I booked independent tv connection on dated 03/12/2018 and followed up many time with independent tv for the connection setup but it never happened.
I requested for the refund after discussion with the customer care but the refund not initiated, i followed up with them many times but no reply from them. Here is i am updating my booking details.

I have taken tata sky connection. Now not getting signal, two times engineer visit done. He told me that no signal in your location. So i called many times tata sky customer service. Raised many complain about amount deduction though i am not using services. For deactivation the connection also raised a complain. Wants refund. But no body respond....

I Vijay Kumar Rai using a DTH of Air tel my DTH Number is [protected], i found since few days my channels was stopped working one by one since 15 days and on 21/7/2019 all channels was stooped working. Hi trai,
I am having 4 connections and now after increasing price in packs they have disconnected multiple connection schemes too. Now they are charging for all 4 connections individually @ 750 rs and saying this is also the rule by trai now. Prior to new rule i was paying 1485 for all connections. Please have a look how much cost has been increased after trai new rule:

I am unable to select my den cable plan plan. I want to selct channel wise plan. Right now, they have provided me the prefixed plan.in that many of the channel are not of my use. I am uselessly paying money for it. As there site is under maintainance since more than 15 days. I have also regestired the complain with coustmer care den cable operator. We are facing the issue with d2h videocon (Channel automatically changing), from last more than 02 weeks we are trying to contact with d2h team via email/phone but nobody responding. One days rcvd a call from some executive that i am coming, but finally not visited.

We are very fed up that more than 02 weeks passed but yet not any single response rcvd from their end.

Airtel dth insisting me by giving the reference of trai to customise long term dth pack (1year) whose validity is up to 12th oct., 2019. I have asked to m/s airtel dth to show if any notice from trai.

Please look into the matter before the m/s airtel dth take any step...

I shifted my d2h connection from mumbai to hyderabad, i was charged the applicable money by the person who came for installation. Later i recharged my account online and without any notification i was charged again through my online recharge balance. I have been following up since 3 weeks and there is no response what so ever.

This is a fraud and something has to be done about the same....
