Iski koi information kahi bhi nahi hai...& then they disconnected my phone without saying anything. These replies were in loud voice... I felt that they are shouting on me to accept these charges and do not call for any clarification further.

                                  When i called them again... Second executive replied in the same way and same statements and disconnected my phone, & i called them 4-5 times and each and every time i got the same reply. They harrassed me so mently that now i am not able to concentrate on my personal cum professional life. I am getting irritation on any small situations. I am feeling that i have become short tempered now.

                                  As we all know that tv has a vital role in providing entertainment to our society, you are watching your favourite movie/drama and suddenly your account has been suspended... As a consumer, i am feeling cheated by airtel... And i believe that i am not the single one who is facing this kind of situations

                                  I am requesting you to intervene in this and make them ready to refund all my charges. Secondary, i want 5 years free subscriptions of airtel dth or rs. 100000/-against mental harrassment.

                                  Seeking your involvement in this.

                                    Channel has been activated by videocon d2h as informed by customer care executive as free offer. Where as amount has been deducted without informing. Deactivation of same channel is not yet done by customer care. Customer care disconnected telephone call from customer and not attending phone call from customer. I also asked for the recording of the conversation for activation of the channel but not provided by the customer care executive during the call.

                                      Hi my registered mobile phone is [protected] customer id is 6998635 my name is shorab sharma. Videocon has addedd a rang manch channel to my account without my permission and when is asked them to remove it they said they have a lock in period so they cannot remove it. They can check my viewing history i have never even watched that channel i want this channel removed and even the money to be credited back to me.
                                      I had made a complaint earlier as well but no one contacted me and they sent a sms stating complaint resolved the channel is still there in my account i have never viewed it. I want my money back and channel removed

                                        I choose approx. 60 channels and airtel dth charging me 464. I think its a more than earlier.
                                        And in my city a local provider who give approx 300 channel only 170 and 1200 for installation charges with setup box and cables.
                                        So why these is difference between. Local provider and and big brand like tata sky and airtel digital. These is totally wrong with customers and trai always posted a notification on any channel so its a wrong.
