Dear sir, i am a postpaid customer of airtel ([protected]) for about 20 years and have never defaulted on any payments or raised any issues with billing. Recently i travelled overseas and i did not request airtel to enable any services on my phone. I checked my whatsapp from wifi. However it now seems that airtel enabled roaming by default and now are asking me to pay rs. 649/- per day for the days which i used whatsapp (13 days). I complained to their nodal officer and to put me underpressure, i get an email saying that if you do not pay the amount (Rs. 649 for 13 days = rs 8690/-) then u have to pay rs. 1, 690522/- as usage charges.

My contention is that if i have not asked for enablement of the service, why was it enabled? On call with the customer services, the lady told me that we sent you a mail later in the day after leaving india. I was on holiday and i did not check any email either.

      "sristi digital" cable operator from agartala, tripura-799001 not giving services as per their commitment. They already taken advance amount 295/-, for zee, star and sony all packs. But among of them maximum time some channels like zee cinema zee news zee cafe sometimes and tv and some others channel they promised to give, but maximum time not giving. Kindly take action.

        This is continuation to already registered complain-trai complaint status update [id: 2379934]. Till date neither any response recieved from trai nor any action taken by jio telecom inspite of written complain within 30 minutes of wrong prepaid recharge of rs.198 on [protected] i. Place of correct number [protected] this recharge was done from another jio number [protected] on date-28.06.2019. Jio telecom is making fool to customer as when prepaid number on which recharge done is switched off no one used recharge & immediately complain done for wrong recharge why jio is transferred it to correct number. Pease actions agy it to refund or transfer recharge on correct no.

          I go to shop say i want to tatasky dth service new connection but seller says independent tv service is the best dth connection because you purchase this dth connection 3000rupes one year all paid channel coming and free channel is 5year (Not coming channel i will refund) but this time i not purchased and come back to home but seller is call next day and fix the independent tv service and start around two months not problem after two months...

            The number one worst company I had ever seen before.

            I placed this complaint on 20 days back with I'd number 2291273.
            Up to know there is no one to resolve my problem.

            This time I got angry about it and I am going to file a case against the d2h dealers in chirala, prakasam (dist). And ongole videocon d2h service care officer.

            And tommarow is the last day I am going to wait if they not come definitely I am to ### the dish and I am going to file the case against dealers and technicians.

              Hi sir/madam.

              I am using videocon d2h service from last 5 years. Last 7 days onwards i unable to see channel number 835 and channel number 836 whic was free channel and previously it was working fine. Getting error that e16-4-channel is not part of subscription. I have called approximately 10 times every time they are saying the channel is not activated and i am activating now. I am not understanding why videocon d2h team is providing rubbish service. I need your help to resolve my issue. I am attaching some picture for better service.

              Hi Team. From last 15 days i am unable to see channel number 835 and channel number 836 odia free channels. When i called Videocon d2h customer care using 18001370111 first they said these channel are currently not activated now i have activated you can see after 10 minute. but issue was same when i called next time they said same things. Believe me i have called them minimum 10 times. when i shouted on last saturday they had raised a complain(Complain no 732596292) and resolution time was 24 hours but today morning i received a message that your complain has been resolved but till now my issue is not resolved. Also i have sent mail to customer care using [email protected] but no response came from them I need your help to resolve my issue.

                I took connection of independent tv dated 29 september 2018 and validity is for one year. And since more than a month, no signal and dth is not working
                I spoke to customer care twice, first time they told me by 24th june issue will get resolved but issue not resolved, second time they told me by 02 july 2019 issue will get resolved and can able to watch all channels but issue not resolved and not even single channel is visible
                And am trying to connect customer care but could not, it keeps me waiting for hour on line and getting disconnected.
                So request you look into this issue and take strict action against the independent tv.

                  I have complaint so many times but till now there is no action towards my complaint. They are cheated to their customer including me and have called so many times but they do not want to give my money back.

                    Airtel updated me to keep airtel sim in mobile after 11.17 pm night

                    Previous sim was showing no signal n then i inserted airtel.. Even after inserting no signal issue..

                      Am vodafone user and am not getting basic telecom service (Incoming/outgoing calls). Calls are continuously dropping and not able to attend or dial call seamlessly. Regarding internet, am not even getting 2g service in this 4g world. I had raised and escalated this to vodafone idea appellate but getting no resolution to network issue and they are keep saying we are upgrading network in your area soon but when? There is no answer on this.
                      Even i received email that my number is ported on 24/may/2019. Where i did not port my number and already paid my monthly bill for may/june to vodafone.
                      Hope you understand the situation and help me get basic telecom service from vodafone idea

                              Purchase independent tv worth rs 1999/- and according to scheme we get whole year free plan of all channels including hd channels.

                              But in february 2019 they not broadcast hd channels and some another channels like zee, star etc... Without given any notice.

                                I sanjeev kumar, r/o kathua (Jammu and kashmir) have an independent tv connection with [protected] as registered mobile number.
                                The services provided by independent tv have been very disappointing except for first few months. Sometimes, the channels of a particular company got disconnected and now all the channels have been discontinued.
                                I have subscribed to freedom pack and paid rs. 2250/- for free playing of all paid channels and hd channels for an year as per company's pack but the company has failed terribly to deliver what it promised. The company has made me suffer so much.
                                Now, i want money to be refunded back so that i can switch to a different dth operator.

                                  My customer care id for videocone d2h is 43481343, on 17jun in had received call from D2h call center and they had activated 2 channel, as per them it was promotional and was free for 1 month, i refused but staff insisted and said di can discontinue while rechargeing next time, now they have stopped service stating that account need to recharge,
                                  When called again to customer care, then came to know that d2h staff has misguided and done his work, d2h has deducted money for that free and promotion channel, they launched complaint with Complaint No.[protected] and said it will get resolved till Wednesday, July 3, 2019 04.31 PM
                                  But still it has not done and when i called to know update they again rregistered Complaint No.[protected] and said it will get resolved till Thursday, July 4, 2019 04.24 PM
                                  Now my concert is
                                  Why customer sholud suffer when the mistake is from d2h side and why my service is stopped, they are not going to give 1day extra and taking service offair very offen and this time they have come with explanation which feel me cheated by d2h.
                                  Kindly help me jn gatting above answer and kindly take action on such type of business d2h is doing by making fools to the customers.

                                    हम पानीपत शहर के निवासी हैं। हमने अभी मार्च में rs 3300/- का independent tv dth खरीदा था। हमे कहा गया था ये dish reliance company के तरफ से हैं। पर इसके signal भी अच्छे नहीं थे। कभी कभी फोटो भी अटक अटक कर चलती थी। फिर star zee tv और colors के सारे channel बंद हो गए थे। और अब तो महीना होने वाला है। पूरा टीवी ही बंद हैं। कोई भी channel नहीं चलता। हमारे साथ ये बहुत बड़ा धोखा हुआ है। और हमे हमारे पैसे वापस चाहिए जल्द से जल्द । कृपया आप ही हमारी सहायता करें ।
