Hi team,
I choose approx. 60 channels and airtel dth charging me 464. I think its a more than earlier.
And in my city a local provider who give approx 300 channel only 170 and 1200 for installation charges with setup box and cables.
So why these is difference between. Local provider and and big brand like tata sky and airtel digital. These is totally wrong with customers and trai always posted a notification on any channel so its a wrong.

    Sir/madam,

    Airtel dth company is poor servicd provided, every month im facing same issue of error code b001, they are asking rs.150 on every engineer visit, my issue schedule as follow:
    June 14
    July 02
    Aug 13
    Now issue error code :b001 is same. Why should i pay for them, and now i asked for disconnect refund my money they are not doing so.
    Is this kind of good businesses/ some kind fraud business to looting the customer.
    Every visit 150 i cant afford.

    Please look into the matter for getting my 6k money back, which i deposited for 1 year service, its been 3 months now only. Since aug 12 my their service is not available

        Airtel dth no-[protected] renewed my account and started 495 pack on 1 and 2, 3, 4 connection @389 for six month validity with 15 days extra on 26 july 2019 but on 30 july 2019 dealer changed packed on himself and put 699 pack on 1st tv and 546 on 2, 3, 4 and charged to my account to make money for airtel and for his commission, this malpractice fraud they r doing and take money from my account and no one listening to my complain, just making fool, pls do needfull and take strict action against airteldth, thanks my name is abhishek jain (0091-[protected])

          Govt. instr. is not to display Condom advt. on t.v before 10 PM
          But Ten 3 channel is runing Condom advt. during cricket match between India and west indies from 07 pm . This is very disturbing.
          Pls instr. to channel for not runing condom advt before 11 pm
          It is very shamefull.Nobody can see Condom advt with his family. so this is very wrong. Sony entertainment network shoulde be stoped this with immediate effect and beg sorry to viewer.

            I have requested to port my vodafone to jio and clear advance payment, we were requested on 9-aug-2019 and we were made advance payment of all number but vodafone has been rejected my port request due to outstanding amount and it is not valid reason because i have already visit to vodafone store and calculate amount and he accepted no outstanding on our account so please help me out.

              I am form assam, guwahati, pin-781007. My cable operator name "usha cable operator". Their service is worst service i have seen.in regular basis their network is very poor, pictures are not clear.in 24 hours 12 to 13 hours no connection. And they have charge rs. 21/- for each channel. They have not respond to my call if i have got problems about cable connection. And their behavior is worst with the customer. Kindly do the needful.

              My cable operator name is "USHA CABLE OPERATOR", Assam, Guwahati, Pin-781007. Their service is very worst. They have not respond to my call if I have make calls to them for cable problems. Pictures are not clear, 12 to 13 hours in a day there is no cable connection. Staffs behavior is also very worst. they have charge Rs. 21/- for each channel. Kindly do the needful.

And when i call them an electronic reply came from their side that they issued my services and it will be continuing after 10 minutes but even today at this time they are ignoring my phone calls their after sale service is worst.                     This is to inform you that after you guys changed the tariffs for dth service from standard packages to pay per channel. Service providers like tata sky, airtel, dish tv and other service provides and cable operators started scamming on common man. Before imposing the change i use to pay for south bonza hd channels (100+) and additional connection between ₹ 600 - ₹700. But now for network fees ₹ 150 - ₹ 175 plus for additional connection before the fees was ₹ 250 /- but now depending on the channels the fees also increase between ₹300 - ₹ 350 and in addition network fees added ₹ 150 - ₹ 175 plus which alone sums up to ₹ 450 - ₹ 550. Only for the network fees and additional connection fees. And only for 10 - 20 channels alone we pay ₹ 200. For less channel and multi connection forced to pay high amount which is not worth it.

                    Kindly request you to remove the network fees imposed by the service provides and standardise the per channel rate. Most of the channels are charging very high price.

                          Tata sky has added their own channel tata sky music + in my package saying free of cost but actually they are deducting rs.2.50 per day. I requested several times to drop their said channel but they have dropped the channel to see it in tv screen but they have not dropping it in system from my package and still in system it is running and deducting charge rs.2.50 per day for said channel which i do not want to see and am not seeing also. I do not believe that they could not drop it. Actually it is appearing that it is their hidden policy to cheat with the customer. I am submitting my grievances to arrange drop their own channel tata sky music plus (Charge is rs.75/per month) in system from my package immediate and to take necessary for harassing me in such way as well as to refund of charges of said channel. - customer name sasanka sekhar hazra, rmn [protected]

                            One of airtel call center lady called me on jul 28 & told me, sir you have one offer that is reachrge rs.1397 and you get packages of english, hindi & telugu with rs.100 cash back. But now only telugu package is working rest 2 packages are not working.in this matter i complaint on airtel customer service (Complaint no.[protected] but they didn't respond well, and they people said only this package is applicable to on your recharge amt. They cheated me & offering false offer.
                            100/- cash back also not came.

                            Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                I have tatasky connection in my home with primary and secondary connection from same tatasky dish. Tatasky first started taking
                                Rs 153 as rental charges for primary tv as recommended by trai which is ok.
                                But for the last2 months, tatasky again started taking rs 153 for secondary tv also. This is too much.
                                How can tatasky take rental charges twice from same common connection or same subscriber id.
                                Pls help.

                                  Bharat khot compliant against videocon d2h customer id[protected].

                                  From last one week i ma requesting them to send me remote and i will pay you the changes. But one from videocon d2h is resolving the request. Every time they are tell your request has been closed. And they are not providing any alternate option for purchase of remote. I have to call customer and order remote and more that 10 times they took my request. But they are not proving remote, so i can not use my television. They have to confirm they will give service or not. Same thing i observe for other videocon d2h customer. I do not know they are going to close the services. Please help me trai to resole issue

                                    The Star plus, Zee Tv, Colors, Star Bharat, Set Tv Set max all channnels i took hd channels and i am payinh 19rs per channel but they disconnect the channels for whole days and the channels are diaplaying as Signal not Available. When i call to customer care Executives are says nothing can be done.And simply says due to weather but the weather is absolutely fine. Else the executives will say that we will send our engineer who will charge 200 rs for visit. I don't understand i pay for Hd channels and they simply gives me on air replies like our engineer will visit or will say due to weather.

                                        As they don't have any receipt for the bills paid and they are not even disclosing for breakdown of channels

                                        Please i request you to take action on providing the bills for each and every cable tv operator in hyderabad

                                        Normally it's when we calculate it's coming around 260/- per month but operators are charging upto 300/- per month depends on the person if person don't have any knowledge blindly charging 300/- per month

                                        Please look into this issue, they are looting the hard earning of poor people
