I am a subscriber for airtel dth. My id is [protected]. Three days back i noticed my monthly subscription was over before the due date, due to the arbitrary activation of one channel namely thangathirai, without my knowledge. I complained to the airtel customer care and got my money to the tune of rs.42/-.
But to my dismay, today i have noticed that the same channel thangathirai, has been again activated, without my knowledge. Again, today morning, i contacted customer care. They told it will be deactivated immediately but till now, it has not been deactivated.
It is requested to initiate stringent action against airtel, for not following trai regulations, by arbitrarily activating any channel.
