My phone no is [protected] i was using this no in vodafone postpaid gave request to port in airtel and this was done in front of me but same day at night some one logged in with same upc code i dont know how.. And from 2 weeks i dont have that no with me dont know who did this fraud airtel vodafone and jio not responding properly..

Jio applellate team says they verify with old network the name it was used in and then they approve the port in request
Now i never gave this request but the person started using my no

Not attending my calls
All fraud people sold my fancy no

Just for money compromised with policies

Why they dint verify with old network whose name it was with

Now that no is switched off from 2 weeks
I need my no back

    Dear Sir,
    We are using sun direct, I have rechared my Tamil DPO pack 3 in SunDirect as 1 year plan for Rs. 3000 on[protected]. But the same plan has expired on[protected]Before 2 Months). Now they are providing already selected package only, that price is very high. Customers don't have a chance to select channels in sun direct. They gave and charging more money. While asking in SunDirect customer care, they are not responding properly. Can you please take an action solve these problems.Thank You.

I am receiving call from axis bank call center since last 8 months asking for some mr. Ajay sharma even i had requested them all the time that i am not ajay sharma you are searching for, and my name is alpesh r shah and this mobile no. Is mine and using this mobile number since 2011. All the time they promise me to update his details but calls are not stopped and doing the calls at any time. I already some of their numbers but every time they are calling from different numbers.         No proper response for compliant also.
        I bought the independent tv in November for the month of November and company had given me a 12 month free but they have stopped my service for a long time so please resolve my issue please

          I took 2 cable connection from independent tv on 5th oct, 2018. Initially it was working but now its not working from past 2 months. Every day calling customer care, but no use. They are keep on telling wait for 10 days like that. After 10 days if i enquire again same thing they are telling us.

            wrong recharge to another account

            Initial we had a Videocon d2h account which had some complaint and the it was registered with the customer care and their engineer visited and suggested to go for a new connection and with acceptance he have a new connection immediately.

            Now at the time of Recharge we by wrongly recharged to our Account for 3months for a amount of Rs.783 which was made thru Credit card.

            This was done on 19th 8:30pm and immediately...

            Today tried to add 4 additional news channels to the existing package. Automatically they removed 2 addons which was there from the starting.
            Sony happy india platinum hd
            Star hindi malayalam hd premium

            We can see that these are available with sony and start websites directly.
            But vidoecon customer care is not adding these and says now we dont have this packages. They are now forcing to select some other package and asking to individually add all those channeles which are missing in new package from earlier. Individual selection will cost more for us and they are currently cheating us.

                    I have purchased 2 connection of independent tv set top box on 12th february, 2019 for 5200/- inr.
                    Their service has stopped from 1 month so not happy with their service
                    Hope trai being main authority will resolve the matter at the earliest by putting pressure on independent dish tv for refunding our money.

                      I m swapnil patil using vediocon d2h service. It's an worst service towards entertainment. My id is[protected] in every rain season it shows me signal not available since last 3 year and when i call to coustmer care they tell me that this problem can not be solved by this side so you have to call our engineer by paying them there amount. They took 450rs in last year to solve same problem and in this year they again telling me that you should call our engineer. Please look in my matter or ban vediocon d2h service in india.

                          As well as u know very well that after 12th june independent tv has been stopped without any information.
                          After that all customers care old no. Has been stopped to take any call. When we contact via other they are wasting our time.
                          We are in trouble that what should we do against independent tv.

                            Sir, i purchased independent independent tv set box on 12 nov 2019 for rs. 2250 including installation charges and they installed it on 27th nov 2019. Independeny tv promised to provide all channels and 12 hd channels free for 1 year and after 1 year all fta channells will be continued for next 4 years.in the beginning it works good for one month and thereafter trai rule it stopped some channels like stars, colors, and zee etc. And all hd channels. Now on june 12 it totally stopped all channels without any reason and intimation. No response on customer care line. Now either please start all the channels or refund the amount deposited at the time of installation. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                Hi,

                                I have purchased independent tv set top box connection last year september 2018, they promised to show all channels for 1 year at 2450 rupees, now suddenly from 13th june we are not able to see any channel. Their customer care is informing services suspended due to satellite disconnection

                                1st customer care informed channel would start on 22nd june, now they informing it will start on 3rd july
                                Please help

                                  I am artatran parida a customer of dish tv broadcaster having regd. No [protected]. I complained on 30/05/2016 and calling frequently to the custemer executive to resolve my problem but every time they are saying we will resolve the problem within 96 hours but it took 27 days and no one here to resolve my problem.in this way the customer executive fooling me since 27 days.

                                  I am user of independent tv but company doing cheating with us we buy full year dth plan with 12 he channels but after 4 month company stop all broadcasting I want refund my money, company making full for all coustomer, dealer of independent tv also not replay well so please do the needful and stop licensing this kind of company

                                    Am using tata sky from long time. Last year on 16th sept 2018, i got a call from tata sky's executive that you can avail special yearly plan of rs. 1859 and i recharged for the same. But suddenly on 23rd of june 2019, without any information, my account got deactivated before the completion of 1 year.
                                    And tatasky customer care is not even accepting my complaint request.

                                      As per above subject i am a independent tv subscriber for 11 month package. But in that they permanent remove hd channels utv movies and utv action and often time channels are stop and start from service like all star and zee channels. And now all channels are jam. And also it's customer care no. Is not working properly. So pls solve it by your norms and strictly warn independent tv above it. Last 15 days they have close all channels a
