independent tv connection

I booked independent tv connection on dated 03/12/2018 and followed up many time with independent tv for the connection setup but it never happened.

complain about den cable tv on not providing selected channels

gtpl now allow me to make my channel package

not getting signal ,wants refund

tata sky multiple connection issue

I am having 4 connections and now after increasing price in packs they have disconnected multiple connection schemes too. Now they are charging for all 4 connections individually @ 750 rs and saying this is also the rule by trai now. Prior to new rule i was paying 1485 for all connections. d2h videocon failure

We are facing the issue with d2h videocon (Channel automatically changing), from last more than 02 weeks we are trying to contact with d2h team via email/phone but nobody responding. One days rcvd a call from some executive that i am coming, but finally not visited.

We are very fed up that more than 02 weeks passed but yet not any single response rcvd from their end.

Still, we are not able to enjoy the benefits...

videocon d2h/double charge for reinstallation/no response

I shifted my d2h connection from mumbai to hyderabad, i was charged the applicable money by the person who came for installation. Later i recharged my account online and without any notification i was charged again through my online recharge balance. I have been following up since 3 weeks and there is no response what so ever.

This is a fraud and something has to be done about the same....
