As per tri guideline we as a customer should get the right to choose channels and packages as per our wish. As tar as my knowledge the minimum ncf for 100 free to air channels should be 130 plus applicable taxes. Dish tv does not give us this facility and instead they are giving us minimum of their packages rs140/- plus taxes. Please take necessary action to make it sure they do follow the rules set by trai

Independent TV is cheating us from last 3 months. I bought this DTH for 1 year plan. But they stopped service now. They are not yet all responding our request and complaints. Please help me to get back my money refund.

    I have received a sms from airtel dth on 13th july stating that my monthly rental is 435 and again on 22nd july i received one more sms stating that my monthly rental is 750/-

    How could this be increased without my knowledge. If i have accepted any conditions over call or sms please ask them send me the copy of the same. I there is no record for this ask them to make the monthly rental free for next six months.

      I booked independent tv connection on dated 03/12/2018 and followed up many time with independent tv for the connection setup but it never happened.

        I have opted for some channels which have not be configured on my cable connection inspite of filling in the selection form 5 times till date starting february. The last form was submitted mid june. We have been trying to followup on this with the cable operator and in return he has be abusive and now not answering calls. We mailed him the list of channels too but there is no response. He was demanded we pay the fee and got abusive when we said we are not paying.in order to cut down the scene we just made the payment. Yet the selected channels have not been restored. I request strict action and refund of the money we paid for the channels we are not interested in. Our channel operator is den channel in nerul navi mumbai. My card id number is[protected]

          Dish tv set top is replaced and we paid 650 rs and other charges of service and connector worth 350 but still not working
          New set top box is in warranty for 3 month still not replaced.
          Not watching tv for 1 month due to issue but customer service and technitian are not resolving and not replying for service resolution
          They put us on hold for 20 mins and after that they say senior technitian is not available
          Our complaint status shows resolved but we are facing same issue from first day
          Pls help our 30 days recharge is waste due to service not provided

            I am gtpl cable consumer, as per new trai rule freedom to choose desired 100 sd channels within network capacity, the desired channels could be in a-la-cart, fta or pay or bouquet, but gtpl not allowed choose this channel, he has said compalsary all 100 channal fta, consumer not freedem choose any pay channael within ncf, consumer choose any pay channal extra his take more ncf charges.

              Airtel digital tv is not giving me the details of my complaint i have registered on[protected].
              Every day at morning and evening i called them for follow up, every time they verify my details and tell me that an engineer will visit at our place. On the time given by them no service engineer comes to us. These is happening from last 5 days. I'm showing my patience and call them every time for follow up. Now they don't even send the engineer and also don't receive my calls on toll free no.. Worst customer service ever

                I have subscribe for annual rental plan -FREEDOM Sports & Entertainment HD Pack on 26/10/2018 which shall be completed in Nov.19. As per the TRAI order long duration user should be cared by DTH operators. My consumer id is [protected].
                Till today i.e.25.07.2019 12:00 AM my long duration pack was active. all of sudden they have changed my plan to Gujarati Sports Value HD pack with out my consent. On Talk to Airtel DTH Customer Care they have replied that my long duration pack no more exist you have to see what they have chosen.

                Pl.get my Freedom Pack till my advance money & duration (Nov-19) there.

                  We have bought a dish tv connection vcno. [protected] on dated 16 may 2019. We have given complaint about signal issue on dated 17/07/2019 complaint no.[protected], 22/07/2019 comp. No.[protected], 23/07/2019 comp. No.[protected]. But after 3 visits of technician is not resolved problem as well as the customer care also not responding for resolve the issue. After that they are charged me for the connector & signal receiver rs. 350.00 for changing it also not providing the bill. When i asked for bill technician says we are not giving bill if you not paying amount then i remove the parts. Why should i pay, while the dish is not working form last 1 week so its required to extend my pack validity because its issue is from their end.


                  Kindly help me to solve the issue immediately.

                    Tatasky fitness channel dropped today, tatasky refusing to return single paisa of the 6 month advance deposited. Please help me recover my money. After trai order this old deposit was continued by tatasky.

                      I am using tata sky dth service and my cust. Id: [protected] and reg mob no. Is [protected]. On around 15th of july, i requested for a technician as one of my box was not working. The technician visited and told me that box will be replaced. As it was under warrenty (As told to me by the technician), it will be changed free of cost, so i proceeded with the request and it got changed. But today i. E 24/07/2019, i got a message that my monthly validity has been reduced till 27th july, 2019 from 5th august, 2019. When i inquire about it through customer care, i was told that my box replacement charges had been deducted from my account. Secondly, they told me that my box was changed on 21st july and box warranty was valid till 21st july, 2019, which is absolutely incorrect and false. This is complete tampering of the records and data base.
                      I would request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against the company (After verifying the details) and help me getting my refund back. Same request has also been registered with tata sky customer care and complaint number is #1kw1ygfu...

                            I Vijay Kumar Rai using a DTH of Air tel my DTH Number is [protected], i found since few days my channels was stopped working one by one since 15 days and on 21/7/2019 all channels was stooped working. I marked a comp lent to Air Tel they told it will resolved tomorrow but no one attended my comp lent I am calling him 3-4 times on daily based but they told it will resolved in 48 hrs, your comp lent is rescheduled, your phone is not reachable etc etc.
                            This is a very big Conspiracy with customer we are bound to use them because we already purchased their DTH.
                            This is a mental harassment with me. Requesting you please look this matter and resolved. ASAP.

                              I am a postpaid user since 12 year or so. I always used domestic calls and paid my bill on regular basis.

                              My mobile number is [protected] current plan 299, which you can check and verify.

                              I have received a bill in apr-19 which shows international sms done by me. Which i never did.

                              But i was not able to understand how come it is possible when i do not have internationl access.

                              So i met nearest call center / bill collection counter and register my complain but unfortunately nothing had happened so far. Even i paid my regular bill amount.

                              Pls. Look into the matter asap.

                                My tatasky id:[protected] i have 2 box attached to the this tatasky dish one primary and other secondary. The problem is with my primary box, i have been complaining for the same issue for the past 2 months regarding my tatasky box not receiving signals. The tatasky executive came in replaced the connectors to the box but the issue was not resolved, then when i again called in he said the issue seems to be with the wire. So i got the wire replaced at my own expense which cost me around rs 1200, but the issue was still not resolved. So i again called in the tatasky executive this time he said the tatasky box was at fault and it needs to get replaced. When i inquired about how different technicians pointed out different defects he said it is the box which was at fault from the starting. He said he would replace the box within half hour. This was 21st july 2019 3 p. M and till date that i am writing this i. E. 23 july 2019 1.15 pm he has not come to change the box, when i telephoned him as to why he is not coming to changee my box he said he was bussy somewhere else he gave me another mobile no saying it was the no of yamuna vihar tatasky service center. The no was [protected], so when i telephoned him to inquire about the same the gentlemen on the phone said that my tone was loud and i could call to any of the tatasky executive and now he will not change the box.
                                From then on i have been constatntly complaining on the tatasky customer care no and what i get is that i will receive a phone call from tatasky executive and technician will visit me shortly. Neither the two things have happened. I havent received a call back from their side enquiring about the issue.in the meantime my tatasky box is still not receiving signals.
                                Now who will pay for these two months when my tatasky box was facing signal issue plus the cost of wire which i had got replaced as told my tatasky executive.

                                        My customer id is[protected] my set top box stopped working on the 15th of july2019 while watching, the same day i launched a complaint with videocon, i am having a lg android tv and the initial set top box was having no problem, on the 16th of july 2019 my set top box was replaced, after the box was replaced i am facing a problem with the new set top box whenever i am increasing the volume via my home theatre sound system the tv is getting switched off again in a second the tv gets switched on this is happening every time i am increasing or decreasing the volume, i checked my tv and my home theatre by the company officials and both of them are ok the set top box that videocon has provided this time is not supporting the audio, i have complained several times with the videocon customer care every time they assures that it will be resolved by 24 hrs but nothing has been done till today, even the local dealer says that they have not received any message from your end and by not sending any body they are reporting that my problem has been solved and my complaint has been closed from your end, it is quite ridiculous such a big lie. I think this is not good for your company’s reputation.
                                        One more important thing i would like to tell to the company that the local (Ranchi jharkhand) dealer received my call and said that we don’t have anything to do you will have to use that box only and recently they are disconnecting my calls whenever i am calling them, is this the way videocon d2h serving the customers, for the last 5 days i am unable to watch tv who is going to bear my loss me myself or the company, with this last hope i am communicating with the company and asking whether my problem will be solved or i should quit videocon d2h, your response is awaited.
