My cable operator has refused to select my channels individually example, i if i want to watch star plus channel then i have to select the whole package of channels that the operator provides. I can't select channels individually according to my concern. As per my cable operator even if i select individual channels i have to pay the respective channel amount monthly but will be unable to watch it because it is not applicable. My cable operator is home cable.

    Hi Sir,
    I received the call today, I got calls from different numbers like [protected], [protected] and latest by today (12.08.2019 at around 4.30 p.m.) from a lady, she told me congrats as per your good payment history we are the service provider linked with visa card provide you VIP Money Saving gold Card as you are our VIP customer.
    some offer with this card like: up to 30% discount + promo code+ UCB watch + holidays trip+ gift voucher+ full body checkup+ movie cinema tickets etc.
    But I refused to avail the card then she transferred called to his senior he told me again the said offers but again I refused.
    I told him to call tomorrow meanwhile give me correspondence detail of your local office or branch after confirmation I will pay you but he denied by saying that we are linked with visa service provider and separate entity we have offices only metropolitan cities and also asked him to send details on mail, but he stated you will get it after complete procedure.
    then he told you to have no option to deny to rs. 7450 either it will be deducted from your credit card or you have to pay in installment but I told him not to pay by any mode then he told this is visa card service and you choose no option it is going to debit from your account and soon you will receive a message for the same. and within few minutes I got a message from a number [protected] is:
    " Dear Customer Cogratulation ! your Card request of INR7450 has been proceed for an auto debit process Kindly contact the service provider to despatch your courier.

      I complained so many times to jio customer care about the internet speed. But they always says your complaint will be solve as soon as possible. I facing this problem last 7-8 months but no solutions. They says so many customers are connected/linked with that tower but same situation is in working days and as well as in holidays. So that i think they are not interested in service. There interest is only in sales.

        I faced these type of torture calls from videocon D2H, these many call made me irritated, in that frustration I broke my mobile.. Who is going to take action against them, I have seen the reviews of TRAI, only 1 star rating, can I keep hope on TRAI is going to sort out the issue..

          Hi sir,

          I got message regarding to port to vodafone from airtel at very cheaper plan offered i. E 199/-. For which their team visited to take my proof & also took 100/- rs saying it will be adjusted in first month bill. When i joined vodafone community i found there is no such plan of 199/- & that commitment provided on call is fake when i complaint to vodafone customer care they too didn't listen to me & they imposed me a bill of 300+ and said you can't port to other operator till three months.
          Please help me in this regard.

            My cable tv operator world vision, 24, kailash hills, new delhi was giving service for last approximately twenty years through siticable, suddenly he changed to fastway transmission pvt ltd. Now two months have passed since he changed but the modem is unable to give dd national channel properly in areas of new delhi like c block, east of kailash and greater kailash-ii. The operator is not changing the modem and the transmission provider fastway is also taking no action in the matter. Dd channels are compulsory and they are charging rs 150/- for free channels. My operator has done all sorts of thing but the problem is not resolved.

              I have purchased d2h connection rs 6200 from premi electronics on dated 15/10/18. The company has promised free one year in this amount for all channels, but now he is saying the rules has been changed behalf of company. We have not provide one year free channel. My connection brake today company side. Today discussed with mr. Lovepreet d2h executive he is not cleared my issue and not refund my amount.

                I am consumer of videocon d2h my id[protected]and facing a problem of their fraud
                I am paying 385 for that channel which i didn't even purchased but when i ask the brand about the info about my purchase of that channel they told some times it happens in their system and i have again asked about my picked actual amount of the channels and my actual cost is rs.320 so from 3-4 months they were unusually charging me 385 without my permission they add some channels to my pack and has no info about when i had told them to select the package
                And they told that they are not liable for that mistake so is it i am liable for that mistake??

                  My father recieved a call from idea. Though he was not in any need but he was convinced and given an additional idea number under the nirvana scheem, at zero monthly charge. He was promised that he would only be charged at this number as per the actual usage.
                  To his surprise he was charged extra 400 per month for this number and when he called to discontinue the number it was not done. He went to near by idea center for it but no result. This is happening since past 1 year.

                      I am using jio since long. I applied for migration to postpaid service from prepaid service on 27th june 2019 on your website. I received a message from jio on the same day that "your jioexpress request will be serviced by anand bharti (Mob - [protected])...." i got call from that person from mentioned mobile number on 28th regarding kyc collection. I asked him to come on 29th, on 29th around at 11 am, i handover my kyc alongwith my photo & rs. 600 in his paytm for recharge. He also asked for a otp that i received from jio. He confirmed that number will convert in prepaid service in 48 hours. After 5 days on 3rd july i called anand bharti for inquiry that i have not yet received any message / why serivce is getting delayed than he confirmed that jio server was down hence he couldn't forward my application and asked me to wait for another 2 days. After another 6 days, on 9th july i again called him then he told that he forgot to forward my application and asked me to send him a message so that he can remind and wait for another 2 days. I send him messge but nothing happened. Than after waiting of total 16 days, on 14th july, i called customer care and lodged a complaint with s. R. No. Sr00000xw9aq, they confirmed that sr will resove within 48 hours. This complaint closed without any resolution mentioning that "visit store". I am very upset with such a great resolution provided by jio.
                      Now i have mailed so many time even on appelate authorities email id but nothing happened.

                        I am mushtaq shaikh i am user of videocond2h my customer id[protected] i am not able to see tv channels from 2nd of august 2019 i compliant about this to customer care on 3rd of august 2019 the told me your problem will be solve within 24hrs but no body visited at my home, since 3rd of august 2019 i am daily calling to videocon d2h customer care i am getting same answer daily "problem will resolve within 24hrs". From last eight days i am not able to see any chanel and nobody visited to my place once, they are charging during this period also.

                        Its very unfair practice doing by videocon d2h they provide the service for 10 month in a year and at least two month they stop service and telling that its due technical problem.

                        At the time of installation they charged me 2500 and every month they charge 370 approximately and given commitment that they will provide un inturrpet service 24/7 365 days every year.
                        Now videocon d2h executive not taking any responsibility i have only one option that wait till videocon resume service and pay also for that they don’t have any policy for consumers.

                        Now i am fedup with this kind of irresponsible service provider who is charging on time but not able to provide the service, they failed to provide the service every year i am loosing around 60 payed days, they broken the oral contract o[censored]n inturrpet service 24/7 365 days every year that’s why i want to change service provider and i need my money back.

                          Hi,

                          This is praneeth chandra, my tata sky consumer id: [protected].
                          Date of incident: 06 aug 2019.

                          I have a multi tv connection, taken new hd (As second connection) setup box in dec 2019. This new setup box is under warranty. As the remote is not working properly, raised a complaint for the same. The technician had visited and conformed that, there is a problem in remote. Hence i raised the replacement request. Tata sky team had provided the new remote. During the time of raising a request for remote replacement, the tata sky executive had confirmed, no need to pay any additional rupee, as it is under warranty.

                          1) after the replacement, tata sky had charged rs:200/-, with out prior intimation or approval from my end (Error - 1).

                          2) since they have wrongly charged, i raised my concern with the customer care on 06 aug 2019 (Request number: 1llovj3z). This customer care executive confirmed that, this issue would be resolved by 09 aug 2019, before 12:00 pm. This issue was not resolved yet (False promise and lack of proper support. (Error: 2)

                          3) when i called back to customer care executive, as the issue was not solved. Now again they are stating that, the issue would be resolved only by 14 aug 2019. By 10 aug 2019, the tata sky balance becomes zero (0). Though i paid the amount well in advance /on time, i am facing the issues, due to their recklessness. (Error: 3)

                          4) with all these worst customer support really got frustrated and informed that i will raise a consumer complaint. Still they are stating that, our seniors executives are busy and the issue would be resolved only by 14 aug 2019. (Carelessness : error 4)

                          Conclusion: 1) the company should be warned seriously on the worst/recklessness support provided to the customer.
                          2) they should be seriously fined, by paying penalty to me for this mental harassment.

Tried everything including asking help from their representatitives over toll free numbers but nothing happens. Paying everyday @100/- for the pack which i don 't require. This is nothing but sheer harrassment and simple loot from general public. Everytime i get a message that your request is under process but nothing happens. Doing it everyday for the last 30 days.                                     I have raised a reinstallation request on 1st august. It has been closed by the dishtv executive without my request, so i would need to raise same request again on 5th august 2019. And the same request is pending till date. Customer care guys are not taking action and talking very rudly and technician is not taking my call. Technician need premium charges for the new wire that is why he is not coming.                                         The cable operator has recently changed the service provider from 'manthan' to 'gtpl' and charged me rs.200/- for connection of the new set top box. Can he charge me like this since the change was done by him on his own. Also, i am a subscriber for the basic pack only (Rs.130/- + gst) but he is forcing me to subscribe for some pay channels and threatens me of disconnection if i don't take them as he will not get rs.20/- as service charge unless i go for some pay channels. How can i resist this illegal compulsion. Can any one please help.? He is not giving any bill even after my demand.
