हम पानीपत शहर के निवासी हैं। हमने अभी मार्च में rs 3300/- का independent tv dth खरीदा था। हमे कहा गया था ये dish reliance company के तरफ से हैं। पर इसके signal भी अच्छे नहीं थे। कभी कभी फोटो भी अटक अटक कर चलती थी। फिर star zee tv और colors के सारे channel बंद हो गए थे। और अब तो महीना होने वाला है। पूरा टीवी ही बंद हैं। कोई भी channel नहीं चलता। हमारे साथ ये बहुत बड़ा धोखा हुआ है। और हमे हमारे पैसे वापस चाहिए जल्द से जल्द । कृपया आप ही हमारी सहायता करें ।

    I have installed a independent tv dth cable connection on 5th october 2018. Till now i am facing small small issues which is being resolved. Now it is high time that from the last 17 days my independent tv cable connection is not coming in my area (Camphor estate near bidhouliya c. B. Ganj bareilly, uttar pradesh, india, 243502) and it is showing error message that signal lost at your area or at broadcaster site may have affected your service but the weather condition in my area is very good. Please look into this matter and kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      Every month after recharging in a week or so. We will get a message that signal not available. If we call to customer care they will tell us we will send a service man pay him 200 rs. Every month they will promise that this will not happen again. These guys are money minded guys. They will never save the promise.
      Videocon d2h is no1 fraud company. Somehow they will try to make money for their distributors. They don't care about customers. Better go to some other connections instead of videocon d2h.

        I was recharge independent tv one year pack on 23 rd december 2018 independent tv promise for 12 hd channel and all common famus channel al viewing 1 yr uninterpreted, trai say no on january end so independent tv block all hd channels, after some time zee pack was block, after some time star & sony/ colors pack also block by independent tv, in march some channels are start view in that time independent tv say trai was no allowed to view all pay channels, after 12 june 2019 independent tv is shutdown, call center is no replay / also trai was not answering about consumer care, i was also complent to trai but no answer till today. Do some thing for all independent tv consumer.

        Independent TV Services stopped working after 4 month where i have paid 2200 for whole year subcription. I am really not able to understand when Independent TV was offering this yearly plan and was doing this fraud, wasn't Trai aware of this ? I need my money back.

        I choosen my pack but videocon does not provide services according to my pack. When I call videocon then customer care can not satisfied me. Some pack like malayalam and maratha combo etc is added without any requests from my sides.

          I am dnyanesh rakshe. I reckon i have been using video d2h since last three
          Years. I had registered a complaint for not getting signal on set top box
          On 25th jun 2019. To which we found we need to replace the same. On the
          Very same day i paid for it, till now this is issue has not been resolved.
          I am calling customer care multiple times they are saying server is down we
          Cant help at this moment. D2h engineer does not pick the phone.
          I believe there is deadline to resolve issue as it is almost a week.
          I am helpless due to pathetic service. Please look into this issue at
          Earliest.

            Dear sir/madam
            Since wednesday i am complaining against my videocon i'd[protected] but no one responding to my emails/call daily they are giving 24hrs time to visit their engineer but they failed to do so i am very much frustrated with their service and false commitment. Also i have recharged my i'd with rs 604 but till date i am unable to review my service. Kindly suggest what to do as per videocon customer care and other employee they only say 1 statement sorry for the inconvenience we regret the same.

            Worst service of videocon d2h.

            How many time you are Apologize since Wednesday I am not able to view. Recharged of Rs 604 but not able to restore my service who will pay for me.
            My name is Adellu and my father name is also same, service providers saying that, if name and father name is same it is not possible to activate SIM.

Now they have taken payment for full year and demoted other tv gold pack and also ot showing dd sports channel of world cup. When you call them they say it is stopped by company operating. On y other tv all sports channel not coming including dd sports. When world cup not there dd sports is coming,

                I have dish tv connection since march 2019, after 2 month i will done recharge of 238rs, but shows 102 no account balance error, i contact to much time to dish tv customer care executive, he will say your problem will solve in next 1-2 day but till time problem not solve, customer care executive say i will arrange the technician for solve problem, and this service is free of cost, but technician say to me you will charge 200rs. I registered to much complaint but no response by customer care.
                Also dish tv customer care executive not agree to refund my money of rs 238.
                So i want refund my money.

                  I am having the airtel dish tv connection id [protected]. Before the trai regulations, i got the all sd+hd channels in monthly tariff of rs. 699/-. But after the trai regulations, i am having the 5-6 sd channels and maximum hd channels and for this now i paid monthly tariff of rs. 794/-, which is rs. 100/- more than the previous tariff. Government make the rules for customers satisfaction and not for the dth operators to make the profit. There is need to revise the fees of paid channels as well as ncf charges.
                  Therefore it is requested that, airtel may be instructed to lower their tariff plans as well as there is also need to revise the fee structure of dish tv.

                    Dear sir,

                    I stay in mumbai and as the whole world knows mumbai received heavy rainfall every year hence this phenomena is common for mumbai.
                    But though yet heavy rain is not started in mumbai still i am not getting signal, in my airtel tv and the same i have complaint and they are telling they will send technician to rectify on chargeable basis of rupees 150/- and without bill.
                    It means in every rain (Every day i have to pay 150 rupees to technician), this sounds like a joke when i refused then they send will give warranty for 1 month so it means every month i have to pay 150 technician charges + my monthly subscription this is joke of decade i think.
                    This is the responsibility of airtel to provide it customer service for which he is charging to customer monthly subscription charges.
                    We have not shift the position of dish neither touch or any changes but still its show no signal when only few drops of rain is coming.
                    Now in few drops of rain the signal is getting lost then what will happened if it rain like regularly in mumbai like every year.
                    If airtel cannot provide signal in rain then he should not charge to customer during rainy season or they should tell to customer clearly we can provide service only 8 months out of 12 months for mumbai and it adjacent area due to rain.
                    Rainy season last for 4 month and if full 4 months we have to switch off tv then whats the use of paying monthly subscription to service provider.
                    I have complaint the same on twitter but its been more near about 1 month still the situation is same also i have specially subscribed the sports pack for world cup matches but unfortunately i cannot view it.

                    6 month ago i have complaint for signal not coming that time i have requested for airtel he send technician and technician told to replace the set up box as its main cause of error, so we replaced the setup box and ask for the bill but still i have not received the bill and its a tax robbery and violation of customer rights.

                      Dear sir, this is regarding prepaid recharge rs.198 on dated-28.06.2019 for jio number which was done from my jio number [protected] & was done to my another jio number. But by mistake is done on wrong number which is [protected] in place of correct number which is [protected]. I immediately approached amazon pay and jio both amazon response was very good but jio not even responded my complain. Further inspite of complain within 1 hours jio denied to take any action i. E. Refund or reversal of recharge & wrong on which i have done recharged i even not working condition. I e. I approach multiple times but is switched off. Kindly do the needful.

Independent tv service provider promises to provide all the channels,, in beginning it works good but after the trai rules it stopped the channels like star, colors and sony. Now, from the month of june it has completely stopped all the channels without any intimation. No response from the customer care number.                           I had very bad experience with videocon d2h co.
                          I had log complaint against no signal available, but they said our engineer resolved your problem even he not visited at home.
                          I have prob lem for last three days and i regularly complaint every day but they said we dont have any compliant against this. Now i am frustrated.

                          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                            I have a tata sky connection with 2 secondary connections. As per tata sky the subscriber amount of both the secondary connections would be same as the package used in the primary connection is being used in the secondary connection. As per the customer care this rule haa been introduced by trai. I would appreciate if you could tell me if any such rule has been introduced by trai. If not what steps should i be taking against the dth operator

                              I am a subscriber for airtel dth. My id is [protected]. Three days back i noticed my monthly subscription was over before the due date, due to the arbitrary activation of one channel namely thangathirai, without my knowledge. I complained to the airtel customer care and got my money to the tune of rs.42/-.
                              But to my dismay, today i have noticed that the same channel thangathirai, has been again activated, without my knowledge. Again, today morning, i contacted customer care. They told it will be deactivated immediately but till now, it has not been deactivated.
                              It is requested to initiate stringent action against airtel, for not following trai regulations, by arbitrarily activating any channel.

                                We are the user of ortel digital. It provides very pathetic service. There is no signal problem in almost 2/3 days per week. When we contact them they are simply told that the server is down. So they cannot do anything.
                                But at the payment time they are very regular to collect the money. But during providing good service they are at the lowest position.
                                Please take necessary steps to teach them a lesson and sort out this problem.

                                    Hi,

                                    I just bought den hd cable connection 2 days back and today is the third day. As soon as the setup box was installed i gave the money and package to be enabled. After 1 days few channels got enabled and few didn't and one of the boutique named hindi-kannada hd value (A) wasn't enabled. I called up the den person and he mentioned it will be done. Today morning he says the control room said they can't enable the package and he recommended to go ahead and complaint against den. I complained against den to den customer care. I am also writing to trai to see what they can do for this kind of service. The den operator told do whatever you can we can't enable the package for you. I want to see what trai will do for my complaint. I had already paid the money 2 days and i am not getting all the channels i had paid. This is my first complaint lets see what modi govt does to this request. I am fan of modi but this will test how govt functions.

                                      Looks like there is no use in posting the complaint here. I have to say this is solved. How come vediocon say it is solved.

                                      Issues:
                                      1. I have given a request for temperorly suspension but it was done. I was told that the customer care executive didn't add end date while taking request and hence my request was not processed. I lost 15 days amount. Stupid answer from Vediocon.
                                      2. Due to technician inability my setup box got damaged while solving the other issue. I was told that setup box will be replaced for free but I have charged 450 Rs. When I call again, customer care agreed the issue and told that will get refund in 8 hours. Spoke with 1st level, Supervisor 10 times and everytime i hear i will get refund in 8 hours but those 8 hours gone 20 times in last 10 days. Pathetic support.

                                      I urge everyone, please don't take vediocon connection. Worst company, Waste Support system, Useless customer care team, irresistible.

                                        Dear sir

                                        My customer id is [protected].
                                        Even after continuous complaints my service related issues has not been resolved.

                                        They just close the complaint saying some random reasons. When we again request for service their concerned people talk ruthlessly on phone.

                                        I don't understand how tata is doing their business? Is customer's problem resolution not their priority? I am fade up with doing complaints again and again. Kindly help.

                                        Sir, i request you kindly look into the matter asap and do the needful.
