The cable operator has recently changed the service provider from 'manthan' to 'gtpl' and charged me rs.200/- for connection of the new set top box. Can he charge me like this since the change was done by him on his own. Also, i am a subscriber for the basic pack only (Rs.130/- + gst) but he is forcing me to subscribe for some pay channels and threatens me of disconnection if i don't take them as he will not get rs.20/- as service charge unless i go for some pay channels. How can i resist this illegal compulsion. Can any one please help.? He is not giving any bill even after my demand.

    We have being allocated the jio giga fibre connection order number no0000axirwf by jio digital life on 1st july 2019.

    The installation team is being followed up rigorously for connection. We have sent emails even to appellate, made several calls at customer care and even the team members who collected the payment, but no response at all.

    There is no response at all. We are very sad with the service being offered after receiving the complete payment.

    Kindly resolve our issue / concern.

      My customer id[protected], i have single connections, i have this connection since 4-5 years. i am very fed-up this service because i am facing setupbox issue as well i am not able to see subscribed channels, so i call to customer care but no one provide proper solution. Every person saying plz wait so why i am waiting many time.I have been calling the customer care number for the last 4 days, every time they register a new complaint no without providing any solution to previous one.
      Customer care executive also very much rule, They dont have talking sense.
      They repeat only one sentence every 5 seconds "sorry for inconvenience you are facing". Customer wants resolution of the issue.
      It not 4 days and i am still waiting for resolution of the issue.
      Even i did not receive any call from videocon d2h or their engineer.

        I have had a telecom with more than 10 different people from the customer care team of vodafone but my issue of wrong levy of late payment charges has not been reversed till date. It seems that the customer care team have just not addressed / resolved my concern. I have had a billing issue too, but no one bothers from the customer care team to resolve my issue. Hence i thought to write to you & address my concern. Why is it that the customer is always at the receiving end. Why the bills are not submitted to me on time. If vodafone as a service provider have rights to levy a late payment charges then we as a customer have every right to levy a penalty for non – submission of bills on time.

        Prior to implementing TRAI changes, Tata Sky had packages available which they have withdrawn. The objective of TRAI was to make individual channels available to consumers but Tata Sky hS made it 3 times more expensive to get sane channels as before.
        DISHTV has introduced 30 day lock in period on channels which is not in accordance with TRAI new tariff rules. TRAI is requested to take appropriate action against DISHTV

          I recharged my dishtv 462 and 100 and switch off date 06/09/2019 after some months i got a call from dishtv cousmer care by giving an free offer of 1 month hd channels pack for free then i accepted but they are charging for that and while i call to customer care they are not proving correct reason and they say call back arraged to you from senior officer but senior officer not calling.. My swith off date changed to 15/08/2019. They are not giving or changing to my old switchoff date

          Cable operators is not giving proper cable services . infact free channel are also not showing and they respond badly during conversation on phone
          I am Vodafone Customer my internet not working few month i am complaint vodafone customer care telling nobody not take action .

              My dth customer id is 33230410. I have an issue that videocon d2h deducted an amount of 735 to 740 approx against the connection i had requested.in-fact, we had paid by cash to their engineer.

              Now since 10 days i am complaining the same and they after every 24 hrs replied to register complaint again and again. Finally they had intimated on 31st of july that the reversal will be made in 24 hrs. But no amount received in account yet.

              When i inquire again for the same they are not considering the inquiry and guiding to register the complaint again.

              This is really frustrating, plz help in reversing my amount.

              NO NO NO . . . . . it is not resolved yet. No amount is reversed yet. Yesterday (02-Aug-2019) on customer care one d2h official had call me at 6:00 pm approx and ensure to reverse the amount upto 8:00 pm for sure. But no amount is reversed yet. Plz help . . . .

              After amalgamation of 2 big communication company than after there network is not work properly like call drop, some time phone show out of network area, some time celphone show full network on screen but try to dial number at that moment get message "you can't do voice call at that moment" Now tell me who is responsible for the same.

                  I believe the new trai policy for dth service providers was notified to benefit the consumers such that they could select channels according to their preference and leave out the ones they would not like to view. The customer would thereby saved from payment for unwanted channels.
                  I am a tata sky subscriber for a number of years and had been subscribing their premium package where all channels both normal and hd were available on all my 3 connections. A charge of about rs 15, 000 was paid in dec 2018 for one year for all the three sets.
                  With the advent of the new policy, i was asked to make a selection of channels which i did and the total charge per month was about rs 470. This would make for an annual charge of only rs 6000 or thereabouts. However the company has now computed a bill of about 1500 per month or an annual charge of over rs 18000, and with much reduced number of channels. My ongoing package was changed without any reference to me.
                  When i enquired from the company about this high charge, they informed me that this is because now each set is being charged at the rate of rs 470 per month, that is 3 times for 3 sets.in the past this was only a nominal charge for each additional set.
                  A well meaning policy is being subverted by the service providers. Is the company's method of charging correct and is it a right interpretation. Please review the interpretation of the policy and whether it needs any revision.

                      I have been struggling with my cable tv operator, 3 star (Hathway) as the tv reception is very bad. We have hd set top box installed, however for 2 months since feb 2019, hd channels have not been available for viewing as they are either under maintenance or they are facing some other challenge.

                      We switched to non hd channel subscription due to the above issue as it was suggested by the operator. However, the situation didn't change. On continuous follow up, we were told that technician will visit our home to check for issues but that never happened.

                      In spite of paying regularly for cable tv channels, we have not received desired service. Today we have not subscribed to any operator as we have purchased the hd set top box from them and expect the cable operator to restore the services up to satisfaction.

                        In march i raised a complaint via email to jio reporting that there is no coverage at my residence. After initial evasion, i received a reply that jio will need 120 to 180 days to fix the problem.
                        In july i reminded jio as i was paying without able to make or receive calls from my residence. I am a senior citizen and the phone is primarily for use at my residence. Again i got the usual evasive replies and denial that there is a problem with coverage. As i am paying bills needlessly, on 15th july i put a request to terminate services. Jio is now demanding that i pay rs 334 as outstanding. My contention is i have been paying without the ability to use jio.
                        Please instruct jio to terminate services and also produce a call record to demonstrate that zero calls were made.
                        Appreciate your intervention in terminating jio connection without me having to pay an additional rs 334. Thanks.

My d2h remote is not working, since it is an rf remote i am unable to operate it with other remote. Even after so many calls no body came to attend my complaint.                             Dear sir/madam myself ks rathour and my mob no. [protected]. I switched vodafone to airtel chennai but since 1st day my outgoing calls are blocked. If i am inserting other operators idea vodafone its working but airtel not working. Already i had complained to airtel but they not accepting their role in this matter. I visited my handset service center thery showed me other operator working well in same handset n they advised me discuss with airtel. They told its sim technical issues. I am very disappointed with airtel customer service they not responding after so many calls. Please do needful. Thank you.

My id is[protected]Sunny ji) maine apna recharge last 1 december 2018 ko karwya tha jo one year plain tha 5600rs company says all chennels are provided normal and hd.. After one month channel are closed. I have one year plain why r u stoped my channel i active the stoped channel. Shop keeper say ki apko jin per active likha hai wo channel active nhi krne other wise you pay extra amount i not active actice cjhannels... Us time hum rented the. Sunday humne d2h dubra install karwya apne own house mein. Then mere samne massage ha ki apka recharge 1 august tak hai apko dubra recharge krwana hai. Company ne khud se plain change kiya without costumer information.. Its not my problem sir... I requested please action d2h company and please restart my plain till 1 decemeber 2019. And coustomer care service very bed... Pure staff ko nhi pta kaise kam kiya jata hai...

                                In my family, we have 8 connection, in that 4 of them pre paid. I hope i am a
                                Valuable customer for your company. But i am not getting the benefit.

                                I have network problem, in my residence (Overall area). Means my call is disconnected sometimes, network down - (No network signal, sim registration failed) and in another situation i am not able to make any call because of low signal. Same issue for overall area also.

                                My current place name is mentioned above.

                                I have registered complaint many several times.

                                I made complaint like this. The response given back are different, but my actual problem is still persist.

                                So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection.

                                Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible.

                                    With above reference, i beg to say that my setup box is not working since 26/07/2019. Regarding this i complained to the customer care dated 27/07/2019 at 3:30 pm
                                    And they provide within 24 hr we solve your problem. But still not resolve the problem, i called to customer again care dated 28/07/2019 at 01:30 pm they again told me to sir about 02 hr remaining for said 24 hr, i said ok. Further they did not take any action. Again i called to customer called dated 28/07/2019 at 05:30 pm, they said sorry for inconvenience we still working on your problem but problem not resolve. Sir they did not take any action and charge day per day and make fool to customer. Please sir take serious action regarding this. Its happened with so many customers.

                                      I called cust care and asked for the same he told me its activated automatically from their side but will be deactivated after 28days login period only and amt deducted cant be reversed. He told me that they have received such complaint from hundreds of customers since morning but he is helpless.

                                      Hi, independent dth is not working from last 20-25 days.
                                      Independent tv website also not working.
                                      Request to please help here and help in either getting refund or services.
                                      This is not the first time, we are facing contuinous issues on independent tv

                                        Videocon d2h cant provide cnannel value pack like viacom 18 provide colors wala gujarat value hd pack and also canot provide zee hd value pack i call to customer care and talk with service educative and he told me he have not avalabel to pack and told me chose one by one as per trai rules and regulation videocon d2h cant provide channel pack and cheat with customer
