Date of incident: 06 aug 2019.
I have a multi tv connection, taken new hd (As second connection) setup box in dec 2019. This new setup box is under warranty. As the remote is not working properly, raised a complaint for the same. The technician had visited and conformed that, there is a problem in remote. Hence i raised the replacement request. Tata sky team had provided the new remote. During the time of raising a request for remote replacement, the tata sky executive had confirmed, no need to pay any additional rupee, as it is under warranty.
1) after the replacement, tata sky had charged rs:200/-, with out prior intimation or approval from my end (Error - 1).
2) since they have wrongly charged, i raised my concern with the customer care on 06 aug 2019 (Request number: 1llovj3z). This customer care executive confirmed that, this issue would be resolved by 09 aug 2019, before 12:00 pm. This issue was not resolved yet (False promise and lack of proper support. (Error: 2)
3) when i called back to customer care executive, as the issue was not solved. Now again they are stating that, the issue would be resolved only by 14 aug 2019. By 10 aug 2019, the tata sky balance becomes zero (0). Though i paid the amount well in advance /on time, i am facing the issues, due to their recklessness. (Error: 3)
4) with all these worst customer support really got frustrated and informed that i will raise a consumer complaint. Still they are stating that, our seniors executives are busy and the issue would be resolved only by 14 aug 2019. (Carelessness : error 4)
Conclusion: 1) the company should be warned seriously on the worst/recklessness support provided to the customer.
2) they should be seriously fined, by paying penalty to me for this mental harassment.
